  1. Apart from giving superheroes a reason to fight Thanos with all their might and 'Avenge the fallen', if there's anything else I remember 'Avengers: Infinity War' for, it's for giving me my favourite word 'crossover', which I use almost every other day for no reason whatsoever. Just like I used in this case, when I saw Ranveer Singh and Shikhar Dhawan doing the hookstep of 'Khalibali' from 'Padmaavat'. © Viacom 18 Motion Pictures Recently, Shikhar posted the video on social media. Reportedly, the two were at Mumbai's Mehboob Studio. He wrote, "Khoob Jamega rang, Jab ho Gabbar aur Khilji sang! Learning each other's moves." But, this is not the only gem we found. There's another video where the two recreate the iconic Gabbar Singh step from 'Sholay'. View this post on Instagram The incredible untold story of India's greatest victory! ðð 10th April 2020- Good Friday #Relive83 @83thefilm @kabirkhankk A post shared by Ranveer Singh (@ranveersingh) on Apr 18, 2019 at 9:31pm PDT Honestly, it's a crossover for multiple reasons. First, the video has 'Gabbar and Khilji' dancing. Second, the video features reel-life Kapil Dev alongside Dhawan. If you didn't know why I called Shikhar 'Gabbar' earlier, you were probably living under a rock all this time. 'Gabbar' is his nickname. View this post on Instagram Khoob Jamega rang, Jab ho Gabbar aur Khilji sang! Learning each other's moves ;) A post shared by Shikhar Dhawan (@shikhardofficial) on Apr 24, 2019 at 9:58am PDT On the work front, reel-life Kapil Dev (we mean Ranveer) is busy training for his upcoming film '83' that is based on India's victory in the World Cup of 1983. Directed by Kabir Khan, the movie also stars Saqib Saleem, Chirag Patil, Harrdy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, Pankaj Tripathy and Tahir Raj Bhasin among others.
  2. With just a few days left for the release of this year's biggest release, 'Avengers: Endgame', our excitement has reached its pinnacle. With each passing day our wait is only getting harder, as people continue to flood the internet with theories related to Thanos and the superheroes who are all set to 'avenge the fallen'. Marvel Studios While everyone is busy wondering what Thanos is up to in the MCU, we've got our hands on an exclusive footage of him dancing with none other than Spiderman. And not just any song, but Varun Dhawan's song 'First Class' from his upcoming movie 'Kalank'. Well, we're not cooking this up, someone actually imagined it and made a Tik Tok video out of it. Dharma Productions What's more, Thanos might be dancing on Varun Dhawan's 'First Class', but his killer moves are inspired from our beloved Psy and his MV 'Gangnam Style'. Best #firstclass ever #avengersendgame https://t.co/DevsqIzbp4 — Varun ZAFAR Dhawan (@Varun_dvn) April 13, 2019 Seriously, if this isn't the best crossover ever, we wonder what is. In fact, Varun was so impressed with this that he couldn't stop himself from sharing it on social media. Directed by Abhishek Varman, 'Kalank' also stars Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt and is expected to release on April 17.
