  1. A super-exciting project has hit headlines which is hyping-up every movie buff across the globe. Netflix is all set to cater to our dire need of entertainment and is getting the Russo brothers’ magic on board with the upcoming magnum opus Gray Man. Here’s everything we know about the upcoming movie: The Movie Is Based On A Novel © Reuters This is arguably going to be Netflix’s most expensive and grandest production, as the direction is being steered by none other than Joe and Anthony Russo, who are behind the success of the Avengers franchise. 2. Thousands of men suffer with hair loss and hair fall problems. From stress to diet and everything else in between, hair fall is a serious issue that concerns most young adults in our country. Amongst other reasons, DHT sensitivity is one of the many causes of severe hair fall and male pattern baldness. What is DHT sensitivity? Well, that’s exactly what we’ll discuss today. DHT is one of the most important male hormones and has a direct effect on beard and hair growth. Here’s how: What Are DHT Blockers? DHT or Dihydrotestosterone is an androgen and is responsible for the male characteristics on your body, i.e. body hair, beard, etc. More DHT can mean more body hair and a thicker beard for men. However, it also means more hair fall. This happens because DHT tends to shrink the receptors around hair follicles on our scalp. This prevents the nutrients from reaching your hair and tends to cause hair fall problems. Your body naturally converts about 5% of testosterone into DHT. This is done with the help of an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase. DHT blockers help in blocking these enzymes and thus prevent further hair loss. Here are 5 DHT blockers that are popularly used in shampoos, hair oils and other anti-hair fall products. You can either incorporate these into your diet, use them in your home remedies or just buy hair care products with these ingredients. __ECOMLOOKS__2647__ __ECOMLOOKS__2648__ __ECOMLOOKS__2649__ __ECOMLOOKS__2650__ __ECOMLOOKS__2651__ Final Thoughts: Do They Actually Work? Hair fall has many causes, DHT sensitivity being only one of them. If your hair loss is caused by this, DHT blockers will surely help you reduce hair fall. However, expecting to grow back all your lost hair may not be ideal. DHT blockers will only help you prevent hair fall and promote hair growth, not treat it permanently. 4. Rajkummar Rao is known for making bold sartorial statements. Over the last few years, he has become a walking style directory of sorts, who can literally wear anything and make it look like a dream. For proof, one time in a bulky pair of sneakers and also made a statement in a man-purse. He truly belongs to the rare breed of celebs who have given us impeccable street style lessons and showed us how even the toughest of trends can be turned into everyday looks. © Dior Before we head to the details of his pants, let's talk about the outstanding Dior T-shirt that he is wearing here. This piece is quite an OTT addition if you ask us. As for more details, this is a Dior x Sorayama Dinosaur Printed T-shirt. It features black cotton knit, short sleeves and a ribbed collar. It also has a silver-tone metallic dinosaur with DIOR and pink floral print across the chest. © Viral Bhayani Since the floral T-shirt is designed by yet another high-end luxury brand, the cost of the T-shirt is also quite high. This number alone costs Rs 20,000 approximately. Isn't that too much for a T-shirt? We think so too. Why It Works View the full article
  5. Vicky Kaushal has carved a niche for himself and has a massive fan following after he delivered power-packed performances in movies like URI, Sanju, and Manmarziyaan. He is currently wrapping work on Vijay Krishna Acharya's next, before moving on to Shashank Khaitan's Mr. Lele and then Aditya Dhar's Ashwatthama later. View this post on InstagramHe has got one more movie in his kitty and for that, he has collaborated with Manushi Chhillar. Manushi will make her Hindi film debut opposite Akshay Kumar in YRF’s Prithviraj, for which she's already wrapped up shooting. View this post on InstagramVicky and Manushi are collaborating for the first time and the movie will be bankrolled by Yash Raj Productions. While most of it has been wrapped up, the makers had not zeroed down on a title. However, according to a new report in Bollywood Hungama, the film has now got a tentative title. The movie will now be called The Great Indian Family or TGIF. A source told the entertainment website, “They are now calling Vicky and Manushi's film The Great Indian Family or TGIF. It's a madcap comedy of errors and Vicky's first comedy film.” It will have an interesting take on dysfunctional families and the issues they face fixing it. The source added, “The movie revolves around a dysfunctional family and hence the title. It's also called the same because TGIF is also a very millennial term. But it's a tentative title. Aditya Chopra could also ask for a change on the same." The film is almost ready but the makers are deciding for an early 2022 release for this project as they want Manushi’s Bollywood debut to be Prithiviraj which will be releasing this Diwali. “Prithviraj releases on Diwali this year and the makers are clear that this has to be Manushi's debut project because it's a grand period drama that will position her really well. TGIF will release only around early 2022,” the source added. Speaking about sequences shot at Maheshwar, a small town in Madhya Pradesh, a source had earlier said, “The portions will include their romantic scenes, along with a few other important sequences. The unique backdrop of Maheshwar will make it look beautiful and stunning. They will be shooting in Maheshwar for approximately a week.” Vicky and Manushi’s film is also a part of YRF’s big 50 year celebrations and honestly, it does sound interesting to us. Are you excited about this one? Let us know in the comments section below. View the full article
