  1. It's raining sequels in Bollywood right now. It can also be said that sequels have now become a sure shot formula to score success at the box office. The latest one to join the league is Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan starrer 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa'. Earlier, there were reports about the sequel but now we have a confirmation about the same. Yes, you heard that right. The horror-comedy superhit will have a part two and we cannot help but hope for more twists and turns. T-Series honcho Bhushan Kumar will be producing the film and interestingly, he has got the first narration from director Farhad Samji. A source close to the development told MensXP, “Farhad Samji is both writing and directing the film. He has given the first narration to Bhushan Kumar and he has liked the idea. Currently, Farhad is working on the script and is also looking for a fresh cast this time. The title has always been registered and it's called 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2'.” Is Akshay a part of the sequel? Well, then the answer is no. Our source also told us, “Akshay is, for sure, not a part of 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2'. The makers will look for a new cast altogether. Right now, the latest development is this and Bhushan Kumar is quite interested in the idea of this sequel.” The original film was an official remake of the Malayalam hit film 'Manichitrathazhu'' starring Mohanlal and Shobana. Director Farhad is presently working on 'Housefull 4' and it features Akshay Kumar. It will be interesting to see who will step into the shoes of Akshay Kumar. Any guesses? Do let us know in the comments below. Apart from 'Bhool Bhulaiya 2', the producer is already remaking BR Chopra's 1978 drama 'Pati Patni Aur Woh' starring Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar, and Ananya Panday and Hrishikesh Mukherjee's 1975 comedy 'Chupke Chupke', in which Rajkummar Rao will reprise Dharmendra's role. Stay tuned in for more such Bollywood updates.
  2. Ever since 'Cyclone Fani' wreaked havoc in Odisha, the state has been struggling to get back on its feet. Amidst the worsening situation, Bollywood's OG Khiladi Akshay Kumar emerged as a silver lining, by donating Rs. 1 crore to the cyclone victims in Odisha. © Instagram Although there might be controversies regarding his citizenship, the fact remains that Akshay Kumar has never refrained from going the extra mile for the country and society. This time around too, he reportedly donated Rs. 1 crore to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund to help the Odisha cyclone victims. According to a report in Hindustan Times, a source revealed this news and said, "This is not new. Akshay has always been contributing for causes, be it his Bharat ke Veer initiative for the armed forces, or his contribution to the Kerala Floods or Chennai floods earlier." © Instagram Earlier in 2015, Akshay had donated Rs. 1 crore for the Chennai flood relief work. He has also been actively donating and urging his fans to contribute to 'Bharat Ke Veer', an initiative launched by him and the Government of India, for the bravehearts and their families. Nature showed its wrath in Odisha with 'Cyclone Fani' recently, and we lost many innocent lives and there are videos that show the extent of infrastructural damage the state has gone through. So far, more than 30 people have been killed and hundreds of houses have been destroyed, despite the planned evacuation. © Instagram But, Odisha refused to give up and so did the entire nation, by coming forward to support the relief work and pray for their safety. Once again, people of the country proved that nothing can break their spirit. Currently, Akshay Kumar is working on his upcoming film 'Sooryavanshi'.
  3. Akshay Kumar has always been the most vocal actor when it comes to showing patriotism. I mean, just take a look at his movies and you'll see how much he loves India - or, at least, is trying very hard to prove that. But, if someone loves their country so much as he claims to do, then why would they give up being a citizen of that country for another one? This is not me questioning, but a lot of people online and they still don't have answers. Recently, Akshay Kumar was asked why he didn't vote and he had a little unexpected reaction. After that, he took to Twitter to share a long post explaining how he never denied that he holds a Canadian passport. He also made sure to say that he works in India, pays taxes in India, and is disappointed his citizenship is always being questioned by the media. pic.twitter.com/i0JEmbFh9c — Akshay Kumar (@akshaykumar) May 3, 2019 He also said that this a matter of no consequence to others but another question comes up with that. While he has no qualms in hanging out with the Prime Minister of the very country he let go of in favour of another, he's showing support for a party that is demanding so many other people living in the country to prove their citizenship. Moreover, if he has never needed to prove his love for India, why did he choose Canada over it? There are no duel citizenships here, so he can't be both Canadian and Indian. His tweet has divided people, while a lot of people are in favour of him and support him, there are so many people questioning the authenticity of his patriotism. If he's not even Indian, there's a possibility it could just be manufactured for commercial reasons aka the long list of patriotic movies that he has