  1. It's not every day that you see a brand make a bold move to outdo its competitor. And even rarer to see a beer brand ditch the subtle nuances and go for the direct dig. But that's exactly what happened when Beck's Ice launched their new digital film. With just one bird, they managed to say a lot. For those of you who still haven't managed to catch this quirky dig, bring out the tub of popcorn and see this new competition unfold. With their innovative and subtle yet obvious dig, Beck's Ice has caught everyone's attention this summer. And rightly so! Their social media handles are flooded with responses to the video. While some of them are ready to once and for all settle who is the best, others are enjoying this spirited approach and are all about giving this smooth malt beer a go! After all, what else does one need to escape the summer heat besides a refreshing beer and a summer getaway – two points that they have made very clear in their digital film. While other brands in the beer segment market themselves alike, Beck's Ice decided to stand out from the rest through this tongue-in-cheek flair. In a one-of-its-kind move, the brand has openly spoken about its ingredient story making it an interesting marketing strategy that will not only help them maintain but also gain a loyal customer base. For all those who haven't yet got your hands on this recently launched brew – here's some deets you should know! Beck's Ice is a smooth beer with a German heritage and here's a fun fact – it's a beer that is made with 100% pure malt. So what you really waiting for, it's just going to get hotter and this refreshing brew is your only escape!
  2. The young guns of the current Ajax squad takes us back to the good old days of the 1990s when they were counted as one of the most dangerous clubs in the whole of Europe and by defeating big dogs like Real Madrid and Juventus, Ajax has surely made their intentions for the European title extremely clear. This epic run of the Dutch team started from the very first match of this UEFA Champions League season, where they defeated AEK Athens FC 3-0. Continuing their winning form, they went on to play some mind-boggling matches to reach into the semi-finals this year. Starting with: Ajax Vs Bayern Munich © AP For a young team like Ajax, scoring a draw against the mighty Bayern Munich and that too in the Allianz Arena was in itself a very big achievement. Later in the group stage, when they met the Germans again, they went on to give the home crowd a courageous six-goal draw equipped with an added time equalising goal by Nicolas Tagliafico. Earlier, these draws were considered as 'flukes' for the newbies but with time, they showed everyone what their true character is built of. With players such as Frankie De Jong and Dusan Tadic in the team, they did make a statement that they belong amongst the best clubs in the world. Ajax Vs Real Madrid © Reuters Surpassing their group stage while being undefeated, Ajax proudly marched into the Round of 16 where they faced their first drums against Real Madrid, who handed them their first loss at home this season. As dangerous as a wounded lion, the young Dutch team stunned Santiago Bernabeu when they thrashed the defending champions 4-1 in the second leg, entering the quarter-finals with a comfortable 5-3 win on aggregate. The rain of goals by Hakim Ziyech, David Neres, Lasse Schone and Tadic, made Real's defence seem invisible. With their scintillating win over Real, the world started noticing the immense talent in the youngsters who can be a tough competition for the rest of the teams in the 2018-19 season of Champions League. Ajax Vs Juventus © AP When the draw for the quarter-finals came out, everyone thought that reaching the semi-finals would be a cake-walk for a team like Juventus, but Ajax, on the other hand, had different plans. They believed that they could win if they continue playing the type of football they have been playing off lately. Soon enough, they registered a draw in the first leg and a week later, they displayed another awe-spiring play to defeat the ferocious Juventus by 2-1, in their home itself. A well-placed goal by Donny Van De Beek and later the winning header by Matthijs De Ligt helped them cross the line. Now, entering the semi-finals after 22 long years, Ajax will have their hands on the deck when they take on either Tottenham Hotspurs or Manchester City next, to go a step ahead in their expedition to win the trophy for the first time in two decades.
