With the passage of time, cricket has progressed beyond the boundary ropes, with the communication gap between players and fans virtually disappearing. People can contact the athletes personally and have wonderful, meaningful talks with them, which can lead to a greater relationship between the two parties. Unfortunately, the inverse is also true, and individuals can be exceedingly cruel to players for no apparent reason, all in an attempt to embarrass them and cast them in a bad light in front of the rest of the world. View this post on Instagram However, if you have the sense of humour and straightforwardness of New Zealand all-rounder James alias Jimmy Neesham, you can get yourself out of sticky circumstances while leaving the rest of your fans smiling. Recently ESPNcricInfo asked their Twitter followers for their thoughts on the new rule that the Indian Premier League has decided to set in motion ahead of the 2022 edition of the league. This new regulation suggests that the new man will be facing the first ball, even if the catch was taken after the batters crossed each other on the pitch. I don’t really understand the point of this. Has this rule ever been a problem? Also rewards batsmen who don’t stay aware of the match situation. Don’t like it. https://t.co/6yPsHjFNSk — Jimmy Neesham (@JimmyNeesh) March 16, 2022 Neesham responded to the tweet expressing how he felt about the new rule and suggested that he was not a fan of it. He asked if the old rule was ever a problem or a cause of concern for the players or the officials of the game in any shape or form and that it also rewards batters who aren’t aware of the situation of the match. Despite a completely rational way of thinking and clearly explaining his thoughts when specifically asked to, an Indian cricket fan, on Wednesday, told Neesham that no one cared about his views, regardless of whether the Kiwi liked it or not. Like it or not, nobody cares ur opinion — Pujari (@malappapujari44) March 16, 2022 Neesham, who has 336.2k followers on the micro-blogging platform, ended up responding to him. The cricketer exposed the hater's complete idiocy by revealing that he was following him on Twitter and ended up posting something unpleasant just to get some attention from the international player. You follow me… you actively seek out my opinion. https://t.co/HiBDDYGWvp — Jimmy Neesham (@JimmyNeesh) March 16, 2022 Ever since the New Zealand cricketer responded to the hater’s comments, other Indian cricket fans have also gotten on top of his case and are letting him know exactly how much Neesham’s opinions, especially on cricketing issues matter to them. This isn’t the first time Neesham has had to deal with a rude Indian cricket fan. A couple of years ago, for instance, the Kiwi cricketer was asked why he had “so few followers” on his Twitter handle (Neesham had 236.2k followers at the time) and the cricketer had responded with nothing but class and common sense. Salman Khan is one Bollywood superstar who's been in the industry for almost three decades. With a reported net worth of around $310 million or Rs. 2,294 Crores, Salman has built an empire for himself and his family that includes massive properties in Mumbai and overseas. One such plush property owned by the actor is his Panvel Farmhouse, where he's often seen resting and chilling with family when he's free from his busy work schedules. The farmhouse, which is estimated to be around Rs 80 Crores, is apparently so huge that it is reported to have three bungalows, a swimming pool, a gym, and still have enough space for five horses to just run around the property. View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram Crazy, right? Now, you'd think that an actor like Salman, living in a place surrounded by nature, would be away from noisy neighbours, right? Wrong! According to reports, Salman's neighbour Ketan Kakkar has levelled some astonishing allegations against Salman and at his Panvel farmhouse. Ketan, who reportedly owns a plot of land near Salman's farmhouse was seen to have said some crazy things for Salman in a YouTube interview. © Instagram Ketan had levelled child trafficking allegations against him and even gone on to the extent of saying that 'bodies of film stars are buried' at the Panvel farmhouse. In a reply to these shocking allegations, Salman has, in turn, filed a defamation case against Kakkar, for tarnishing his reputation during the interview with a YouTube channel. Salman's lawyer Pradeep Gandhi read out big portions of Kakkar's interview in the last hearing of the court case and said that he had unnecessarily dragged Salman's religious identity into the dispute amongst one of the many things. Even Salman was heard making a statement in light of the allegations. “Without proper proof, all these allegations are a figment of the defendant’s imagination. In a property dispute, why are you tarnishing my personal reputation? Why are you bringing in religion? My mother is a Hindu, my father is a Muslim and my brothers have married Hindus. We celebrate all festivals." said Salman. Salman, of course, has a busy calendar year ahead of him, with a lot of Bollywood movies under his belt in the near future. He will star in Shah Rukh Khan's Pathan film, and his own Tiger 3 film alongside Katrina Kaif. © YRF Salman had also announced that there will be a Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2, with his older film No Entry also getting a much-awaited sequel.
