Remember Mickey Rourke? Yup, the same guy who almost killed the Iron Man. Mickey Rourke has always been renowned for the physique he carries. A former and professional boxer and weight training regular, Mickey has managed to stay pretty much shredded throughout his appearances in movies. It's like the thing for fitness is embedded into his DNA and nothing proves that more than his recent shirtless pictures.

In the above images Mickey easily sits at somewhere between 12-15% body fat. Being in great shape at his age is more than just an achievement. A look at his Instagram and you will agree that the man still moves weight in the gym.