  3. Yes, the crossover joke is back and no, I'm not taking any criticism for it right now. But, in my defense, 'a bigger crossover than Infinity War' was perfect for this particular story. Basically, someone was watching the first episode of the first season of 'Game Of Thrones', which is normal, everyone is catching up or rewatching with the new season right around the corner. What's not normal is an extra in a scene looking like he's from the future. Apparently, the guy was wearing a Patagonia jacket, blue jeans, and boots, which doesn't really goes with the GOT vibe. Watching the Game Of Thrones first episode and there a guy in the background with a straight up Patagonia jacket, blue jeans and boots pic.twitter.com/YAFTF4hnIN — kevinbiegel (@kbiegel) April 3, 2019 Someone had an interesting input, tho. That is Bucky Barnes. Now we know where the snap'd ended up. — TimmyTime (@tim_cw57) April 3, 2019 We found Bucky! Good old days. Ah, yes. Back in the days when HBO didn't have such a large budget. Simpler times. — Bob Werley (@bobwerley) April 3, 2019 Yes, he is. Also amusing that he looks kinda like The Winter Soldier. HE'S THERE TO KILL SOMEONE. — Gray Whitten (@el_gray) April 3, 2019 This is so creative. He's Ser Levi of House Denim! — couldntcarebear (@couldntcarebear) April 3, 2019 Oops, GOT spoiler. spoiler for the big time travel twist — Ferris & his new Goodfellas book (@dxferris) April 3, 2019 Could be, but the Bucky take is funnier. As I keep watching it, it looks like he's just in normal "medieval clothes". Pants look kinda like jeans but doesn't look too out of place. — Lisa Weichman (@youlovedogs) April 3, 2019 Yes, it's him. Bucky is that you? pic.twitter.com/ZwRTh7qEns — Kait ð¨ð¦â¤ï¸ (@1Band1D1Dream) April 3, 2019 A lot. I'm wondering how much Google searches for "patagonia jacket" will rise after this goes viral, hahaha! — Mark Hughes (@markhughesfilms) April 3, 2019 A worse dimension? Instead of being killed during the snap the winter soldier apparently went to a different dimension. — Monster king97 (@Monsterking97) April 3, 2019 The entire world's population. Back when Game of Thrones directors were like " Ehhh, how many people are gonna watch this show anyway?" — Lexor Clegane ð¬ð· (@LexPnyc) April 3, 2019 Bucky is a time traveller, confirmed. I mean when "Winter is Coming " The Winter Soldier Must be there! Bucky Barnes the infinite time traveler. — The Last Unicorn YouKnow (@Scorpio1080) April 3, 2019 Same. I cannot stop rewatching this and laughing. https://t.co/FkNeLsU1Wh — Mark Hughes (@markhughesfilms) April 3, 2019 He will be there! Just wait until this guy comes back in the finale. https://t.co/Y4tRvmPfQe — Eric Goldman (@TheEricGoldman) April 3, 2019
  4. After weeks of teasers, Tesla has finally shown the public its new Model Y crossover vehicle at the Tesla Design Studio in Hawthorne, California. The vehicle is based on the core design of the Model 3 sedan, but with a larger body, and a third row, for seating for up to 7 people. It's technically a crossover that has a tall body sitting on a basic car platform. Elon Musk had previously confirmed that Tesla's baby SUV will share up to 75 percent of its components with the recently-launched Model 3 saloon, including the platform. © Tesla “It has the functionality of an SUV, but it will ride like a sports car,” Musk said. “So this thing will be really tight on corners,” Tesla says it has a drag coefficient of 0.23, making it more streamlined than a Toyota Prius. This, in turn, helps in increasing efficiency. Musk devoted only five minutes of his 34-minute presentation to the new SUV. He spent the rest of the time recounting Tesla's rise and recent history. © Twitter / @sokane1 Most of the Model Y's interior is lifted from Model 3. Features include a minimalist dashboard devoid of physical buttons, a panoramic glass roof, a wireless smartphone charger, and an enormous 15-inch centre-mounted infotainment screen. The popular "Falcon Wing" doors of the Model X have been skipped though, our guess is to keep costs low. The base Model Y ("Standard Range") starts at US$ 39,000 (Rs 26,95,000), accelerates from zero to 60 mph in 5.9 seconds, and can travel 230 miles (370 km) on a single charge. It will be the last version available, starting deliveries in spring 2021. © Tesla The Long Range model starts at US$ 47,000 (Rs 32,48,000) and can go up to 300 miles (482 km) on a single charge. The Dual Motor AWD variant will cost US$ 51,000 (Rs 35,24,000) and travel 280 miles (450 km). Lastly, the Performance option starts at US$ 60,000 (Rs 41,46,000) and can go from zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds with a range of 280 miles (450 km). Delivery of the three shall start from the fall of 2020. © Tesla Customers increasingly want taller vehicles that are easier to get in and out of and offer flexible storage. The Model Y gets a panoramic sunroof, 66 cubic feet of storage space and a third row for seating up to seven passengers. Musk also expects the car to get a 5-star crash rating and high safety marks, making it the safest mid-sized SUV till date. According to Tesla, the Model Y is compatible with the company's current Supercharger network of more than 12,000 Superchargers in 36 countries, as well as our new V3 Superchargers which can charge at rates up to 1,000 miles per hour.