done. Actually yes, the citizenship wouldn't even be that big of an issue if he didn't publicize his patriotism so much, didn't allign himself to a party and promote it so openly, basically didn't get so involved in politics when he himself can't even vote. Oh, another clip has resurfaced as well. "Toronto is my home, after I retire from this industry I will settle in Canada" pic.twitter.com/Ypet1U0oBJ — Tarique Anwer (@tanwer_m) May 3, 2019 Well. No one cares about your citizenship until you align yourself with fascists who distribute patriotism certificates to the others. Sonia Gandhi has voluntarily taken up Indian citizenship and she receives the most vile misogynist nonsense for being an “Italian” from those fascists. — Baba Manhattani (@BabaGlocal) May 3, 2019 Wow. So @akshaykumar who exploits hyper-nationalism of the gullible, rubbing shoulders with majoritarian fascist outfits, has taken this oath of allegiance while becoming citizen of Canada, to defend Canada in a potential war situation with India. lulz. pic.twitter.com/jq3wxbXDDu — Baba Manhattani (@BabaGlocal) May 3, 2019 Good question. As a Canadian citizen you can live in India, work here, pay taxes without visiting Canada and still remain a Canadian citizen. A luxury that I as an Indian don't have. If you didn't need to prove your love for India, why be embarrassed about holding a Canadian passport? — Rupa Subramanya (@rupasubramanya) May 3, 2019 Exactly. True, no one should question your citizenship. Nor should you have to prove your nationalism cause you hold a Canadian passport. Now spare a thought for those who are Indian citizens but have to provide proof of their nationalism every day just because they are Muslim or anti-BJP — Pritish Nandy (@PritishNandy) May 4, 2019 An ancient meme. Ghar se. Kuch dur Nikalte hi. Chalte hi pic.twitter.com/n3HoCYky9O — Canadian Nehr_who (@Nehr_who) May 3, 2019 Yep. #AkshayKumar's citizenship would not have been such an issue had he not patronised the reporter in such a condescending manner. Much of #Bollywood is so used to a docile media and choreographed interviews, that all it takes is one unscripted question! — Viju Cherian (@vijucherian) May 3, 2019 All valid stuff. So @akshaykumar why did you choose to be a Canadian rather than an Indian citizen? When you said being granted Canadian citizenship was a matter of pride, do you mean you value it more than Indian citizenship? Why do Modi & Co let you off the loyalty tests they set for others? https://t.co/BFllC6cFAZ — Kavita Krishnan (@kavita_krishnan) May 3, 2019 Important. Relax @akshaykumar, the banter on your nationality is completely APOLITICAL. Also can you please tell us, Canada mein 'aam' kaise khaate hain??? https://t.co/jF8gqJPJAb — Abhijeet Dipke (@abhijeet_dipke) May 3, 2019 He himself has created so much confusion. The issue is of obfuscation of facts. Were you ever given 'honorary' citizenship of Canada as you'd stated in an interview? Now it seems like you've chosen to be a Canadian citizen with nothing 'honorary' about it. Did you lie in your interview? https://t.co/ZGr0bBRR7P — Pratik Sinha (@free_thinker) May 3, 2019
  4. One of the country's most coveted examinations to make it as a civil servant, the Civil Services Examination (CSE), which is conducted by UPSC every year, announced the CSE 2018 results recently on 5th April. While we all know about the exam topper Kanishak Kataria, who had thanked his girlfriend for his success besides his family, there is another candidate from Assam who has achieved nothing less © ANI Hailing from Assam's Sivasagar, Rahul Kumar Gupta is one of the thirteen candidates from the state who cracked the prestigious exam this year. With AIR-286 in the competitive exam, Rahul, who is the son of a small paan shop owner, has shown the world that nothing can stand between one's hard work and ambition. © T8N Rahul has become an inspiration for hundreds of young boys and girls who are preparing to crack the exam. Rahul thanked his family, teachers and other well-wishers for their support and encouragement. He told the media, “I thank all those who have supported me, this would not have been possible without their support." © Flickr Rahul's father is on cloud nine after his son's achievements. Mr Omprakash Gupta runs a small paan shop and admitted that it's been difficult to maintain a family of eight with his meagre income. Mr Gupta shared that, "I really had to work hard to run the family with this small paan shop, Janata Paan Bhandar. I open the shop at six in the morning and continue till 9 pm." However, today he feels nothing but immense pride and joy, and all his struggles are long forgotten. He said, “It was really hard because I had six students in my family. However, today, my son's result has waived of all my hard work over the years.” © Representative Image-Wikipedia Even Rahul's mother cried tears of joy upon hearing the news and shared that Rahul had always been a sincere and bright student. Even Rahul's siblings cannot contain their joy and are flooded with congratulatory wishes. Rahul's younger brother Abhishek was quoted as saying by Time8, “We are proud of bhaiya. He has been a Civil Service aspirant ever since he passed his Higher Secondary examination. This was his third attempt." It has also been reported that Rahul is currently pursuing his PG from JNU, after completing his graduation from DU. Rahul has had an incredible journey and strove hard to fulfil all his ambitions. He is indeed an inspiration for all of us!