  6. Spotify is going to bring high-quality streaming in the form of Spotify HiFi which will be extended to premium subscribers soon. Spotify has not mentioned which markets will be getting the upgrade first, however it might be possible that India will be one of them. Audio enthusiasts tend to prefer to stream music with better quality and Spotify is making that request come true. Amazon already offers HD audio streaming on its platform, however the collection is quite limited. Apple Music currently does not offer any form of HiFi audio streaming which gives Spotify an edge over its main competition. Here are some of the things you should know about Spotify’s HiFi streaming feature: 1. Lossless Audio © unsplash Spotify uses something similar to Apple’s AirPlay called ‘Spotify Connect’ which is used by many third-party speakers including some of Amazon’s Echo devices. Spotify will be working with some of the world’s biggest speaker manufacturers such as Sonos to deliver the same lossless experience for audio streamers. This means that your in-home audio systems will also be able to play lossless audio in your living room or in my case, the bathroom. 3. It Will Be a Separate Tier © unsplash Even though Spotify was a bit late to launch its own lossless audio solution, users of the streaming service have been demanding the feature for a very long time. However, Spotify has been working on the feature for a while so that it gives users a seamless experience. It would be crucial to make the new experience work in tandem with the app framework that already exists without alienating existing users. 5. Will It Feature Indian Music? View the full article
  7. OnePlus didn’t really launch a new flagship smartphone last year apart from the OnePlus 8 Pro which means all eyes are on the next event for the OnePlus 9 Series. OnePlus devices are known to use the best hardware possible for their smartphones and offer them at an affordable price point that not many other companies can do. However, the company has been increasing the price of its flagship devices year on year due to costlier components, but it is still an affordable flagship to own especially since Samsung and Apple devices cost far more. Having said that, the OnePlus 9 Series is shaping up to be yet another flagship offering by the company and much of it has been leaked online. Here’s everything we know about the OnePlus 9 Series so far: 1. Flagship Components © Weibo The OnePlus 9 Pro was spotted in the subway by onlookers which also captured the 'about' page of the smartphone. The 'about' page on OnePlus phones generally reveals all the hardware one can find in the device and from the leaked image it appears the smartphone will be using the Snapdragon 888 chipset. It is Qualcomm’s latest flagship chip that is said to rival Apple’s A14 Bionic SoC. It is also Qualcomm’s first processor that was manufactured using a 5nm fabrication process which means it packs more transistors than ever before. Much like any OnePlus flagship phone, the latest model is expected to be super fast and more efficient than its predecessor. The phone is also rumoured to be paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory. 2. Speedy Display © Weibo The OnePlus 9 Pro is rumoured to have a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. This doesn’t come as a surprise since the OnePlus 8 Pro also came with a 120Hz refresh rate and it would be logical for the company to have the same feature on the OnePlus 9 Pro as well. What remains to be seen is what type of AMOLED display the smartphone will be using. Recent leaks suggest the phone might use an LTPO AMOLED display similar to the Galaxy S21 Series. OnePlus phones also do not have any adaptive refresh rate feature like other flagship devices which could change with this model if OnePlus chooses to use an LTPO display. 3. Multiple Cameras © Youtube_Dave2D The OnePlus 9 Pro is expected to ship with a 48-megapixel primary camera, a 48-megapixel ultrawide sensor and a third sensor we don’t know much about. A previous leak also showed that the company may also have a partnership with camera company Hasselblad as the branding for the company was present on the camera module. For selfie enthusiasts, the OnePlus 9 Pro is expected to feature a 16-megapixel sensor as well. Having said that, it would be interesting to see if OnePlus has managed to improve its image quality since the OnePlus 8 Pro’s camera performance isn’t even comparable to budget smartphones right now. 4. Battery © Youtube_Dave2D OnePlus has been known to feature its proprietary WarpCharge fast charging feature on all of its phones and the case remains the same with the OnePlus 9 Pro as well. The phone is expected to have a 4,500mAh battery that can be fast-charged at 65W. The phone will also support power delivery fast charging. Interestingly enough, there are no rumours of the phone featuring any form of wireless charging but judging from the OnePlus 8 Pro, it will probably make a return. OnePlus also uses its own fast wireless charging feature which is compatible with its first-party wireless charger. 