  5. If the world has the likes of Superman, Spiderman and Thor; India has Baahubali who isn't exactly a superhero (in literal terms), but definitely nothing less than that. SS Rajamouli's magnum opus aka the 'Baahubali' franchise is hands down the best thing to happen to the Indian film industry. This was one movie that skyrocketed Prabhas' career, but also put Indian cinema on par with some of the leading film industries across the world. © arka media works Among the millions of Baahubali fans, one name happens to be that of Avengers' Nick Fury aka Samuel L Jackson. In fact, he is such a big fan that he wants to act in 'Baahubali 3'. Jackson revealed this to a popular YouTube channel, during the promotions of 'Captain Marvel' featuring Brie Larson, in Singapore. © Marvel Studios When asked if he has heard about Bollywood and which movie he would like to work in, he jokingly said "I want to be in 'Baahubali 3'. No, I am just kidding. I would come into a movie...yeah...I would love to come to Bollywood." Further, when asked about his plans to visit India, he said that he will come, "Only, if they give me a job." SS Rajamouli, are you listening? Can we see a face-off between Baahubali and Nick Fury?
  6. DJ Marshmello gave a surprise to all his fans when he tweeted out something unusual that has got all us 'desi' fans jumping in excitement. He shared a tweet with Daler Mehendi's 'Tunak Tunak' with the audio of his new upcoming single which he is dropping as a collaboration with Indian music master Pritam and Indian origin singer Shirley Setia. Watch out Bollywood, the mellogang is coming! ð®ð³ð®ð³ #biba pic.twitter.com/CXWhl0PGbK — marshmello (@marshmellomusic) January 28, 2019 No major information besides this has been revealed and a single tweet triggered a plethora of excited reactions because fans can obviously not wait! THIS is the crossover we've all been waiting for https://t.co/Q5IBuyjIDj — Smothered in Rhythm (@SwagginDragonNW) January 28, 2019 Now while some are clearly elated and already pinning all hopes on this track, some people are just intrigued with this information and not sure what they feel about it actually. Marshmallow should do a background check on pritam, he might find a couple hundred tunes of his own in the songs — blank (@AmSumtimesFunny) January 29, 2019 Is it okay? This pritam guy copies songs like a to z n doesn't even give credit to others. Claims it as his own even got awards for it n he gave us a scarred past thinking we all loved the fake composer n if the other composers were the same s well. — Twitz (@Twitz18) January 29, 2019 We can't comment much about Pritam's credibility but if DJ Marshmello is doing this, it's got to be real good, right? If you're wondering where have you heard Shirley's name lately, then let us remind you that she's a social media star at the moment and many recreated songs sung by her are a super hit at the moment. The singer confirmed this piece of information with a picture with both the music makers. Eeeee so my new song #Biba with @marshmellomusic & @ipritamofficial will be out sooonn ððð» Stoked to be featuring in it!! A hugee thank you to everyone who has made this happen â¤ï¸ð¤ pic.twitter.com/luRdD32rjD — Shirley Setia (@ShirleySetia) January 30, 2019 Now let's just wait and hope that this is one hell of a cool collaboration and not a mere musical disappointment.
  7. This was the year of weird desi-videshi crossovers, from the Nick Priyanka wedding to Athiya Shetty being BFF with Drake, and now we have one more thing to add to the list. We mostly hear about Indian artists copying stuff but how the tables turned here! Apparently, T-Pain has plagiarised the song 'Tum Hi Ho' from the movie 'Aashiqui 2'. Yep, the song that was playing on every radio station ever when it released. So basically, T-Pain's latest song 'That's Yo Money' has a recurring flute melody which apparently sounds exactly like 'Tum Hi Ho'. I honestly couldn't really figure out the melody in question and I personally don't think the two songs sound similar but maybe I'm just a little too tone-deaf. The song has been