ADMIN posted a blog entry in FDF Online NewsGrowing up, we couldn't get through few days at a time without being reminded of and getting told how poorly we are faring in every aspect when compared to “pados wale Sharmaji ka beta”. The many merits and achievements of this X, Y or Z Sharma guy didn't help to make things better for us any way. Instead, all the discussions involving the guy somehow always managed to lead the entire household into a dismal, dark place. What did we ever get out of these stories about Sharmaji ka beta anyway? So you know what, to hell with Sharmaji and his overachiever beta. Why? Because there are better and more pertinent stories to be told. There are other achievers who have really broken the set paths, to chart their own destiny. These are the stories that we ought to pay heed to, share with the young and old, but most of all, get inspired by and strive for. View this post on Instagram Connected ð A post shared by Ishan Goel (@ishansgoel) on Jan 29, 2018 at 1:16am PST Such is the tale of 19-year-old Ishan Goel who turned around, and did something unexpected and unheard of. When an egg broke the internet earlier this month, completely smashing Kylie Jenner's hold on having the world record of “most liked picture on Instagram” with its very own 50 million+ likes on Instagram, we are sure nobody saw that virality coming. With almost 3 times the number of likes on Kylie Jenner's picture, Ishan's clever move paid off, with a very simple call to action - “like this picture of an egg to beat Kylie's record”. And boy, did word spread like wildfire? People from all over the world came together to topple Kylie's record, and the rest is history. View this post on Instagram Let's set a world record together and get the most liked post on Instagram. Beating the current world record held by Kylie Jenner (18 million)! We got this ð #LikeTheEgg #EggSoldiers #EggGang A post shared by EGG GANG ð (@world_record_egg) on Jan 4, 2019 at 9:05am PST Now, when most of us heard about the “world_record_egg” we thought this was yet another senseless social media challenge people are giving in to. But little did we know that for Massachusetts based 19-year-old Ishan Goel, this was his life-changing moment. Often hailed as a marketing guru, Egg Gang (https://www.instagram.com/world_record_egg/ ) was Ishan's brainchild. Turns out this avid marketing genius had laid out a full-fledged plan to break Kylie's record even before he set up the Egg Gang record. He went all out preparing for his final attack, which involved reaching out to his network of celebs, influencers and friends to like the page, as well as pushing the challenge out on Reddit! View this post on Instagram stormi webster ð¼ð½ A post shared by Kylie (@kyliejenner) on Feb 6, 2018 at 1:14pm PST Ishan explained his strategy in detail in an interview: “There are two core reasons that this post took off. The first is that the internet fell in love with the idea of using a crowdsourced approach to be able to have a touchpoint to a celebrity that could potentially influence that celebrity's actions or, at the very least, garner a response from them. The second is that the internet quickly began to see it as a challenge, which inspired people to invest their time and energy into helping drive the post into a frenzy.” But in case you thought this was Ishan's first brush with viral digital marketing, you are highly mistaken. Teenage proved that Ishan Goel was no less than a child prodigy, when he managed to raise highest donations for his school's American Heart Association program, as a 13-year-old. That's not all, Ishan successfully established his own marketing firm at the age of 14, and by the time he turned 15, Ishan was already working with American business mogul and investor, Mark Cuban! View this post on Instagram 15 years old. That's how old I was when I decided to walk up to @mcuban and pitch myself. Fast forward to today, I've managed to work on numerous projects with him and his team and it's been an amazing privilege. Age shouldn't stop you from doing anything you want. A post shared by Ishan Goel (@ishansgoel) on Jan 19, 2018 at 3:22pm PST Talking about the huge success that his personal egg challenge turned out to be, he told FEMAIL in an interview that, “The idea that an inanimate object can connect so many people is a testament to the fact that people love to root for the underdog”. Ishan is hopeful that his unusual story will inspire other youngsters around the world to break free set societal fates, and push their luck so that they can seize every chance they get to launch their careers early, and have an edge over everyone else. As for those of you wondering how Kylie took this defeat, she broke an egg on the street and shared it on Instagram to convey her disappointment. ADMIN posted a blog entry in FDF Online NewsKylie Jenner is probably in mourning right now. After all, she's dealing with a very tragic loss. An egg, just an egg, dethroned her. An egg stole her record of having the most liked picture on Instagram. Press F to pay respects. But, don't worry, her knight in a Balenciaga sweatshirt is here to take revenge on her behalf. Diljit Dosanjh's huge crush on Kylie is no secret, he loves her and isn't afraid to show it online. From leaving comments on her Instagram pictures to tweeting to her asking her to be a part of his music videos to literally going on Kim Kardashian's Instagram live to ask about Kylie, Diljit has on many occasions shot his shot. Now, after months of not mentioning her, he's back because he couldn't just sit and watch his love getting dethroned by an egg. So, as a way to take revenge for the egg breaking Kylie's record, he just broke the egg and shared a video of it on Twitter. The video is great in itself, but the caption also killed it. Yes Kylie, 'pa post'an rajj rajj', don't let an egg stop you. This grand gesture of love was obviously well received online and people can't stop laughing. We're all dead. I'm...ðððDEAD https://t.co/Vhe3bsfr2U — jass/jassii (@woahjass) January 16, 2019 He really does. An Egg Broke Kylie Jenner's Record For The Most Liked Picture On Instagram So She Broke The Egg
ADMIN posted a blog entry in FDF Online NewsThe most liked picture on Instagram is something that doesn't really matter. I mean, it's not that important to anyone on a personal level, but when that picture is of an egg, the entire world cannot stop talking about it. Especially when the egg dethroned the richest member of the Kardashian-Jenner family to get the record. Till a few hours ago, the record for the most liked picture on Instagram was held by Kylie Jenner for the first picture she ever shared of her daughter Stormi. I feel like the main reason that she got so much more attention after having a baby was because she kept her pregnancy a secret and that's why everyone was even more excited for her. View this post on Instagram stormi webster ð¼ð½ A post shared by Kylie (@kyliejenner) on Feb 6, 2018 at 1:14pm PST 18.2 million likes, that's a lot. It seemed like it would take something even bigger than Kylie Jenner's secret pregnancy to take over the record but nope, a single egg did what no other celebrity in the world was able to do. Someone made an account called '@world_record_egg' just to dethrone Kylie and then it became one of those rare and beautiful moments when everyone came together to achieve one really important goal. So many people supported the egg - even Kylie as she herself has like the picture - and it happened, it finally happened. At the time of writing this, the egg picture stands at 24,628,701 likes and it's already over 6 million more than Kylie's picture. In fact, she even posted her response on her Instagram and took her revenge on the egg. View this post on Instagram Take that little egg A post shared by Kylie (@kyliejenner) on Jan 13, 2019 at 6:04pm PST Yes, you take that little egg. Never thought I would see online beef between Kylie and a tiny harmless egg, but here we are! Moreover, everyone is in disbelief that an egg was able to do what no one has ever done - unite everyone. Human race: *can't agree on literally anything and will NOT meet in the middle* Also the human race: *comes together to like a picture of an egg to break Kylie Jenner's world record of most liked instagram photo* — Grace (@TheGee232) January 14, 2019 Instagram egg for the win!
