  7. If you look at Bollywood closely, you'll see a myriad of regressive ideas centering around a matriarchal construct, and the general lack of support and adulation towards its women. It's a known fact that Bollywood propagates male domination till date (although a lot less now) and some movies are a mere reflection of this propagation. But more often than not, there are a few out there who believe in the simplicity of what feminism stands for and give due respect to the women, where it is required. In simple words, feminism means equality. While a lot of men in the industry do not understand the meaning of equality, there are a few who actually go out of their way and show the world that they do everything in their power to support what feminism truly stands for. Here are 5 feminist men, who don't shy away from speaking up on issues of women empowerment and we couldn't be more proud of them: 1. Farhan Akhtar A renowned film maker, actor and musician, Farhan also supports the cause fervently and is also a humanitarian and a proud feminist. In 2013, he started a campaign called MARD (men against rape and discrimination), which truly supports women empowerment. If you are a man who respects women... her rights, her dignity, her independence, her mind, her body, her life... you are a #MARD. — Farhan Akhtar (@FarOutAkhtar) 10 March 2013 In 2014, Akhtar became the off-screen role model for millions of men across the country by becoming the first male UN Women Goodwill ambassador for Southeast Asia. Farhan also sang a song for the 'Bas Ab Bahut Ho Gaya' campaign with Shraddha Pandit, which centred around ending violence against women and the girl child. © YouTube In 2016, he even penned a really endearing letter to his daughter on sexual violence and rape. To mine, to yours, to all daughters out there.. @htTweets @shammybaweja @MardOfficial @unwomenindia @glblctznIN #LetsTalkAboutRape https://t.co/Pn6EoQXpeG — Farhan Akhtar (@FarOutAkhtar) 3 October 2016 “Gender violence and gender inequality is not just a women's issue. It's also a man's issue. It's not just because we have mothers, wives, sisters and daughters. We're here because it's a human rights issue and we are all human beings.” – Farhan Akhtar (as told to a popular publication). Men today, should aspire to be like Farhan 2. Aamir Khan Aamir is known to be a perfectionist and every perfectionist is inherently passionate and intense with anything they believe in or follow. We've all seen Aamir's understanding of the role of women in our society and his ideas are very progressive. He stands up against the oppression of women and debates about the ongoing struggles women face in society today. © Aamir Khan Productions Aamir made his debut on television to talk about such issues on the popular show 'Satyamev Jayate', in which he brought up issues like violence against women, female infanticide, and the growing apathy in society concerning these issues. The show took the Indian television scenario by storm and issues with such veracity were brought to the audience's attention, thanks to him. He's also featured in a commercial shot for Star Plus, where he portrays the role of a sweet shop owner, who is telling his customer how the credit for setting up his business goes to his daughters. His shop's board in the commercial read 'Gurdeep Singh & Daughters', instead of the usual 'sons'. © Star Plus Aamir also tweeted in support of Sunny Leone, when a journalist from a popular channel grilled her for her past work, on national news. Moreover, his last movie, 'Dangal' had a huge impact in the country on breaking gender stereotypes, all across the board. I think Sunny conductd herself wid a lot of grace & dignity.I wish I cud hav said the same abt the interviewer (1/2) https://t.co/TDDHOlbOUL — Aamir Khan (@aamir_khan) 20 January 2016 He may dodge a million interviews, but he will never shy away when there is something important to stand up for. 3. Shah Rukh Khan Shah Rukh is a real-life Kabir Khan (remember him?). He may be a lady's man onscreen but off it, he's a true feminist who really knows how to respect women, especially his co-stars. Every time you watch a Shah Rukh movie, notice how his female co-star's name is always before his, in the credit roll. He stands united with the feminists of the country, always pleading upon issues such as gender equality. © Twitter “I'm bringing up my sons to treat all as equals; as boys, they will have no extra privileges over girls.” - Shah Rukh Khan (As told to a popular publication) 4. Rahul Bose Rahul Bose is a self-proclaimed feminist and truly believes in equality between all genders. Bose is an actor, director, screenwriter, a rugby player and a social activist. He's