Hyderabadi Chili Gravy Recipe,
Recipe By Dua Fasih

Green Chillies (Thick & Long), 250 Gram (Mark cut & deseeded )
Curry Leaves, 15 to 20 (wash & Dry)
Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 Table Spoon
Salt, To Taste
Onion, 2 Big (make thick paste)
Turmeric Powder, 1/4 Tea Spoon
Red Chili Powder, 1 Tea Spoon level OR As Per Taste
Fenugreek Seeds, 1 Tea Spoon
Peanuts, 4 Table Spoon
Sesame Seeds, 4 Table Spoon
Dry Coconut, 2 Table Spoon (Optional)
Tamarind Pulp, 1 Cup
Cumin, Half Tea Spoon
Roasted & Crushed Cumin, Half Tea Spoon
Roasted & Crushed Dry Coriander, 1 Tea Spoon
Mustard Seeds, Half Tea Spoon
Onion Seeds, Half Tea Spoon (Optional)
Yogurt, 3/4 Cup (Optional, if you made authentic royal then add otherwise omit it)
Mustard Oil, 1 Cup

Roast the peanuts sesame seeds and lastly add and saute coconut. Now put it in the mixer and make a fine powder. (Or blind them into the blender with lil bit water)

Heat the pan add mustard oil (hot oil first to skip bitterness of oil) fry green chillies and take them out in plate.

Now in hot oil add fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and mustard seeds then add curry leaves and onion paste saute till onion paste dry. Now add turmeric, chili powder, roasted & crushed cumin, roasted & crushed coriander saute. Then add peanut, coconut & Sesame seeds paste and cook with lil water for about 5 minutes.

Add tamarind juice and yogurt (if added) mix well cool 2 3 minutes then add fry chilies mix & cover the led cook more 5 minutes on medium high flame. Then uncover the led and cook till oil comes out. Sprinkle fresh coriander (cilantro)
(Note. Gravy depends on your preference)

Strawberry Colada Smoothie Recipe,
Recipe By Dua Fasih,

Fresh Strawberries (chilled, hulled), 1 Cup
Ripe Banana (peeled and frozen), 1
Frozen Pine-Apple, 1 & 1/2 Cup
Coconut Greek yogurt, 1 Full Cup
Unsweetened Coconut Milk, 1 & 1/4 Cup (Or 1/4 More If Needed)

(Note. If don't like smoothie then skip and  replace the Greek yogurt with coconut thicken milk)

Pulse strawberries in a food processor until well pureed. Reserve In Bowl

Take a clean blender add banana, pineapple, coconut Greek yogurt and 1 1/4 cups coconut milk. Pulse until well blended, adding an additional 1/4 cup coconut milk as needed.

Spoon pineapple mixture into glasses filling about 1/3 full then add a spoonful or two of the strawberry mixture, swirl lightly with a butter knife Or with a straw then repeat twice more. Serve immediately.

(Note. Alternately, all ingredients can be blended together in a blender versus processing strawberries separately.
*Light canned coconut milk can also be substitute just blend 1:1 with water.)

Orange Cheesecake Shots Recipe,
Recipe By Dua Fasih

⬇Ingredients Of Base (Cheesecake Base)
Biscuits, 8 to 10 ( I used Marrie biscuits {light brown biscuits} according to the theme)
Melted Butter, 3 to 4 Table Spoon

Make fine biscuits crumbs add melted butter (Room Temperature) mix well.
The Main Cheese Cake Base is Ready.
(As cheesecake base, You can use thin Vanilla Sponge as well)

⬇Ingredients Of White Cheesecake Layer,
Cheese Cream, 1 Cup Or More As Per Taste ( I used Philadelphia Cream Cheese)
Whipping Cream, 300 Ml (without Whip)
Vanilla Essence, 1 Tea Spoon
Gelatin, 1 Table Spoon Heaped (Soaked In 2 Tablespoons Of Hot Water)

Add both creams in a dry bowl and mix well with the help of electric beater when 1/3 Cream is whipped add vanilla essence and gelatin and beat again till all creams are properly whipped.
The Basic Cheese Cake Filling Is Ready.

(#Note, I Used Sweeten Whipping Cream So I Didn't Add Sugar, Otherwise You Can Add Icing Sugar As Required)

⬇Ingredients Of Orange Cheesecake Layer,
Basic Cheesecake Filling, 2 Cups (Which we ready for white layer)
Fresh Orange Juice, Half Cup
Orange Jelly, 1/3 Packet
Orange Essence, 2 to 3 Drops (Optional, I Didn't Add because I used jelly)

Heat the juice in a saucepan before boiling add jelly and switch of the flame. Stir jelly continuously till jelly temperature become room temperature.
Then add jelly into basic cheesecake filling and whipped again for about 5 to 8 minutes till foamy.
The Orange Cheesecake Layer Is Ready.