pulled down from T-Pain's YouTube account following a copyright infringement complaint and sadly it had the same fate on Twitter with the tweet containing the video being withheld. But, here's a little snippet. Does it sound similar? ð° ð° Listen to @TPAIN's new song #ThatsYoMoney out now https://t.co/BS01KDCTyS pic.twitter.com/MouySq7DOR — #CTheSound (@CinematicMG) December 14, 2018 People on Twitter are always waiting for stuff like this to happen so were obviously quick to call him out, the main one being the composer of the song himself. Sir, the melody that you have used in your new song is my original work for a previously released Hindi film..The Label is looking into this.#tumhiho #Aashiqui2 https://t.co/5fnDf4sfg7 — Mithoon (@Mithoon11) December 15, 2018 It seems like Mithoon's tweet came after Mohit Suri pointed it out to him. Dunno why but this seems familiar ððð #aashiqui2 #tumhiho @TPAIN https://t.co/69NJvAujsT . It's a melody from Mithun's song buddy @Mithoon11 @raiisonai @itsBhushanKumar — Mohit Suri (@mohit11481) December 15, 2018 More people came to show support for Mithoon and called out T-Pain for plagiarising. Hello @TPAIN , if u are a hard working & passionate musician then would request u to kindly remove the instrumental music played here which is #tumhiho & actually owned by @Mithoon11 . Mithoon's passion & hard work results in such brilliant original tunes. Sure u can do the same — Sumeet Basu (@sumeetbasu) December 16, 2018 Then more people just reacting to the entire situation. “Well, here it is!” Brown Twitter introducing @TPAIN to Tum Hi Ho #ThatsYoMoney pic.twitter.com/r1oav3ZbAx — Nidhi Singh (@nidhisingh_) December 17, 2018 But, the main trolling came after T-Pain tweeted this. Woke up to getting dragged by brown twitter. Sooooo yea. I definitely didn't produce this song. Had no idea that was a sample and have never heard the music before I got the beat from the producer. Easy thing to work out. The labels will be in contact. Thanx — T-Pain (@TPAIN) December 15, 2018 Wrong move, man, didn't you realize how much you would be dragged for ''brown twitter'? Well, here comes the first one. Brown Twitter !! Sir is that what your response is .?? is this a apology or foolish ignorance .if you hadn't been so stuck up in your world and realised that this song has crossed over a billion streaming's .maybe you would understand #Shameless @Mithoon11 @itsBhushanKumar — Mohit Suri (@mohit11481) December 16, 2018 Exactly. 8. Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman love each other, like really really love each other. Sorry Blake, seems like your husband is into another man. When it comes to the fans, everyone loves them separately as superheroes but everyone loves them even more together and Ryan is also a huge Deadpool-Wolverine fan, because he's always trying his best to make that crossover happen. Hugh just posted a 'tbt' for one of the biggest characters he's ever played. Very innocent. (And it's in Hindi!) #Mumbai #Logan #ThrowbackThursday pic.twitter.com/XL68UMDpX0 — Hugh Jackman (@RealHughJackman) December 13, 2018 And obviously, Ryan found the opportunity to do what he does best - troll Hugh. It'd be cool if they made a new poster. For a new movie. — Ryan Reynolds (@VancityReynolds) December 13, 2018 Yes Ryan, it would be cool, very cool. Full props to Ryan for being so subtle. Hugh is obviously used to his friend's antics and knows how to troll him back. The obsession is real. @VancityReynolds https://t.co/HrM9daAPb6 — Hugh Jackman (@RealHughJackman) December 13, 2018 And, their banter continued. It's true. Okay Hollywood producers and or directors please make a movie with these two incredible actors in it. Ryan and Hugh are freaking hilarious https://t.co/R8vNKWIww1 — DC (@vibalacy) December 13, 2018 But then, the best reaction and contribution came from none other than Chris Evans. I have my audition monologues prepared. https://t.co/LU1b0iTNRR — Chris Evans (@ChrisEvans) December 13, 2018 A Deadpool-Wolverine-Captain America crossover is not something that we knew we wanted, but now we desperately need it.
