Riasat Ali Azad and Sardar Arshad Mehmood Khan are contesting for Islamabad bar president office, while Masood Hassan and Khurram Kiani are the candidates for Rawalpindi. 2. Skyline was the first club in Singapore to accept cryptocurrencies when it started taking payments in Ethereum, a bitcoin rival. ? AFP SINGAPORE: A Singapore bar that bills itself as the world's highest cryptocurrency club is offering a New Year's Eve package that includes a limousine pick-up and butler service -- but it'll cost you a whole bitcoin. Skyline, on the 45th floor of a skyscraper overlooking the city-state's glittering waterfront, is promising partygoers a luxury-filled night out, with champagne and oysters and caviar. But it won't come cheap, with the price of bitcoin -- which has surged dramatically in recent months -- hovering around $13,000 on Sunday. The party at Skyline is called "Bianco", with revellers dressed in white enjoying a night of drinking and dancing before watching the New Year's fireworks display over the waterfront. While the club has run the night before, it is the first time they are offering a bitcoin deal, and customers can also pay in regular cash. Manager Subaish Rajamanickam said they had received a lot of inquiries about the package -- but no one had yet signed up for it. The New Year idea came after the bar ran other successful virtual currency-themed nights for people in the financial technology sector, which is booming in the city-state. Skyline was the first club in Singapore to accept cryptocurrencies when it started taking payments in Ethereum, a bitcoin rival. "We had a couple of cryptocurrency after-parties here, and we have also themed a night ... called Crypto Thursdays," Rajamanickam told AFP. "So that basically got the ball rolling for cryptocurrency acceptance here at Skyline." But most transactions are still in regular cash and there was scepticism among some customers about using bitcoin, due to its surging price and recent volatility. "It's too expensive to buy alcohol or (conduct) any transaction using cryptocurrency in today's environment," said Spencer Campbell, a 47-year-old financial consultant. Created in 2009 as a piece of encrypted software, bitcoin has been used to buy everything from pizza to cars, and is increasingly accepted by major companies such as online travel giant Expedia. It has surged more than 25-fold this year and hit a record of around $19,500 earlier in December. Analysts have put the recent increases down to a decision by US regulators to allow bitcoin futures to trade on major exchanges. But bitcoin has slipped back after a series of warnings from governments -- including Singapore -- and analysts, about the risk and volatility associated with cryptocurrencies. It fell more than 11 percent after South Korea -- a hotbed for cryptocurrency trading -- announced curbs on anonymous trading of virtual currencies on Thursday.
  3. KARACHI: The Sindh Bar Council announced Monday night their decision to protest the case made against a lawyer ? who was arrested for allegedly misbehaving with police officials near Sea View a few days ago but was subsequently bailed out ? condemning it and calling a strike today (Tuesday), Geo News reported. Lawyer who misbehaved with police in Karachi released on bail The man was arrested earlier on charges of obstructing justice and threatening police officers The move was announced by the Council's Secretary, who, in his statement, said the body has unanimously made the decision. The Council has demanded the case against lawyer Shams-ul-Islam be retracted. However, officials of the Council did not return the calls made by Geo.tv. A video surfaced last week on social media, wherein Islam can be seen behaving rudely with the security officials in the city's Sea View area and then speeding away. According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Javed Akbar, the law enforcement agencies (LEAs) were on their regular rounds on Dr. Abdul Sattar Edhi road for snap-checking to prevent speedsters and racing-related incidents in the area. "His behaviour can be seen in the video, we all can tell whose behaviour was inappropriate," Akbar explained. A case was registered against the offender, with charges listed against him comprising obstruction of justice and threatening police officers, the LEAs disclosed. Video shows motorist misbehaving with Karachi police Citizen lost his temper when stopped by police officials on Sea View In addition, police said Islam was driving with a fake registration plate on his car ? which can be identified as an Audi. Islam ? who allegedly drove off after misbehaving with the police ? said he was not racing since "there was no competitor" and questioned the police officials' presence at the spot when "the whole of DHA was exposed". "They arrested me, put handcuffs on me without a warrant," he said, claiming that he had filed a petition against Akbar's brother and the police officer had tried to exact revenge against him for doing so.
  4. The Indonesian Supreme Court. Photo: File JAKARTA: Indonesia?s constitutional court on Thursday narrowly rejected a controversial petition to bar all consensual *** outside of marriage in the world?s biggest Muslim-majority country. Five of nine judges voted for the case to be thrown out, in a victory for rights activists who had feared the petition brought by a conservative group would spur moral policing and further discrimination, particularly targeting the gay community in Indonesia. Chief Justice Arief Hidayat said existing laws on adultery did not conflict with the constitution and that it was not the authority of the constitutional court to create a new policy. ?The plaintiff should submit their petition to lawmakers, and there it should be an important input in the ongoing revision of the national criminal code,? Hidayat said. ?Based on that view, the constitutional court is of the opinion that the petition is not legally sound.? Indonesia?s parliament is currently deliberating revisions to the national criminal code. Female Muslim clerics in Indonesia issue rare fatwas Among the other fatwas issued was one against women being sexually abused; and one against environmental destruction The Southeast Asian country has seen a rise of a hardline, politicised Islam in recent years, which until recently had stayed on the fringe of the nation?s politics. The petition put forward by the Family Love Alliance (AILA), a group of conservative academics and activists, called for the definition of adultery to apply not just to married couples but to anyone in a marriage or outside it ? effectively making all *** outside of marriage a crime. In their complaint, AILA said certain articles in the national criminal code ?threaten the resilience of families and therefore of Indonesia itself.? Some rights activists said the petition was partially aimed at criminalising gay ***, which is currently not regulated by the law, except in the ultra-conservative province of Aceh and in cases of child abuse.
  5. File photo/ Reuters NEW YORK: A driver deliberately plowed a car into six people during a fight outside a hookah bar in the New York City borough of Queens in the early hours of Sunday morning, killing one and injuring five others before fleeing, police said. One of the struck people was in critical condition while the other four were stable, Lee Jones, a New York Police Department spokesman, said. Two other people were stabbed during the brawl, and were also in a stable condition. Police are still looking for the driver, who was driving a white Hyundai Sonata, Jones said.