  3. While India is on a roll from one scientific invention to the other, we have some kids from IIT Madras stealing the show! Elon Musk's Hyperloop Technology concept took an amazing spin when a team from IIT Madras competed in the Hyperloop Pod competition held every year and reached the finals, making them the only Asian team to do so! © YourStory If you're wondering what Hyperloop Technology actually is, it's an advanced technique that could revolutionise travel in the future. The concept was developed by Elon Musk back in 2013 through his space exploration firm called 'SpaceX' and since then, many companies and firms have been working on strengthening this technology. When the competition was held this year, a student team from IIT Madras made it to the finals after they developed a prototype Hyperloop pod called 'Avishkar Hyperloop' that would take 25 minutes to travel from Chennai to Bengaluru. © YouTube The competition had 1500 teams from all over the world who were trying to create the fastest 'pod' or a travelling vessel for the entire concept. Their aim was quite specific to build the pod though. All they had to keep in mind was that their pod attained the maximum speed and correspondingly it had comparative deceleration. Other than that, the participants were allowed to go as crazy creatively as they pleased. As 'Avishakar Hyperloop' are amongst the top 21 finalists, they'd be visiting the 'SpaceX' facility in California in July 2019 to test their prototype in a more relatable environment aka the hyperloop tunnel. © YourStory The IIT team from Madras has managed to develop an achievable prototype that will in all probability be a success as well. Suyash Singh, the founder and the head of the project claims that the pod will be able to achieve 400 to 450 KMPH during the finals and we're super ecstatic about it. The team consisting of graduates and PhD scholars has decided to use a linear induction motor, while the system will be backed by a high-power battery pack. As for the deceleration part, the team is planning on using pneumatic brakes. The pod also runs on four wheels in a single race track and at the final demonstration, the team will have to make the pod run within a one-mile-long vacuumed Hyperloop tunnel. But before the finals, the team will be allowed to test run it to make any final refinements a week prior to the actual event. "Laying the foundation for an indigenously developed hyperloop system for India will take a few years; only after that, will it be tested on the tracks. We believe the team has a long way to go and we expect the student team to be involved till the hyperloop competition is held." Ankit, the co-head of the project told a popular publication. © Facebook Team Avishkar Hyperloop Interestingly enough, all the other teams shortlisted for the finals are returning finalists, while India has made it in for the first time, without any other Asian country to compete with. The total budget for the Avishkar Hyperloop was Rs. 1 crore, which was mostly raised through crowdfunding, in-house funding and via tech companies. © Twitter Well, while we wonder if the world is really shrinking, we're really proud of team 'Avishkar Hyperloop' and we hope they do an astounding job in sunny California in July 2019.
  4. The Internet is a fierce battleground for users, clicks, attention, and audience. Competition surrounds your community from all angles and new threats constantly emerge. The Internet has leveled the playing field for local businesses, solopreneurs, and small organizations which means more people than ever are competing for users. Online communities are no different, and as companies realize the growing power of communities, you too may face more challenges. Online communities are growing faster than ever: IDC predicts worldwide online communities market to grow to $1.2 billion in 2019 According to research by Leader Networks, twenty-three percent of marketers who have online communities indicate that the size of their communities doubled in the past year. How is your community competing against your competitors? Is your community growing or stagnating relative to your competitors? In this blog post, we identify core concepts of competitive strategy that stretch from traditional theory to unique methods of winning for communities. Theory of Competition The broadly-accepted understanding of competition in the business world rests on the seminal work by Professor Michael Porter, when he mapped out the origins of competitive forces in his 1979 book “How Competitive Forces Shape Strategy.” Fundamentally, all strategies for Porter distill into two basic options: Build on what you already do, or do something no one else can do. You can compete by doing what everyone else is doing but be more efficient, such as offering higher quality content, a better user experience, or having a lower price of member acquisition. Or, you can expand the pie by forging a new position in the marketplace, such as staking out an untapped niche or developing a unique service. What’s your current competitive strategy: be better at what you’re already doing and your competitors, or to do something completely new? Emerging Theories A new strategy on competition is emerging that is just as potent as Porter’s competitive forces. It’s especially relevant for online communities in the digital age: reacting opportunistically to emerging possibilities. Discovery-driven planning is the field’s most recent thinking. It was introduced 20 years ago in works like Tim Luehrman’s “Strategy as a Portfolio