  5. This is the right time for a film like 'Kesari' to ride the patriotic wave that's risen in the country, as many who've misplaced their sense of belonging right now can bring it back with this insanely impactful movie. The Akshay Kumar starrer brewed a solid total of almost 100-crore in the first week of its release and if you haven't watched it yet, it's time to get your a*s to the nearest cinema. The film was released on the occasion of Holi, this year and currently it stands at 87 crore. © Zee Studios 'Kesari' is definitely and by far the biggest opener of 2019 and of course the second biggest show-stopper for Akshay Kumar, after 'Gold'. Fortunately, this also makes Akshay Kumar's ninth hit in a row after 'Gold' (102.10 crore), 'PadMan' (78.22 crore), 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha' (132.07 crore), 'Jolly LLB 2' (117 crore), 'Rustom' (127.49 crore), 'Housefull 3' (109.14 crore), 'Airlift' (128.1 crore), and 'Singh Is Bliing' (89.95 crore). All we can really say is Kudos Akshay Kumar, you did good! © Pinterest Trade analyst Taran Adarsh also Tweeted his two bits on the success of the film. #Kesari shows an upward trend on Day 3 [Sat]... Metros pick up, mass circuits good... Big Day 4 [Sun] on the cards... Eyes â¹ 80 cr [+/-] *extended* weekend... Thu 21.06 cr, Fri 16.70 cr, Sat 18.75 cr. Total: â¹ 56.51 cr. India biz. — taran adarsh (@taran_adarsh) 24 March 2019 The film was a mixed-bag of reviews. While it created an impact with most of the people, some of them thought it was too mainstream for a patriotic film. Rotten Tomatoes had about 11 reviews which were not very tasteful for the film. But other than that, the film did remarkably well, all over. © Zee Studios The film is based on the battle of Saragarhi, where 21 Sikh soldiers defended the fort of Saragarhi against 10,000 foreign invaders of the Pashtun fighters in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region, now in Pakistan. If you haven't seen it yet, here's the trailer, so you can finally make up your mind!
  6. Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra starrer 'Kesari' is all set to release this weekend and the actors have left no stone unturned when it comes to promoting this period drama, that is based on the Battle of Saragarhi. 7. Travelling is said to inspire those who indulge in it. It is also said to open newer horizons for those who look beyond all that meets the eye. So when Ixigo co-founders Aloke Bajpai and Rajnish Kumar set out to discover their professional journey in the scenic locales of South France, their explorations reached beyond the journey to and fro from work, and the hidden gems around the area. © MensXP By the end of it, they ended up discovering more of Europe than the Europeans themselves, and as time passed them by in the flat they shared together in France, they decided to work out a way that would bring them closer to their dream, and most of all job satisfaction. Aloke and Rajnish finally made the move in 2007 and founded Ixigo, one of India's leading travel marketplaces, that has changed how India experiences travel around the country and beyond its borders. It quickly became the first stop for travellers whenever they thought of travelling anywhere on the face of this earth. © MensXP However, apart from helping their users with travel bookings and solving their travel related queries, there is another crucial factor that motivates Aloke and Rajnish to keep pushing and stay on their toes all the time. It is the ever changing space of data and analytics of the travel industry, which plays a vital role in their survival. Talking about the same Rajnish said to MensXP, “data is the oil in this economy. Without data, none of our AI algorithms will work.” © MensXP Ixigo does about 200 million train PNR status checks in a month, and that says a lot about the kind of needs they cater to on a day-to-day basis. People wish to find out if they will get a confirmed seat on the day of their travel, before booking a waitlisted seat. With Ixigo's advanced approach, they can now get an idea of confirmation before booking and save themselves from last minute craziness. Similarly, they meticulously keep track of fare hikes and dips, and share insights with their users, to help them save precious money. It's a tricky thing to do, preventing business transactions on their portal but they are not after that at all. They are looking at earning people's trust and that's their sole purpose, because the rest falls into place afterwards. © MensXP The company thrives on trust, and virality of the benefits their users reap by making use of their services. They work around creating better tools to help users with their experience both on the app and the bookings they make through them. Even their team comprises of handpicked individuals who share the founders' vision and zest to make Ixigo a user-friendly and top-end product. © MensXP So when it comes to sharing their greatest learning from the journey so far, they have these words of wisdom to share with aspiring entrepreneurs. “Dream big, and have faith in yourself. Don't give up on your dream because of present constraints, but take the plunge regardless”, share Aloke and Rajnish. “Finding the right co-founder is also key when it comes to taking the first step and building a team that believes in your dream and vision, just as much as you, that's half the job done”, adds Rajnish. Ixigo has come a long way, and we know these two friends will continue to make travelling even easier and better in the time to come.