  6. Conor 'Notorious' McGregor is by no means a regular guy. The Irish fighter has made a name for himself after absolutely annihilating his opponents with his ruthless MMA skills in the UFC. However, his impeccable set of fighting skills recently drew a lot of criticism after he decided to deploy them outside the Octagon. The 29-year-old had recently courted controversy after rumours of his involvement in a bar brawl thronged social media. McGregor was reportedly heavily drunk at the Black Forge Bar in Crumlin, Dublin in Ireland before having an altercation with a fellow customer. According to reports, McGregor was seen by punters on Sunday night entering the bar before the melee erupted which involved the UFC posterboy, a young man, a man in his 50s and a fourth man. The reports further suggest that the young man was punched in the head, while the man in his 50s - claimed to be a close associate of drug dealer Graham 'The Wig' Whelan was punched twice in the face. Instagram/@thenotoriousmma But, if former MMA heavyweight Brendan Schaub is to be believed, UFC posterboy McGregor could very well be in some serious trouble. On an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, Schaub revealed: "People that I know in Dublin are blowing me up and saying, 'It's real. Conor is in a bit of trouble,'". Check out the video of the said podcast below. "(McGregor) has a friend from one area of Ireland that's in the mafia and got beat up by these guys. Conor finds out that the guys who beat up his friend are in this bar, so Conor comes in there and beats the hell out of that guy. That guy is associated with a pretty intense mafia family over there, so now there's a hit out on Conor for $900,000," he added. Apart from Schaub, Irish crime reporter Paul Williams also spoke with a similarly ominous tone about the UFC champ's alleged entanglement with the Kinihan crime family on Newstalk Breakfast - an Irish radio program. Instagram/@thenotoriousmma "I have to say that Conor McGregor is in a very dangerous place right now. He has come into conflict through probably no fault of his own, with a group of very, very dangerous people who are tied up with the Kinahans," he said. If Conor is still in-country, Williams claimed that he'll be advised to leave. "I would say, in the next 48 hours, if he is still in the country, I understand from my sources that the Gardaí will be approaching him to give him a GIM form, which is a Garda Information Message, which is basically to tell him that there may be threats to his safety," he concluded. This isn't the first time McGregor has made headlines for all the wrong reasons. A few weeks back, his escapade at the Bellator 187 event where he was cheering for his teammate Charlie Ward ringside attracted a lot of criticism. In a turn of shocking events, McGregor rushed into the cage and shoved referee Marc Goddard before slapping a commissioner in the face.
  7. Arguably one of the most popular stars in combat sports, Conor 'Notorious' McGregor has made a name for absolutely annihilating his opponents with his ruthless MMA skills in the UFC. Ever since starting his career in 2008, the Irish fighter has established himself as the biggest pay-per-view (PPV) draws in MMA history. But, while everyone - including his die-hard fans - are fuming for his lack of interest in defending his lightweight and featherweight title anytime soon, the 29-year-old has courted controversy after rumours of his involvement in a bar brawl thronged social media. © Instagram/@thenotoriousmma McGregor, who received the payday of his lifetime after losing to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a boxing ring earlier this year, was reportedly heavily drunk at the Black Forge Bar in Crumlin, Dublin in Ireland before having an altercation with a fellow customer. © Instagram/@thenotoriousmma While the details of the incident including the claims are yet to be validated, a lot of self-proclaimed witnesses have taken to the social media and shared the notorious episode. "What a wanker. Always honoured his loyalty...until tonight...he came into his 'local' and he started on some poor innocent kid.punching him.I really hope it turns out that we got the wrong end of the stick. But I doubt it," read a Facebook post from a certain fan Lisa Leonard who had also clicked a selfie with McGregor before the incident. © Instagram/@thenotoriousmma Another fan Karl Nicholson claimed that he was drinking in the bar when McGregor walked in. "Was drinking in the Blackfordge in Crumlin and McGregor came in and boxed the head of some poor chap out of his box," he wrote on Facebook. The MMA Bible also tweeted about the incidents claiming that many witnesses had written to them authenticating the entire episode. These are still only rumours at the minute but just a little update; lots of people keep tweeting us saying he hit some known drug dealers brother and that he's in some trouble.. Again we are just passing on what we are hearing and it has been a fair few people to say it! — The MMA Bible (@TheMMABible) November 27, 2017 In fact, McGregor also ended up liking the tweet before deciding to unlike it moments later. We're still getting dozens of messages from people talking about this gangster thing! From McGregor liking our original tweet then unliking it to just the whole story in general; this has been very weird... Hopefully more comes out soon...#WhatTheFookHappened in Crumlin.. ð®ðª — The MMA Bible (@TheMMABible) November 28, 2017 On the other hand, there is no word from McGregor or his team management on the reports. But, a cryptic video was shared earlier in the day by the Irish champion who had his coat pulled over his face and his hood up with the entire focus on his eyes. The celebrity A post shared by Conor McGregor Official (@thenotoriousmma) on Nov 27, 2017 at 8:43pm PST This isn't the first time when McGregor has made headlines for wrong reasons. In a turn of shocking events, McGregor rushed into the cage and shoved referee Marc Goddard before slapping a commissioner in the face. It's needless to say that McGregor should restrict his aggression and MMA skills for the ring, but his recent act has undoubtedly got everyone asking: What The Fook Is Wrong With Conor?