5. Multiple Models © Youtube_Dave2D Much like every OnePlus series, the OnePlus 9 will also feature multiple models, however this time around we might see three models by the company. Rumours suggest the OnePlus 9 Series is expected to launch with the nomenclature OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9 Lite. The OnePlus 9 should ideally sit between the two other smartphones where the “Lite” version might be the cheapest variant with different hardware. View the full article

  10. Apple shifted to its own in-house M1 processors for faster performance. It's mostly been a positive move so far, except for the fact that most devs are still trying to get their software to run natively on the M1 notebooks. Yes, Apple's Rosetta creates backward compatibility, but there's a lot more work to be done. And now, we've just learned about malware native to the M1. Security researcher Patrick Wardle released findings on this new malware. It's essentially an adware extension for Safari that previously ran on Intel chips. © Unsplash This is definitely an issue because the security community doesn't have signatures to detect these threats yet. The reason for that is because they haven't been observed. These security programs will have to catch up with the new tech because Apple is most likely going to go full-stream with its new processors, releasing a lot more variants. We really hope there are proper solutions in place because these malware programs are going to keep popping up and it'll be very hard to track them down because of lack of signatures. This is usually the case when we're dealing with a new kind of tech, but we're sure the security community will come through. We'll keep an eye on the developments, so stay tuned for more info. It's our very first look at the device. From the looks of it, the phone will sport a triple camera setup at the back. We're looking at a blue rear panel but we're sure there'll more color variants. The retail packaging is also blue this time, a departure from the yellow packaging they've had so far. As for the specs, the Narzo 30 Pro 5G is expected to sport a 6.5-inch FHD LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and it'll have 2400 x 1080 resolution. 13. Apple's AirTags has been one of the most anticipated products from the company in recent times. The company has been rumoured to be working on a Tile-like Bluetooth tracking device for a long time now. And if everything goes according to plan, it looks like they'll be officially announced very soon. According to a reliable tipster, who has talked about AirTags a lot before in the past, says that Apple is still on track to bring AirTags in March. Renowned Apple leakster Jon Prosser recently shared a tweet talking about the Apple AirTags. As per his tweets, the circular trackers are “still on for March” as he has not “heard of any further delays” about the product this time. Here, check out his tweet - AirTags are still on for March. Haven’t heard of any further delays this time. — Jon Prosser (@jon_prosser) February 12, 2021 It looks like Apple is planning on releasing the AirTags along with a couple of other devices. We think it's most likely going to be the new iPad Pros. The same March deadline for AirTags was also hinted at by the popular Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo who predicted that the said device would be a part of Apple’s product line for 2021. There's no official word from the company that they're working on this Bluetooth-tracking but we're pretty sure the company has been working on this accessory for quite some time. We've heard about this device one too many times for it to be just a rumor. Let's just hope they'll bring it out very soon. © macrumors As for the device itself, it looks like it'll be very similar to other Bluetooth-tracking devices like Tile. Users will be able to attach it to their wallet, keys, or pretty much anything else that can get misplaced. You'll be able to track them using Apple's 'Find My' app. In fact, a new "Items" tab popped up on 'Find My' app last year, which means it's definitely in the works. Well, the new rumours point to a March release date, so let's just wait and see what we get. The new iPad Pros are also something that we're waiting to check out for quite some time now. It's safe to say that there are a ton of new products coming out soon, and we can't wait to check them out. View the full article
