  1. E3 gaming expo got over this week and many new upcoming games were announced for consoles and PC. Some of the biggest conferences included games that piqued everyone's interest and we got to see some gameplay or teaser from publishers and studios. Some of these games won't be out until next year while some are about to launch in a few months. We are not going to include annual titles like FIFA and Madden because these games tend to remain the same with minor updates. Here are the best coolest games that were announced or showed off at E3 this year: 1. Cyberpunk 2077 (PS4,Xbox One, PC) - April 2020 Last year, we got to check out some exclusive gameplay behind closed doors and this year, we got to see some more footage of the upcoming gaming by CD Project Red. What was cool about this revelation was that we got to see a character being played by Keanu Reeves. The game is set in a dystopian future where humans can upgrade their bodies with augmentations. Being a CD Projekt Red game, we can expect some killer plots and RPG mechanics that we've been familiar with from the Witcher series. The expectation for this game is very high and we hope the developers can deliver. 2. Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order' (PS4, Xbox One, PC) - November 2019 EA has not come out with a single-player story-driven game every since the company switched its strategy to live service titles. However, this we got to see Respawn Entertainment's “Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order” gameplay that blew us away from the start. You will play as one of the last remaining Jedis after the Empire has taken over the galaxy. The gameplay footage showed us what we can do in the game i.e. weird lightsabers, use force powers to defeat enemies and interact with the environment, and go on an adventure with your own cute little droid. 3. 'Watch Dogs: Legion' (PS4, Xbox One, PC, Google Stadia) - March 2020 Watch Dogs is coming back in the form of 'Watch Dogs: Legion' that will be set in post-Brexit London. The city is under a paramilitary organisation called 'Albion' after the fall of the Government and it is up to you to take on the authority. As a part of a rebellious group called DedSec, you will be playing as multiple characters to take on Albion with gadgets, hacking and good old shooting. The coolest part about this game is that you can play as any character you want in the city. You can play as a master assassin, a gifted hacker or even as an old lady. Ubisoft says that you will be able to recruit anyone and the cutscenes in the game will adjust according to who you are playing as. We highly recommend you check out the gameplay footage above to know more about this game. 4. 'Ghostwire: Tokyo' The game was showcased at Bethesda's E3 conference and was met with good reception at the expo and on Twitter. The game is basically a scary, action-adventure game where citizens of Tokyo are disappearing for some odd reason. Your job is to find out why and that's all we got to see from this teaser trailer. From the makers of “The Evil Within,” you really should check out what they have in store for us. 5. Doom Eternal (PS4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia - November 2020 A brand new Doom game is coming for fans next year where the forces of Hell have begun to invade Earth, and the Doom Slayer arrives to repel the demons. It is the fifth main title in the Doom series and put heavy emphasis on "push-forward" combat. Creative director Hugo Martin has stated there will be twice as many demon types in this game and we can't wait to get our hands on it. Check out the gameplay footage above if you can handle it.
  2. We all know of the lavish lifestyle lived by one of the most famed boxers ever, Mike Tyson. It's definitely a lot different than what it used to be in his boxing heydays. In 2016, Tyson set up his own company called Tyson Holistic Holdings, which sells all types of cannabis-based products and merchandise. But now, the retired heavyweight champion is focusing all his efforts on a new project, which is a 407-acre marijuana holiday resort in Southern California. © Pintrest The resort will definitely be home to a lot of attractions like a huge lazy river, and the 'Kind Music Festival', which Tyson and his partner Rob Hickman describe as 'the Lollapalooza Cannabis'. Although Tyson's ranch isn't completely built yet, the festival took place on February 2019 and did magnificently well. The festival gave people a chance to listen to some good live music, smoke some marijuana and learn about the health benefits of cannabis. The ranch, whose construction is underway, aims at accommodating the growing cannabis tourism industry with a hotel and 200 'glamping' units. © Tyson Ranch "I thought about how much good I could do by helping people with cannabis. It was a no-brainer. I've been fighting for over 20 years, and my body has a lot of wear and tear. I had two surgeries and I used marijuana to calm my nerves, and it would take the pain away... But before, they had me on those opiates, and those opiates had me all screwed up." said Tyson in an interview with an international publication. Apart from the festival and hosting cannabis tourism, the resort will also focus on imparting knowledge on the health benefits of the drug and how it can be used for health purposes, to cure many ailments and diseases. "He's building a holistic centre for health and wellness. There will be testing in the university. It's going to be about educating people on the healing benefits, how to grow, and how to be in proper business." said Tyson's business partner, Rob Hickman in an interview with an international publication. © Kind Music Festival While marijuana or pot is used a lot recreationally, it has a lot of health benefits which we aren't aware of. Mostly, people, and by people I mean authorities, think it's used to get 'high' but medical marijuana has been used a lot in the past to cure a lot of physiological issues, sometimes even cancer. Hemp oils are extensively used in cancer research. But unfortunately, in India, which is one of the biggest exporters of Hashish, the use of this drug is banned all over, even medically. What Mike Tyson has established is a clean and healthy way to promote something that can be used recreationally and as a health benefit, without causing any harm to the user and we hope we can legalize the drug here, at least medically, so people can benefit from it from time to time.