  8. HONG KONG/BEIJING : China said on Thursday it had the right to bar people from Hong Kong, a day after a British activist was denied entry into the former British colony, and that it had complained to Britain after it demanded an explanation. Hong Kong returned to Chinese rule in 1997 under a ?one country, two systems? principle that promises it a high degree of autonomy and freedoms not enjoyed on the mainland. But critics have accused the government of bending to the will of Communist Party leaders in Beijing and of a gradual watering down of the territory?s freedoms, including freedom of speech and right to protest. British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson said he was ?very concerned? that Benedict Rogers, a co-founder of the Conservative Party?s Human Rights Commission, was denied entry to Hong Kong on Wednesday and demanded an ?urgent explanation? from Hong Kong and China. It came a week before a sensitive Communist Party leadership meeting starts in Beijing. Johnson also said Hong Kong?s high degree of autonomy, rights and freedoms were ?central to its way of life?. Rogers has been a vocal critic of China-ruled Hong Kong?s treatment of political activists, including that of jailed student leader Joshua Wong. He believes the decision to bar him was made by Chinese officials after the Chinese Embassy in London had warned him earlier, through a British member of parliament, that he wouldn?t be allowed in. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said the central government had a responsibility for foreign matters related to Hong Kong. ?The central Chinese government and the special administrative region government handle the relevant issue in accordance with the law,? Hua said. ?Allowing or not allowing people in is China?s sovereignty ... Hong Kong affairs are a purely internal matter for China.? She said China had lodged a solemn representation with Britain, meaning an official complaint. When asked about the incident on a radio talkshow, Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam agreed. ?Ultimately, under the Basic Law (Hong Kong?s mini-constitution), the central government is responsible for foreign affairs,? Lam said. Asked if immigration controls fell under Hong Kong jurisdiction, Lam said: ?It has to be considered whether foreign affairs are involved during the process of immigration. ?If you say everything falls under Hong Kong?s high degree of autonomy, this is not what the Basic Law says.? The case has raised questions over the promise of autonomy and the former head of Hong Kong?s civil service turned pro-democracy activist, Anson Chan, said the case was a ?serious breach? of the Basic Law. Article 154 of the Basic Law says Hong Kong ?may apply immigration controls on entry? of foreigners into Hong Kong. ?The Immigration Department must have sought instructions from on high,? she told Reuters. ?They (Beijing) are sending a message that if you dare speak out on Hong Kong ... you will not be allowed in.? Amnesty International?s East Asia director, Nicholas Bequelin, suggested China?s definition of what constitutes national security is creeping into Hong Kong. ?In China if you?re critical of the political system, you?re committing a national security crime and this is exactly the type of thing ?one country, two systems? should protect against.? Hong Kong?s Immigration Department didn?t immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment on whether China was involved in Rogers? denial of entry. China has admitted asking a group of British MPs to cancel a visit to Hong Kong in 2014 during the massive pro-democracy protests, of which Joshua Wong was a leader, that paralyzed highways for 79 days. Hong Kong has, on occasion, barred entry to individuals including dissidents, such as former leaders of the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests in Beijing and a Danish sculptor, Jens Galschiot, who made a Tiananmen sculpture.
  9. Big, ripped arms are every guy's dream. Sadly though, not many will see that dream come true. Well, at least until they start training their arms like they are supposed to. The biggest mistake most dudes make is to train the bicep more and neglect the triceps. If you didn't know, the arms consist of 65% triceps and merely 35% biceps. Yup, triceps are the bigger muscles in the arm. Therefore, in order to witness overall arm development, tricep training is the way to go. For anyone who has worked on their arms, the question then arises: close grip bench press or bar dips? Which one of the two compound movements is a superior tricep builder? Let's dig in to find the answer. Joint Action And Muscles Involved In Close Grip Bench Press And Bar Dips Primary Muscles: Anterior Deltoids and Triceps Brachi Joint Action: Both the close grip bench press and parallel bar dips have almost similar joint action, which is shoulder flexion and elbow extension. The only difference that occurs with parallel bar dips is the shoulder extension beyond its neutral position. Parallel Bar Dips © Bodybuilding Parallel bar dips are an old school tricep builder. It's performed on a set of parallel bars with an overhand grip while keeping the elbows close. To initiate the exercise, hang on the bars while extending your elbows and then lowering your body down with an upright torso and your chest puffed out. When the elbow angle is around 90 degrees, we extend it again to the starting position. Effectiveness and Safety How effective is this exercise? In my opinion, it is a very good exercise but puts the shoulder joint at a very high risk. While performing this exercise, the shoulder extension range usually goes beyond its neutral range (45-60 degrees is its neutral range). In this exercise, while lowering themselves down, people often perform the shoulder extension up to 90-degrees or more, increasing the vulnerability. This puts undue stress on the anterior ligaments of the shoulder joint and it may cause serious shoulder issues in the long run. But Can I Perform Parallel Bar Dips By Avoiding Extensive Shoulder Extensions? Of course you can, but by doing this exercise at a mere 45- 55-degree shoulder extension, the movement range is almost cut in half, making it less effective for the triceps. Close Grip Bench Press © Bodybuilding Again, a great mass builder, the close grip bench press has been a favorite choice for most elite coaches when it comes to building triceps. It is very similar to the regular flat bench press; however, the only difference is in the grip width and elbow movement. The elbows here are tucked in the eccentric phase. The ideal grip for this exercise is the shoulder width or a grip slightly narrower than the shoulders. Taking too narrow a grip will put undue stress on the wrist joint which is not a smart way to train. Effectiveness and Safety Well, in my opinion it is probably the best tricep mass builder. The following are the reasons as to why- 1) Since your spine is neutral and supported in this exercise, you can lift a good amount of weight. 2) Even people with shoulders issues can afford to perform this exercise. 3) Both males and females can do it easily as when it comes to parallel bar dips, it is a big challenge for most females. 4) Shoulder joint movement takes place in its strongest and safest range. Conclusion Both the exercises have proven effective for tricep development. However, from a safety perspective, the close grip bench press takes the upper hand. Note: In case you already have some shoulder issues, strictly avoid parallel bar dips.
  10. We're gearing up for music festival season in a big way. Personally, I'm already in limbo; you see, music festival season means work that supersedes the 24 hours in a day—meaning, no sleep days. It has started. And Magnetic Fields has added the “sweet” in the word “bittersweet” by announcing their first phase of artists set to play at the festival. © Attendees at RBMA North Stage at Magnetic Fields 2016 via Zacharie Rabehi for Agence Le journal Without much further ado, here's the first segment of artists you can look forward to on the weekend of 15th to 17th December 2017, at Alsisar Mahal, Rajasthan. The day stage, now rechristened Bira 91 South Stage, will host few of dance music's most revered names like London-based producer of Indian origin Kieran Hebden aka Four Tet, a live AV set by Los Angeles-based producer of R&B- and-hip-hop-laced electronica Machinedrum and Brainfeeder beatsmith TEEBS alongside Indian acts like The Ska Vengers – who have just completed a three-month tour of the UK festival circuit including festivals like Glastonbury, WOMAD and Boomtown – Mumbai-based producer Sid Vashi and makers of emotive electronica, Ape Echoes. © Machinedrum via Magnetic Fields This year, Bangalore-based sample-driven, audio-visual act Aerate Sound will open the festival on Friday evening. The day stage will also host the Indian premiere of Different Trains 1947, a brand new audio-visual composition that will bring together the historical and contemporary cultures of UK and India, as previously announced. © Ben UFO via Will Bankhead Different Trains 1947 is a collaboration between music artists Actress, Jack Barnett (These New Puritans), Indian music producer Sandunes, percussionist Jivraj Singh, Hindustani vocalist Priya Purushothaman and filmmakers/artists Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard, and who will perform a new audio-visual composition in response to the events of 1947 at the festival on December 17. Different Trains 1947 will be shot exclusively for Boiler Room. © Jayda G via Magnetic Fields The Red Bull Music Academy North Stage, like always, will feature DJs and producers that have established themselves as pioneers of a certain style or sound. In its third year, the night stage will host performances from influential figures like Ben UFO, inarguably one of the most in-demand DJs at the moment and Canadian producer Jayda G, who has established a reputation as a fearless selector and a dauntless supporter of gender equality in music. Joining them will be Special Request, the rave and jungle inspired outings of techno producer Paul Woodford, who recently announced the release of a 23-track album, Belief System, and Indian DJ Stalvart John, who will open the stage on Friday night. BFR Sound System featuring Delhi Sultanate and Begum X in the Desert Disco Oasis will uphold the traditional sounds of reggae and dub at the festival, in the desert courtesy the on the Sunday afternoon of the festival. © Four Tet via Magnetic Fields Also performing will be The Latination, a Latin-jazz quartet featuring Pradyumna Singh Manot (piano), Emmanuel Simon (percussion), Premjit Dutta (drums / percussion) and Bijit Bhattacharya (bass) alongside founder The Piano Man Arjun Sagar Gupta and musicians like Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Kunal Netrapal, Sonic Shori and Rainer Pusch. As you can see there's a lot to look forward to; and mind you, this is just the initial lineup. We're already on tenterhooks on what else lies next in store for festival goers!