  14. In case you are keeping a track of the development around Android 12, then you probably already know that the first developer preview of the next version of Android is right around the corner. In fact, we've even started seeing more leaks around Android 12. Now, the folks over at XDA Developers have discovered that the dessert codename for Android 12 is Snow Cone. Yes, Google did stop using dessert codename for its new Android releases for the public with Android 10 a couple of years back. We're honestly just sad that it's not a thing anymore because it was a fun way to call out different versions of Android. Not to mention, it was much easier to remember them that way too. © Unsaplash The dessert naming tradition, however, continues internally within Google's development team and they went with Snow Cone for Android 12. This was found in the Android 12 source code. According to XDA, many of the development branches carry the prefix "sc" and it refers to the "Snow Cone" dessert name. It's similar to "rvc" prefix that was used for Android 11 since it was internally called "Red Velvet Cake". That being said, Google won't be using the Snow Cone name to market its next version of Android. But we enthusiasts can call it Snow Cone instead of tying out or saying Android 12 every time while referring to it. We think it's a really cool name for the next release and we can't wait to check it out. © Unsplash As for the new features, we already have some leaked info that tells us what to expect from Snow Cone. You can expect to see some UI changes, a game mode, a new one-handed mode, anti-tracking features, and a whole lot more. We'll definitely be learning more about Android 12 in the coming days and weeks as we get closer to the first developer preview's release date. We'll keep an eye on the developments and all the features, so stay tuned to us if you want to learn more about Android 12. Source: XDA Developers View the full article

  17. The latest social media app that has taken the online world by storm is the invite-only ‘Clubhouse’ app. The app is now amongst the other social media apps like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and Twitter to be evaluated over a billion dollars in a short span of time. But what exactly is Clubhouse? and why is it so popular? Well, it's currently an invite-only audio chat app that is currently exclusively available on the iPhone and will soon launch for Android. The app is basically used for connecting with other people based on a variety of topics. You can talk about anything and everything including cryptocurrency, video games, local bands or any topic you think you want to talk about. It works like a public audio call which you can participate in as well, provided the host lets you. © unsplash To use the app, one needs to be invited and then sign up for an account. You can then search for various topics and join rooms for listening to conversations or take part in them. Rooms can be set as public or private as well. You can either just be an audience member or host one yourself on a topic that interests you. There need to be at leat two people in a room for it to be formed and can host up to a few thousand participants. Elon Musk has been using the application quite regularly to discuss a variety of topics and most recently invited Russian President Vladimir Putin for a conversation as well. On Clubhouse, users cannot post any pictures or text-based posts either. There is no direct message feature as the app only focuses on voice communications. © unsplash On Clubhouse, each room can have a host, moderator and audience members. In theory, Clubhouse works very similar to Discord albeit presented in a different format. Rooms look like a virtual panel discussion at a conference and the flow of conversation can be controlled by moderators and hosts. Moderators and hosts can allow audience members to speak when it’s their turn and in turn mute them as well. Audience members can use the “raise your hand” function to join the panel or ask questions. Panel members or moderators can then decide to allot speaking time to audience members or not. Clubhouse is now being used by stand-up comedians as well to host impromptu shows on the app. Many notable people have already joined the voice-based social media app including Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk and Steve Ballmer amongst others. Musk recently spoke to Robinhood CEP Vladimir Tenev about the Gamestop stock manipulation and the room had reached its 5,000 per-room limit in a matter of seconds. Since then, the app has seen millions of downloads and according to Sensor Tower, Clubhouse has already gained over 5 million new users. © unsplash Clubhouse is currently free to use and does not have any ads, however the company is planning to roll out a subscription model for creators in the future. The app is currently only accessible for iPhone users and will soon make its way to Android as well. Founders Paul Davison and ex-Google employee Rohan Seth recently said in a blog post, “Our goal was to build a social experience that felt more human — where instead of posting, you could gather with other people and talk. Our north star was to create something where you could close the app at the end of the session feeling better than you did when you opened it, because you had deepened friendships, met new people and learned.” Elon Musk seems to be enjoying his time on Clubhouse and he even teased a conversation with Kanye West. The police also said that Ravi and others “collaborated with pro-Khalistani Poetic Justice Foundation to spread disaffection against the Indian State.” Disha Ravi, arrested by CyPAD