worked in some phenomenal movies with a clear and prominent social message. For instance 'Chameli' with Kareena Kapoor was a movie about a *** worker, in which he starred as well. He often pledges to social causes, making him the feminist he is. He runs an NGO called 'The Foundation' which works towards the cause of equality and backs marginalised groups. © Twitter If you read one thing about feminism and the #MeToo movement, let it be this. And let the conversation grow. How #MeToo revealed the central rift within feminism today https://t.co/SQoEIOV2jh — Rahul Bose (@RahulBose1) 12 May 2018 “If you are a humanist, you are a feminist. The world needs to understand that women don't want men to look after them. Women don't want men to protect them. Women just want conditions in the world that leave them alone and give them the freedom to take their own decisions. And, then if they want to become an item dancer or a NASA scientist, it is their choice!” -Rahul Bose (As said in an interview). 5. Siddharth Suryanarayan The 'Rang De Basanti' actor usually takes to social media to express his opinions about the unjust he sees in society, with regards to the objectification of women and other similar issues. It's not often you'd see Bollywood actors pointing out wrongdoings of other actors, on social media, on sexist grounds. Siddharth took to Twitter when Jack and Jones put up a hoarding with Ranvir Singh carrying a girl on his back, while the caption read 'Don't hold back. Take your work home'. Siddharth criticised Ranvir for doing a sexist commercial with a popular clothing brand. © Facebook A new low for women's rights in the workplace in India. What were they thinking? #Fail pic.twitter.com/3PW5mMaKOt — Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) 20 November 2016 Jack and Jones took down the hoarding eventually and apologised for the callousness of the ad, but it was Siddarth who came forward and pointed out the misleading message it was displaying. © Twitter The actor has also criticised Bollywood, by highlighting how the film industry has legitimised the act of stalking in their movies and said it glorifies objectification of women and the complicated gender roles, that are often seen through films. We've been selling a terrible dream in our films for long. That any man can get the woman he wants just by wanting her enough. Must change! — Siddharth (@Actor_Siddharth) 17 July 2016 Thanks for this Siddharth and keep standing up for the right things, so people realise that women objectification and other things related are not such trivial issues, after all! So, there we have it. 5 Bollywood male celebs who believe in all sorts of equality when it comes to women and always have their backs for sure. Men out there should aspire to act and think like these men here and slowly make a difference in the thought process, to start with. In all honesty, these guys should be your role models, and not the adrenaline pumping, testosterone induced macho men you see on-screen instead. Well, they can be your role models too, as long as they understand the basic fabric of treating all humans equally!

  12. We have come across multiple people cracking up or laughing on the racist jokes and comments, but trust me this is the first time, even for me, to come across someone who actually used a strategy dipped in the shades of racism. And guess what—made it work too! We are talking about the Taeguk Warriors aka the South Korean football team and their coach Shin Tae-yong, whose trickery has left us in splits and amazement. South Korea will take Sweden head-strong today, in the ongoing FIFA 2018 World Cup and playing warm-up games for the same is only natural. © Reuters It's also common for both teams to spy on each other (we're assuming), and Sweden was caught doing the same. A member of the Swedish coaching staff was caught at the South Korean camp in Austria, enjoying the match or should we say spying on the players and their moves. And South Korean coach put up a great show for the spy to enjoy the game. Shin tae-yong heard about there being a spy from the opponent team, so he swapped the jerseys of his team members because according to him, “It's difficult for westerners to distinguish between Asians.” © Reuters Reportedly, he said at a press conference in Nizhny Novgorod, “I heard that Western people don't recognize Asian people's faces at once, so that was my little trick to confuse the opponents.” Probably that's what you call taking advantage of playing with people, about whom the world barely knows anything. We would bar the Tottenham Hotspur star, Son Heung-min from this list though! We're sure the Swedish spy knew about him, which is why only Son