  11. Singledom can be a boon and a bane at the same time. If you're single and almost ready to mingle every other day, there is always a possibility to break the lull. You can start looking for a probable ‘mate' or someone to hook up with on an online dating app or you can head to different places to figure the best way to spend devouring your single hood. If it's the latter you're looking for, then we couldn't think of any place better than a bar to head to, to find probable single women, who're also ready to mingle. If we use science and logic then meeting women at a bar has proven to be very successful, for most men. Statistically speaking there is a good 65% chance of you running into someone you instantly click with and are attracted to. That's because the physical proximity and the malleability of the person is very evident, compared to meeting someone virtually. But there's a catch. There has to be a certain amount of tact that goes into approaching women at a bar. You can't risk the one chance you get and screw things over with your stupidity! So if you're looking to score women at your local watering hole, maybe use this article as a Bible to help you through some tough decision-making for the night. Fit The Bit Obviously there is a certain way you want to dress up to make a statement and look the part. It could be your corporate look or the generalised, stereotypical Delhi boy attire, it's on you to dress up as yourself and look smart. Girls obviously scan the room for men who are comfortable in whatever they're wearing and look good at the same time. Shabby men with unappealing facial hair aren't really gonna hit the spot, if you know what we mean. Casual dressing is in these days. Maybe stay clear of tight thigh hugging and crack revealing pair of denims! Wearing a solid colour always works. Solid colours indicate that the man is stable and isn't fickle about life decisions. © Thinkstock/Getty Images Appropriate Eye Contact Eye contact is very important. It's as important as the choosing the right girl at the bar. It helps initiate contact. Don't be creepy while making eye contact though. It can make the girl question your intention. Spot the one who had your head turning and maybe give her a pleasant smile to start an interaction. Do not stare at her though, that can give her some major creeps. Do it very nonchalantly and if she reciprocates, that's your cue to go up to her and start a conversation. © Thinkstock/Getty Images Don't Be A Pick Up Artist Pick up lines sound cool if you're saying them in your head. The minute they come out, trust us, they sound like every woman's worst girlish nightmare. Women are all in for witty men and one-liners but please spare them the cheese factory! She can get to see your wit when you eventually do start talking to her but when you approach her, a simple ‘hey how's your day going' can suffice. It's really cheerful to know someone actually gives a damn about her day. Even if you're doing it to make conversation, it's a good opening line to start with rather than ‘I hope you know CPR ‘cos you just took my breath away.' Just NO! © Thinkstock/Getty Images Don't Send Over A Drink We're gonna bust a very popular myth for you. If you see a woman you really dig at a bar, don't assume she'll drink anything that's sent her way. That's not cool and it's a bit obnoxious. Women like to decide their poison of choice. If they're drinking beer and you decide to fascinate her intellect by sending over some vodka, that's just a big jump to the worst possible conclusion. Why would you even do that? It indicates that you're trying to push your opinion and your presence down her throat and trust us; she'd be pushing nothing down her throat with this archaic and offensive move of yours. Women are also a bit wary accepting drinks from a complete stranger, we'll have you know. Maybe, if you really want to try this, gauge what she's drinking and send the same drink to her table. She'll appreciate that more. OR you could just go talk to her and ask her politely if you can buy her a drink of her choice. © Thinkstock/Getty Images Be The Knight In Shining Armour Yup, you read that right. The best possible way, if the situation ever arises, is to intervene in an unpleasant situation a girl maybe in, at a bar. More often than not, if she's come for a drink with her friends she's probably gonna be swatting men around like flies until she finds the one she wants to talk to voluntarily. So if you see her in an unpleasant situation and think she can't handle it because the situation is beyond her control, do intervene. Most times women are very capable of handling their own crisis situation at bars, if they venture out on their own. Sometimes they need help. If the situation demands your intervention, don't be aggressive about it. Be gentle, be serene yet authoritative. Women like men who get their way by being curt and stable. If you're able to dismantle the chaos around the uneasy situation, she's yours! © Thinkstock/Getty Images Do You Own Dirty Work If you like someone and want to approach them, do it all by yourself. Don't send your friends over to tell the woman ‘how cute his friend finds her' or ‘would you like to have a drink with my friend'. Women find that very absurd and cowardly and really don't enjoy the fun in that. If you like her, just be a bit tactful about it and keep your friends at bay. They can obviously help wingman you but isn't it better to show the woman how in charge of the situation you are? © Thinkstock/Getty Images Keep The Good Banter Flowing Once you're in conversation with her, you're sorted. Except of course you have to keep a few things in mind. Always look at her while talking. Women find it repugnant if you look elsewhere, check other woman out or stare at her chest for longer than a second. Sure check her out but be as subtle as you can about it. Always maintain eye contact and be as attentive as you can. Offer her a refill if you see her glass empty or if she's a smoker ask her if she'd like to smoke. Don't drift towards morbid conversations or conversations that are just about you. Ask her valid questions about her life, her work and anything else and don't bore her with your stories she really doesn't care about. Trust us; if you have her at hello, you have her for the rest of the night. © Thinkstock/Getty Images It's not rocket science really. It's just you putting your best game face on and being the gentleman that you are to approach the girl who actually took your breath away, at first glance.