Delhi Police, is an Editor of the Toolkit Google Doc & key conspirator in document's formulation & dissemination. She started WhatsApp Group & collaborated to make the Toolkit doc. She worked closely with them to draft the Doc. @PMOIndia @HMOIndia https://t.co/e8QGkyDIVv — #DilKiPolice Delhi Police (@DelhiPolice) February 14, 2021 In this process, they all collaborated with pro Khalistani Poetic Justice Foundation to spread disaffection against the Indian State. She was the one who shared the Toolkit Doc with Greta Thunberg. @HMOIndia @LtGovDelhi @CPDelhi — #DilKiPolice Delhi Police (@DelhiPolice) February 14, 2021 The Delhi Police took to Twitter and stated that Ravi was the one who shared the toolkit document with Greta Thunberg, a teen climate activist, who had shared the toolkit to lend her support to the farmers’ agitation against the three farm reform laws. Who is Disha Ravi Disha Ravi is a graduate in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Mount Carmel College in Bengaluru. She aspired to pursue a career in finance and had been vocal about environmental issues long before she graduated from Mount Carmel College in Bengaluru in 2018. On her social media handles, she has described herself as co-founder of a group named ‘Fridays For Future India’ (FFF India). © Facebook In an interview last year with US author and professor Gayle Kimball, who is compiling a book on Gen Z girl climate activists, Disha mentioned that the Friday For Future India campaign materialised largely after she came in contact with two like-minded women from Bengaluru, who were interested in the climate change campaign on the Internet. “All our associations were formed through the internet — Instagram and other social media. We connected through mutual friends and that is how we found each other. Most of us are women. I had not seen any of them before. Bangalore was the first but simultaneously Mumbai and Delhi started. We did not want do it in one city alone,” she said in the interview. FFF India currently has around 150 activists with around 20-30 in Bengaluru. With its activity being largely volunteer-oriented, there are only a few activists who are part of all activities and others are volunteers who may be part of a few events. © Twitter Besides, she regularly writes columns and articles in leading news portals on climate action and is a familiar name in important climate forums frequented by youth activists across the globe. In an interview with Auto Report Africa in 2020, Ravi spoke about how she found her passion for climate activism and said, “My motivation to join climate activism came from seeing my grandparents, who are farmers, struggle with the effects of the climate crisis.” “At the time, I wasn’t aware that what they were experiencing was the climate crisis because climate education is non-existent where I’m from. Only when I did my research, did I find out about it,” she added. How Did She Get Linked To Greta Thunberg © Reuters Disha’s role came under suspicion by the Delhi Police after climate activist Greta Thunberg tweeted a toolkit document which the police alleged had led to the January 26 violence in New Delhi. Without naming Thunberg in the FIR, the Delhi Police went ahead to register the case against the authors of the toolkit. View the full article
  19. You can find everything on Twitter - memes, political commentary, more memes, fake news, celebrity rants, the list goes on. One thing that is rare to find there, or actually on the entire internet, is logic. And that's why some people are trying to get Twitter banned by tweeting about it on Twitter. Sure, it's a great way to make yourself heard but maybe they can start by actually moving to a different site to continue their discourse on whether Indians should have freedom of expression, or if we should completely go into a fascist society. We have withheld some of the accounts identified in the blocking orders under our Country Withheld Content policy within India only. These accounts continue to be available outside of India. https://t.co/uQuXNtzq9t — Twitter Safety (@TwitterSafety) February 10, 2021 The #BanTwitter hashtag comes after Twitter released the statement talking about what actions they will be taking after the Indian government ordered them to block 1,178 accounts for allegedly spreading misinformation on the farmer protests and 'provocative content'. While the company has complied and withheld a certain number of accounts just within India, they said that they won't be blocking media, journalists, activists, and politicians as it violated "the right to freedom of expression under Indian law". However, we have not taken any action on accounts that consist of news media entities, journalists, activists, and politicians. We will continue to advocate for the right of free expression on behalf of the people we serve, and are exploring options under Indian law. — Twitter Safety (@TwitterSafety) February 10, 2021Of course, the hashtag is confusing people. 20. Ever since the standoff between the Indian Government and Twitter due to the ongoing farmers' protest, Indian alternative ‘Koo’ has started to garner more users in the country. Even though the app was launched 10 months ago, it has started to see newfound traction ever since the Indian Government and Twitter have been at odds. The Koo app is very much like Twitter i.e. a micro-blogging social media app that was developed by Aparameya Radhakrishna and Mayank Bidawatka. As of now, the app is available in multiple Indian languages i.e. Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Oriya and Assamese. Focus on Indian Languages © KooApp Unlike Twitter, Koo’s unique selling point is having support for regional languages which gives it an advantage over Twitter already. While English is one of India’s official languages, over a billion people cannot speak, read or write the language fluently. Having said that, with a growing smartphone market, Koo has the unique advantage of offering users access to social media in their native language. What is Koo all about? © Kooapp If you navigate the official Google PlayStore page, Koo describes itself as an app "built for Indians to share their views in their mother tongue and have meaningful discussions. Discussions are around interesting topics. It empowers people to express their thoughts in Indian languages with a strong-knit local Indian community," the description said. Who all are on Koo?I am now on Koo. Connect with me on this Indian micro-blogging platform for real-time, exciting and exclusive updates. Let us exchange our thoughts and ideas on Koo. India’s Communications and Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has also been using the platform as of August 2020. What all can one do on Koo? © MensXP/Akshay Bhalla Much like Twitter, users can express their opinions in their native language on a range of topics and converse with people they are connected with. The feed can also be viewed in all supported Indian languages and even has its own trending section like Twitter. The account lets you add a profile picture, post links, pictures, and polls. Each post also has a limit of 400 characters which is considerably higher than Twitter’s 280 characters. How Can One Register Every Koo account is linked to a valid phone number where the app sends a one time password during the initial registration process. The app can be found on the Google PlayStore and Apple App Store. Alternatively, the micro-blogging site can also be used via the web by logging in on kooapp.com. View the full article
  21. With so much happening in this country, any new wacky thing, honestly, doesn't surprise anyone that much at this point. We already know that Valentine's Day is the favourite day of a certain group of people because they think they have all the rights to go and harass couples who are out in public minding their own business. The moral police go and marry them off because just being in public with your significant other is somehow personally offending their own ideologies. Well, why not take it a step further and basically just boycott Valentine's Day? That's what a lot of people seem to be advocating for on Twitter right now as #ValentinesDay_MisleadingYouth is trending since Tuesday morning. Wanting to replace Valentine's Day with Parents Worship Day, some people are trying to follow Asaram Bapu's ideologies because they think celebrating a day like that is morally corrupting the young generation. At it again, extreme right-wing elements forcibly 'marrying' off young couple they found in park in Medchal #Telangana; Whose morality are they imposing and what emboldens them to continue to act like 'social goons'? Man in video is self-congratulatory @ndtv #ValentineDayViolence pic.twitter.com/MPVq58xeX7 — Uma Sudhir (@umasudhir) February 14, 2019 Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu website says, "My dear young people and their parents! You are born on the pious land of India. You are the descendants of farsighted rishis. Shun ‘Valentine’s day’ which, in the name of love, debilitates the youth. O parents and their children! Love each other beholding the Lord in the other one and let your hearts be filled with Divine Joy. Not the false joy of ***, but the Joy of God, the Love of God and Bliss of God." 'Yeah, *** is cool, but have you ever experienced the joy of God?' I know this is a popular meme format, but saying this without any irony is so hilarious. View the full article
  22. The PlayStation 5’s launch has been a bit rocky in India due to limited supply and overwhelming demand for the next-generation console. Many customers were unable to pre-order the console while many confirmed orders on various e-commerce websites were cancelled due to overselling their allotted stock. However, it’s likely that the fresh stock of the PlayStation 5 might land in the country sometime next month i.e. March 2021. © unsplash According to a report by IGN India, multiple customers started to reach out retailers like Croma to get an exact date of the PS5 to restock. Independently verified by IGN India, the PS5 is expected to be available sometime in March 2021. As of now, an exact date has not been detailed but we’ve reached out to Sony for further clarification. It is worthy to point out, Sony India hinted at fresh PS5 stock when the console sold out on various platforms. “PS5 has been met with unprecedented enthusiasm by PlayStation fans in India, resulting in a stockout during the pre-order period. Please stay in touch with retailers for the next pre-order phase” Sony India said last month. © MensXP_Akshay