  1. It's summer and Peter Parker has decided to go on vacation, telling us that the Marvel Cinematic Universe is definitely far from being over. The social media embargo on reviews of 'Spider-Man: Far From Home' has been lifted and the feedback is as bright as a positive ray of light. Disney is definitely confident about what about the film director, Jon Watts has made and the reactions talk about its humour, action and a few major twists. Although the movie is set to release on July 5, the press screenings have started and we can't wait to catch the new Spidey flick. © Sony Pictures Releasing Marvel and Disney have always made it a point to lift embargos on movies way before their release to get a positive word of mouth in advance and this time was no different. According to the trailer, this one has Peter Parker aka Spider-Man taking a vacation in Europe with his classmates. However, he runs into Nick Fury (Samuel L Jackson) or rather he's hunted down by Fury and the mysterious Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) aka Quentin Beck to help defeat some apolyptic 'Elemental' monster! © Sony Pictures Releasing Some are calling the film a perfect 'Avengers: Endgame' epilogue where the MCU goes on an emotionally fulfilling ride, while some say it's the best Spidey movie yet. Let's see what the critics have to say about 'Spider-Man: Far From Home' FAR FROM HOME has dethroned Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 2 & is now favorite Spider-Man film. What's insane is that I can't even tell u why I'm so in love with this film because it would be a spoiler. Gyllenhaal is incredible. Holland re-confirms as the best Spidey to date. Amazing. pic.twitter.com/pbynxYIEyQ — Kevin McCarthy (@KevinMcCarthyTV) 19 June 2019 I didn't expect to laugh so hard at a movie that deals with the emotional and global fallout of Avengers: Endgame. I really, really enjoyed #SpiderManFarFromeHome (liked it a smidge more than Homecoming), and thought it absolutely succeeded when it dealt with human-scale stories. pic.twitter.com/Cy985w2NeV — Terri Schwartz (@Terri_Schwartz) 19 June 2019 I had a big dumb smile on my face through all of #SpiderManFarFromHome. It makes for a lovely companion piece to Endgame, but it's also a top-notch Peter story. Oh, and Jake Gyllenhaal is clearly having the time of his LIFE. — Devan Coggan (@devancoggan) 19 June 2019 #SpiderManFarFromHome isn't quite as wonderful as Homecoming, but it's a really strong, endearing sequel that delivers some excellent moments in its second half in particular. It commendably furthers Peter's story while laying groundwork for what's next in a notably deft way. — Eric Goldman (@TheEricGoldman) 19 June 2019 I saw Spider-Man: Far From Home last night - it's pretty much the perfect Avengers: Endgame epilogue - reminding us that the MCU goes on in a joyous, emotionally fulfilling ride. #SpiderManFarFromHome — Sean Keane (@SpectacularSean) 19 June 2019 #SpiderMan #FarFromHome is an absolute home run. It's SO much fun. It's huge in itself and for the future of the MCU in the most surprising ways. Tom Holland, Jake Gyllenhaal, just a lethal, awesome combo!! I cannot wait to see this movie again. And again. pic.twitter.com/0hYJvKkdjN — Brandon Davis (@BrandonDavisBD) 19 June 2019 I can't stress this enough: stay all the way through the credits for #FarFromHome!!! There's a couple of brilliant sequences waiting for you! Dodge #SpiderMan spoilers as best you can!! pic.twitter.com/vhiJcMwzF1 — Brandon Davis (@BrandonDavisBD) 19 June 2019 Absolutely loved SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME. I'm a huge Mysterio fan and Gyllenhaal nails him. Also the movie is very clever (and funny) how it handles the fallout post ENDGAME in explaining how this world works now. — Mike Ryan (@mikeryan) 19 June 2019 Didn't LOVE #SpiderManFarFromHome as much as Homecoming but it's still a rad take on bearing the weight of great expectations and a fun ode to teen romance. Tom Holland continues to be amazing, Zendaya's MJ is just as cool as Shuri and Jake