  3. Badshah , a few days back, dropped a song online that is ruling the charts. His song Genda Phool stars Jacqueline Fernandez and the peppy track has already garnered over 50 million views on YouTube. After the song was released, a few people started to slam Badshah for plagiarism. In the song, there is a line from a Bengali folk song âBorlok er Bitilo, Lomba Lomba Chulâ¦..lal Genda Phoolâ, which is from a Bengali folk song Borloker Bitilo. But itâs originally written by Ratan Kakar who hasnât been given any credits. Ratan told PTI, âI am extremely poor. Many people have taken my songs, but have not given me credit. They can't write their own songs. They used my songs as their own. I live in a hut. I write songs of the soil. I don't have the financial strength to drag them to court.â He also added, âThere are so many writers and good people around us but nobody protested. Those singing the song donât understand its spirit and ruin its earthiness. I was aghast. Will these things continue?â When Badshah started noticing that he has been tagged for plagiarism and after Ratanâs quotes on PTI started to garner attention, he released a statement last night stating that he had no clue that it was originally written by Ratan as it was not mentioned in any of the records and now that he is aware of the truth, he would be happy to help the singer and he is already trying but because of the lockdown, he cannot go and meet him. Read the statement here: View this post on InstagramPlease readA post shared by (@badboyshah) Soon after he shared the statement, a few Bengalis started to comment that they approve of the song completely. Well, others too supported Badshah for explaining the truth. © Instagram/Badshah © Instagram/Badshah Well, it would be great if Badshah takes the necessary steps to reach out to him because if Ratan can talk to the media there would surely be a way to reach out to him. If the report by the folks at XDA Developers is something to go by, then Xiaomi's new Redmi K30 Pro may debut as the POCO F2 in India. Obviously, there's no official confirmation from POCO themselves, but XDA has uncovered some codes from the MIUI camera app which suggests that the Redmi K30 Pro may launch in India under the POCO brand. © Xiaomi One of the XDA members dug deep inside the camera code and found that Redmi K30 Pro also displays the watermark âSHOT ON POCO PHONEâ. Yes, it looks like the phones contain the string "SHOT ON POCO Phone". This makes us believe that the Redmi K30 Pro may have POCO branding in India. Honestly, this isn't all that surprising because the Redmi K30 4G was launched as the POCO X2 in India. And the fact that the Redmi K30 Pro has "Pro" flagship specs, it may land as the true successor to the legendary POCO F1. © Xiaomi In case you're wondering, the Redmi K30 Pro sports a Snapdragon 865 SoC and it's coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. In terms of the camera, it has a triple-camera setup which includes a 64MP primary sensor. In addition to all this, the Redmi K30 Pro has a lot going for it, so it'll be interesting to see if it makes its way to India as the POCO F2. Source: XDA Developers View the full article

Bollywood is a churning machine of talent and while "catch ém while they are young" is the mantra for a lot of successful actors in the industry, some of the most talented people in the industry managed to find major success only after the age of 40. 10. Sony has confirmed that the PlayStation will be backwards compatible with almost 4,000 PlayStation 4 games at launch and will even run better on the next-gen console. Sony had to clarify the backwards compatibility of the console, thanks to an ambiguous statement by Mark Cerny which suggested the console would support the top 100 PS4 games at launch. Sony has now clarified after fan backlash that the console will be able to run almost 4000+ PlayStation 4 games. © YouTube/Sony PlayStation Sony updated a post on its PlayStation blog with more information about the backwards compatibility feature of the PlayStation 5. While the blogpost does confirm that almost every game will be able to run on the console, they still need to be tested individually to optimise the game for the PlayStation 5. In the blogpost update, Sony said: âA quick update on backward compatibility â With all of the amazing games in PS4âs catalogue, weâve devoted significant efforts to enable our fans to play their favourites on PS5. We believe that the overwhelming majority of the 4,000+ PS4 titles will be playable on PS5." Weâre expecting backwards compatible titles will run at a boosted frequency on PS5 so that they can benefit from higher or more stable frame rates and potentially higher resolutions. Weâre currently evaluating games on a title-by-title basis to spot any issues that need adjustment from the original software developers. In his presentation, Mark Cerny provided a snapshot of the top 100 most-played PS4 titles, demonstrating how well backward compatibility efforts are going. He said, "We have already tested hundreds of titles and are preparing to test thousands more as we move toward launch. We will provide updates on backward compatibility, along with much more PS5 news, in the months ahead. Stay tuned!