Light rain, drizzle expected at few places along Sindh and Makran coast: MET

A weak seasonal low lies over northeast Balochistan on Sunday.

Moist currents from the Arabian Sea are penetrating into upper and central parts of the country, the Pakistan Meteorological Department said.

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country in the next 24-hours. However, rain and dust-thunderstorm with gusty winds are expected at isolated places in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Faisalabad, D.G. Khan, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Hazara, D.I. Khan divisions, FATA, Islamabad, and Kashmir.

Light rain-thunderstorm and drizzle are expected at few places along Sindh and Makran coast.

Past weather

The weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country. However, rain and thunderstorm with gusty winds occurred at isolated places in Lahore, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Rawalpindi, Multan, Malakand, Peshawar divisions, and Islamabad.
