  1. The rage is real. Memories of all those CRPF jawans being mercilessly martyred at the hands of the Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists continue to haunt us. Whether it's the loud chants of “Vande Mataram” during the candle march at India Gate in unison or the emotional speeches given by the fellow soldiers, the flare against those who want to harm our motherland is burning bright in every Indian. While the common citizens are trying their best to show their protest, there is one man in particular who is waging a war of his own against terror and those perpetrators who want to see the world burn. That man being Gautam Gambhir. Although he has parted ways with the Indian cricket team, the former Indian opener continues to serve his country even now. After the infamous terror attack at the hands of a Jaish influenced suicide bomber caused more than 40 CRPF soldiers their lives, Gambhir was one of the first few to condemn it. He was also one of the first to suggest that the only way to sort the issue out for good is to settle it on the “battle ground”. “Yes, let's talk with the separatists. Yes, let's talk with Pakistan. But this time conversation can't be on the table, it has to be in a battle ground. Enough is enough. 18 CRPF personnel killed in IED blast on Srinagar-Jammu highway,” the cricketer had tweeted on the day of the attack. Having admitted time and again that his first love was the Indian Army and not cricket, Gambhir also runs a foundation that works in favour of the children of the martyred soldiers of the nation. “We are sponsoring 50 children right now, we are going to increase the number to 100,” he said at the launch of Radhika Kawlra Singh's book 'It's Easy To Be You'. “It was pure destiny and had I not played Ranji Trophy in 12th (standard), I would have definitely gone into the NDA because that was my first love and it still remains my first love. In fact, my only regret in life is that I couldn't join the army,” Gambhir had said. Indian Army नॠयह à¤à¤à¤ भॠशà¥à¤°à¥ नहà¥à¤ à¤à¤°à¥ but they will bloody well finish it and I am with them emotion-to-emotion, shoulder-to-shoulder. — Gautam Gambhir (@GautamGambhir) February 17, 2019 The patriot in Gautam Gambhir has enabled him to serve his country to the best of his abilities. So what if he is not a soldier, his was against terror is equally important and must be supported under any circumstances.
  2. I love you. Today. Right now. Just as you are. And I know, with time we will change. We will evolve. We will grow. And I hope we do all of it together.

  3. 'Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile' - the name of the movie about Ted Bundy precisely sums up the serial killer but some people are not sure about his portrayal in it. As soon as the trailer of the much-anticipated movie starring Zac Efron as the notorious killer dropped, people had concerns about the makers trying to humanize Ted Bundy and turning it into an almost rom-com, instead of showing him as a cold-blooded murderer, who killed 30 or more women. It's here! First Teaser Trailer for #ExtremelyWickedShockinglyEvilAndVile pic.twitter.com/AyHc3J26jC — Zac Efron (@ZacEfron) January 25, 2019 The main concern comes from the glorification of his crimes and how it would affect the people who were impacted by his crimes. However, a lot of people argued that Ted Bundy was supposed to be this charming, charismatic guy and that's exactly how he got so many of his victims. While no one can judge the movie by just its trailer, everyone agreed that the music was too inappropriate and made it seem like a superhero movie instead of a creepy crime story. Here's what everyone's saying: Yep, the music was bad. That music choice was awful. It should be creepy. People should feel disgusted watching this trailer. You already ruined people's first impressions on the movie... ð https://t.co/NNDTkAfcC2 — syzahmd (@syaza_hamid_) January 27, 2019 Is it romantic, tho? I feel so bad for the families of the victims that have to sit there and see their terrors revived as a witty romantic thriller https://t.co/uP4y03XSBU — anime yitties (@peachesfrfr) January 26, 2019 He was a monster, for sure. i mean it looks good but why the music? this film is portraying a literal serial killer that existed and did horrible things in real life at least make it seem that way instead of romanticizing a monster. https://t.co/uGKbl67eC1 — Nah (@Jullian1402) January 27, 2019 Way to go. The music makes me feel ill. How you gonna play fucking action music with a film about ted bundy who raped and killed "over 30, perhaps as many as over 100" women. Barely touches on it in the trailer lol. Way to go https://t.co/we8aH2HOe0 — eva i guess (@evaiguess) January 27, 2019 Just read the title to see how horrible he was. why did they market this like it's a super hero movie and not a movie about someone who kills humans for