Bhalla Sony India is yet to make the PS5 Digital Edition on sale in the country and it could be a possibility that the digital variant might be available for purchase next month. As of now, there is no news when the digital version of the PS5 will be available to purchase in India due to low expected demand. India still prefers using physical disks for consoles due to a healthy used games ecosystem and could be the reason behind the console’s delay. © Reuters IGN India also reports that some Sony Centers have started to accept cash deposits in advance for the restock that is expected to land in March. The PlayStation 5 is in strong demand in India which has led to many scalpers trying to sell the console at a premium on classified websites like OLX. It is worthy to point out that the PlayStation community in India have revolted against scalpers and successfully reported ads that were selling the PlayStation 5 above the maximum retail price. The PlayStation 5 is currently the hottest gaming console that we feel is console gaming at its best right now. 23. It's been years since we first heard about Apple's foray into the automotive industry. Well, looks like it's finally happening now since the company is said to be signing a deal with Kia motors. If the reports are something to go by, then we're getting a fully autonomous vehicle designed to operate with a human driver. As interesting as it sounds, we're hearing that it won't be marketed as a consumer product. Yes, CNBC reports that the first iteration of "Apple Car" will be a good candidate for driverless food delivery businesses and companies operating robotaxis. View the full article
  24. Remember the 'can I copy your homework? Just change it up a bit so it doesn't look obvious.' meme? Well, we basically saw that yesterday when the entire celebrity community, including Bollywood and sports personalities, finally realized that India was having one of the largest protests in the world. It's not me saying that, but almost the entire country. © Twitter The farmers' protests have been going on for months and not a single word from some of the most prominent celebrities in the country. But, ek dum se waqt badal gaya, jazbaat badal gaye, zindagi badal gayi yesterday. We all know the trigger point, don't we? © Twitter As soon as Rihanna tweeted an article talking about the internet cut off in Delhi during the protests, all hell broke loose. Her one tweet had enough power to rattle everyone in the country, with half the people fully supporting her and appreciating her for speaking up, and the other half saying that she shouldn't speak up on India's internal matters. why aren’t we talking about this?! #FarmersProtest https://t.co/obmIlXhK9S — Rihanna (@rihanna) February 2, 2021 Rihanna became the only person that people could seem to talk about and soon enough, so many celebrities, who had been silent on the matter, decided to speak up. However, people noticed something strange about their tweets. It almost looked like they were given a script and all of them changed it up a bit to not make it seem so obvious. The similarities in their tweets, the words used, the stance they all took, it looked too eerily similar to be a coincidence. And the fact that literally everyone tweeted on the same day, made people even more suspicious that it's not actually their own personal opinions. 25. Valve's Steam Game Festival is all set to kick off tomorrow. During the festival, we'll be able to get access to playable demos of more than 500 upcoming games from indie developers. This is one of the most anticipated festivals and we can't wait to check out all the new games. In addition to the playable demos, we'll also be able to check out panel discussions and live chats for an interactive experience. The iteration of the Steam Game Festival took place back in December 2019, so it'll be interesting to see how this one unfolds. Here's a trailer video for the festival - As you can see, the trailer video from Steam is titled What's Next and it teases a few of the games that look to be available for demo during the festival. It includes Genesis Noir from Feral Cat Den; The Riftbreaker from Exor Studios; Narita Boy from Studio Koba; Almighty: Kill Your Gods from Runwild Entertainment; Fling to the Finish by Splitside Games; Black Book from Morteshka, and many others. Steam has also set up a microsite to allow interested gamers to set a reminder via email or the mobile app. The site can be accessed via Steam's homepage. The whole idea behind this festival is to allow gamers to experience these upcoming games and get a feel for them before they officially come out. The devs will also be open to feedback so that the games can be fully ready before they come out. Additionally, this will allow these new devs to be under the spotlight and get some exposure. © Unsplash Steam has already hosted a bunch of events this year and it's been a blast for gamers this year. This year, Valve has already hosted events in March, then we had a Summer Festival in June and it was followed by the Autumn Edition in October 2020. Steam has been very rewarding for its users and we're glad to see these events happening throughout the year. 2021 is going to be packed with new games, and we can't wait to see what's in store for us this year.