Heung-min and Ki Sung-yueng (captain) wore their usual jerseys. © Reuters Tae-yong revealed this after Sweden coach Janne Andersson apologized for one of his scouts spying on the team's training session. He said, “It is very important we show respect for an opponent and if what we did has been perceived in another way, then we apologise.” The person identified as Lars Jacobsson was earlier asked to leave a closed training trill and reportedly persuaded a local couple to let him watch the match from their house using a high performance telescope and video camera. “It took a long car journey up the mountains to reach the house, but it was a perfect spot to observe the Korean team's training.” He told Reuters. Too bad, Tae-yong outsmarted him. Source: The Telegraph
  13. After topping Group F, England will look to Russia 2018 cautiously as a young team led by Harry Kane will look to get past the quarterfinals for the first time since 2006. Having crashed at the group stage in 2014 and Euro 2016, England will have to take one stage at a time. History © Reuters World Cup 2014 saw England crash out and finish last in a group containing Italy, Uruguay and Costa Rica. 2010 saw Germany hand them a 4-1 thrashing in the Round of 16 stage. At Germany 2006, they lost on penalties to Portugal. England's golden generation, comprising of David Beckham, Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard, Paul Scholes, Wayne Rooney had failed to deliver after so much promise. Having won the World Cup 52 years earlier at the iconic Wembley stadium under the charismatic Bobby Moore, England have always flattered to deceive on the final stage ever since. A Paul Gascoigne inspired team went through to the semifinals of Italia 90, only to lose to eventual champions Germany on penalties. Four years earlier, a diminutive man known as Maradona bamboozled England in the quarterfinal. Senior players like Gary Cahill, Ashley Young need to take responsibility and lift some burden off captain Harry Kane, who will be leading England for the first time at an international tournament. Current Form © Reuters Having sailed through during the qualifiers, England have been in good form ever since. They have beaten Nigeria (2-1), drew with Italy (1-1) and beaten the Netherlands (1-0) in friendlies. England have a comparatively young squad of 26 years, with Brazil and Argentina are 28 years and 29 years, respectively. Gareth Southgate has used the same formation of 3-3-2-2 over these three games, with wing backs on both sides. Trippier on the right with the ever dependable Young on the left, who has had a renaissance of sorts since moving to the position at Manchester United. The attacking quartet of Sterling, Alli, Kane and Lingard will most likely start for England at the World Cup, having come off impressive seasons. In the game against Nigeria, England conceded a goal after Nigeria changed their formation from a back four to a back three, leaving the men in white hapless. Southgate needs to look after this. Expectations At the World Cup © Reuters Progression from the group stage is a must, and England need to focus on this. A titanic encounter against Belgium will most probably decide the group, but the remaining two fixtures are tricky. Tunisia, quick to adapt to different formations as per the game demands will knock on the door, with French born players Saif Eddine Khaoui and Ellyes Skhiri are combative in midfield. Panama, playing their first FIFA World Cup will be bold and courageous, and with having the oldest average squad of the tournament at 29 years, the CONCACAF can definitely spring a surprise here and there. Beyond the group stage, England should aim to reach the semifinals of this tournament with the youth and experience of this team. Certainly not favorites for this edition, England can pull off a mighty win against Brazil, Argentina or even the eternal rival, Germany. Southgate can look to build the squad for EURO 2020 if England put on a good show. Squad Goalkeepers: Jack Butland (Stoke), Jordan Pickford (Everton), Nick Pope (Burnley). Defenders: Kyle Walker (Manchester City) John Stones (Manchester City), Harry Maguire (Leicester), Kieran Trippier (Tottenham), Danny Rose (Tottenham), Ashley Young (Manchester United), Phil Jones (Manchester United), Gary Cahill (Chelsea), Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool). Midfielders: Eric Dier (Tottenham), Dele Alli (Tottenham), Jesse Lingard (Manchester United), Jordan Henderson (Liverpool), Ruben Loftus-Cheek (Crystal Palace), Fabian Delph (Manchester City). Forwards: Jamie Vardy (Leicester), Marcus Rashford (Manchester United), Raheem Sterling (Manchester City) Harry Kane (Tottenham), Danny Welbeck (Arsenal).
