ADMIN posted a blog entry in FDF Online News'What is it good for? Absolutely EVERYTHING!'. We just got the best news ever and we can't stop ourselves from smiling like crazy people! Believe it or not, but a lil' birdie told us that Detectives Carter and Lee (Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker) are going to make a grand comeback with 'Rush Hour 4' and it's going to be epic! © New Line Cinema The first film was released back in 1998, when you were still too young to remember it! But I am sure you've seen all three parts by now and it's already amongst your favourite franchises. The film had massive success thanks to the memorable dialogues and all that kung-fu! Case in point: "Do you understand the words coming out of my mouth". I bet you said that a lot when the movie was first released! Jackie Chang when spoken to earlier, had already confirmed that he's involved in the fourth part of the film. Chris Tucker, however, was still uncertain at the time. © New Line Cinema But recently, at an appearance on ESPN's podcast, The Plug, Chris Tucker confirmed his involvement in the film as well! © New Line Cinema During the show, Tucker was asked if he and Chan would ever be seen together for the fourth part and he replied saying ''It's happening. This is gonna be the rush of all rushes. Jackie is ready and we want to do this so that people don't ever forget". BREAKING NEWS: @christuckerreal confirms on #ThePlugESPN that Rush Hour 4 is happening and in the works saying, “It will be the rush of all rushes.” ð§ NOW http//:https://t.co/HMV5KhiVVi #BreakingNews #RushHour4 #TheUndefeated pic.twitter.com/e84vte4Xbv — Terri Foster-Brasby (@SheKnowsSports_) 21 February 2018 Well, we can barely wait for the fourth one to release! Any guesses on the plot or which country the two detectives are gonna take on this time? The film is said to release next year in all probability. Fingers crossed!
ADMIN posted a blog entry in FDF Online NewsFor some or the other reason, 2017 hasn't exactly made it to the top of our favorite years list and this, in fact, is a popular opinion across the world. The dreadful year has finally come to an end and our B-town celebrities definitely know how to welcome the New Year in style. While most of them are off to some foreign location with friends and family, others are bound to India because of work or other commitments. 1. Jacqueline Fernandez The Sri Lankan beauty is celebrating the New Year with her family in Bali and making us all swoon over her pictures. Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma After a Tuscany wedding, two receptions in Delhi and Mumbai, the newly-married couple is headed to South Africa but for work as the upcoming cricket series is going to take place in the first week of January. © Twitter 5. Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani The rumored couple was seen leaving for vacation and were then spotted at the Colombo International Airport. As they were getting clicked with some fans, the duo bumped into none-other-than Ranveer Singh. #TigerShroff #DishaPatani spotted with #RanveerSingh and Some lucky fans at Bandaranaike International Airport ( Katunayak, Sri Lanka )ðð I wonder what did he say to make them laugh ðð @iTIGERSHROFF @DishPatani @RanveerOfficial @TeamTIGERSHROFF @AyeshaShroff @ranveercafe69 pic.twitter.com/JHXQiqlIAn — Dishapatani Queen (@satyam20157) December 28, 2017 7. Akshay Kumar Akshay is currently vacationing in Cape Town, South Africa and is celebrating Twinkle's birthday with their kids. However, there is no doubt that they too would welcome 2018 with a bang.

Welcome to the first of a new regular series we're calling "Question of the week". Each week, we'll ask our team a question and share the replies. To kick things off, we posed a very simple question: What is your favorite TV show right now? We may have over-estimated how much TV the average geek watches. Here's what our team said. Brandon (Senior tech support and development) How do I answer this without writing an essay?! I really don't watch too many TV shows personally, and I definitely don't have any that I watch religiously. I'd say my favorite is probably Fixer Upper as I tend to like to have those sorts of home repair shows on in the background, and Chip and Joanna Gaines are just too hard not to love. Mark H (Tech support) Nova, on our PBS station, because it is not filled with speculation, half-truths, and fake news. Marc S (Tech Support) Have been watching misfits. It just seems to be its the more likely scenario around someone getting superpowers. Lets be honest, superman/spiderman etc just isn't what you would realistically do? Rhett (Cloud Support) "The Blacklist" James Spader is excellent in this series! I've been hooked since it started in 2013. Matt (Senior Developer) I’m in Game of Thrones hibernation along with most of the world at the moment. I’ve just finished season two of Preacher which I really enjoyed. I found Eugene’s journey through Hell to be a highlight and enjoyed how a small character in season one was fleshed out some more. Also, who cannot love watching Hitler order plum cakes? Mark W (Senior Developer) RuPaul's Drag Race. Because I'm what? Sickening. Ryan (Senior Developer) I don't really watch a lot of TV - there isn't anything that really catches my eye nowadays, so I mostly just stick to watching my local sports teams with friends (Cincinnati Reds [baseball] and Cincinnati Bengals [football]). That being said, though, I saw a commercial for the Big Bang Theory spin-off "Sheldon" the other day, and I might get hooked into that. It looked pretty good. Andy (Senior tech support and development) I'm looking forward to the next series of Stranger Things on Netflix Jennifer (Designer) I'm personally in between shows at the moment. I just finished The Walking Dead Season 7 and I'm watching some Anime with the family. I'm the sort of person that bounces around binge watching TV shows and movies. I can say that I am really looking forward to the next season of Santa Clarita Diet though because a zombie housewife is just funny to watch the misadventures of. Daniel (Senior tech support and development) I've started watching Dexter. Stuart (Senior tech support and development) Star Trek TNG, Just because of Jean-Luc Picard! Drop us a line and let us know what your favorite show is. If you have any questions for the team that you'd like to be featured, let us know and we'll queue them up!