â © BCCL While the update is quite reassuring, it comes at a time when Sony was met with criticisms from fans. In comparison, the Xbox Series X will support every Xbox One game at launch including titles from Xbox 360 and the original Xbox if the game is playable on the Xbox One console. Sony also faced criticism from fans as the event did not show the console or how it would work. The video presentation by Mark Cerny was supposed to be for game developers and a proper reveal for fans is scheduled sometime later this year. Not backwards compatible with PS1-3. pic.twitter.com/m1uxE3JX5q â Oliver Jia (ãªãªãã¼Â·ã¸ã¢) (@OliverJia1014) March 18, 2020Having said that, the PlayStation 5 being compatible with over 4,000 games means players will be able to bring most of their game library with them. It will also remove the need for users to buy their favourite games again on the PlayStation 5. Additionally, we can expect some of the older games to run smoother and at higher frame rates which was not possible on the current generation consoles. If the PlayStation 5 can run games like PUBG, Call of Duty Warzone at higher frame rates, it will give these games a new life amongst its users. If previous games like God of War, Uncharted , The Last of US, Bloodborne and other exclusives will run better on the new console, itâs a good reason to buy the console on its own. 11. Who knew that the deadly pandemic in the form of Coronavirus will not just halt normalcy and life, but will also end up digging some old skeletons from the closet, well, at least for some poor souls out there? A married man from the UK decided to take a romantic escapade with the love of his life to the beautiful scenic aesthetics of Italy. Except, a slight twist in the tale is that it was his mistress, not his legally wedded wifey, tagging along with him. So, while the couple romanced in the alps and probably ate endless bowls of pasta with wine, in a Karmic turn of events, this man in question ended up testing positive for Coronavirus when he landed back in the UK. His wife thought he was on a business trip but the poor guy confided to the health officials at the airport about how he might have contracted the virus. © Pexels According to a report in the Mirror, the health officers found the situation quite funny and stated that the wife is still unaware of his adultery. âHis case would be funny if it wasn't quite so serious. Despite his infection, he is expected to survive the outbreak, unlike his extra-marital relationship. He thought he had the perfect alibi to carry out his affair but hadn't reckoned on the coronavirus meltdown. The patient is just relieved he got home before flights were cancelled - that would have taken some explaining. He's in a blind panic, but more about his adultery being exposed rather than his healthâ, the officers said. Well, guess this romantic vacation did not turn out the way he imagined it to be. Hope he recovers soon, though. View the full article
  12. Of late, weâve been listening to many people especially politicians saying âgau mutra has many benefitsâ but never thought that people will actually fall into the trap of drinking it. Just when we thought it can't get any worse than this, some people have even gone on record to claim that gau mutra (cow urine) and cow dung can cure novel coronavirus. While the worldâs scientists are struggling to find a cure to the deadly virus, these people think we already have the cure. © Unsplash Also, as bizarre as it may sound, some cow urine drinking events have been organized in the past few days in our country. Recently, a BJP activist has been arrested for organising a cow urine consumption event in Kolkata. Yes, you read that right! Gone are the days when you organised house parties to drink wine, now it looks like drinking âgau mutraâ is the latest trend. © Unsplash As per the news reports, a BJP leader, Narayan Chatterjee from Kolkata, went on to claim that cow urine will protect people from coronavirus and also will cure it if people are already infected. And many people consumed cow urine at the event. However, this led to a civic volunteer falling ill after drinking it. Consequently, the sick volunteer filed a complaint and the BJP leader was arrested late on Tuesday night, police officials told media. According to a report by The Week, 40-year old Narayan Chatterjee is a BJP party worker from Jorasakho area in North Kolkata and he organised the cow worship programme at a cowshed and distributed cow urine to everyone at the event. The sick volunteer said that Chatterjee vouched for the urine to have "miraculous" properties while he distributed the gau mutra. © BCCL Upset with the arrest, the BJP leaders of the state criticised the state government saying, "Chatterjee had distributed cow urine, but he didn't fool people in consuming it. When he distributed it he clearly said it was cow urine, he didn't force anyone to drink it. It has not been proved whether it is harmful or not.â State BJP General Secretary Sayantan Basu said, "So how can just police arrest him without any reason. 13. In what initially began as a cause of concern for China, the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has now become a major threat to mankind. As of today, a staggering 1,98,965 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have emerged alongside the ever-increasing casualties which have now risen to 7,991 across the globe. Ever since China reported its first confirmed case of COVID-19, which originated in Wuhan, last December, the fast-spreading virus has clawed its way across the country. On 12th February, the infamous Hubei province sent ripples across the globe after reporting 14,840 new confirmed cases of Coronavirus in a single day. To sum up the state of affairs, China currently has 80,894 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 3,237 deaths. While China continues to battle the deadly virus to contain its spread, Italy is the second nation in the list of worst-hit countries for Coronavirus. With a total of 31,506 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 2,503 deaths, Italy is currently under a complete lockdown as the ruling government continues to struggle in a bid to restore normalcy in the country. In yet another case, involving a star footballer, Blaise Matuidi has tested positive for the novel