  14. After topping Group A during the CAF qualifiers with 4 wins and 2 draws, Tunisia secured their qualification directly. But in a group containing England and Belgium, the North African nation will find it tough to progress to the next round. Can coach Nabil Maaloul inspire them? History © Reuters Tunisia have qualified for the World Cup on four occasions, all of them being group stage exits. A first appearance in 1978 saw them to a 1-0 win over Mexico, culminating in their only World Cup victory. Having qualified for three consecutive times (1998, 2002, 2006), they failed to register a single win in all three World Cups. 1998 and 2002 saw them register a single point. 2006 was where they finished third, drawing 2-2 with Saudi Arabia before losing 3-1 and 1-0 to Spain and Ukraine respectively. Tunisia have had a troubled past with England, with the 1998 World Cup incident in Marseille leaving 32 people injured. Following the 2-0 England win on a Saturday, there was some isolated trouble. Sunday saw seven hours of violence with around 400 England supporters involved in pitched battles with Tunisian fans, according to the BBC. They met again this time in Volgograd on 18th June, with much having been changed over the past twenty years. Current Form © Reuters With a FIFA ranking of 14, Tunisia are the highest ranking African nation at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, ahead of Egypt, Senegal and Morocco. The Wahbi Khazri led team have had favorable results over the past five matches, with two wins and three draws. Two 1-0 wins over Iran and Costa Rica in March saw them draw 2-2 twice against much fancied Portugal and Iran. In the game against Portugal, Tunisia were pegged back twice and succeeded in equalizing against a side which contained Pepe, Andre Silva, Bernado Silva and Ricardo Quarsema. Having 44% possession, Tunisia managed six shots on target to Portugal's twenty. In their final four CAF qualifiers, Maaloul used three different systems according to the game. Needing to win against DR Congo at home, they used a 4-3-3, pushing forward and securing a vital win. In the return fixture, they used a defensive formation of 5-3-2, managing a 2-2 draw. Belgium and England will need to be wary of this. Expectations At the World Cup © Reuters Can Africa's best ranked nation pull off a surprise in Group G like Costa Rica did last time around? The plucky CONCACAF team topped a group containing Uruguay, Italy and England. Having never qualified for the knockout stage of a FIFA tournament, Tunisia will definitely be looking to sneak into the second round with an extraordinary result against Belgium or England. Coach Nabil Maaloul is an African treble winner with ES Tunis in 2011, having guided Tunisia to the World Cup since his appointment in april 2017. Tunisia are strong on the left flank where full back Ali Maaloul combines well with Youssef Msakni or Naim Sliti. Getting out of the tricky will be tricky, but once done, Tunisia can play without fear on the knockout stage. Their adaptability to situations is impressive, having done that in the World Cup qualifiers. Squad Goalkeepers: Aymen al-Mathlouthi (Al Batin/KSA), Mouez Hassen (Chateauroux/FRA), Farouk Ben Mustapha (Al Shabab/KSA). Defenders: Nagguez Hamdi(Zamalek/EGY), Dylan Bronn (Gent/BEL), Rami Bedoui (Etoile du Sahel), Yohan Benalouane(Leicester/ENG), Syam Ben Youssef (Kasimpasa/TUR), Yassine Meriah (CS Sfaxien), Oussama Haddadi (Dijon/FRA), Ali Maaloul (Al Ahly/EGY). Midfielders: Ellyes Skhiri (Montpellier/FRA), Mohamed Amine Ben Amore (Al-Ahli/KSA), Ghaylene Chaalali (Esperance), Ferjani Sassi (Al Nassr/KSA), Ahmed Khalil (Club Africain), Saifeddine El Khaoui(Troyes/FRA). Forwards: Fakheredine Ben Youssef (Al Ettifaq/KSA), Anice Badri (Esperance), Bassem Srarfi (Nice/FRA), Wahbi Khazri (Rennes/FRA), Naim Sliti (Dijon/FRA), Saber Khalifa (Club Africain).