ADMIN posted a blog entry in FDF Online NewsFrom Salman Khan swaggering shirtless to Sanjay Dutt doing pull-ups in a jail cell, fitness has come a long way. While celebrities deserve due credit for promoting fitness fuelled lifestyles, they are also to be blamed for setting unrealistic physical standards. Fans don't understand that a lot more than just working out and eating goes into drastic celebrity transformations. Otherwise unfit celebrities come out shredded to the bone in a span of months. If that isn't unrealistic, I don't what is. Things get really dangerous when fanboys are willing to go to any length to achieve a physique like that of their favorite screen hero in the shortest time possible. Although it is awesome to see them flaunting an admirable physique, taking fitness advice from them isn't a good idea at all. Why? Here are 5 logical reasons. 1) They Can Spend On Exotic Foods Recommended By Expensive ‘Pseudo-Scientist Dieticians'. You Can't! © YouTube Celebrity dieticians and trainers are always looking for click-bait popularity. In a recent article published in the Pune-Mirror, Alia Bhatt's dietician said “Alia is on a diet of Jowar in summer, Bajra in winter and Nachni and Ragi during the monsoons according to the heating and cooling properties of the food”. Let me tell you one thing- ‘your body is concerned with the nutrients, not the food' and all the foods mentioned by Alia's dietician are a source of carbohydrates with an identical nutritional profile, hence it doesn't make any difference, except you struggling to find them. Another thing to note is that Nachni and Ragi aren't different foods but different names for finger millets. 2) Their Lives Are Poles Apart From Yours! © YouTube They have access to all the luxury and assistance in the world. Hence, they can go swimming in morning, yoga in afternoon, weight training in evening, and yet their chefs will ensure they consume their exotic meals with blue berries, avocados and Greek yogurt on time. While you struggle to find avocados and asparagus! If you try to mimic their fitness routine, you're simply going to burn-out. A normal person's fitness routine doesn't need to be so fancy and complicated. 3) Special Workout Routines With Nothing Special About Them © YouTube You won't notice an apple unless it's golden. Celebrities are that golden apple and they like their stuff to be unique. Be it the house they live in, the car they drive or the workouts they do. A celebrity doing simple resistance training wouldn't attract much attention, thus doing gimmicky stuff on TRX, bouncing bodyweight movements in the name of functional training and cardio on a sci-fi machine is a must. The truth is that there's nothing special and advantageous about it. And you don't necessarily need to do all that to start your fitness journey. I can guarantee you that a simple gym with a pull-up bar, cable station, bench, squat rack and weights can greatly enhance your body composition and fitness levels. That's all you need! 4) They Are Pretty Dumb When It Comes To Training And Nutrition © YouTube This might hurt some die hard Bollywood fans but yeah, that is true. In a recent video Varun Dhawan said that Iso-Pure Whey (pretty expensive whey protein) is superior as it has a lot of protein and no calories. NO CALORIES! I'm pretty sure that after watching this video, plenty of young kids must have dug a hole in their pocket. Well, I'd like to enlighten you that a gram of protein will always have 4 calories in it, be it on Earth or on the moon. Thus, if it has 30g of protein it is bound to have a minimum of 120 calories. (The only two Bollywood celebs I've seen talking sense about fitness and nutrition are Akshay Kumar and Aamir Khan.) 5) Average Physiques Even After Drug Use © YouTube As a bodybuilding coach and writer, I'm never against anabolic steroids. It's a part of the game. ‘Game' here being the sport of bodybuilding and ‘looking good on screen'. Use of AAS (androgenic anabolic steroids) for a body-transformation that leaves the world in awe at the age of 50 years is understandable. But using drugs for creating average physiques at older ages, isn't admirable at all. In a recent video (roundtable conversation) Ranvir Singh, Ranbir Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor were questioned about the hardest part of shirtless scenes. Ranbir then, accidently talks about using Clenbuterol and shows his shivering hands. Clenbuterol is a cutting (lypolitic) drug and anxiety and shivering are its side-effects. Honestly, I don't understand why on earth a person needs the aid of drugs for a physique like Ranbir's, in addition to the best training facilities, body tan, perfect lighting and post production edits. No hate but 17-year-old dudes in my national's football team had more defined abs than 3 of them without drug use. For the fanboys who're going comment, “it is easier to trash talk behind a keyboard” - Well, we're not your regular media writers. We're MensXP. We lift and we teach how to lift.
