  1. It's been a crazy week with fans bidding adieu to some major characters in 'Avengers: Endgame' and 'Game of Thrones' this week, and while the entire social media is flooded with just these two trending terms, since that's all anyone can talk about right now, a similar expression plastered on Khaleesi and Thor's face has now become a viral meme and there's a battle of jokes happening over it. "Can I speak to your manager please?" "I AM the manager" pic.twitter.com/uA3ZXizJtH — JD (@Jonny_Dodds) April 26, 2019 "...I don't like hulk, I prefer you..." — I Love You 3000 ðºð¬ (@ErnestWanyama) April 27, 2019 This is the ultimate forced smile so many plaster on their faces and even though it's annoying, it's funny as a meme right now. Happened just last weekend at work with a very rude customer. My boss, unfortunately for him, doesn't take shit like that and gave him a piece of her mind. Satisfying to see. — Magdalena Golomb (@Sonoel90) April 26, 2019 The same caption can be used for both images. "Stark is a good man." "Is he, though?"#Endgame #GameofThrones — Charles Lee (@Goofyfan_Chuck) April 24, 2019 Yepp, that's also all of our moms and dads when the Goa plan needs approval! Me at 14: “hey ma, heath's having a sleepover. Can I-“ Ma: “go ask your dad” pic.twitter.com/U1NUiU0gTS — ericz (@ericzedd) April 24, 2019 While the 'Avengers' universe is now just going to stay etched in our memories and TV screens, 'GOT' fans still have 3 weeks of insane action pending with all the Winter coming their way.
  2. The entire world is preparing to witness the gory aesthetics of the battle of Winterfell as the armies have united with the Starks to save themselves from the wrath of the Night Walker and his wights. we got hold of some unseen images from the next episode which gives out a few hints from what can we expect. The one image which surprised and confused us at the same time is where you can see Khaleesi and Jon Snow standing on a hill top as the battle of Winterfell is on in the background ( or that is how it seems to be ), or it could possibly be them looking out for the Night King's arrival. © HBO another image has Tyrion and Varys having a deep conversation in the crypts. There's an image of Sansa Stark in a pensive mood , who later joins her sister Arya. © HBO © HBO © HBO There's an image of Brienne of Tarth with Jamie Lannister as they face the army of the dead © HBO And a scared Jon Snow looks horrified which I don't know, probably announces the arrival of the Night King? © HBO With a myriad of theories flying around us, the wait is making us go mad already! In case you don't wake up at 6:30 am every Monday to witness the madness first hand, you can also catch 'Game Of Thrones' on Star World every Tuesday at 10 pm.
  3. Yes I am a straight female, but you can't blame me for being blown away everytime by the superior, fierce beauty of the one and only Khaleesi. Man! Daenerys Targaryen has a similar effect on both men and women, and I totally get it. However, she is a fictional character, and we all know how the wonderful Emilia Clarke does a brilliant job of portraying the iconic character of the Mother of Dragons. But, what if I were to tell you that Khaleesi exists in real life too? Oh yes, she is most certainly real, my friends. View this post on Instagram Bend the knee e scusate se vi sto bombardando. Well, it all began with a dude who was possibly trying to hit on her with a cheesy pick-up line. “I've always been a passionate fan of movies and TV series and I've always dreamed about becoming one of the protagonists of my favourite movies. I discovered this world in 2016 when a boy who followed me on Facebook told me that I'd make a perfect Daenerys. The problem was I'd not even started to watch Game of Thrones,” Rory told LADbible. Well, I'll be damned! The resemblance is so eerie and uncanny that I had to go back and look at Emilia and then Rory to spot the difference. Eventually, I decided to watch the TV series. Now it is my favourite show and I decided to create my cosplay,” Rory added. However, things can get pretty weird sometimes for Rory. “I have received a few strange requests though. Just a few days ago a man asked me if he could have my face put onto a t-shirt. Also, recently I was on the way back from Torino Comics [a local convention] and a boy asked me for a picture in the subway elevator. I'd used the subway to get there and really enjoyed seeing everyone's reactions to the 'mother of dragons' just sitting on the underground," Rory said. Well, Rory, prepare yourself to have a tidal wave of followers from India now.
  4. The insane wait to watch the final season of 'Game Of Thrones' is about to end in a week's time when we finally witness some crazy action. Naturally the premiere has happened and the cast is pretty active on social media, contributing to the buzz around the digital premiere. Over the weekend, the good folks at 'SNL' got Kit Harington to host the night and needless to say, it was just as we expected. The best part, however, was the cast members, especially Emilia Clarke budging in and asking for spoilers, which Kit extensively refused to reveal. Adding to humour was the Night King himself asking if they could be friends and Kit's real life wife who had some fun questions to ask as well. Kit is ððð revealing how @GameofThrones ends. #SNL pic.twitter.com/cVyUmFbsGT — Saturday Night Live - SNL (@nbcsnl) April 7, 2019 Now isn't that a big tease because as the days go by, all we want is for 15th April to arrive soon so we can finally get some visual action. Until then, this was the best pre-watch for sure!
  5. Emila Clarke aka 'the Mother of Dragons' is a brilliant actress but sometimes, actors draw inspiration from their real-life journey to ensure the strong portrayal of their on-screen character. Emilia Clarke, turns out, is a true warrior in real-life as well. The 'GOT' actress recently opened up about her insane struggle fighting two life-threatening brain surgeries right after the first season closed back in 2011. Speaking about how it began and what actually happened, she explained in detail, “It was in 2011 after the filming of the first season of GoT. The publication quoted Emilia saying, “At some level, I knew what was happening: my brain was damaged. For a few moments, I tried to will away the pain and nausea.” She was only 24 then and was desperate to give up on life. "In my worst moments, I wanted to pull the plug. I asked the medical staff to let me die.” View this post on Instagram YUP. My people did good. Hours and I mean HOURS later. I could see my life ahead, and it wasn't worth living. I am an actor; I need to remember my lines. Now I couldn't recall my name. For a few moments, I tried to will away the pain and the nausea. I said to myself, “I will not be paralyzed.” I moved my fingers and toes to make sure that was true. To keep my memory alive, I tried to recall, among other things, some lines from Game of Thrones.” View this post on Instagram Just for the halibut. Im resolving to try to laugh more in 2019 than 2018. Join me if you feel like it. #â¤ï¸#ð¥ #youareyourownbestbetbaby A post shared by @ emilia_clarke on Jan 1, 2019 at 3:22am PST The struggle continued when she had to undergo another surgery and her struggle resumed. “I emerged from the operation with a drain coming out of my head. Bits of my skull had been replaced by titanium. These days, you can't see the scar that curves from my scalp to my ear, but I didn't know at first that it wouldn't be visible. And there was, above all, the constant worry about cognitive or sensory losses. Would it be concentration? Memory? Peripheral vision? Now I tell people that what it robbed me of is good taste in men. But, of course, none of this seemed remotely funny at the time.” Who knew that a human, who takes up the task of entertaining people with her job, is undergoing and enduring so much pain in her life off-camera. This story proves that Emilia is a real-life warrior, a true 'Khaleesi' in the real sense!
