At least eleven policemen injured in traffic accident near Shah Latif Town

KARACHI: At least eleven policemen were left injured on Sunday morning after a collision between a trailer and the police truck near Shah Latif Town area of Malir in Karachi.

The policemen were en route to their training centre at Razzaqabad when the accident took place.

According to SSP Rao Nawaz, the accident occurred due to the trailer coming through the wrong way.

The driver of the trailer has been arrested, he added.

Another police mobile was accompanying the truck, the police mobile also suffered damage during the accident, mentioned SSP Rao Nawaz.