fun. https://t.co/Wb2sfU5WJb — honeybð (@KalliyahDejesus) January 27, 2019 Anyone could be a serial killer, tbh. Yall fr getting mad because they're showing what he was like instead of maybe thinking that not all serial killers look like monsters and they actually could be the cute neighbor? None's gonna think of him as daddy while watching him drag a corpse, use your head https://t.co/C0PzS0nNh4 — KTH1/TXT/ITZY are coming (@idlearity) January 26, 2019 Can't assume that, obviously. I feel that casting a teenage hearthrob as a serial killer was to really show that even the most charismatic normal ones can be sadistic,,,that being said the music for this trailer was a horrible choice, although one can't just assume jovial will be the tone of the film. https://t.co/3K8NddkECo — professional whiner (@shalini_vs_) January 26, 2019 The movie's director came out to clear some things. Exactly! https://t.co/V9KsCxldh6 — Joe Berlinger (@joeberlinger) January 26, 2019 I don't see it. and in this moment, watching the ted bundy tapes, i realized just how spot on casting zac efron as ted bundy was......this is unsettling pic.twitter.com/07lsdQBDZW — JOANNA (@Jobazzle) January 24, 2019 Exactly. Zac Efron as Ted Bundy is kinda perfect casting cause you can't believe that he could possibly play a terrifying serial killer in the same way that you couldn't have looked at Ted Bundy and believed that he *was* a terrifying serial killer. https://t.co/kew3IpkvVf — John Squires (@FreddyInSpace) January 25, 2019 We can never ever forget Troy Bolton. Instead of sexualizing zac Efron as ted bundy, let's applaud him for being such a great actor and being able to go from playing a singing basketball player to a serial killer — Liz (@ultralizzete) January 27, 2019 Okay, this is just bad usage of words. "Ted bundy isn't being romanticized!" : pic.twitter.com/o6RWqnVOMS — Savannah Clemmons (@savclemm) January 27, 2019 Couldn't agree more. why is everyone saying ted bundy is cute when he looks like human shrek pic.twitter.com/a8PlKgi0Ys — yeehaw (@sluttydonutts) January 27, 2019 It's sad that it will for sure happen. Can we not sexulize Ted Bundy? He raped, murdered, and decapitated women and had *** with their dead bodies. Not here for this hyper-sexualized Zac Efron film. I know the youth of twitter will obsess over him, and I'd prefer not to read thirst tweets about a serial murderer — Kayla Stetzel (@KaylaStetzel) January 26, 2019 While sexualizing him online is wrong on so many levels, this is just spot on. Ted Bundy: *used his charm to lure his victims* Film about Ted Bundy: *shows his charm* People on the internet: how DARE They romanticise a murderer of women who MURDERED WOMEN!?!?!? — Taylor (@finejostens) January 27, 2019 A much deeper point. People thinking Ted Bundy is being "romanticized" by using a hot actor is exactly the problem with us - it is hard to accept someone as good looking as Zac Efron as capable of evil. That's called the "Halo Effect", and celebs, good-looking people, politicians get away coz of that — Albert Pagunsan (@albert_pagunsan) January 28, 2019 Yep. ted bundy is portrayed as a handsome and charming serial killer because...he was handsome and charming serial killer...pic.twitter.com/z2r89gvYPl — spare ts7 ma'am 𤲠(@moneyinabag) January 28, 2019 I'm so here for Ted Bundy-Zac Efron memes. Police: How many people did you kill? Ted Bundy: pic.twitter.com/QXSxoERf3x — Jack (@jacket_lunch) January 28, 2019 And, not Troy. t as in ted bundy 𤪠pic.twitter.com/0SYJlwIENb — ðð¶ð (@pharangry) January 27, 2019
  4. Our mothers will always protect us from anything and everything under the sun, but if you piss her off then there's nothing, I repeat nothing, that can save you from her wrath. The incident that I am going to talk about now, is a legendary proof of the same. Fights between teenagers and parents is nothing unsual, nor is it strange for the kids to walk out of the house in anger and parents going after them to pursue them. This teenager in Mexico too must have fought with her mother and ran out of the house. But, here's a twist. The mother in question is not your regular parent. I would like to call her a 'ninja mom' especially after looking at her technique of stopping her kid. She didn't run after her. Instead, she launched her weapon - her chappal aka flip-flop - at her daughter and that weapon flew a ridiculous distance to hit her. When I say ridiculous, I mean nearly 30 meters. She should probably have an 'Angry Bird' game of her own. ¡Nunca subestimen el poder de la chancla! ð pic.twitter.com/Btmib1JUol — Niño Triqui (@nino_triqui) January 16, 2019 Such was the impact of the chappal of our ninja mom that her daughter was shocked to see it and tripped. People on internet have already started a virtual petition (not really) to make her compete in the Olympics for 'chanclazo volador' (flying flip-flop), because her throwing skills are pure gold.
