  1. Nawazuddin Siddiqui is on a roll and is all set to conquer the digital space completely. Nawaz gives life to all his characters on the big screen. He is one stellar actor and his performances are so realistic that you would be completely engrossed in his character. After 'Sacred Games', Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be a part of another Netflix project which is the film adaptation of Manu Joseph's 2010 novel 'Serious Men'. It will be directed by Sudhir Mishra and produced by Bombay Fables and Cineraas Entertainment. Sudhir Mishra has a vision that many haven't achieved yet and it will be interesting to see Nawaz being directed by him. View this post on Instagram The most coveted script “No Land's Man” is finally going to be made into a film. Thank you Mostofa Sarwar Farooki for the opportunity. Looking forward. A post shared by Nawazuddin Siddiqui (@nawazuddin._siddiqui) on Apr 4, 2019 at 7:10am PDT In a statement, Nawazuddin shared his excitement on working with Netflix again. He said, “I am very excited to be a part of Netflix's Serious Men and work with a creative mind like Sudhir Mishra. This is my second stint with Netflix after Sacred Games and I hope that people give Ayyan Mani (from Serious Men) the same love that they extended to Ganesh Gaitonde (from Sacred Games). For now, I am eagerly awaiting the release of Sacred Games 2 and can't wait to see the audience's reaction.” The film is about a wily slum dweller, who cons the country into believing his dim-witted 10-year-old son is a genius, to realize that the only victim of his dangerous game is his son. It does sound interesting. View this post on Instagram Pichli baar kya bola tha Ganesh bhai ko ? 2. Union Minister and former actor Smriti Irani who ruled the small screen for the most part of the decade starting year 2000 and is most popularly known for playing the role of Tulsi Virani in the Star Plus soap opera 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi'. While her years of acting may have come to an end, Smriti has not given up on the prospect of entertaining people around her at all times. One such method that she applies to reach this end is by connecting with her followers and fans on social media. View this post on Instagram #that laugh when your office team is set to bring in the weekend and you say ' kal daftar aana hai 'ðð‍âï¸ð A post shared by Smriti Irani (@smritiiraniofficial) on Oct 4, 2018 at 9:57pm PDT With close to 4 lakh followers on Instagram, Smriti is no less than an “Instagram celebrity” who puts an obvious display of her humorous side on Instagram every chance she gets, and entertains thousands of her follows regularly. We followed the trend of her funny and sassy Instagram posts and came to the conclusion that she has a special liking for the days of the week and how they impact our psyche on a weekly basis. While this entire story could have been made out of just those relatable posts around “Monday blues” and “Friyay highs”, we decided to bring you a mix of them all. Here are some of Smriti Irani's funniest Instagram posts of recent times: 1. Her honest confession on dealing with “teenage tantrums” is pretty apt. 3. Nawazuddin Siddiqui--the man who stands as an example of success that comes from unrelenting grit and hard work, also happens to be one of the most sought after actors in the film industry today. Nawazuddin has blessed our screens with some of the most entertaining releases in the last couple of years, right from 'Gangs of Wasseypur', 'The Lunchbox', 'Manjhi', 'Mom', 'Manto' and more recently 'Thackeray' which took the entire nation by storm, besides many others. View this post on Instagram Thank You for all your Love & Support for #ThackerayTheFilm and Wishing all of you A Very Happy Republic Day. A post shared by Nawazuddin Siddiqui (@nawazuddin._siddiqui) on Jan 26, 2019 at 1:51am PST Nawazuddin is at the peak of popularity since the success of 'Thackeray' and just like the industry, his fans too do not seem to be getting enough of the actor. Recently when Nawazuddin made a public appearance, he was mobbed by his eager fans who lost their calm and became violent in their bid to get a closer look at their favourite celeb. The video capturing the incident has since been actively circulated on social media, and we can see fans pulling and tugging at Nawazuddin, regardless of the actor being heavily guarded. However, the guards do step in right on cue and take Nawazuddin to safety. View this post on Instagram Crazy selfie fan #nawazudinsiddiqui #kanpur A post shared by Viral Bhayani (@viralbhayani) on Feb 25, 2019 at 12:46am PST Nawazuddin is currently shooting in Kanpur for his next film titled 'Raat Akeli Hai' wherein he shall be seen essaying the role of a UP cop undertaking a murder investigation. As for Nawazuddin's upcoming release, the actor shall be next seen in a romantic film titled 'Photograph' with Sanya Malhotra as the female lead. 4. Horror movies are supposed to scare the sh*t out of you, but Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao are coming out with a scary movie that will leave you rolling on the floor laughing. The movie is 'Stree' and thanks to the recently released trailer, we've already seen a glimpse of how brilliant it is going to be. Maddock Films If Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao didn't entice us enough to go and watch this horror-comedy, Kriti Sanon with her on-screen skeleton boyfriend and Badshah have further intrigued us all with their 'Aao Kabhi Haveli Pe' invite. Maddock Films If 'Aao Kabhi Haveli Pe' doesn't ring a bell to you, trust me you don't deserve to be on social media and might as well start using owls for communication. YouTube It was one of the most viral memes for most part of 2017 and early 2018, and the makers tried to cash in on the same meme by creating a whole song on it with a twist of spooky romance between Kriti and a skeleton. Maddock Films It's a peppy dance number by Nikhita Gandhi, Badshah and Sachin-Jigar, and begins with Kriti as a corpse who suddenly becomes all glamorous after swiping right and matching with a skeleton on a dating app. Maddock Films She invites him to the haveli for a romantic date and soon Rajkummar and Badshah join in too. Honestly, this song is fine but Amrish Puri's 'Aao Kabhi Haveli Pe' invite was and will forever be the most iconic thing ever. 'Stree' is a movie about a witch who preys on male villagers at the same time every year during a particular time. The movie is expected to release on August 31.