  3. Virat Kohli is without doubt once-a-generation player of the cricketing world who has taken over every fan of the game with his charisma, angry young man attitude and most importantly the perfection in batting that the cricketer has achieved having put years and years of practice into his craft. Now, as the captain of the most influential cricketing team in the world, Kohli is in pursuit of immortalising his name amongst the greatest men of the sport through the years as he looks to bring India it's third World Cup title. And it is safe to say that the 30-year-old's determination to become a legend has already paid off well as on Wednesday, the ever so famous wax museum Madame Tussauds of London unveiled his statue at Lord's Cricket Ground in the English capital, symbolising the inception of the ICC World Cup 2019. Credit: Madame Tussauds Starting Thursday, the Indian skipper's statue will be displayed at Madame Tussauds until July 15 or the day of the final of the quadrennial tournament. Steve Davies, General Manager at Madame Tussauds London, said: “Cricket fever is set to sweep the nation in the coming weeks so what better way to unveil our new figure of Virat Kohli than with the help of our neighbours at Lord's. “We hope that cricket fans will enjoy not only watching their hero on the pitch but taking to the crease with him here at Madame Tussauds London.” The effigy also boasts of the official kit of the Men in Blue, launched especially for the 2019 World Cup alongside pairs of gloves and shoes that were donated by the cricketer himself. Tarah Cunynghame, Head of Retail & Tours at Lord's Cricket Ground, said: “Lord's is the perfect backdrop to reveal this fantastic figure of Virat Kohli on the eve of the Cricket World Cup. The anticipation of the exciting summer of cricket has already started, with thousands of visitors coming to the Ground and enjoying a tour of Lord's and around the MCC Museum." “The figure of the famous batsman will delight any cricket fans visiting Madame Tussauds London.” A man who grew up watching his inspirations such Kapil Dev and Sachin Tendulkar achieve greatness on the field, now has a statue that will be placed next to theirs says a thousand words about how far the Delhi local has come. Credit: Madame Tussauds Virat Kohli and Team India are to begin their 2019 World Cup journey on 5th June 2019 against Faf du Plessis' South African team.
  4. Xiaomi's Redmi phones have been a huge hit for the company. So much so that 'Redmi' is now a separate sub-brand. So far the Redmi has been limited to the budget segment, but the company is about to change that with its upcoming flagship device - the Redmi K20. The Redmi K20, in case you don't know, is a flagship phone, and Xiaomi officials have been calling it the 'flagship killer 2.0'. We still have to wait for it to launch officially to see if it's really a flagship killer, but we do know quite a bit about the phone already, including a picture of it. Rumored Specs That We Know So Far The Redmi K20 has been confirmed to sport Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855 SoC, which means the phone will enjoy its space as a flagship phone alongside the Mi 9. As a flagship phone, it's safe to say that it'll carry a minimum of 6GB of RAM, although you can also expect an 8GB RAM variant. © Weibo As for the optics, the Redmi K20 will feature triple cameras on the back. You can clearly see all the three cameras in the render. Here', take a look. © Twitter Furthermore, the primary sensor of the phone is said to be a Sony IMX586 with 48MP resolution. It's the same sensor that's being used by OnePlus for the OnePlus 7 Pro phone, and we're quite optimistic about the picture quality. As of now, there's no info about the other two sensors, so we'll wait for more rate than speculating. And if you're a sucker for slo-mo videos then make a note that the Redmi K20 will also support 960fps slo-mo videos. A few other things we know about the phone is that it'll have a Notchless display, it'll have a pop-up camera and there'll be an in-display fingerprint scanner. Redmi K20 Launching in India Soon Here's the best part - The Redmi K20 is said to be coming to India very soon. The same has been confirmed by Xiaomi India's head Manu Kumar Jain. Most amazing & awaited flagship device launch of the year - #Flagship #Killer 2.0! ð I am in China to attend the launch event next week - on 28th May. Only one week to go! ð Mi Fans! 5. Over the last few years, India has been on an all-time high when it comes to its indigenous productions and successes. The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has a myriad of achievements to its credit, and a large number of them have made India proud across the globe. Yet again, the organisation has scripted history by successfully launching a satellite which will reportedly also double up as a counter-terrorism tool and help track terrorist movements, amongst a lot of other things. ð®ð³ #ISROMissions ð®ð³#PSLVC46 successfully injects #RISAT2B into Low Earth Orbit. Here's the view of #RISAT2B separation captured by our onboard camera Our updates will continue. pic.twitter.com/WUTBdNH2XJ — ISRO (@isro) May 22, 2019 Named RISAT-2B, which is short for Radar Imaging Satellite-2B, it is a super surveillance satellite which was launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota. Weighing 615kgs, the satellite will also play an important role in the field of agriculture, forestry and disaster management support. ð®ð³ #ISROMissions ð®ð³ For those who missed watching the launch live, take a look at the majestic lift-off of #PSLVC46! It is an excellent satellite with hi-fi earth observation (capabilities).” An HT report also suggested that the RISAT-2B, with its synthetic aperture radar, can observe Earth and the Indian borders all the time all times, even on a cloudy day. (We suppose now PM Modi wouldn't have to worry about others trying to attack India under cloud cover. Hehe!) © Twitter The satellite will stay in orbit for the next five years, and take over the responsibilities carried by RISAT-2. RISAT-2 had been used to monitor and thwart infiltration by terrorists across the Indian subcontinent. Furthermore, this was the 72nd launch vehicle mission from Sriharikota and marks ISRO's third launch in 2019. People cannot stop lauding the organisations achievements: Congratulations team ISRO. #Incredible_India ð®ð³ — IRONY MAN (@karanku100) May 22, 2019 Proud to be an Indian... Congratulations ISRO. 6. A normal day in the life of Ranveer Singh would look something like this: waking up, brushing teeth, planning a bizarre outfit for the day, have pictures clicked, work for brilliant films, come back home and repeat the next day. That is the kind of reputation Ranveer Singh has set for himself after wearing the most unthinkable and the wackiest outfits of all times. Ranveer Singh's prime weapon in promoting a film is the way he dresses for promotions. These outfits are out of the ordinary and no one can imagine wearing these outfits in the restricting space of Bollywood. The fact that someone mainstream like himself wears these outfits makes all the more headlines in the mainstream media. For the recent awards, Ranveer Singh wore a yellow pant suit from the Dior homme, SS19. To complete the look, he groomed a perfect pornstar moustache to go with it and futuristic space-age sun glasses. Take a look: © Instagram/ @ranveersingh © Instagram/ @ranveersingh After the launch of his music label INCINK, Ranveer Singh is venturing out in the music industry with his fellow gully boy rappers. Given that he had already created a desi rapper aesthetic for himself, the rapper will most definitely will be dressing like one in the coming days. And here's the thing: we got to know about the music label recently. He's been planning this for quite some time now. And new responsibilities sometimes changes the way people dress. Look at him sport some sharp outfits. © Instagram/ @ranveersingh © Instagram/ @ranveersingh We can't wait for the crazy outfits that Ranveer Singh is going to throw at us.
  7. Salman Khan is something like a Godfather to not so starry star-kids and aspiring actors in Bollywood. Over the years Salman has presented the Hindi film industry with numerous newbies by launching them, and by his own admission, he has no plans of stopping anytime soon. As 'Notebook' hits the theatres today, it also marks the debut film of yesteryear actress Nutan's granddaughter and actor Mohnish Bahl's daughter Pranutan, as well as Salman's friend Iqbal's son, Zaheer. View this post on Instagram Bina mile kabhi pyaar ho sakta hai? Introducing @pranutan & @iamzahero in this unique love story directed by @nitinrkakkar. #Notebook, releasing 29th March 2019, trailer out on 17th Feb. @SKFilmsOfficial @cine1studios @muradkhetani @ashwinvarde @tseries.official A post shared by Salman Khan (@beingsalmankhan) on Feb 13, 2019 at 10:29pm PST Now as per latest reports, Salman is all set to launch yet another face and that is Salman's bodyguard Shera's son, Tiger. Talking about launching fresh faces in the industry, Salman told Bombay Times, “Shera's son Tiger is being groomed right now and he's already being considered by so many producers and directors. Shera feels I will be the best judge of a script for his son, so I am now sifting through scripts. I am yet to find something worthy.” View this post on Instagram I am there waiting, watching and keeping to the shadows. But when he needs me, I will step out of shadows and protect my Maalik @beingsalmankhan #Salmankhan #Shera #Beingshera A post shared by Being Shera (@beingshera) on Mar 3, 2019 at 1:02am PST Reportedly, Tiger has previously worked as an assistant director on Salman's film 'Sultan' in 2016. He admits that he will continue to launch newcomers in the industry for as long as he can because, “I was also launched at some point and I think the industry can do with some more fresh talent,” he said. © Pintrest Well, we can see where that motivation is coming from, and sure enough if these aspiring actors get the boost they need, and prove their mettle, they might actually add great flavour to the industry's growing young brigade. However, only their talent will prove their worth in the longer run. Let's see what is in store for Tiger.