  5. Ahead of their much-anticipated tour of Australia, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the Indian squad for the limited-overs series. While Hardik Pandya missed out due to injury, his elder brother Krunal was handed an opportunity to fill in his shoes as an all-rounder for India. But, the elder Pandya didn't really have the outing his family or fans would have expected. Roped in ahead of specialist spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, Krunal witnessed an absolute nightmare with the ball. The left-arm spinner was clobbered all around the park (mainly by Glenn Maxwell) as he conceded a staggering 55 runs (including six sixes) in just four overs. If his bowling performance irked the Indian cricket fans, his mediocre show with the willow eventually summed up his forgettable night. Coming in to bat, at a time when India desperately needed his big-hitting abilities in the death overs at the Gabba, the left-hander couldn't manage to score more than just two runs. Twitter/@BCCI Owing to his dismal performance, Krunal attracted a lot of criticism and was heavily trolled by the Indian cricket fans on the social media. His mediocre show at Brisbane was undoubtedly one of the biggest factors why India eventually lost that game, but, if anyone knows Krunal or has seen his growth as a player, they'd agree that this bloke is a man of comebacks. He has done that in the Indian Premier League (IPL) earlier, and on 25th November, Krunal did it again at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). The 27-year-old ran through the Australian batting order, bamboozling the likes of D'Arcy Short, Glenn Maxwell, Ben McDermott and Alex Carey to halt the rampaging Aussie charge early in the game. The Baroda cricketer eventually finished his spell with impressive figures of 4/36 - the best bowling figures by a spinner Down Under. Playing only his sixth T20I for India, it was also Krunal's best bowling figures in the shortest version of the game. His commendable feat was lauded by the BCCI and the fans alike. While the Indian cricket board took to Twitter to highlight Krunal's feat, the Indian cricket fans, too, showered praise on the Indian all-rounder. 4-0-36-4 @krunalpandya24 now holds the record for the best figures by a spinner in T20Is in Australia ðð pic.twitter.com/AFtfusuljo — BCCI (@BCCI) 25 November 2018 Well done krunalððð — Mahi 73 (@Mahi7310) 25 November 2018 Burnol moment for his hatersð¤£ðð — Deval Shah (@DevalShah123) 25 November 2018 Spellðððð — Nick™ (@Iam_Niteesh) 25 November 2018 Krunal ð¥ð¥ — Prabhas (@pavansaaho45) 25 November 2018
  6. We know there are times when it becomes a little difficult to gauge your girlfriend's mood and even little things you say, can lead to misunderstandings and huge-ass arguments, much against your wishes. While there can be a number of reasons why that is, and trust us, some may even turn out to be valid, it is always a good idea to try and steer clear of a few follies guys tend to make, because they feel it's not a big issue. © Thinkstock Images However, we must acknowledge that a woman's heart, and to some extent, the mind too, is wired a little different than men and there might be a few things which can be an issue for them. Read on to find out how to not make them. 1. Do Not Forget To Text Her Back When You Said You Would If you're guilty of it, can you really blame her? Maybe you said you would text back after the meeting to confirm a plan and then ended up ghosting on her, while she kept waiting for your reply. Not really cool, is it? Also, that might give her a reason to get mad at you. © Thinkstock Images 2. Don't Send Her Curt Replies If your girlfriend is an emoji lover or she is accustomed to you being pretty expressive over text messages, just ensure that you do not send her curt replies because that might turn off her mood. No, we're not saying you need to be super sloppy all the time, but you know, try and strike a balance? 