⬇Ingredients Of Bright Orange Jelly Layer,
Fresh Orange Juice, 3/4 Cup
Orange Jelly, 2/3 Packet (Remaining Jelly Packet)

Repeat Same Procedure. Heat the juice in saucepan before bowling Add jelly and switch of the flame. Then mix continuously till jelly temperature become room temperature. (make sure the jelly is not set or not make any crystal)
The Orange Jelly Layer Is Ready.

⬇Assembling Ingredients.
*Cheesecake Base
*White Basic Cheesecake Filling
*Orange Cheesecake Filling
*Bright Orange Jelly

💧💧Wash & Dry Tall Glasses OR Small Loss Bottom Cake Pan (Line With Big plastic wrap to pull easily from base & Sides)


1) For 1st Cheese Cake Base. Add 3 Table Spoon in each glass and press to fill sides. Leave For 10 minutes in Freezer.

2) Then add 3 to 4 Table Spoons of white basic cheese cake filling add press lightly to not make airy bubbles.
And clean sides, to not look glass messy.
Put glasses in Freezer till 1st cheesecake layer is set.

3) Repeat same procedure (Repeat Step 2) with Orange Cheesecake Filling. And freeze again till Orange Cheesecake layer is set.
(This time at least 4 to 5 hours)

4) Now When Jelly is in room temperature and ready to set. Then quickly fill the glasses with jelly mixture and again refrigerate for about 7 to 8 hours or till jelly completely set.

(Note, If don't have time for putting long in refrigerator, You may add 1 Tablespoon of gelatin powder with jelly into the hot Orange Juice When making Orange Jelly layer)

5) Serve With Orange Segments and Mint Leaves.

(#NOTE, I Made Individual Serving. So it's called shots. But Same you may make as cake in loss bottom pan.)

Rabri As yogurt's & Cream Mixture

(I Was Specially Made This For Śhõmi Noman Ahmad sis & Niviea Gee Groups 1st Birthday So I Wrote The Group Name With Cucumber...)

Here is the detailed Recipe,
Kababi Qulfi Falooda Recipe,

Kabab Qulfi Ingredients,
Chicken Breast, Half Kg
Onion, 1 Sliced (Big)
Green Chillies, 8 to 10 (Chopped)
Green Coriander (Cilantro), 3 to 4 Table Spoon
Salt, To Taste
Crushed Red Chili Flakes, 1 Table Spoon
All Spice Powder (Garam Masala), 1 Tea Spoon
Black Pepper Powder, 1 Tea Spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 Tea Spoon
Soaked Bread Slice, 2
Egg, 1
Corn Flour, As Required ( Balance the Mixture Moister)
Ice Cream Sticks, As Required
Oil, For Shallow Frying
Oil, 2 Table Spoon (For greasing hands to make Qulfi shape kababs)

Rabri Ingredients,
Beaten Yogurt, Half Kg ( Not Much Liquid)
Fresh Cream, 175 Gram ( Half Packet)
Salt, To Taste
Fine Crushed Black Pepper, 1 Tea Spoon
Pine Nuts Powder, 2 Table Spoon (Optional)

Other Ingredients,
Boil Spaghetti, 1 Packet
Pistachios, As Required
Silver Pepper, For Garnish
Ketchup, As preference or omit.
*Cooked Kebabs
*Whipped Rabri

Qulfi Kabab Method,
Add All ingredients in chopper and mix till all things are chopperized.
Take out mixture in bowl Add corn flour & check the moister if needed add more.
Grease the Hand & make kababs in Qulfi shape insert the stick and refrigerate for about Half Hour. Heat the oil and fry on medium flame till both sides are golden.

Rabri Method,
Add All ingredients in a wide bowl and whipped. Check the taste. If needed add salt or Pepper.

Serving Method,
Take platter add boil spaghettis pour the rabri. Place Kabab qulfi's pour some more Rabri on kababs. Sprinkle Pistachios & Silver pepper and pour a very lil ketchup.
Serve & Enjoy. ☺

Strawberry Jelly Poke Cake Recipe,

⭕Home Made Vanilla Cake Batter, 2 Ponds (Or Use White Cake Mix and made with package instructions...I Used Home Made That's Why It's Not White...White Cake With Red Jelly Will Look More Attractive..)

⭕Strawberry Jelly, 1 Box (Choose Fav Fruits Jelly)

⭕Hot Water, 1 Cup

⭕Whipped Cream, As Required For Cover The Cake ( I Used Whippy Whip Cream Which Is Already Sweeter So I Didn't Need To Add Sugar)

⭕Fresh Strawberries, For Garnishing

Prepare and bake cake in a 9x13 inch baking pan...(Or Use Square Shape Mould) & Bake according to your recipe...

