Gentleman’s Intimate Hygiene Guide To Keep Their Genitals Clean & Dry In Summers
ADMIN posted a blog entry in FDF Online News
Summers are tough for everyone to deal with. And just like your skin, your balls need all the more attention in the warmer months. After all, sweaty balls and smelly crotch is no joke. For some men, that 20 minute ride in the cab to work can cause things to get sweaty in your nether regions. The feeling is akin to almost skipping a shower in summers and imagine that’s the situation right at the start of the day. I mean ‘Ew David’! Letting moisture and sweat fester and marinate in your junk is not only an utterly uncomfortable feeling but the foul smell can even hit your confidence and it all together can lead to infection. Maintaining good intimate hygiene can help you cut down the risks of irritation and infection and keep your crotch clean. However, you may need to add a few more steps than just washing and patting your ***** and balls dry to your intimate hygiene routine in the summer. Here are 7 effective ways to keep your man parts dry and fresh all day long. 1. Use An Intimate WashIntimate wash offers the ultimate hygiene care that keeps your privates clean and fresh. It relieves skin inflammation from susceptible humid regions, and its sensitive foam cleans residual left behind by trapped sweat, condoms and lubricants. Intimate wash also helps balance the natural pH level in your nether regions, which in turn helps in preventing itchiness and bacterial infection. The uniquely blended fragrance of intimate wash adds a touch of vibrancy, masculinity and warmth to impress when the moment arises. While at it, pull your foreskin back and gently also clean your shaft as the white substance called ‘smegma’ is most capable of producing the bad smell. Also, don’t ignore the grundle (the area between your scrotum and anus). Wash it, rinse it well and pat dry __ECOMPRODUCT__2032__ 2. Get Intimate Hygiene Wipes If you are someone who is constantly on the go and your job demands you to be mostly on field, it would be nice to invest in a packet of intimate hygiene wipes. They are gentle on the skin, easy to use and an effective way of cleaning your crotch area. Made using a unique formula that is alcohol and paraben-free, intimate wipes cause no harm to the skin. Use them whenever you feel the need to set the refresh button down there throughout the day. __ECOMPRODUCT__1633__ 3. Put Some PowderPowders work best to soak up the moisture and keep you smelling nice. As you get dressed for the day, sprinkle some body powder into your underwear and evenly distribute it around your genitals and between the legs. The moisture-wicking property of the powder will soak up any sweat and keep your junk dry. 4. Rub Some Anti Chafing CreamChafing cream is not just for people who are athletes or work out a lot, it is for anybody who sweats a great deal. Applying some chafing cream between your legs works as a protective film that controls friction, sweating, keeping the skin clean and away from infections. Applying a powder-based anti-chafe cream on your inner thighs before working out makes it easy for your thighs to glide smoothly past each other. Most of these creams dry into a chalky film over skin creating an extra protective layer for your thighs to glide easily past each other. It is a blessing both for people who workout and sweat a lot. __ECOMPRODUCT__1635__ 5. Wear Boxers Briefs Or Trunks Give your briefs some rest and switch to trunks and boxer briefs. Boxer briefs and trunks secure everything properly without the chance of causing too much friction that leads to sweating. Stick to breathable cottons and natural fabrics that absorb sweat better, keep airflow and let the sweat evaporate. It gets uncomfortable and sticky with synthetic materials like polyester, which leave you with sweat patches. You can also opt for moisture-wicking and odour-cancellation materials like deo-soft cotton that wick the groin sweat away from the skin so that it feels fresh and dry all the time. __ECOMPRODUCT__3210__ 6. Take Zinc SupplementsZinc aids metabolism and also helps reduce body odour. Adding zinc, Vitamin B and chlorophyll in your diet can reduce certain secretions that can make you smelly. Take your potion of zinc through supplements to deodorize your body from the inside. __ECOMPRODUCT__3211__ 7. Trim Your Pubic HairLastly, keep