  16. Having qualified at the expense of the highly-fancied USA, Los Canaleros will look to cause a mighty upset in Group G with coach Hernan Gomez looking to create history in Russia. History © Reuters Panama came close to qualifying for the 2014 World Cup, having led 2-1 after 90-minutes against the United States, only to concede two goals in injury time, with Mexico piping them to the final playoff spot. A sense of déjà vu on the final day of the World Cup qualifiers for 2018. But the 55th ranked side flipped the script. Panama qualified for their first ever World Cup, having defeated Costa Rica 2-1 on the final day, with the United States losing 2-1 to Trinidad and Tobago. Other honours include two runners-up finishes at the 2005 and 2013 Gold Cup, with a CONCACAF Championship win way back in 1963. Current Form © Reuters Three defeats to fellow World Cup playing nations, Iran, Denmark, and Switzerland have brought out the frailties of the Latin American side. Against Denmark, Gomez fielded two 37-year-olds, defender Felipe Baloy and striker Blas Perez. A chastening 6-0 defeat to Switzerland in March, who weren't full strength has brought serious concerns. “We were stripped naked," said Gomez after the game. Panama has the oldest squad at World Cup with an average age of 29, and the lack of speed which is another cause of concern. Los Canaleros (The Canal Men) stood penultimate in the number of goals scored by a qualifying nation for the World Cup. Panama scored a meager nine goals in 10 games, with Egypt scoring 8 and played fewer games-six. The latest 1-0 defeat to Norway on 6th June, saw them concede after 4 minutes, with Bournemouth striker Joshua King using his pace to outrun the 32-year-old Roman Torres. Expectations At The World Cup © Reuters Anything beyond the group stage will cause hysteria back in Panama, as the Canal Men face a formidable Belgium, a well-oiled England, and Africa's top-ranked side, Tunisia. A win against Tunisia, with draws against Belgium and England, might just propel them to second place, and stranger things have happened at World Cups. Senegal went all the way to the quarterfinals, beating France at the group stage and Sweden in the Round of 16. Gomez, having managed Colombia twice in his coaching career along with Ecuador, has a unique record to his name. He is one of four people to have led three different national teams to a World Cup (Colombia-1998, Ecuador-2002 and Panama in 2018). He even won the 2015 CONCACAF Men's Coach of the Year. President of Panama, Juan Carlos Varela declared a national holiday after their qualification was confirmed. Can Gomez turn his men into national legends and put Panama into football folklore? Squad Goalkeepers: Jose Calderon (Chorrillo FC), Jaime Penedo (Dinamo Bucharest), Alex Rodriguez (San Francisco FC). Defenders: Felipe Baloy (CSD Municipal), Harold Cummings (San Jose Earthquakes), Eric Davis (DAC Dunajska Streda), Fidel Escobar (New York Red Bulls), Adolfo Machado (Houston Dynamo), Michael Murillo (New York Red Bulls), Luis Ovalle (CD Olimpia), Roman Torres (Seattle Sounders). Midfielders: Edgar Barcenas (Cafetaleros de Tapachula), Armando Cooper (Club Universidad de Chile), Anibal Godoy (San Jose Earthquakes), Gabriel Gómez (Bucaramanga), Valentin Pimentel (Plaza Amador), Alberto Quintero (Universitario de Lima), Jose Luis Rodriguez (KAA Gent). Forwards: Abdiel Arroyo (LD Alajuelense), Ismael Diaz (Deportivo La Coruna), Blas Perez (CSD Municipal), Luis Tejada (Sports Boys), Gabriel Torres (CD Huachipato).
  17. Who wouldn't love to own an American muscle car? We've seen so many in movies and would kill for a chance to drive one. Yes, The Ford Mustang did finally make its way to India, but it's nothing like the muscle cars on this list. If Vin Diesel were to go through this list, we're pretty sure he would approve. These cars are just that damn good! 1. 1970 Buick Skylark GSX Stage 1 1970 can be considered one of the best years ever for muscle cars. The Buick was late to this party but that doesn't mean they were going to be left behind. There were only 400 built and getting your hands on one of these can be a little tricky. But, driving one is going to be one hell of a ride! © YouTube The Skylark GSX Stage 1 produced 510 lb-ft of torque which was a record it held among American production performance cars all the way till 2003. 2. 1970 Plymouth 'Cuda Hemi Super Track Pack When the Baracuda was redesigned in 1970, it got rid of all commonality. It was available in convertible and coupe. No one was calling it the 'economy car' anymore, that's for sure. © YouTube They were among the first muscle cars to earn some serious money at the auction. This isn't going to change anytime soon. 3. 1969 Chevrolet Camaro COPO ZL1 Chevrolet offered quite a few different types of engines in 1969 but, the aluminium block on the ZL1 was, by far, the most powerful. These cars were only available on special order and were mostly ordered by professional drag racers. © YouTube There were only 69 cars that were sold and that just adds to the exclusivity of owning one. If you can find an owner eager enough to get rid of it… 4. 