  9. Everyone loves Ryan Reynolds and everyone loves Hugh Jackman, but people love both of them even more, when they're together. These two aren't just fantastic actors, but also two of the nicest human beings out there, and that's why their friendship is so pure. In case you didn't know, it was Ryan's birthday yesterday and wishes for him were pouring in from everywhere. But, just saying 'happy birthday' is so boring and wishing someone like Ryan with that bland-ass message is a straight up crime. So, obviously Hugh had a special message for Ryan and it's the greatest Wolverine-Deadpool crossover ever. Because I'm told that I AM THE NICEST GUY and you're NOT. @VancityReynolds ... I will let you hug me. Just this once. On your birthday. pic.twitter.com/OoW3ZJiN2N — Hugh Jackman (@RealHughJackman) October 23, 2018 “Because I'm told that I AM THE NICEST GUY and you're NOT.” – wow, Hugh really knows Ryan a little too well. See, he's so nice. He also let Ryan hug him for just one time. Clearly, he really does love his fans. Here's Ryan's reply. This man is a monster. He's not even from Australia. He's from Milwaukee. https://t.co/CxHceP4d9L — Ryan Reynolds (@VancityReynolds) October 23, 2018 When there are two great people talking online, so many fans come together to just be happy about the interaction and this time was no different. 10. I know it is 2018 and we're kind of late to crack jokes about crossovers bigger than 'Avengers: Infinity War', but I promise this is the last one...or maybe second last. Nawazuddin Siddiqui is a man of unmatched talents and one of the most versatile actors in Bollywood, and his latest series 'Sacred Games' is proof of the same. Thanks to Nawazuddin, Ganesh Gaitonde has become an iconic character and his dialogue "Kabhi kabhi lagta hai apun hi bhagwan hai" is now an OG meme fodder. Netflix Well, we guess Bunty will be extremely proud now that his boss Gaitonde has won an award for his brilliant performance. On Thursday, Nawazuddin was honoured with the Best Actor award for 'Sacred Games' and actress Rasika Duggal gave him the award. Viacom 18 Motion Pictures While his fans were busy rejoicing and congratulating him for this win, it was Nawazuddin's tweet that turned this award night into a major crossover between 'Manto' and 'Sacred Games'. He wrote, "Manto ki biwi se award milne ke baad, ab lagta hai apun hi Manto hai." Manto à¤à¥ बà¥à¤µà¥ सॠà¤à¤µà¤¾à¤°à¥à¤¡ मिलनॠà¤à¥ बाद 'à¤à¤¬ लà¤à¤¤à¤¾ हॠà¤à¤ªà¥à¤¨ हॠManto हà¥' #GaneshGaitonde #Manto #iReelAwards @RasikaDugal pic.twitter.com/Y06FupXcIn — Nawazuddin Siddiqui (@Nawazuddin_S) September 7, 2018 Confused? Well, actress Rasika Duggal plays Nawaz's on-screen wife in his upcoming movie 'Manto', which is based on the life on author-writer Saadat Hasan Manto. Directed by Nandita Das, 'Manto' is releasing on September 21 and also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin, Chandan Roy Sanyal and Ranvir Shorey.
  11. There are so many super cool superheroes we have today, brought to the big screen by even more incredible actors. We all love them to the point that we can't even imagine some other actor playing any other character, it just doesn't seem right. Let's take Marvel for example—the casting seems so accurate, we can't see any other actor pulling off any of the characters. Robert Downey Jr is Iron Man, and no one can match up to it. Same with all the characters, including all the 'Chrises'. (Marvel really has a serious Chris problem!) Similarly, the sentence 'Ryan Reynolds was born to play Deadpool' has been said and written so many times since the first movie came out because of how true it is. But, the actors behind two iconic roles might be interested in switching now and I'm not going to lie, I'm quite intrigued and really do want to see how it would play out. The actors in question are Ryan Reynolds and Chris Hemsworth and if you don't know what characters they play, then shame on you. In case you didn't know, it was Chris Hemsworth's birthday a couple of days ago – it was also a self-proclaimed national holiday for Marvel fans – and his tweet about his birthday was absolutely hilarious. Immediately after this shot was taken my son viciously attacked me from behind (due to his ninja training) and slammed my face into the flaming candles, I'll now be playing Deadpool if @VancityReynolds pulls the pin #bestbirthdayever @ElsaPataky_ pic.twitter.com/QUvjAC4xAH — Chris Hemsworth (@chrishemsworth) August 11, 2018 What a subtle dig, it's so cool. Also, how do I get ninja training, Chris? Please answer! But, Ryan Reynolds always has to maintain his status of being the funniest superhero and was ready with an even better reply. Weird. My daughter JUST stabbed me in the right eye. (She's not a ninja, but she IS a bit of a dick) Point is, We can finally trade roles... (Happy Birthday Bubba!) https://t.co/TsDLuTACaO — Ryan Reynolds (@VancityReynolds) August 11, 2018 I honestly live for Ryan's tweets mentioning his kids, he really is 'father of the year' and not just a 'daddy'. The first reply is exactly what we're all thinking. MAKE A THOR DEADPOOL CROSSOVER — daddy stark (@woIvern) August 11, 2018 'Thorpool' is something I never knew I wanted but now I need it.