  8. Every year, monsoon hits Mumbai really hard and so do the truckload of memes that are made on traffic and roads. If you are living in Mumbai, then your friends must have (at some point) tagged you in memes where people are booking boats on Uber and Ola. Don't know about Ola, but Uber has made those memes come true by launching UberBoat. No, it's not what you think it is! Twitter Recently, in partnership with the Maharashtra Maritime Board, Uber launched its new speedboat service in Mumbai, which will connect Gateway of India to Elephanta Islands and Mandwa Jetty that connects Alibaug to Mumbai. Slow claps for all those who thought we were joking. Pixabay The UberBoat services were supposed to start from today i.e. February 1, but due to some technical errors Uber wrote on their official Twitter that their UberBoat pilot will not go online now. Due to unforeseen operational issues, the Uber Boat pilot in Mumbai will not go live tomorrow. Our teams are working hard to ensure that we launch the service on our platform as soon as possible. — Uber India (@Uber_India) January 31, 2019 The boat service will reportedly cover the existing ferry routes around the sea routes of Mumbai. The rides will be available in two variants - UberBOAT and BOAT XL. The first one will be a 6-8 seater speed boat that can be availed at Rs 5,700 and the second one will be a 10-seater boat priced at Rs 9,500. While the UberBoat is expected to make waterway commute convenient and more efficient for Mumbaikars, people on Twitter have multiple and hilarious thoughts about it. #uber #uberboat pic.twitter.com/F2cOFGzjDL — hemant morparia (@hemantmorparia) February 1, 2019 After cars, autos, @Uber to now offer boat rides. 9. October is going to be one of the most happening months for mobile enthusiasts because we're expecting many new top-tier phones to launch. A couple of years back, March used to be filled to the brim with launches at MWC Barcelona and all the big names tried to take down one another. Samsung's S-series has established itself as a leader and all OEMs are now focusing on improving their product and launching it at the end of the year. This way, they have an edge in analysing the market trend as well as the following holiday season helps in boosting sales. This year, the hype has been more about price sensitive phones like the POCO F1, Mi A2, Vivo X21, and the Nokia 7 Plus. Now, we are looking forward to seeing the flagship phones from makers like Google, OnePlus, LG, Nokia, and Razer. 1. Google Pixel 3: Since you guys keep asking... https://t.co/DpRqzsyRem">pic.twitter.com/DpRqzsyRem — Evan Blass (@evleaks) https://twitter.com/evleaks/status/1043276447094333441?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">September 21, 2018 There aren't too many secrets left to share about Google's upcoming Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL phones. Both devices have been leaked left and right, so we know the smaller Pixel 3 will have a notch-less screen, while the larger Pixel 3 XL will have a notch on top. The Pixel 3 is expected to have a single rear camera, while the front has a dual camera setup. The Pixel 3 XL will also have a similar setup and the duo will be powered by a Snapdragon 845 SoC, 4GB RAM, and 128GB storage. Google has started teasing or trolling, depends on your perspective, and things will go official on October 9. 2. OnePlus 6T: (c) Onleaks Continuing the same launch timeline, OnePlus has confirmed it will be launching the 6T by the third week of October. While the 'T' series phones from the company are supposed to have minor upgrades over the May flagship, rumours, and reports suggest OnePlus has some interesting new things coming up. This includes a much smaller water droplet style notch on the top, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and maybe, a triple camera setup on the back. These additions are sure to offend quite a lot of OnePlus 6 buyers, not just because a new and better flagship has been launched within 6 months, but because they are also removing the 3.5mm headphone jack. Yes, OnePlus intends to go the Apple way. 3. The Mystery 4X Samsung: (c) Samsung Honestly, this is the phone I'm personally most excited about. The core reason being, Samsung has managed to keep the lid on, and everything we've heard about it so far is extremely unreliable. This is how phone launches are actually supposed to be, exciting, not leaked multiple times again and again. As far as the details are concerned, we are guessing it'll have a 4-camera setup on the rear. A much bigger guess can be a foldable phone, but that's a very big if. Samsung will be making everything official on October 11. 4. Razer Phone 2: (c) Twitter Razer too has scheduled a launch, nicely fitting between Google and Samsung. We know the new phone will be focused on gaming, (obviously!) and will also have a dual camera setup on the rear. Leaked renders of the phone suggest it will have sharp edges and slim bezels too. The Razer logo on the back will be glowing, and the phone will have a 6-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. We are also pretty sure the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 845 SoC and will be backed by a 4500mAh battery. The phone will be launched on October 10. 5. Huawei Mate 20: Twitter / @rquandt The Mate series is typically the larger version of Huawei's flagship smartphone ranges, and this year's Mate 20 will feature the new Kirin 980 platform and make its debut on 16 October at an event in London. The Mate 20 series will continue with the premium design found on the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro, though it is likely to adopt waterproofing and the notch design of the P20 and P20 Pro. ReplyForward
