All in all, the deal cost Reliance about USD 215 Million. Now, Mandarin Oriental is one of New York’s poshest hotels and is often frequented by the who’s who of the city. Well, you wouldn't be wrong, but you'll certainly underestimate just how expensive the rooms can get. A basic “deluxe” room, which the folks at Oriental Mandarin, New York, call the ‘Hudson View Room,’ has a basic tariff of Rs 65,000. From there, your bill can go as high as the sky if you go for add-on options such as an in-suite chef, an additional bedroom, or a personal butler.