  8. The moment someone mentions Bollywood, the first thought that comes to our mind is the luxurious lifestyle of our beloved celebrities lead, the crazy fame and fan-following they enjoy and of course, the insane amount of money they earn per film. But, it's very rare when someone shows us the other side of the coin. A side which is dark and filled with thorns, miseries and struggles. Meet Savi Sidhu, whose story is a reflection of how unpredictable an actor's life can be. A man who was once an actor is now working as a security guard. © YouTube For most of us, Savi Sidhu might be a name we are hearing for the first time, but this man had once shared the screen with Akshay Kumar, Dimple Kapadia and Rishi Kapoor in 'Patiala House'. He has also worked in movies like 'Gulaal', 'Black Friday' and 'Bevakoofiyan'. He played Commissioner Samra in 'Black Friday'. But, today the man does not even have money to buy movie tickets. Now, Savi Sidhu is working as a security guard and a video featuring his life story was recently shared on YouTube. © YouTube The video begins with him talking about how Bollywood happened to him. "Anurag Kashyap mile, struggle karte karte toh mujhe Paanch mei liya, unki jo pehli film thi release nahi hui. Uske baad unhone mujhe 'Black Friday' mei liya, one of the main characters that is Commissioner Samra ka role kiya maine then unke sath maine 'Gulaal' bhi kari. Maine Yash Raj, Subhash ji ke sath, Nikhil Advani ke sath 'Patiala House' kari." While talking about his toughest phase, Sidhu who does a 12-hour shift as a security guard in a housing society said, "Sabse tough phase wo tha when I lost my wife". After that, he lost his father, mother and in-laws too. Eventually, he became alone, "akela hote hote alone". © YouTube Today he does not even have the money for bus tickets and watching a movie has become a distant dream for him. "Bohot filme miss kar raha hoon... dekhne ka mann karta hai par meri financial position aisi hai", he further added. Sidhu does not blame Bollywood for his struggle, "Kaam ki kabhi problem nahi hui. Mujhe hi chhodna pada ki mai nahi kar pa raha hoon. You know... it was like kya mere liye wait kar raha hai... yaha jaise logo ko kaam milta nahi aur mere pas itna kaam hai ki mai kaam nahi kar pa raha. Meri financial problems bhi badh gayi, health problems bhi badh gayi toh kaam khatam ho gaya." Although Sidhu might be going through one of the toughest times of his life, he is still hopeful that one day he is going to come back to Bollywood with a bang, and we hope that we get to see him on the big screen once more.

  11. Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan happen to be one of the biggest names in the Bollywood industry and theirs is the kind of bromance that most of us grew up watching. While today the world mostly talks about on-screen chemistry in relation to the lead male and female actors in a film, Akshay and Saif's chemistry, back in the day, evoked similar sizzle on-screen, with its ability to strike a chord with the flamboyant, young male audience. © BCCL From amongst the handful of movies that Akshay and Saif did together, from 'Yeh Dillagi', 'Tu Chor Main Sipahi', to 'Keemat', 'Aarzoo' and even 'Tashan', 'Main Khiladi Tu Anari' remains their greatest entertainer. So. when Akshay recently shared a hilarious anecdote related to the film, during a chat with film critic and entertainment reporter Rajeev Masand, fans couldn't hold back their guffaws. Recalling their chemistry and friendship from the days gone by, Akshay told Rajeev that during the premiere of 'Main Khiladi Tu Anari' in Delhi, he made a funny mess on-stage and that left Saif in splits. © United Seven Creations Talking about the incident, Akshay said, “I also have a very good memory about when we had gone for the premiere... it is very funny what happened that day. Rageshwari, Shilpa, me, Saif... We had gone to Delhi. Now suddenly on stage, this guy comes and says: 'Ab Akshayji, aap ko AIDS ke baare mein kuch kehna hai'. I didn't know the whole premiere was for charity for AIDS. Mr Ratan Jain (the producer of the film) didn't tell us; he forgot. Because I am the senior, they have called me first. Saif is looking at me and he's laughing, he knows I am nervous, he knows I don't know what to say suddenly. And guess what I must have said; I can never forget what I said.” © Yash Raj Films Yes, trust Akshay when he says that what he said that evening is unforgettable, but kudos to his presence of mind which may have ultimately saved the day, because he came up with the most hilarious thing to say. “I had no idea what to say and I just went and I said: 'Doston, anari mat bano, condom istemal karo aur khiladi bano.” Can you beat that? He was unprepared and came up with this, imagine what a more prepared Akshay would have come up with? We bet it couldn't beat this on any given day, because it is so on point.