of Real Options” that talked about flexibility as a strategy. The idea was also introduced in the more recent “Stop Making Plans: Start Making Decisions” by Michael Mankins and Richard Steel, which argued for continuous strategic planning cycles. Online communities are impacted by – and can seize advantage of – fluctuating factors: Technical advances and digital disruptions Disruptions in your industry The faster you react to market or technological change, the greater your advantage will become over time. What disruption recently impacted your industry or niche? How can you capitalize on the opportunity? Application to Online Communities Online communities are at an especially powerful intersection of customers, superusers, industry experts, and brand representatives. By assembling a broad mix of users, you gain a source of competitive knowledge and crowd wisdom unmatched by traditional businesses. Market intelligence – Harness the power of crowds by letting your members feed you real-time market intelligence on the industry, market trends, and competitors. Use technology to your advantage – Become an expert on utilizing your Invision platform as a technological advantage, whether you’re increasing visitor registrations with Post Before Registering, adding in store filters in Commerce, or enabling the application manifest settings for faster access on smartphones. Collaborative ideation – Collaborate with users early in the design process to create services or products that are highly-differentiated. Co-Creation – Channel your user’s expertise, enthusiasm, and product knowledge into co-created content such as tutorials, support answers, industry news, contests, and more. Brand Ambassadors – Turn your membership’s most passionate users into brand ambassadors to provide outreach and personalized connections. Conclusion Communities are challenged and tested every day by a multitude of competitors that compete for users. Competition is fierce, and as the web continues to proliferate and level the playing field, competition will only get stronger. It’s no longer enough to host a general discussion forum. Successful communities envision a clear competitive strategy. Although competition is fierce, there are winners on the Internet who consistently gain market share. The winners are those who understand the fundamental drivers of competition: to create sustainable advantages over their competitors, to offer unique services and experiences, and to react opportunistically. They also leverage all facets of their community for maximum value. Join me in 2019 in defining your competitive strategy and becoming a Community of Excellence. - Joel R Joel R is a mystery wrapped inside an enigma. When he's not running his own successful community, he's peppering Invision Community's private Slack channel with his feedback, community management experience and increasingly outrageous demands (everything is true except the last part).
  5. Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan starrer 'Simmba' turned out to be a bigger hit than anyone could have anticipated. The typical Rohit Shetty drama-action movie had a good storyline, a stellar star cast and of course, great music with 'Aankh Maarey' being a chartbuster now. Now, of course, the two actors are great performers and dancers but if Sunny Leone chooses to dance on your number then well, there is no competition at all. Sunny Leone and her husband Daniel Weber did their own rendition of 'Aankh Maarey' and well, let's just say, they killed any competition they could have had from Ranveer's dance moves. View this post on Instagram Thanks everyone 18million!! Woohoo! Time to dance and celebrate with @dirrty99 Love all 18 million of you! ð A post shared by Sunny Leone (@sunnyleone) on Jan 20, 2019 at 12:18am PST Sunny posted the video to thank her 18 million followers on Instagram and her husband joined the madness. The gorgeous actress is known for being one of the best dancers in Bollywood, and all her dance numbers so far have been a super hit. On the work front, Sunny is keeping very busy as she is prepping for the remake of the Punjabi super hit 'Jatt & Juliet' which will star Maniesh Paul opposite her.
  6. When it comes to being popular, no one can compete with the Pataudi/Khan family. As if Saif and Kareena weren't enough, along came the whirlwind called Taimur, and took the nation by storm. Post that, Sara's spunky appearance on Koffee along with her mature performance in Kedarnath got her a huge fan base already. One person in the family, who hasn't yet been under the pap lights, is Ibrahim. His latest Instagram post, however, tells us that is going to change soon. Take a look. © Instagram/iakpataudi Ibrahim is already famous as Saif's taller carbon copy. He looks exactly like a younger version of his dad - only with better clothes. © Instagram/iakpataudi While Sara looks like a young Amrita, Ibrahim has the royal charm that Saif is all about, and we can't help but think that he has all the potential to make a kickass Bollywood star - at least superficially, for now. © Instagram/iakpataudi We like his old school style game, that is reminiscent of the Pataudi brand of sophistication. We love the subtle shirt along with the bow he is sporting here. © Instagram/iakpataudi What we find really interesting is that despite looking exactly like Saif, he is way taller. Plus, he has the unusual exotic features that will easily set him apart in an industry already crowded with good-looking men. © Twitter © Twitter © Instagram/iakpataudi All the best, Ibrahim!