1970 American Motors Rebel Machine Did you know there was a car manufacturer called American Motors? Well, it's not a big name today, but in 1970, it was machine for every rebel! It wasn't the fastest out there but it could beat 'a Volkswagen or your old man's Cadillac' any day of the week. © YouTube There's a neat way to check if the AMC Rebel Machine you buy is genuine too. The unique placement of the VIN on the frame rail proves you might be able to copy the looks, but there are some details that just can't be copied. 5. 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Drag Pack The first Ford on this list and boy is it a pretty one. The car came with a 429 Super Cobra Jet engine and 4-speed transmission that shifts effortlessly. © YouTube But, let's face it, the only reason you would want to own this one, is because it's a cool looking Ford Mustang that not too many people own. 6. 1963 Chevrolet Z-11 Impala Chevrolet knew what the public wanted way before anyone else. The Chevrolet Z-11 Impala is everyone's dream come true in just about every department. This is the car that resulted in the Chevy becoming the best-selling car in the United States, a record it held for over 10 years. © YouTube While the 2018 version is no longer the beast that it used to be, the 1963 Impala will always be remembered for its unique look. Good luck trying to find one.
  18. A Hal Robson Kanu wonder goal sees Wales progress to the semifinals of Euro 2016 after beating Belgium 3-1. Are the Red Devils football's perennial underachievers? Roberto Martinez's side has all the ingredients to win football's biggest prize. Can they stitch it together this time? History © Reuters Belgium have qualified twelve times for the FIFA World Cup finals, appearing in the very first FIFA World Cup in 1930, finishing eleventh. Their best showing was at the 1986 World Cup, where they finished fourth, losing out to a Maradona brace in the semifinals. After a perfect record during the group stages at the 2014 World Cup, Belgium met the United States in the Round of 16. Even though they progressed via a 2-1 win in extra time, that match is remembered for the heroics of US goalkeeper Tim Howard, who made a record 15 saves. Their run came to an end at the quarterfinal stage, again at the hands of Argentina, courtesy a solitary Gonzalo Higuain strike. Failure to get out of the 1998 group stages saw a Marc Wilmots-inspired Belgium through to the second round in 2002, only to lose to eventual champions Brazil then. Belgium won the FIFA Fair Play award that year. Current Form © Reuters Qualification was relatively easy for the Red Devils, having topped Group H. The group, containing Greece, Bosnia, and Herzegovina, Estonia, Cyprus, and Gibraltar saw them unbeaten, ending with 28 points from 10 matches. Having played two friendlies over the past week against Saudi Arabia and Portugal, they presented a half-baked case. After a 4-0 win against Saudi Arabia, they struggled to deal with a Cristiano Ronaldo-less Portugal, scampering to a 0-0 draw. The team included De Bruyne, Lukaku, Hazard and Mertens and struggled to get past the Portuguese center backs, who are on the wrong side of 30. Their latest friendly saw them to a 3-0 win over Egypt, courtesy of an Eden Hazard masterclass. The Chelsea winger set up 1 and scored 1, before being substituted at half-time. Expectations At The World Cup © Reuters Belgium are placed in a tricky group, containing Panama, Tunisia, and England. Having qualified at the expense of the USA, Panama will be confident and daring, having nothing to lose. A clash against England will undoubtedly decide the group standings. Tunisia coach Nabil Maaloul, an African treble winner with ES Tunis will definitely have a few tricks up his sleeve. Belgium will have to look at least beyond the quarterfinal stage this time and have the firepower to do so. Proven Premier League stars such as Hazard, De Bruyne, Lukaku, Alderweireld will have to perform if Belgium were to challenge Germany, Brazil, Spain towards the latter stages of the World Cup. Coach Martinez, with the 2013 FA Cup win to his name and a stint at Everton, had been found out of depth and no squad backing during his time in the Premier League. Can the Spaniard redeem himself? Squad Goalkeepers: Koen Casteels (Wolfsburg), Thibaut Courtois (Chelsea), Simon Mignolet (Liverpool) Defenders: Toby Alderweireld (Tottenham), Dedryck Boyata (Celtic), Laurent Ciman (Los Angeles), Leander Dendoncker (Anderlecht), Vincent Kompany (Manchester City), Thomas Vermaelen (Barcelona), Jan Vertonghen (Tottenham) Midfielders: Yannick Carrasco (Dalian Yinfang), Nacer Chadli (West Bromwich Albion), Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City), Mousa Dembele (Tottenham), Marouane Fellaini (Manchester United), Adnan Januzaj (Real Sociedad), Youri Tielemans (Monaco), Axel Witsel (Tianjin Quanjian), Thomas Meunier (Paris Saint-Germain) Forwards: Michy Batshuayi (Borussia Dortmund), Eden Hazard (Chelsea), Thorgan Hazard (Borussia M'gladbach), Romelu Lukaku (Manchester United), Dries Mertens (Naples).