  12. The entire PewDiePie vs T-series thing was a little too quiet for a while back there, but it's back with a bang, well kinda. With the entire world - including India - supporting PewDiePie in remaining the most subscribed channel on the website, Bhushan Kumar, Gulshan Kumar's son and the chairman and managing director of T-Series decided to make a case for his company on Twitter. He posted a video talking about how T-Series becoming the most subscribed channel will make history and will be a win for India, on his Twitter account. It's just a transparent attempt at his part by trying to play on people's patriotism, which is honestly not okay. Furthermore, T-Series is not exactly what Twitter is about. PewDiePie started a channel on his own and then, over time, became unbelievably successful after putting in so much hard work. T-Series is a company, not a 'YouTuber' and it doesn't deserve to dethrone PewDiePie's record. Pewds on the other hand just laughed it off. 13. Akshay Kumar never ceases to amaze us with all the outrageous things he does. He's the ultimate stuntman of Bollywood and well, his stunts are now even escaping the big screen to real-life. He can set any stage or runway on fire just because it's him, but yesterday, he decided to make things a little more literal. By now, everyone has probably seen a literally lit Akshay Kumar walking down the ramp in a suit that was on fire. 14. We all know that Akshay Kumar and stunts always go hand in hand, but despite being 51, the man refuses to give up. He manages to make us lose our minds by resorting to stunts which leave us all flabbergasted, even now. The latest instance? His fiery ramp walk. Now, you'd think that he walked so good that we're calling it 'fire', metaphorically, but wait till you see the real deal. He walked the ramp wearing a suit that was literally set on fire. Don't believe us? Take a look. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Viral Bhayani (@viralbhayani) on Mar 5, 2019 at 4:20am PST We are as confused as you are, and by the looks of it, it seems like a part of the promotion for his upcoming movie, 'Sooryavanshi', where he plays a badass cop. The makers of the film have been releasing the film's promos in parts, and going by the first three promos we can easily tell that the film is going to be epic. We'd love to see the two men come together for a movie, but seems like the genres and the timings they both choose are poles apart. SRK was last seen in Anand L Rai's 'Zero' which didn't perform well at the box office and Akshay was seen with Rajinikanth in '2.0' and is now working on 'Sooryavanshi' with Rohit Shetty.
  22. Akshay and Twinkle are known for their funny and optimistic opinions all over social media and it's fun and encouraging to read through them from time to time. The video was captioned as: "Something I related to... I was never good at academics but with God's grace, my parents' blessings and hard work, I think I managed pretty well. If they have pertinent role models like politicians and celebrities reiterating the fact that academics and examinations aren't the only things that determine what life really is all about, then the impact is a lot heavier and students may find some relief reading these words from the people they look up to, in stressful times. © Pinterest Akshay too clearly reiterated PM Modi's stance on examinations and how they shouldn't build fear amidst students, and gave an example from his own life, where he wasn't good at academics but that didn't deter his path to achieve what he truly wanted too. I bet the students will find some relief and gratitude upon reading the national award-winning actor's words. © Twitter On the work front, we'd just like to say we love watching Akshay Kumar play a cop (and he has numerous times) and he's coming back as one once again, in Rohit Shetty's 'Sooryavanshi'. While Rohit is still deciding who the leading lady for the film might be, we already know Akshay is playing the lead of the ATS (anti-terrorist squad), in this drama-packed action feature. The shoot will start around April for this one after he's wrapped up two other projects- 'Good News' and 'Mission Mangal'. © Twitter Earlier, there was a row of rumours claiming Shetty's 'Sooryavanshi' is a remake of the Tamil movie 'Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru' and that he's bought the rights to the film too, but the 'Simmba' director dismissed these rumours and said that 'Sooryavanshi' is an original film. Well, that's to be seen in time, we suppose. For now let's just take some motivation from what Akshay has re-tweeted, in the wake of examinations looming upon millions of students.