  8. Star kids grow up fast. Actually they grow up at the same pace as every kid, but since their lives are constantly monitored during their childhood, and they go off the radar during adolescence (as they should), it appears to us as if they suddenly grew up one fine day. Akshay Kumar's son, Aarav, had the same effect on everyone, when they started noticing him as someone who is growing up to be a fine young man. The shocker? He's only 15. © Instagram It has to be a challenge, being the teenage son of Bollywood's fittest man, but it shouldn't be a problem for Aarav because he clearly has inherited his dad's raw magnetism, his mother's charm, along with his grandfather's face structure. The bonus? Dimple Kapadia's light eyes (his are blue, though). Add to that his own fashion sense, and we get a promising new talent in Bollywood who would surely grow up to be as big a 'Khiladi' as his father. © Instagram Aarav was just spotted at the airport along with dad Akshay, who managed to steal all the limelight with his blue co-ords and salt-n-pepper awesomeness of a beard, Aarav dressed in a way that is perfect for a new-age 15-year-old (perhaps a little to mature for a 15 year old?), and looked like a responsible gentleman who still retains his innocence, as he walked beside his mother and baby sister. © Viral Bhayani © Viral Bhayani The black and white Raglan T-shirt along with the black ripped jeans plus those basic black sneakers make for the perfect casual ensemble that is super cool, and playfully charming. The best thing about the outfit is, it's not 'extra' and is super relatable - something any 15-year-old will be willing to wear. © Viral Bhayani Another thing we couldn't help but notice is how tall the lad is, already! He is taller than his dad and he's still growing. © Viral Bhayani All we can say is that we can't wait to see his Bollywood debut, if he chooses to pursue his dad's footsteps - because he clearly has everything he needs to (superficially so, at least, for now), in order to make it big. Good luck, Aarav!

  12. Ramzan is on, and Iftaar is definitely something everyone looks forward to. When it comes to Bollywood, it's a no-brainer that Iftaar parties constitute the flavour of the season. We recently came across one such 'mega-party', and it was an ethnic costume extravaganza, as we expected. It legit looked like a red carpet event, where the theme was Indian ethnic wear. Take a look at who wore what. 1. Anil Kapoor Mr Kapoor clearly doesn't believe in anything mainstream. He proved it yet again by going with a flap collared kurta with jeans. © Viral Bhayani 2. 13. Yes, you heard it right! Fortnite comes out on Android devices this summer. Fortnite is free to play and has attracted millions of players thanks to its competitive Battle Royale mode. Fortnite first came to iOS in April after its initial release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Mac in the summer of 2017. This news was announced by Epic Games in a developer blog post stating that the highly-awaited Android version is slated for a release later this summer. © Epic Games One of the primary reasons why Fortnite has yet to come to the Android ecosystem is because the current mobile version of the game is still relatively unstable, and has a tendency to crash. Beyond that statement, Epic Games didn't release any further details about its development for the Android OS. Epic Games has listed out some of the features that the mobile version will have: 1. Voice Chat – users will be able to chat with their teammates as well as mute other players for an uninterrupted experience. 2. Battery Saver Mode – it increases performance by lowering the graphics quality and reduces power consumption so that the game can be played even on devices with midrange hardware. 3. Customizable HUD – Same as the one we see in the iOS version. 4. Reduced Installation Size – the overall update patches will be smaller and be downloaded in the background. © Epic Games The company's statement said, "We're also looking to make it really easy to mute yourself, other players, or open up all communications with a simple tap. There will be a button on the screen that lets you mute yourself, mute everyone in your party, or go back to open-microphone.” Epic Games hasn't announced a firm release date yet, their same blog post promises that “when we have more information to share, you'll hear it from us first.” © Epic Games The game is already reported to be making close to $2 million a day from its increasingly popular iOS mobile version. Fortnite Battle Royale, which is free to download and play, earns revenue through in-game purchases for cosmetics like skins and emotes, none of which grant players competitive advantages. The game has already surpassed the achievements of games like Candy Crush and Pokemon Go and it's obvious that addition of Android compatibility will further help strengthen its userbase as well as statistics. Keep in mind though, only the free multiplayer Battle Royale mode is available for mobile, and that's unlikely to change with the Android update. 14. Not all superheroes wear capes, some can be spotted wearing an RCB uniform. For those wondering who we are refering to here? It's AB de Villiers, who scripted history with literally just one insane catch in yesterday's match against SunRisers Hyderabad. A quick recap: It was RCB vs SRH, and Alex Hales was proving to be a strong opponent by the 8th over. Right when RCB fans lost hope as Alex Hales smashed the ball towards the boundary, de Villiers leapt towards the ball, caught it a few steps ahead of the boundary and sent Hales back to the pavilion. © BCCI Bengaluru's Chinnaswamy Stadium echoed with cheers and roars for the South African superstar, whose unbelievable catch won't be forgotten anytime soon. In fact, Virat Kohli was so impressed with the catch that he wrote on Twitter, “Saw #SpiderMan live today.” Saw #SpiderMan Live today! ð®@abdevilliers17#RCBvsSRH #IPL2018 pic.twitter.com/mUuGVKuTn4 — Virat Kohli (@imVkohli) May 17, 2018 In fact, after the match, Kohli said, “That was Spiderman stuff. You don't do that as normal human beings. I