Remove cake from oven. Let cool 30 minutes.

Using the back of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.

Mix together jelly powder and boiling water until jelly dissolves. Carefully pour mixture evenly over the top of cake. Cover and place in fridge to chill for a few hours.

When ready to serve, spread cool whipping cream evenly over the top of cake. Cut in pieces and serve with sliced strawberries. Enjoy!

Potato & Dill Curry Recipe,
Recipe By Dua Fasih

Potatoes, 4 to 5 Big (Peel & Cut In Cubes)
Dill Leaves, A Bunch (Separate Leaves, Wash & Cut With The Finger Tips. Do Not Use Knife)
Tomatoes, 3 to 4 Big (Cut in Tiny Cubes)
Salt, To Taste
Turmeric, 1/4 Tea Spoon
Red Chili Powder, 1 Tea Spoon Level
Button Dry Red Chillies, 4 to 5
White Cumin, 1/2 Tea Spoon
Oil, 1/2 Cup

Heat the oil add cumin and button dry red chili & saute. Add tomatoes stir and cover the led for 4 to 5 minutes in low flame ( I think it's easy way to cook tomatoes quickly) then add salt, red chili powder, turmeric and mix, Now add potatoes With 1/3 cup of water (or more). Cover the led & let them cook in medium slow flame for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Un cover the led. And increase the Flame, before all waters dry when 3 to 4 table Spoons of water is remaining add dill and cover the led again, simmer on low flame for about 2 3 minutes when oil comes on surface switch of the flame.
Enjoy with Paratha Or Roti 💞💞💞

Sheer Khurma Recipe,
Recipe By Dua Fasih

Milk, 1 Litre ( I Used Milk Pack)
Sugar, 4 to 6 Table Spoon OR As Per Taste
Vermicelli ( Brown), Half Packet
Oil, 1 to 2 Table Spoon
Dry Fruits, As Desire (I Don't Like Raisins & Coconut In Sweet Dishes, So Usually I Used Almonds & Pistachios Pine Nuts.)

Heat the pan add oil and vermicelli and cook on low flame and stir continuously. Do not brown them. (If adding the raisins coconut etc So fry all nuts before adding vermicelli) Then add milk and stir again for at least 5 minutes.
Then add sugar and mix and cook more 10 to 15 minutes when your vermicelli is soft and milk is lightly thicken then switch off the flame. And garnish with more nuts..

Serve Hot Or Chilled Its All Up To You...

(Note. I don't like fry n cook nuts so i omit that step and then add all nuts after flame off)

#Raw_Mango_Juice 💖💖💖 (Aam Panna, Kairi Ka Sharbat)
The Most Preferable Juice In Summer, It's Prevent Heat Stroke And Its Very Refreshing As Well.💘💘💘💘
Its Sweet Juice Not As Sour As You Thing When Read The Juice Name...😛😛 And Yes I Don't Add Artificial Color Or Essence Because I Like The Real Color And I Blend The Mint Into It So No Need Any Essence 💕💕💕💕

Raw Mango Juice Recipe,
Recipe By Dua Fasih

⭕Ingredients For Squash,

Raw Mangoes, 2 Kg
Sugar, 4 Cups Or More
Water, 3 Litre
Salt, Half Tea Spoon Leveled (you can replace it with black salt, my brother don't like so I used simple salt)
Roasted & Powdered Cumin, Half Tea Spoon (OPTIONAL)
Fresh Mint Leaves, Half Cup (Crushed them in batan Stone. Make a paste with add 1 to 2 tea spoons of water...if you blend them with blade then mint change the color & it's become dark black)

Add washed raw mangoes into the 3 litre of water with skin...and boil at least 1 hour on medium slow flame.
Then take out raw mangoes from water. And peel the skin & deseeded with hands and discard.
Now use potato masher to mash the pulp into the fine paste. Add boiling water a lil to help in mashing. Now add all pulp into the hot remaining water and sift.
Add sugar & salt into pulp and cook again as I don't prefer raw sugar in drinks.
When it's thick like squash then remove from heat. And rest till temperature down.
Now add mint and cumin and store in bottles & Refrigerate....

(#Note. 2 ways to boil the raw mango 1 I described already in the recipe. And the 2nd one is peel & deseeded the raw mangoes then boil and blend then cook as it is as recipe said.
I made in both ways but I like #Pulpy so I choose lil hard way to make 😊)

⛔Ingredients Of Juice. (For 2 Glasses)

Water, Half Glass
Sugar, 2 Table Spoon (Optional)
Squash, 1 Glass
Mint Leaves, For Garnishing
Crushed Ice, As Required

Dissolve sugar into the water.
Divide sugar water in both glasses.
And add raw mango squash into the glasses.
Now add crushed ice & garnish with mint.
Serve 😊