COVID-19. "Blaise Matuidi has undergone medical tests that have revealed his positivity to the Coronavirus-COVID-19. The player, as of Wednesday, March 11, has been in home isolation. He will continue to be monitored and will follow the same regime. He is well and is asymptomatic," Juventus, the Turin-based football club, said in an official statement. Matuidi, the 2018 World Cup winner with France, has now become the second Juventus player to test positive for Coronavirus. Last week, Juventus defender Daniele Rugani had tested positive for the deadly virus, sending the entire squad into quarantine. On Tuesday, Spain's club Valencia CF confirmed that 35 per cent of its players and staff have tested positive for coronavirus. At the beginning, I didn't really realise how serious this disease was and the danger, how fast the contagion spread here in Italy," he said in the video. "In this difficult time for all of us, I just wanted to invite you to follow the official recommendations carefully and to take great care of yourself and your loved ones. A lot of encouragement and infinite thanks to all the medical and nursing staff. We are with you," he added. In total, 13 Serie A players have officially been diagnosed with the illness including seven from Sampdoria and three at Fiorentina. Italian midfielder Zaccagni, 24, had already been in self-isolation as a precautionary measure after Verona played Sampdoria on 8th March. "Zaccagni is doing well, in recent days, he has only had a few bouts of fever. The player, as well as the whole team, will extend their voluntary isolation at home until March 25, while continuing to be monitored," the eighth-placed Serie A club said. Several leagues including La Liga, Premier League and Serie A have all been suspended owing to the Coronavirus outbreak. As researchers in China and pharmaceutical companies including Abbvie, Inovio, and Gilead Sciences continue to work on developing Coronavirus vaccines and drugs, the World Health organisation (WHO) has declared Europe as the new 'epicentre' of the coronavirus pandemic. By constant washing of hands, and exposing hands to drying alcohol-based formulas we're exposing them to excessive drynessâand, in certain situations sore, cracked, and flaky skin. While using a hand cream may help temporarily, but you'll end up washing your hands again. London-based dermatologist Dr. Anjali Mahto understands the struggle. In fact, she took to Instagram to share advice for taking care of your hands when you're washing them constantly. View this post on Instagramð©ð¾ââï¸As Coronavirus fears continue to circulate and we see rising cases in the UK, it only makes sense to follow current recommendations surrounding the importance of hand hygiene and washing practices. However, repeated cleansing and use of alcohol gel has resulted in nearly all of my patients this week suffering with some degree of either excessive dryness or very active hand dermatitis (eczema).⣠***⣠Repeated use of soaps, detergents and alcohol gel are a common and important cause of what is known as irritant contact dermatitis. These products can damage proteins in the upper layer of our epidermis (stratum corneum), cause changes in the lipids or fats in our skin, prevent skin cells sticking together appropriately and reduce the water binding capacity of our skin. In extreme cases, changes may occur to our skin microbiome resulting in secondary bacterial infection (e.g. colonisation with bacteria such as Staphylococci).⣠⣠Clinically, the hands can become red, rough, scaly, dry, cracked, and fissured (where small cuts appear in the skin). You may feel the hands have a burning or tingling sensation or feel itchy and irritated. In severe cases the skin may become blistered, painful and form crusts. This problem can develop in anyone who is frequently washing their hands - which is probably all of us right now! Those at high risk often have a background of eczema already or work in an occupation which involves frequent hand washing (e.g. healthcare professionals) or exposure to chemicals or irritants (e.g. hairdressers, beauticians, agricultural workers).⣠***⣠Continued in comments ðð¾A post shared by (@anjalimahto) "Repeated use of soaps, detergents, and alcohol gel are a common and important cause of what is known as irritant contact dermatitis," Dr. Mahto wrote. She further suggests that carrying a non-fragranced hand cream at all times and get into the habit of moisturising after washing can make a huge difference. This means that sweet fragranced ones are not going to help anymore. Fragrances can potentially worsen dermatitis. She recommends CeraVe Therapeutic Hand Cream, Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream, and La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 Hand Cream. You can find these creams online quite easily. Besides, just like sanitising your hands has become a ritual, moisturising is just another step that you need to make a mental note of, to save the skin on your hands from turning flaky. 15. There are mainly two ways people have been reacting to Coronavirus - being racist, or being stupid. And, this week, we've seen examples of how hilariously ironic that turns out. First of all, obviously, no one would wish that a certain person should catch the deadly virus, but things work in mysterious ways and some people get what they deserve. Let me get the stupidity one out of the way first; remember how NBA player Rudy Gobert mocked the coronavirus outbreak by touching all the mics and then ended up testing positive? Yeah, pretty stupid. Now, we have the perfect example of someone's racism coming to bite them in the ass. A few days ago, Iraqi Islamic Scholar Hadi Al-Modarresi claimed that the outbreak in China was nothing but "Allah's divine punishment" for the Chinese.