thought it was going for a six but he pulled it off. I thought it's going for a six but he pulled it off. The jump and then the balance, he can do freakish things and I am used to it now. Here is a reminder. © Twitter Well we thought no one could top it, because of its sheer uniqueness. Probably we are right, too, but that doesn't mean no one can give him a tough competition. It just happened, and the attempt was made by none other than our very own Mr Shah Rukh Khan. SRK was just spotted wearing a jacket that had his own name - SRK - embroidered on it. Take a look. © Viral Bhayani Isn't it dope? We are in love with this 'Got my name on, so?' vibe - delightfully nonchalant, yet charmingly narcissistic. We don't know anyone who can pull it off without looking like they are trying hard. © Viral Bhayani Coming to his outfit, we approve of the choice of white t-shirt and white sneakers. What other colour can possibly hold its own against the black playfulness going on? The plain white t-shirt is the perfect accompaniment to the casual baggy black jacket with its yellow detailing. © Viral Bhayani We like the vertical slogan detailing on the jacket sleeves, not to mention the 'S R K' in yellow on the left side, casually embroidered on as a part of the design. If someone didn't know who he is, they could totally overlook it as a part of the jacket itself. But who doesn't know SRK? Is it the part of an inside joke or a bet against someone? Knowing how humorous he is, it's totally possible. All we can say is that it's dope.

  19. Quite clearly, Android has many options for online messaging and chatting. Traditional SMS and MMS services have gone on a downward slope ever since IMs like WhatsApp made their way and now with such a variety of options for users, it is clear that no one is going back to using those services. However, Google is looking to change that. Yesterday, Google revealed its plan to finally catch up in the race for mobile messaging dominance. It's called Chat, and it's going to make your texts more colourful, lively and interactive. The big news is that texting on Android will start to be as much fun as it is in Apple's iMessage platform. This new technology has been named as 'Chat' and it will be based on a standard called the “Universal Profile for Rich Communication Services". Google has plans of making the default messaging service on your smartphone called 'Messages' to be as good as the current messaging services. (c) Google Google's Chat technology will come to life inside of Android Messages, and other apps whose developers opt to support it. Samsung's own messaging app, for example, will support Chat. You can download Android Messages if it's not on your phone already. Google, despite its multiple chat/messenger avatars over the years, has never quite been able to reciprocate an iMessage like experience for Android. The advantage of using 'Chat' is that you would be getting many of the same features as you have on an online messaging service like WhatsApp. These features include full-resolution images and video, indicator when the other person is typing and read receipts. The basic Messages app will remain the same. Only that it will now have the above-mentioned features as well. (c) Apple Google has worked with more than 50 carriers around the world and almost a dozen manufacturers to support the standard. Sent messages will be linked to your data plan instead of your SMS plan, and charges — set by the carrier — should be minimal. Google is so serious about moving ahead with Chat, that it has suspended development of Allo, a messaging app it launched two years ago. The team is now focusing exclusively on Android Messages. (c) Google Google isn't the only operating system-maker who has signed onto the Universal Profile for RCS, Microsoft is also on board. Whether or not that means a Chat-supporting app will land on Windows 10 is unknown, but the door is open. The bottom line is that Chat hopes to banish the limitations of SMS to give users a much more enjoyable messaging experience, with support for a wide range of features at little to no cost. 21. Do you know why an old picture or video is called a 'throwback'? I think I decoded the real meaning behind it. Those pictures are probably so goofy and weird that you want to 'throw' them at the 'back' of some hidden folder or trunk, in hopes of keeping it away from the rest of the world. And no one can understand this better than actor Tom Hardy, whose latest Instagram post has all of us rolling on the floor laughing. Instagram Tom Hardy might be one of the hottest actors in Hollywood right now, but there was a time in the early days of his career, when he posed better than most of the women following 'Shakespearean' fashion trend. If there's anyone who can beat Hardy in posing, it is probably the painting of Mona Lisa. While, his fans were eagerly waiting for him to post more updates from the sets of his upcoming movie 'Fonzo', based on the life of the notorious crime lord Al Capone; he took us all by surprise when he posted a throwback picture of him as a young actor in curly hair, high collar ruffled shirt, a pink coloured jacket and a goatee. He captioned the image saying, “We all had to start somewhere. Shakespeare and we wasn't ready for it.” We all have to start somewhere ð Shakespeare and we wasn't ready for it A post shared by Tom Hardy (@tomhardy) on Apr 13, 2018 at 2:56pm PDT The man, who has earlier given us movies like 'Dunkirk', 'The Dark Knight Rises', 'Warrior', and 'The Revenant', is now gearing up for 'Venom' and 'Fonzo'. Honestly, Hardy is one of the most hardworking actors in Hollywood and his upcoming movie on Al Capone's life won't be any different. Be it his first look or the rigorous transformation he is going through for the character, his hard work and dedication is commendable. Instagram Whether he played an extra or a main character, we don't know. But, one thing is for sure, he is possibly compensating for his 'adventurous' acting days by taking up serious and great roles. Like Oscar Wilde once said, “With age comes wisdom.” But being his ardent fans, we love both sides of Tom Hardy.