  24. Bad boy Badshah is Bollywood's reigning rapper, way before since Tareefan hit the radio stations and found itself on everybody's playlist. Fame and success have come along Badshah's way and he doesn't shy away from showing it off. Caught by our spy cams at the airport, Badshah was seen wearing a super-expensive tracksuit jacket, that only a Badshah could afford. Take a look for yourself. © Viral Bhayani Seen wearing a blue tracksuit jacket with red sleeves, Badshah paired it with grey gym shorts and Nike Air Jordan's. A price-by-price breakdown of each item will definitely blow your mind! © Balenciaga First up, is the oversized jacket. Courtesy of Balenciaga (a brand by which many B-town celebs swear too!), the oversized shell track jacket costs a whopping $950 (approx. Rs.63,650 only!). While you are still stuck on that figure, the jacket is lightweight with a two-way zip fastening and made in Italy (talk about videshi clothes). © Viral Bhayani If you are a Badshah follower and have stalked his social media, then you know that he is one of the Bollywood brand ambassadors for Balenciaga. And boy, he doesn't shy away from showing off his branded clothing. Considering B-towns love for the brand it makes us wanna buy something like this as well. (Though all we can afford is a rip-off) © Nike While the jacket may be the most expensive item of the entire look, don't forget to miss out the Air Jordan's. They aren't your regular Jordans but a retro alternate version, that cost another $205 (approx Rs. 13,700) Well the price of both these items is making our mind go numb. Moral of the story? Badshah is not only the Badshah of rap but also the Badshah of expensive tastes!

  27. Humans have carried loads ever since existence. Be it primitive weapons to hunt or to carry a dead animal, we were built to pick up weight and walk. Even today, we do the same. We pick our bags, grocery, babies and what not. Only that the loads have gotten way too lighter and more than that, we look for easier ways to move heavy loads. This has resulted in something I term as 'strength leaks'. A strength leak happens when you think you are strong but fail at real life (outside of the gym) instances of moving heavy weights from point A to B. While you can be really good at heavy dead-lifting, rowing and squatting, you might just not fare well in a loaded carry or farmer's walk. Here's a challenge that you can take up to first judge and then improve your strength. Let The Old School Carry Teach You © YouTube Just like the deadlifts, loaded carry is one movement that works the body as a whole. Moreover, it teaches you to be mobile under heavy loads. If that doesn't scream pure strength training, I don't know what does. You train your grip strength, core strength and stability, traps and the entire posterior chain. The Challenge 1) Get two dumbbells or kettle bells each weighing half of your body weight. So if you are 70 kilos, each piece should be 35 kilos. 2) Find a clear patch at the gym or just take this outdoors. A lot of new gyms also have separate sled pushing tracks too. Use those. 3) Now hold both the dumbbells and walk while carrying them for 30 seconds. Cover as much distance as you can. 4) At 30 seconds, drop the weights. Rest for 20 seconds. 5) Pick the weights back up and now walk for 40 seconds. With every round, the time to hold and walk goes up by 10 seconds. Rest time remains 20 seconds flat. 6) Repeat till the time you can't do it anymore. What Your Aim Should Be © YouTube Your goal here is to progress not only with weight but with the time you carried them for, as well. Either way, if you can carry the same weight for longer duration and more distance or more weight for same distance, you are progressing.