The case is being heard by a larger five-member bench and presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar. LHC Chief Justice Mansoor Ali Shah on August 21 ordered police to arrest and produce Qureshi on the following day in a contempt of court case against him and another lawyer Qaiser Abbas Kazmi. LHC Multan bench restored after lawyers? strike Lahore High Court CJ Mansoor Ali Shah orders to restore the Multan bench following a row between lawyers and a judge Hearing the appeal, Justice Nisar asked why Zaman failed to appear before the LHC and asked if it would not have been better for the honour of institutions if he had. Justice Nisar said that if a prime minister can appear before court why can?t Zaman. Qureshi?s lawyer, however, maintained that he had not misbehaved with the judge neither had engaged in any brawl. The brawl had erupted after Zaman, along with other members of the association, had gone to the court during hearing on the case of rebuilding a demolished structure near Vehari Chowk. During the hearing, Zaman allegedly passed some comments over which Justice Qasim told him to leave the courtroom, subsequently agitating the latter party. Supreme Court Bar Association President Rashed Rizvi during today?s hearing lamented the bar has never been treated in such a way and said that shelling was carried out on the bar members from inside the high court during the contempt of court hearing in LHC. Lawyers call strike after arrest order triggers clashes at LHC LHC CJ has ordered police to arrest and produce LHCBA Multan president in contempt of court case During the last hearing, the LHC had also ordered the suspension of licences of Zaman and Kazmi. The chief justice of the LHC observed during the hearing that the sanctity of the court is supreme and there will be no compromise on it. The court had termed Qureshi's conduct ?most unbecoming and demeaning, that blatantly offends the prestige and honour of this court'. The court also stated that Qureshi is blatantly defying the orders of the court [to appear before it]. Following the order, enraged lawyers loyal to Qureshi attempted to forcibly enter the courtroom, breaking the gate of a corridor and chanted slogans against the chief justice inside the LHC building. Authorities used tear gas and water cannon to disperse the protesting lawyers while members of the legal fraternity pelted stones at the LHC building and police personnel protecting it. Sources said the protesting lawyers, around 200 in number, included bar members from Multan, Burewala and other areas.
  13. Have you been using the wrong style of gripping while working out? Or perhaps, ever experienced a dumbbell slowly slip off your fingers while you are performing a rep. What do you think could be the solution to this? Are you not gripping strong enough or are you totally using a wrong grip altogether? Let's find out. Wait A Minute, So Why Is Gripping The Weight So Important? Gripping the weight makes you one with the weight. It helps enhance the kinetic chain of the human body that eventually translates into explosiveness while performing a rep. The more explosive your rep is, the more muscle fibre recruitment will happen. As the load gets heavier, it's even more crucial to have a strong grip over the weight. The term ‘crushing the bar' needs to be taken to a whole new level. Apart from the benefits of better quality repetitions, forearm strength and size are added advantages of using a proper strong grip while working out. Do All Workouts Require The Same Type Of Grip? Here's where we talk about the different types of grip. What type of grip best suits which work out. A grip meant for endurance may be very different from a grip meant for strength training. Let's dig in further to learn more. 1) Traditional Lifting Traditional lifting generally involves a push and pull routine. Both of which requires a very strong grip. Based on the type of workouts, one can decide between- a) Neutral grip b) Prone grip c) Supine grip Pushing movements usually, use neutral or prone grips while pulling movements generally use supine grips. A traditional grip used for grabbing a dumbbell to do a row or an overhead press would involve wrapping your fingers extremely tight around the bar or the barbell or dumbbell. You will know how good your grip is by the amount of pump you feel in your forearms while gripping. 2) Dead Lifting And The Dead Grip Deadlifts usually involve very heavy weights. Sometimes twice to thrice your body weight! The purpose of the deadlift is to build overall body strength and get better and more functional at lifting heavy objects from the floor. However there arises a problem when lifting weights that heavy. The overall strength of the body may be strong enough to lift the weight from the floor, but the forearms muscle being relatively small may not have the strength to hold on to such extreme loads, unless of course, lifting straps are used. So what can be done in such cases? Learn the Dead grip. The Dead grip is a style of gripping the bar, where one side of the bar is gripped in a supine manner and the other is gripped in a pronated way. This style of gripping ensures greater strength on the grip, and also helps keep your body as tight as possible without dropping your shoulders. 3) Kettlebell Lifting And The Hook Grip Kettlebell lifting is very different from other strength sports. Kettlebells being a game of muscular endurance, would fall to a disadvantage if the grip is held extremely tight. The sport involves performing a lift continuously for 10 minutes, and crushing the handle of the Kettlebell for so long will be impossible and your forearm and palms will fail really soon. So how do you exactly hold on to a Kettlebell? Let's try the hook grip. The hook grip on a Kettlebell is very different from the hook grip used in Olympic lifting. To use a hook grip on the Kettlebell is simple. Hold on to the handle of the Kettlebell but don't crush it. Allow a generous space between the handle and your palm to have a free flow movement so that your palms don't fatigue over time during the lift. This will look like you are forming the shape of a hook with your palms. 