#Dry_Plum_Dip / #Sauce 💝💝 (Sukhe Aalo-Bukhare Ki Chatni)

The Very Tasty Sweet & Sour Dip/Sauce...💞💞💞

Dry Plum Chatni Recipe,
Recipe By Dua Fasih

Dry Plum, 1 Cup Heaped (Soaked In 1 Cup Of Water)
Dry Plum, 1/4 Cup (do not soaked them)
Sugar, 1 and Half Cup (add more, if needed)
Salt, to taste 
Vinegar, 2 to 3 Table Spoon
Crushed Red Chillies, Half Tea Spoon
Chili Sauce (Optional), 2 Table Spoon (For Color)
Red Chilli Powder, Half Tea Spoon (if used chili sauce then add 1/4 Tea Spoon or omit)

Heat the saucepan add soaked dry plums with water & sugar, and put in low flame to cook. Stir after every 2 minutes. When sugar is dissolved & Sugar syrup will become thick, add remaining all ingredients into the saucepan and add un soaked dry plums too. And cook 5 to 7 minutes. Then check the taste. And adjust by taste buds.
(Remember chatni should be thick so cook till chatni become thick but don't forget after cooling it will become more thick so adjust thickness by your mind.)
Switch off the flame and cool the chatni in room temperature now fill chatni in to the bottle and refrigerate. Enjoy

1. I used Golden dry plums if you use black dry plums then your Chatni will become brown.

2. Take out seeds of soaked n cooked plums after plum dissolved. When only seeds remaining...(i didn't need to take out seeds because my plums are brown & big in the size. So I leave seeds into the chatni.

#Kashmiri_Chai 💖💖💖
The mosttttt yummiliciouss Tea...which make in very different way & serve with different way as well 💘💘💘
(Normally We don't drink Tea but We just love Kashmiri Chai 💞💞💞..We like extra milk in Kashmiri Chai so I added...that's why it's light pink, Normal color means less Milk tea which is Tea Pink I 'll post in 1st Comment.)

Kashmiri Chai Recipe,
Recipe By Dua Fasih

Tap Water, 4 Cup
Cold Water, 1 Cup
Green Tea Leaves,  4 Table Spoon Level (i used local Green tea but u can use labeled Kashmiri tea as well)
Green cardamom 4
Anise star 1
Cloves, 2
Cinnamon, 1 to 2 Inch Piece
Soda Bicarbonate, 1/4 Tea Spoon 
Sugar, 4 to 5 Table Spoon
Milk, As Required
Almonds, As Required (thinly sliced)
Pistachios, As Required (thinly sliced)

In a pot add water, green tea, cloves, cinnamon, ,cardamom and anise star and let it boil.
When it comes to boil add Soda bicarbonate and cook with the lid off on medium high flame until water reduced to 2 cups.
Add in 1 cup cold water....beat & beat & beat for 5 mints. 
Sieve qehwa and set it aside. (U can save it in bottle for 3 to 4 days in refrigerator, as I do)
Heat 4 cups of milk add in 1 cup of prepared qehwa (or more, as u required the color) and 4 to 5 table spoon of sugar and let it boil for 10 minutes. 
Kashmiri tea is ready. Pour in cups & sprinkle some thinly sliced almonds & pistachio.
Serve hot.

This Is Very Famous Biryani Of Hyderabad 💓💕 The Uniqueness is that, marinated raw chicken cook with Semi Boil Rice & it's more easy to make rather than others...Very Few Spices make Yummilicious Biryani...💞💞💞

Hyderabadi Kache Gosht ki Biryani Recipe,

Ingredients Of Marination,
Chicken, Half Kg
Raw Papaya Paste, 3 To 4 Table Spoon
Fried Onion, Half Cup
Beaten Yogurt, 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 Table Spoon
Salt, To Taste
Green Chilies (Fine Chopped), 4 to 5 (thin chilies)
Green Coriander (Fine Chopped), 4 Table Spoon
Fresh Mint, (Fine Hand Chopped), 1/4 Cup
Lemon Juice, 4 to 5 Table Spoon
Red Chili Powder, 1 & Half Table Spoon
Turmeric, 1 Tea Spoon
Cloves, 4
Cinnamon, 2 Inches Stick
Green Cardamom, 4
Oil, 1/3 Cup

Ingredients Of Rice,
Rice (Soaked), 1/2 Kg
Salt, 2 to 3 Table Spoon (depend how much Water you used)
Water, As Required
Black Pepper, 6 to 7

Ingredients Of Color,
Biryani Color, 1/6 Tea Spoon
Milk, 3 Table Spoon
Kewra Water, 1 Table Spoon
Biryani Essence, 2 Drops

Ingredients Of Layers (Teh),
**Marinated Raw Chicken
**Semi Boil Rice
**Dissolve Color Mixture
Ghee, 3 To 4 Table Spoon
Flour Dough, For Sealing The Pot

Method Of Chicken Marination,
Wash chicken well. Add all ingredients and leave 2 to 3 hours for marination to tender the chicken & penetrate all Spices.

Method Of Rice,
Bring the water boil in wide pan with the salt & black pepper. Add rice and semi boil the rice and strain.