3. Do Not Say Sorry After An Argument Simply To Get It Over With This is something you must avoid at all times, because women can tell when you actually being sorry and when you are saying for the heck of it. If you feel you would rather not have an argument over something at a given point, tell her you're not up for it and would like to have a discussion some other time. © Thinkstock Images 4. Do Not Try To Replicate The Silent Treatment Simply To Annoy Her We know a lot of guys who have tried it and well, it did not really play out as they expected. Have you ever considered that when she gives you the silent treatment it isn't because she's enjoying it, but maybe because she really doesn't have anything to say or add to the discussion? Think about that. But when you try it for a little fun, it might only cause you trouble. 5. Do Not Stay Mum During A Disagreement If You Know She's Waiting For A Conclusive Remark But again, no one expects you to stay mum on an issue that requires your input. If you are in the middle of a disagreement, and you know she expects you to reach a conclusion, staying silent might be a bad idea. Just let her know what you think and all will be well. Hopefully. 6. Do Not Overdo The Playful Leg-Pulling/Nicknaming Every relationship has those quirks where you have pet names for one another, a few which are mostly meant to embarrass the other. But you must be thoughtful about when you overdo it and it's no longer funny. She might end up getting hurt after a point when you don't let it go. Are you guilty of any of these? Do you feel these might be one of the reasons why she got angry at you all of a sudden, when you thought you hadn't done anything? Let us know.
  7. Ranveer Singh is one of Bollywood's most beloved actors, known for his zest and energy. The man is loved immensely by his fans, the media, filmmakers and his co-stars, and his popularity is only increasing at an alarming rate. His crazy-happy-go-lucky attitude makes everyone admire him. Whether on the sets of a movie or at an event, he is always all-smiles and catches everyone's attention with his quirky persona. But recently, the actor lost his cool and revealed a side to him never seen before (or let's just say his angry avatar was a combination of Bajirao and Khilji). © SLB Why did it happen? Because people in India don't generally follow the driving rules and think it is okay to consider the roads as their own property, and put the lives of others in danger. In the video, that has gone viral now, Ranveer can be seen losing his temper and calling out a man for driving recklessly. © Twitter The video came into light after Ranveer shared a photo of himself on Twitter, and the comments began pouring in, praising him. However, a user then shared the clip of the actor on the thread, alleging that he misbehaved with him on the streets. In the caption, he wrote how Ranveer had allegedly abused him in front of his family. “Badtameez insaaan. Baat karne ki tameez nahi. Tum jaise insaan ko ye bhi nahi pata ki kisi ki maa behen ke saamne itni gaali kon deta hai. Pagal insaan, agar yahi attitude raha to jaldi hi sadak par aa jayega. Pehle loge se baat karne ki tameez seekh phir hero bannaa, flop actor,” he tweeted. While their entire conversation isn't that audible in the clip, one can surely hear Ranveer berating him for driving rashly. Badtameez insaaan Baat karne ki tameez nahi tum jaise insaan ko ye bhi nahi pata ki kisi ki maa bahan ke saamne itni gaali kon deta hai pagal insaan agar yahi attitude raha to jaldi hi sadak par aa jayega pahle loge se baat karne ki tameez seekh phir hero bannaa flop actor-ð¡ pic.twitter.com/KgZqnFfE8e — Aquariussandesh (@aquariussandesh) September 3, 2018 While the man narrates a different story, various reports claim that Ranveer got upset and angry as the driver was driving so carelessly, that it could have led to a collision. It's surprising how people are first reckless and then have the audacity to record a video and post it online, instead of acknowledging their own mistake. © Twitter We understand that actors are public figures and they are supposed to behave in a certain manner, but does that come at the cost of rules and safety? How about we all be a bit more responsible first and understand that rules that have been implemented for a purpose?