It's our #70thRepublicDay but our men have been fighting for the country since time unknown. 122 years ago, 21 Sikhs fought against 10000 invaders. #KESARI is their story, in cinemas on March 21." 'Kesari' is based on the Battle of Saragarhi and revolves around the Sikh regiment who, despite being outnumbered, fought against the Afghan army with all their might in the 1890s. Given his love for fitness, there was no way on earth Akshay could have let this day slide by like that. While we were busy gorging on delicious food in the morning or watching the parade, Akshay celebrated Republic Day by going on a hike with wife Twinkle and daughter Nitara. Woke up at the crack of dawn and went hiking with the family, high on the #RepublicDay spirit. pic.twitter.com/q0yWHloB0n — Akshay Kumar (@akshaykumar) January 26, 2019

Wondering what the news is? Well, it's 'Good News'. Confused? Actor Akshay Kumar has a lot of interesting projects lined up and 'Good News' is one of them, which also stars actress Kareena Kapoor Khan. Eros International Akshay Kumar and Kareena were last seen together in 2009 in 'Kambakkht Ishq' (technically 'Gabbar Is Back' but only for a few scenes) and now they are coming together once again for 'Good News' and there couldn't have been a better way than the #10YearChallange to announce the same. 25. Every year, at least one Bollywood movie is released where an actor gets into tremendous shape for the role and people collectively lose their minds. There are multiple videos and posts that get made debating whether the actor got ripped while on steroids, what was his diet, what was his training, and so on. The debate goes on and then everyone forgets about it at some point. And then another movie comes in and the cycle continues. One interesting thing that happens is that multiple news and media outlets interview these actors and ask them for fitness tips for youngsters and other people to follow. This act of putting the actors on a pedestal and asking for fitness tips is outright ridiculous. Here are 5 reasons why they are not the right people to give out fitness information: 1. They Are Not Nutritionists Or Personal Trainers © YouTube It is not their job to know about these things. It is like asking an aeroplane passenger if they know how to operate a flight, as they have flown in an aeroplane. It is outright stupid. 2. They Do It In A Time Frame That Would Be Harmful To Others © YouTube Actors these days end up doing three to four movies a year. Gone are the days when they would just have a single blockbuster movie and reap the benefits of it for a year. The industry is flooded with talent and to stay relevant, they need to be in front of the audiences more. For the same, they need to transition between roles and their physique changes drastically. It is unhealthy and downright insanity for a normal 9-to-5 working guy to try to replicate that. 3. It Is Their Only Job If you have seen this interview of Aamir Khan regarding his transformation for 'Dangal', you know this is not possible with your day job. He would go on a trek for 3-3.5 hours daily, eat low-calorie foods, go to the gym, swim, do cycling or play tennis and then again go for a walk. That is 8-9 hours of daily exercise to shed weight fast. Why do they do that? They get paid to do that. Can you do it? I do not think so. Image 2 4. Their Theories Are Outdated There are multiple scientific studies that have proven time and again that it is the total amount of calories that you eat vs. expenditure that makes you gain weight or lose weight. Things like eating carbs after 6 pm do not really matter or do not go beyond the laws of thermodynamics. There are studies that have also shown that sugar is not linked to cancer and saying so is trying to simplify a very complex problem that is beyond the understanding of a layman. Still, these Bollywood actors think that their knowledge is superior to scientists who dedicate all their lives to studying and do these researches. Here are some absolute gems: "Sugar is poison"- Milind Soman "Do not eat carbs at night" - Varun Dhawan "Do not eat after 6:30 pm"- Akshay Kumar 5. They Do Steroids If you actually thought they all are natural, you must be living in a deluded world and I am happy to burst that bubble for you. Just watch this video where Ranbir Kapoor says that they take Clenbuterol (a banned drug) to have a body transformation and being shunned by Shahid Kapoor. Doing drugs to build a body (Ranbir Kapoor and Sushant Singh) – If you still want to put these guys on a pedestal and follow what they say, go ahead, even though I have just presented a strong case on why you should absolutely NOT.