4) Olympic Lifting The type of grip used during the Olympic lifting is very different from traditional lifting grips or dead lifting grip. Here once again a hook grip is used, which is slightly different from the Kettlebell hook grip. The hook grip held here is again meant to be held tight, but then the nature of this grip is such that it lets you have free movement of the bar and your palms while performing a clean or a snatch. People also use the traditional grip while Olympic lifting but this is a big mistake and can limit the performance of the lift. Lifting Glove And Chalk Using lifting gloves will shield your palms from any pinches or pains while holding the bar and hence help you focus on the grip. However, it is not advisable to use gloves while Kettlebell lifting as this will restrict free movement. Moreover, prolonged use of gloves can make you habitual and you will not be able to lift without gloves. Lifting chalk too is a great idea and is used by many professional athletes. It's always better to use the chalk rather than the grip. Helius is one of Mumbai's most promising fitness professionals and part time kettle bell lecturer. Photo: AFP Claim your rightful place upon the Iron Throne, or drink a cocktail of Shame, Queen Cersei-style -- the choice is yours, once you brave the hour-long queue snaking out the door. As Game of Thrones returns for its penultimate season Sunday, fans of the award-winning fantasy epic are getting an early fix at a pop-up bar in Washington, complete with a fire-breathing dragon, coats of armour and bartenders who are dressed the part. The unmarked venue, on a non-descript street in the US capital, has laid the decor on thick -- revelers make their way through a warren of rooms, each reminiscent of a scene from the wildly popular TV fable. A woman poses for a photo on the Iron Throne. Photo: AFP Every now and then, the star attraction -- an animatronic dragon -- fills the air with a fearsome roar, smoke spewing and fiery lights flashing in its mouth, in a nod to Daenerys Targaryen, the so-called "Mother of Dragons" who reared three of the beasts as her own. The other dragon siblings are painted on a mural in this popular watering hole, called the Game of Thrones Pop-Up Bar, or GOT PUB. "We waited for an hour-and-a-half but it was really worth it. The decor is very creative, very realistic. I like the different rooms," said Rebecca Briere, a physician's assistant. "It's amazing, especially the dragon." A woman walks past a mural of a dragon inside the bar in Washington. Photo: AFP Fashioned from three connected storefronts, the bar has a limited shelf life: it opened in late June and will remain open until August 27, closing early on Sundays when fans will presumably be home getting their weekly TV fix. "We want to treat this as the holy hour," said Paul Taylor, senior bar manager for The Drink Company, which is behind the project. "Watching a show in a bar for me is disappointing. You can't hear anything. Televisions would be out of place anyway in the bar's maze-like rooms, which have been packed with between 900 and 1,500 people every day amid the excitement over the soon-to-premiere season seven of "Thrones." 117 minutes and counting Walk in and above you, spread across the ceiling, are the mighty white branches and red leaves of a Weirwood -- one of the sacred trees that triggers visions in the young Bran Stark. In a niche in the wall is a standing sculpture of a wolf howling into the night sky -- the symbol of House Stark, the millennia-old rulers of the North of Westeros. People pose in front of The Hall of Faces. Photo: AFP To the right, lies the House of Black and White -- a temple in the city of Braavos where people go to die -- eerily recreated with walls covered in plaster faces, although in this case the faces belong to the owner of The Drink Company, volunteers who built the sets and some friends. Punters can also pose seated on the Iron Throne wearing a fur cloak and holding the royal scepter. For the privilege, simply sign up -- then wait, and wait some more for a text message from a guardian telling you your turn has come to claim the throne. One group had been waiting 117 minutes and counting. That is where the cocktails come in -- with the people's choice among the dozen or so themed drinks on offer settling on a concoction called Shame. Back story: in the finale to the show's season five, the fallen queen Cersei Lannister confesses to adultery and must take a naked walk of penance through the streets in a brutal public shaming. Made of tequila, gin, tonic water and grapefruit juice, the cocktail is served up with a spiel from the show: the bartender rings a bell three times and during each pause, everybody yells "Shame!"
  15. After winning the last ODI series 3-1, the Indian cricket team would have surely wanted to end their tour of the West Indies on a high. But, India's shocking nine-wicket loss in the one-off T20I in the Caribbean meant that the Windies had something to cheer for. The tour, on one hand, gave India a much-needed win in the 50-over series after a hammering in the Champions Trophy final, while it witnessed West Indies scripting a comeback to upset Virat Kohli's men in the T20 clash. But, India's outing in Caribbean undeniably gave us all a glimpse of the camaraderie between the players of the two teams. Since a majority of the West Indies cricketers ply their trade in the Indian Premier League (IPL), it wasn't really surprising to see them hanging out with the Indian stars off the field. Jamaican marauder Chris Gayle returned to his party-mode as he invited Indian batsman Yuvraj Singh to his Triple Century Sports Bar. Giving the fans a glimpse of their night-out, the Windies opener also shared photographs and a video with his fans on Instagram. 16. It sounds incredibly enticing right now when I'm subconsciously mapping the levels of zero productivity in a day (No, Saturday has nothing to do with this behaviour), to just fly down to something called a Nap bar where you can do exactly what you want—nap. But, two things. First, money. Second, I really doubt that if you go to a nap bar like the one in Spain. And just for your information, yes, nap bars are a real thing; at least in countries like Japan, Argentina, Belgium and now Spain, they are. A nap bar is basically a bar where you go to sleep, for however long you want. You're provided with these inexplicably comfortable beds with mattresses that feel like you're being held in the arms of God or something like that. (c) Lonely Planet But, anyway, I'll try not to deviate from the point I am so desperately trying to make, with repeated failure (see, I said I was unproductive today). So, there is a Nap Bar in Spain and it is called Siesta & Go. Comprende? Great! So, you know just what to do. Spain is the next country to join the trendy nap bar bandwagon that already has countries like Japan and Argentina onboard. But, unlike what the bar's name suggests, I assure you two things—first, that there is more to do at the bar than just nap, like books and coffee, for instance; and second, that you will never be able to just ‘siesta and go' from this bar. This Nap Bar is the answer to our Mondays. A post shared by NYTT (@nytt_label) on Apr 11, 2016 at 3:38pm PDT I mean, it puts your damn bedroom to shame, with all your fancy technology. Anyhoo! Point is, get your lazy behind off of your chair, buy a plane ticket to Spain (maybe let's keep it a one-way ticket, no?) and head to the nap bar where you can siesta all you want. Also, go rob a bank before deciding to do that.