Method Of Color Mixture,
Add all ingredients in cup and mix well.

Method Of Layer (teh),
Take wide pan add Raw marinated Chicken, than layered all rice on the raw chicken. Then pour all color mixture in the corners and add ghee and close the led. 
Now seal the led with the dough of flour to make perfect steam.

Cook on medium low flame to 15 minutes.
Then place tawa on stove and then put biryani pot on tawa put on simmer (Dum) to 20 to 25 minutes.
And delicious Biryani is ready. 
Serve with Raita, Salad, & Sweet & Sour Plum chatni...💖💖💖

Strawberry Smoothie/ Strawberry Lassi. Recipe,

Strawberries, 12 to 15
Milk, 250 ml
Yogurt, 1 Cup
Strawberry Essence, 2 to 3 drops
Sugar, 5 to 6 Table Spoon
Ice Cubes. As Required

Mix all ingredients in a blender for few minutes. & Serve 😊

#Black_Forest_Cake (Bakery Style) 💖💖💖
My Mosttttt Fav Cake 💞💞💞💞💞💞
Bcoz fresh cherries are not in the season n I didn't want to use frozen tin cherries so I made authentic black forest spong but I made layered filling like bakery style. As they layered with Pine-Apple & Lots Of Chocolate Chips 💘💘💘

Black Forest Cake Recipe
Recipe By Dua Fasih,

Cake Ingredients,
All Purpose Flour, 2 Cups (Sift)
Caster Sugar, 1 & Half Cup
Dark Coco Powder, 3/4 Cup
Eggs, 2
Baking Powder, 1 Tea Spoon
Baking Soda, Half Tea Spoon
Milk, 1 Cup
Vanilla Essence, 1 Table Spoon
Coffee Powder, 1 Table Spoon
Oil, Half Cup
Hot Water, 1 Cup

For Filling Ingredients,
Pine-Apple Chunks, As Required 
Chocolate Chips, As Required

(Note..In Authentic Black forest filled with cherries but when I made cherries are not in season n I don't like tins cherries so I used Pine-Apple instead of cherries)

For Decor Ingredients,
Whipping Cream ( I used Whippy whip cream so it's already sweet if cream is not sweeten than add icing sugar as required)
Grated Chocolate 
Chocolate Chips
Crumbs Of Cake

Preheat the oven on 180

Grease the pan, ( I used 8 inches 2 pan) line butter paper and grease again and dust the flour from sides too.

Combine all dry ingredients & sift 3 times. (All purpose flour, sugar, coco powder, baking soda & baking powder)

Take a wide bowl Add eggs milk oil vanilla essence and beat till well combine. 

Add coffee powder into boiling water & mix well.

Add dry ingredients into liquid ingredients. And mix well with whisk.

Then add hot coffee into cake beater slowly and continuously whisk the mixture with another hand.

Divide mixture into cake pans & pop in into the oven on 2nd rack of placement. Bake for about 40 minutes or pan leaving the sides or insert the toothpick if it's clear then cake is ready

When cake is in room temperature level them on its not level. 

Fill whip cream and cherries (Pine-Apple) chocolate chips etc then cover with 2nd cake. 

Apply a lil cream coat as crumb coat and refrigerate.

And now cover all cake with more whip cream (you may use ganache as well on sides dropping effect) cover the sides with crumbs or grated chocolate. Make design as desire with whipped cream and garnish with cherries chocolate flowers chocolate chips etc. 
( it's all up to you)

The Most Refreshing Spring Drink 💕💕 Made With Awesome Vibrant Color Of Fresh Red Strawberries 💞💞💞

Strawberry Lemonade Recipe,
Recipe By Dua Fasih

Strawberry (Chopped), 1 Cup full
Lemon Juice, 1/4 Cup
Sugar, 1/3 Cup OR As Required
Chilled Water, As Required
Ice Cubes, As Required
Lemon Slices, Few
Strawberry Slices, Few
Mint Leaves, For Garnish

Take Saucepan add sugar, lemon juice, strawberries & 2 Table Spoons of water and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
When it's in room temperature blend them in blender then sift & pour in any empty clean bottle and refrigerate.
When it's chilled. Take 1 glass and fill  1/4 with ice cubes then 1/4 with strawberries lemonade puree and add chilled water with strawberries slices & lemon slices. Garnish with mint leaves & Serve.

My Fav Lovelyyyy French Toast 💕💕 Which I Love To Have It In Morning Times 💖💖💖 And The Good Think Is They Made In Few Minutes With Few Ingredients 💞💞💞

French Toast Recipe
Recipe By Dua Fasih

Bread Slices, 4 (I used Sandwich Bread)
Eggs, 3
Orange Color, A Good Pinch
Sugar, 5 to 6 Table Spoon OR As Per Taste
Milk, Half Cup
Oil, For Frying 

Take wide bowl crack eggs, add milk, sugar & Orange color & whisk. Then dip each bread slice one by one in the better and fry with some oil ( my pan is non- stick so I just added 1 Tea Spoon of oil for 1 slice) And Serve.

(Note. You can skip sugar and make with same procedure after frying you can serve with Honey, but I like to add sugar. )