things trimmed down there. However, your pubic hair is there for a reason, it protects your genitalia from friction and infection. So, we are not advising you to shave it down completely, just use a clipper to trim it. This will minimize the amount of sweat that gets trapped in the hair and causes bacteria to breed that also produces the dreaded stink. It can also help prevent itching and excessive sweating. __ECOMPRODUCT__3066__ The BottomlineMaintaining intimate hygiene is a big part of personal care that we often tend to ignore. Reason? Who’s even looking? But excessive sweating can mean discomfort in summers. Plus, the way you smell can really make or break your confidence and you don’t want to scare your date away when the moment arises, right? So, stick to our intimate hygiene guide and keep your genitals clean, fresh and dry, all day long for many summers to come. It was an extremely unique and special experience, which I hold very close to my heart and always will," the 38-year-old actor said. Here’s the interview: View this post on Instagram In the similar interview, he talked about how the pandemic gave him the time to spend time with his family. Even when I am working, that's what I am chasing- to find stillness and calm amid the chaotic work environment," the actor said. On the work front, he is shooting for the sequel of Extraction. Do you love your shoes? Sneakers? Boots? Oxfords? Then, you can’t just throw them in the washing machine, cross your fingers and hope for the best. And no, just rubbing the dust off with a dirty cloth or a brush isn’t acceptable either. via GIPHY Machine wash is only good for your canvas sneakers. Even with those, you can expect the quality of your shoes to degrade or their colour to fade. Leather, mesh and suede need more care to stay young and shiny. It’s not tough to keep men’s shoes in tip-top condition but you do need to put a little time and effort into it. Here’s how it’s done. How To Clean SneakersFirst up, remove any caked-on dirt by knocking the soles together. Use a microfiber cloth to remove the excess mud. Now, start spot cleaning. For sneakers, you can use Helios Super Sneaker Cleaner.Avoid using water or wipes. Instead, try dabbing white vinegar on any noticeable stains or scuffs. If that doesn’t make your sneakers sparkle, move to the deep clean stage. Remove the laces and insoles. Take warm water and add a mild detergent to it.Add a few drops of dish wash soap or shampoo. Use the brush to gently scrub the surface to form lather.Use a towel to remove the excess water. You can wash the laces in your washing machine. If they’re frayed, replace them with fresh ones. After air-drying your sneakers, store them in your shoe closet or a box, preferable away from the sunlight. __ECOMPRODUCT__2839__ How To Clean Leather Shoes & BootsRemove the laces from your shoes and throw them in the washing machine if they’re dirty.Use a soft cloth or a brush to clean dirt and debris that may be stuck to the shoe’s leather surfaces. Make a solution of warm water and dish soap. Take a soft cloth and dip it into the mix. Wring it out and wipe the surface of the shoe to remove tough stains.Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe off the soap. Towel dry your shoes. Apply leather polish to protect it from stains and add shine. Let your shoes or boots dry in the open air. Avoid putting them in the sun or by a heater. This may cause the leather to fade or crack.__ECOMPRODUCT__2840__ How To Clean Suede ShoesPut a crumpled paper inside the shoes before cleaning so they can hold their shape. Use a soft, clean towel to rub the dirt off. Avoid rubbing too vigorously as suede is a delicate material.Remember to rub in the direction of the grain of your suede shoes.Use a hardy suede brush to restore your shoes. Doing so regularly will revitalise your suede shoes instantly. It can also help you get rid of light stains and deep cleaning. Coat your shoes with a finishing spray. It’ll protect your work and make your suede waterproof.__ECOMPRODUCT__1430__ How To Clean White Canvas ShoesRemove the shoelaces.Fill up a bucket with lukewarm water and 1 cup of baking soda.Add a drop of laundry detergent. Soak your shoes and laces in the bucket for an hour.Take them out and use a brush to scrub the stains away.Place them somewhere cool and dry, away from the direct sunlight.