  17. Simon Smith says he is lucky to be alive, and well, after watching the video of him getting hit by a bus, we couldn't agree more. He was just crossing the road in Reading when he was knocked down by an out-of-control bus. It seemed like he would suffer some serious injuries, but no, he got up and walked off like he didn't just almost die. © PURPLE TURTLE/SWNS The incident took place right outside Purple Turtle, a popular Reading bar and nightclub, and Smith, instead of suffering a high impact wound, just got up and walked inside. According to the BBC, Mr Smith only suffered minor injuries and said he feels 'lucky' to be alive. But, when he finally went to a hospital, the doctors didn't quite believe him. © PURPLE TURTLE/SWNS "I hadn't lost consciousness so I knew what had happened. But the police and paramedics didn't believe me," he told The Sun. "Originally, they were all in agreement because if I had been hit by the bus, I wouldn't be here. "I said, 'I'm sure the bus hit me' and they kept saying, 'No you were hit by debris'. "An officer then saw the CCTV at the pub and came back and said, 'I'm really sorry you were right'." © PURPLE TURTLE/SWNS Turns out he only got minor injuries from the potentially fatal accident, and was discharged from the hospital the same day only. No arrests have been made, though Reading Buses are taking this very seriously and are looking into the matter. © PURPLE TURTLE/SWNS A spokesman for Reading Buses said in a statement, "We are obviously shocked by the incident as well as the very graphic footage that has been shared a number of times. Thankfully, the pedestrian does not have any major injuries and there were no major injuries to passengers on the bus. © PURPLE TURTLE/SWNS "The incident is the subject of an ongoing internal investigation as well as an investigation by the police with whom we are working and sharing footage from our on-board CCTV, so it would be inappropriate for us to comment or speculate on this until it has run its course. "We send our regrets to those affected, especially the pedestrian injured in the street and hope that he is recovering from his injuries." © PURPLE TURTLE/SWNS It is still so wild to think how Simon Smith came out of this awful accident almost completely unscathed. Now, this is called being lucky!

When you think Wai Wai, you think of childhood memories where you looked forward to the moment when these delicious noodles were put in front of you as a reward for all the times you had been an obedient and well-behaved kid. Even today, we can’t get enough of our favourite noodles—served as crispy snacks, or as a slurpy mid-time meal! © Wai Wai So, when the company behind Wai Wai decided to give us Delhi NCR folk our first ever Wai Wai noodle bar, we celebrated our elation by spending the entire day at Wai Wai City. Giving noodle lovers a host of new ways to consume this cult snack and following in the footsteps of its flagship outlet at Hauz Khas village, New Delhi; Wai Wai City has opened its doors to the polar end of the city, i.e. Logix City Centre, Noida. © Zomato The menu offers an array of noodle dishes cooked in interesting styles influenced by Oriental flavours. The live kitchen has four types of noodles such as Classic, Crunchy, Roasted and Pan Fried noodles, seven sauces, which are Thai Holy Basil, Garlic Soya Oyster, Spicy Kung Pao, Masala Fusion sauces, eighteen vegetables, ten toppings and five add-ons to choose from. It is an aromatic experience as well as a visual treat to see each dish being prepared with fresh ingredients, right in front of your eyes. The menu takes you through an Oriental journey with its in-house favourites for you to binge on, such as the Bang Bang - roasted noodles with Szechuan sauce, Bangkok Express – crunchy noodles with Thai Holy Basil sauce, Kung Pao Delight - classic noodle with Spicy Kung Pao sauce. Not to forget the variety of inventive drinks and desserts that come to the rescue of your hunger pangs. © Wai Wai Speaking about the idea, Varun Chaudhary, Exectuive Director, CG Corp, said in a statement, “We wanted to come up with something that evokes nostalgia in people, taking them back to their school and college days when Wai Wai noodles was the favourite snack. The biggest strength of Wai Wai is undoubtedly its taste, with this new format; we offer our fans a whole new world of taste and flavors. For us this is the beginning of an exciting pan India journey.” This is one of the best little things to happen to all noodles and Wai Wai lovers alike and we can’t wait to hit up this noodle bar. See you there!
  19. At some point, one really is done with the amount of ‘socializing’ Delhi has to offer. That’s one way you reach breaking point. You’ve been to Summer House and exhausted your source. You’ve been to Bandstand and exhausted that, too. You’d rather not go to a Groghead anyway… Chatter House… eh… The thing is, these places are just as great, no offence at all. It’s just that a Summer House and Bandstand crowd on the weekend is very different from the crowd you’d find at a Monkey Bar, a Beer Café or any of the other places. The reason is because there isn’t much to offer in terms of the dance and underground scene at these other places. It becomes you. But, there is also that point where you’d rather just move to a whole new city so you can find fresher nightlife culture than go to the same places and find the same set of people there, weekend after weekend, after weekend. But, Ricky Teja, Owner at Summer House Café and Bandstand probably figured that out. And that’s why he created something fresh and new with Auro Kitchen & Bar. How Is Auro Different? © Auro Kitchen & Bar Located right before Summer House Café and just at the side of our beloved Wimpy’s burger joint, Auro Kitchen & Bar is everything that Summer House and Bandstand aren’t and yet, it’s a combination of both. Bandstand is yet to get its own rooftop… whether or not it does is a different question. Auro has both—interiors and exteriors. It’s more spacious than Summer House Café, for sure and a little more than Bandstand—and that’s just the interiors. The terrace is spacious and comes with a well-built and set-up bar of its own. It’s quite minimal, aside from the wooden high-top seating with tables, again well-spaced out so that there’s enough room to walk and stand and do a little jig when you feel. For the current climate in Delhi, it’s not so bad, really. The fairy lights add to it—not over the top, or jarring, or too dim; it’s just perfect. The Ambience © Zomato You can call it a romantic spot if you want or a decent friendly get-together with friends. Most of all, I’m in love with the interiors, though. It’s not too extravagant; gives you a little bit of an Irish bar vibe and the flooring is not the cheap wooden kind you’d see in most places; rather, it’s more of a classy-in-a-subtle way sort of flooring, well-kept. The seating is a mix of tables and chairs and more private couches. But, that’s just the décor of the place. The Food © Auro Kitchen & Bar It’s their food menu that is really worth sampling, honestly. You don’t need to worry about the same old bar food being offered. They have some great options to try—from their starters to their main courses and from their presentation to their taste. For The Variety © Zomato Auro is definitely a mixed bag—they host events, workshops, gigs and mixers. So, you’re bound to get a healthy mix of different people showing up from incredibly interesting walks of life. You could meet a corporate professional, a social activist, an artist and whomsoever else chilling at the same event, for entirely different reasons. Isn’t that great? And most of all, it’s a welcome break from the regular social gathering that you’re so used to seeing everywhere. And at the very least, it’s good food and great ambience; the company is always subjective!