  25. “The first time I took it, I was working on a business plan. I had to juggle multiple contingencies in my head, and for some reason, a tree with branches jumped into my head. I was able to place each contingency on a branch, retract and go back to the trunk, and in this visual way I was able to juggle more information.” says George Burke the co-founder of a food service that caters to athletes and fitness devotees in California's Silicon Valley. Have you ever had such an experience in your life? What happens is when you take such a drug, a part of the brain that was once segregated, begins communicating with the other non-segregated parts. As if the drug reversed the restricted thinking that develops between infancy and adulthood. You feel vast and one with the whole universe. Now, if you are interested in exploring the science behind this, then you really should read on. This is what some brain scans looked like when a few healthy individuals were injected with 75 mcg of LSD and placebo under a crowdfunded campaign and The Beckley Foundation, which researches psychoactive substances. A second image shows different sections of the brain, either on a placebo(a psychological phenomenon, in which the recipient perceives an improvement in condition due to personal expectations, rather than the treatment itself) or under the influence of LSD (lots of orange shade). ©Imperial/Beckley Foundation Brain imaging techniques such as arterial spin labeling, resting state MRI and magnetoencephalography, were used to successfully conduct the experiment. The scientists measured blood flow, functional connections within and between brain networks, and brain waves in the volunteers on and off the drug. One of the volunteers said, “Under its influence, brain networks that deal with vision, attention, movement, and hearing became far more connected, leading to what looked like a “more unified brain.” But this is not it, at the same time, other networks broke down. There was a loss of connections between the part of the brain called the parahippocampus and another region known as the retrosplenial cortex. Maybe this is what makes us a separate entity after all. Now let's get back to the topic. ©ericmatzner.com Nootropic is the word. The drugs used for cognition-enhancement (boosts brain power for processing information) are known as Nootropics. The word “nootropic” first originated in 1972 and was coined by a Romanian scientist, Corneliu Giurgea, who combined the Greek words for “mind” and “bending. Caffeine and Nicotine are some of the mild forms of Nootropics whereas Adderall, albuterol or piracetam are the ones they are calling the smart drugs. Burke buys his stack of Nootropics from Nootroo, a San Francisco company that sells it as a nutritional supplement and natural product and refrains from making health claims to avoid any close government scrutiny. Entrepreneurs like Burke are not just completely depending on the use of nootropics but are also practicing other techniques like meditation, cold-water plunges, periodic fasting and high-fat, low-carbohydrate ketogenic diets to sharpen their minds. Burke himself has created a San Francisco meetup group called Peak Performance to teach all his friends in the tech space about life hacks so they can crush the competition every day. He reports that last spring, 100 people showed up at a Peak Performance event where psychedelic psychologist James Fadiman said the key to unleashing the cognition-enhancing effects of LSD — which he listed as less anxiety, better focus, improved sleep, greater creativity — was all in the dosage. George Burke speaking at SF Peak Performance ©Linkedin/georgeburke SF Peak Performance ©Linkedin/georgeburke Burke informs, “ It's not like every tech worker in Silicon Valley is taking nootropics to get ahead. It's the few who are getting ahead who are using supplements to do that.” Side effects It is understood that these drugs, when taken without proper guidance, can lead to an increased risk for high blood pressure and heart problems. That may happen if you are only doing it for your fun and not for enhancing your productivity. Here is a video on the same subject