  9. Kartik Aaryan lives by three #LifeRules — don't call it an OOTD (term it "Aaj Ka Outfit"), wears one street-wear brand after another and slips into ripped jeans as often as joggers, like he's always on a holiday. He dials things down in such a manner, that you can cop his style in a matter of minutes. Head to a mall, buy and flaunt. Easy. In fact, rarely does he sport merchandise that's reserved for the elite. He's the man for the masses, and that's why they love him back. Hence, once again, to promote his movie 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety', the menswear maverick turned to a hilarious slogan T-shirt, that brought a commonly-used local idiom on the pedestal. Styled by Sukriti Grover from Style Cell, Aaryan's top-half cracked a few of us over: © Instagram/Style Cell Topped off by a waterfall jacket-hoodie hybrid, and paired with G Star Raw joggers and Fila sneakers — Aaryan pulled out quite an example of easy, relatable celebrity fashion with this one. And while this could be touted as a moment of style insanity for the actor, it's definitely in-sync with his sense of humour; that can lighten the mood of any room in a quickie. © Instagram/Style Cell Notice how the outfit in ideology, is supremely low-key too. There's nothing too dramatic about the silhouettes of each piece, nor are they experiencing Monday blues (zzz). Along with his stylist Sukriti, Kartik's gone for a hammer on the head here, utilising simple (but terrific) gear for maximal impact. And going by his latest style outings, this isn't a biggie at all. © Instagram/Style Cell Takeaway: You don't need to reply to multiple pieces for a sartorial win; Kartik's slogan T-shirt (AKA a winner in itself) is proving here.
  10. 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham' is a movie that never gets old. You can watch it a million times and it's still as good as the first time. And, not a lot of movies have that kind of rewatchable ability. So basically, even after 16 years, we're still talking about K3G, and it's just so quotable that we use the phrases so often, without even realizing it. And, here we have some gifs that are all the proof you need to see how relatable K3G is still, to all of us. 1. All of us welcoming 2018, hoping for some metal stability 2. 12. The meme game of ‘Aao Kabhi Haveli Pe’ is probably stronger than your muscles, and why not? It’s probably one thing that has made Amrish Puri famous posthumously and ensured we all continue missing his wondrous performances. So, we wondered what would happen if someone said ‘yes’ to ‘aao kabhi haveli pe’, and our genealogy of events are interesting. When a woman is spotted and is considered eligible for that invite: If someone is roughing you up and you want to settle that score, the just invite the god damn dude to the ‘Haveli’ What happens at the ‘Haveli’, stays at the ‘Haveli’ It’s not a lonely place. The Haveli turns into a party hall at night. But did you ever wonder where did the ‘Haveli’ come from?
  13. Bhangra makes everything great. Even Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau couldn’t stop himself from shaking a leg on Bhangra beats. Labon par uske kabhi baddua nahi hoti, Bas ek maa hai jo kabhi khafa nahi hoti, Iss tarah mere gunaahon ko wo dho deti hai, Maa bahut gusse mein hoti hai to ro deti hai, Maine rote hue ponche the kisi din aansoo, Muddaton maa ne nahi dhoya dupatta apna, Abhi zinda hai maa meri mujhe kuch bhi nahi hoga, Main jab ghar se nikalta hoon dua bhi saath chalti hai, Jab bhi kashti meri sailaab mein aa jaati hai, Maa dua karti hui khwaab mein aa jaati hai, Aye andhere dekh le muh tera kaala ho gaya, Maa ne aankhein khol di ghar mein ujaala ho gaya, Meri khwaahish hai ki main phir se farishta ho jaun, Maa se is tarah liptun ki bachcha ho jaun, Maa ke aage yun kabhi khulkar nahi rona, Jahan buniyaad ho itni nami achhi nahi hoti, labon par uske kabhi bad'dua nahi hoti, bas ek maaN hai jo kabhi khafa nahi hoti...