  20. Since Xiaomi’s existence, the company has been releasing some very competitive smartphones with specifications that no other company can offer, at a price that seems unthinkable. Their Redmi series has been a huge hit in India and has garnered immense popularity because of what these smartphones are capable of. © MensXP In order to continue the success of the Redmi series, Xiaomi launched an entry-level smartphone called the Redmi 4A. Being a price-driven economy, India has an abundance of entry-level budget phones, however, they aren’t really met with any stable and reliable options. The Redmi 4A seems to be the answer to that problem. The Redmi 4A is priced at Rs 5,999 and we wanted to check out if it can withstand daily tasks and how it would fare during the course of our review. Design Language You might be fooled by the design of the smartphone but it is actually made up of a plastic body. The polycarbonate finish at the back gives it that premium feel but it will not feel the same as compared to a metallic constructed smartphone. It looks almost identical to the Redmi 3S and there is no fingerprint scanner for unlocking/locking purposes. © MensXP The Redmi 4A has curved edges, which are not very prominent, and has the usual volume rocker and power buttons where you expect to find them. © MensXP The front of the smartphone has a 5-inch display and three capacitive keys that help in navigating and multitasking. Display © MensXP The Redmi 4A has a 5 inch HD display with a resolution of 720X1280 which is good enough for a phone that costs less than a weekend getaway. It has accurate colours and can be viewed from most angles. However, the phone does not fare well when viewed under the sun. It has a reading mode, which puts less strain on the eyes and can be adjusted according to your preference. Performance The Redmi 4A comes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 425 processor under the hood and is complimented by 2GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Internal memory can be expanded up to 128 GB via a microSD card. © MensXP Much like other Xiaomi phones, the Redmi 4A is running Android 6.0 Marshmallow with MIUI 8 on top that makes the phone’s interface look clean and easy to use. The phone even has a second space mode, which lets users have a separate home screen with different wallpapers and arrangement of apps, photos and files. It has the Quick Ball mode for ease of access to shortcuts and also a One-Handed mode that reduces the display size to the bottom corner of the screen. While using the phone, we faced no issues in multi-tasking and carrying out daily tasks such as Internet browsing and GPS navigation. Switching to different apps felt snappy and fluid. © MensXP The Redmi 4A has a 3,120-mAh battery and easily lasts a day with all the usage mentioned above and sometimes even longer. Antutu and GeekBench scores were also up to the mark. It scored 32,578 in Antutu’s Benchmarks whereas Geekbench 4 was 623 and 1609 respectively. Camera Quality The Xiaomi Redmi 4A has a 13MP rear camera with a dual LED flash and a 5 MP front-facing camera for selfies. The camera app is similar to what you expect from every other Xiaomi phone; basic, clean and reliable. It supports HDR and burst modes and can also be used for panorama shots. In addition, it also has a manual mode where you can adjust the shutter speed and ISO settings if you want to click sharper pictures. © MensXP The picture quality from the Redmi 4A is good enough for an entry-level phone and the final picture reflects a fair amount of colour and detail which is impressive for a smartphone that is cheaper than a pair of shoes. It is expected that the phone does not fare well in low-lit environments but does a decent job in good lighting conditions. Here are a few sample shots we took with the Redmi 4A: Verdict © MensXP The Redmi 4A is a smartphone for the masses and performs exceptionally well as compared to other entry-level smartphones. It has good battery life and supports VoLTE. The UI has a lot of features to offer and is an all rounder when it comes to performance. If you are looking to save money or need a secondary phone, close your eyes and just buy this one. Photography By Samiksha Sharma
  21. This weekend was all about pulling each other’s legs and playing ultimate pranks to mark the day of fools. But, while some people were busy joking around, there were many who were mourning the ban on liquor shops, either by sipping fruit juice or gulping down hard drinks that were stacked in their homes. However, no matter how f**ked up you might be feeling right now; we bet you aren’t feeling as pathetic as Harman Sidhu, an activist based in Chandigarh. Why we are saying this is because Harman was the one who filed a PIL against liquor shops across the major highways in the country. His motive was simple – to stop people from drinking and driving. However, now the tables have turned against him since his favourite liquor shop in Chandigarh has shut down too. © Facebook “I, too, am feeling the pinch,” Sidhu said. He further added, “I love to drink and I have to go that extra mile to fetch my stock. I can’t accept that a large part of Chandigarh is going dry. ”Thanks to Chandigarh’s road categorisation, all the sectors come within 500 metres of state highways. Sidhu blames the Chandigarh administration for this “goof-up”. He said, “Highways are supposed to be outside cities and to be used only for long drives.” He also added, “But thanks to the Chandigarh authorities’ goof-up, there are many highways within Chandigarh. This could well have been a world record of sorts. Now everybody, including me, will have to suffer.” © Facebook Since Chandigarh is a smaller city, as many as 91 bars, pubs and restaurants had to go dry and face the wrath of liquor ban. Reflecting on the misery of his own actions, Sidhu said “Poora ragra lag gaya, sare hi hun lapete gaye ne (Everybody has been steamrolled).” However, Sidhu still maintains his stand on not allowing people to drink and drive and we support him too. 22. CEO of Facebook and father of a 2-year-old daughter – Mark Zuckerberg seems to be handling both his responsibilities like a boss. While his company remains to be one of the most successful enterprises in the world, he has also been focusing on his family life after becoming a dad. Because well, dads can rock at being cool parents too! Zuckerberg keeps sharing pictures of his daughter and this time he posted a video of him doing push-ups with his daughter Max strapped to his back. Oh boy, that’s a tough one. And he didn't stop at that; the push-ups look even more difficult! Facebook You might be the CEO of Facebook but being a dad ain’t cakewalk, and we are sure Mark Zuckerberg meant exactly this when he wrote in the comments section: “As soon as I finish she yells ‘More! More!’ Easily the most demanding trainer I've ever had.” It doesn’t look easy, especially after Mark writes that the weight on his shoulders is around 25 lbs i.e. 11kgs!

  24. This is what has become of racism in the United States of America. Two Indians were shot on the pretext that they were Middle Eastern. The shooter, Adam Purinton, a 51-year-old American, is supposed to have hurled racial slurs at the two Indians—Srinivas Kuchibhotla and Alok Madasani—before having shot them dead. Facebook The two were regulars at the Austin’s Bar and Grill, where the incident happened and were known as the Jameson guys for having always ordered a glass of Jameson’s whiskey. “They are super nice guys. They would sit, have a cigarette, have a few drinks and pay their tab and leave,” recalled the bartender, Garret Bohnen. The incident has created a stir and obviously racial unrest across the two countries, with the Charge d’Affaires MaryKay Carlson, stating that “The United States is a nation of immigrants and welcomes people from across the world to visit, work, study, and live. U.S. authorities will investigate thoroughly and prosecute the case, though we recognize that justice is small consolation to families in grief.”