__ECOMPRODUCT__1276__ How To Clean Mesh ShoesUse a soft shoe brush to gently scrub away the dirt. Be sure to maintain a softer degree of pressure than you might use for a heavier material like leather.Take a mixture of warm water and a gentle laundry detergent. The consistency shouldn’t be too sticky. Avoid bleaching agents while cleaning white or light-coloured mesh shoes. It can cause discolouration and damage the material.Apply the cleaning solution using a soft cloth. Use the brush if you’re dealing with a stubborn stain.Keep a bowl of clean warm water to rinse the cloth if the stains are many. You don’t want the stain to spread due to dirty cloth.Use a clean cloth to remove the excess soap and water. Avoid dunking the shoes in water.Place them in a cool, dry spot, away from direct sunlight. Let them be until they are fully dry.Coat your shoes with the invisible layer of Vetro Power Footwear Protection to keep them from staining again. A single application will protect your shoes for 12-18 months, depending on the usage.__ECOMPRODUCT__2841__ Now that you know how to clean your shoes, no matter the material, make sure your shoe rack is in tip-top condition. Neeraj Chopra recently shared a tweet while promoting the auctioning of the javelin he had used to win the gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics earlier this year. Stand a chance to make my Olympic javelin yours, at the https://t.co/XCT5G6GNBf auction which will take place until Oct 7. Proceeds from the auction will go towards the Namami Gange initiative. pic.twitter.com/mdWZA72VJ1 — Neeraj Chopra (@Neeraj_chopra1) October 5, 2021 “Stand a chance to make my Olympic javelin yours, at the http://pmmementos.gov.in auction which will take place until Oct 7. Proceeds from the auction will go towards the Namami Gange initiative,” he wrote in the post on the micro-blogging website. With the deadline to bid for the item being October 7, 2021, 5 PM IST, the highest bid is already sitting at Rs 1,00,00,500 and more and more people are offering their bids to have possession of the priceless javelin. According to Chopra’s tweet, all the proceeds that come from the auction will go towards the Namami Gange Programme, an initiative started by the Government of India in 2014, with the “twin objectives of effective abatement of pollution, conservation and rejuvenation of National River Ganga.” The initial budget outlay for this project was Rs 20,000 Cr according to NMCG. However, the Olympic gold medallist’s decision to auction off his memorable javelin did not sit well with some of his fans, even though it is for a good cause. Some felt that Chopra is wrong in giving away that one true thing that not only made him a world champion but also brought him seemingly limitless fame and global recognition. Others simply do not believe in the Namami Gange initiative. Bhai ji it's your memories for the lifetime with this javelin, please don't sell it in auction... This money will not go in namami gange, it will go in the pockets of corrupt politicians in power now..please keep it with you bro Jai haryanavi jai hind — Ashish Dahiya (@ashishD530) October 6, 2021It's a good initiative . But Ye paise Khiladi pe kharch karte to jyda acha tha. Sorry but I have to express the reality @Pvsindhu1 @mirabai_chanu https://t.co/c3UaBpgUn1 — ManishMadbaiyaUSA (@ManishMadbaiya5) October 6, 2021However, there were also those who felt that it was a great step that Chopra had taken towards protecting the Ganges river and that auctioning his javelin for a cause as big as this will only bring his fans closer to him. I think it's good initiative taken by d Govt of India .v known Ganga as MaaGanga,it's holy water .it's every1's responsibility dat v should keep clean rivers and surroundings 2.hope fr the best bid for NamamiGange!it's also supported by Shri.Uma Bharati. pic.twitter.com/8dMKz568Yy — Devyani kubade (@devyani_kubade) October 5, 2021You are a true inspiration for the young of this country! — Akshay Gupta (@GuyWithYogaMat) October 6, 2021Sir it's a great initiative by our respected pm......u r great — Kiran Tiwari (@KiranTiwari05) October 5, 2021The auction also features the javelin used by Sumit Antil to bag the gold medal at the Tokyo Paralympics 2020, the badminton racket used by shuttler PV Sindhu to win the bronze medal, a hockey stick signed by the members of the Indian hockey team that won the bronze medal.