G's an inspired choice for Mysterio. pic.twitter.com/nnu7BPjcFO — Brian Truitt (@briantruitt) 19 June 2019 #FarFromHome non spoiler thoughts: most comic booky movie marvel has put out. Second and third acts are outstanding. The two post credit sequences are going to stick in my brain for a L O N G time. I cannot wait to see this movie at least three more times. — Preeti Chhibber (@runwithskizzers) 19 June 2019 #Spiderman #FarFromHome is SUCH a good movie! Jake Gyllenhaal suits up & completely embraces his role in its entirety & he's clearly having a blast. This is such a refreshing film after the heaviness of #EndGame. The post-credit scenes are a MUST WATCH & will blow your dang mind! pic.twitter.com/wcTh9iHaYq — Maude Garrett (@maudegarrett) 19 June 2019 Spider-Man: Far from Home is an extremely fun, cleverly executed, and frequently hilarious culmination of the MCU's wall-crawler's journey so far. Some very sweet moments, sly commentary and deft action set-pieces throughout #SpiderManFarFromHome pic.twitter.com/5sAmxh4E3p — Jim Vejvoda (@JimVejvoda) 19 June 2019 #SpiderManFarFromHome had the difficult task of following two epic Avengers movies AND Spider-Verse and succeeds by telling a smaller, classical story about Peter Parker caught between what he wants and what responsibility demands. Pure cat(spider)nip for Spidey fans like me. pic.twitter.com/G2a4p6YhAr — Matt Singer (@mattsinger) 19 June 2019 I love that #SpiderManFarFromHome is all sleight-of-hand. It begs to be seen multiple times. pic.twitter.com/nwIX24L8WH — Jason Guerrasio (@JasonGuerrasio) 19 June 2019 absolutely loved #SpiderManFarFromHome. Captures the spirit of the comics and mixes in some amazing movie magic. The second the film ended I wanted to watch it again. #JakeGyllenhaal is fantastic as Mysterio. pic.twitter.com/4ZYaS0L8mf — Steven Weintraub (@colliderfrosty) 19 June 2019 #SpiderManFarFromHome is the coda we needed after Endgame, a glimpse of how the world looks now that the dust has settled. Could maybe have gone a bit harder on P's emotional arc, but bursting with warmth and humor and awkward teen romance. ð Also: Jake G = perfect casting. — Angie J. Han (@ajhan) 19 June 2019 #SpiderManFarFromHome: B-/C+. If you loved the teen-centric stuff in Homecoming, there's more where that came from. Some of the comedy falls flat, but this film has A LOT going on – ultimately beneficial because it mostly distracts from stuff that doesn't land quite as well. pic.twitter.com/1wVMyT5bv9 — Ben Pearson (@benpears) 19 June 2019 'Spider-Man: Far From Home' is a refreshingly light-hearted adventure after the somber intensity of Avengers: Endgame, delivering exactly the kind of wise-cracking antics we've come to expect from Tom Holland's Peter Parker. - @jacobkleinman pic.twitter.com/EWik8F9VUr — Inverse (@inversedotcom) 19 June 2019 A lot of critics praised the film, saying it didn't disappoint them at all, as you can see above from the reactions. They all concurred that MCU has the most amazing ways to surprise their fans. There were also praises for how the film carved it's story post 'Avengers: Endgame' ending, and how the characters react to Iron Man aka Tony Starks death. There's a lot of mention of that towards the film's climactic action scene and several critics have mentioned that one may want to watch it over and over, just for that remarkable twist, towards the end. The film will conclude the third phase of the MCU, post which new characters will be introduced into the series, in all probability. So, get your Spidey game on and get ready to witness an excellent movie (as told by the critics) on July 5.
  2. Fans finally got to see the video game adaptation of 'Avengers' when Square Enix revealed the trailer of the upcoming game. While the majority of fans were excited, we got to see a trailer with characters that did not resemble any of the stars from the movies. The game was revealed at E3 this week and the game is set to release on May 15th 2020. © Square Enix While we are quite excited about the game, fans of the franchise weren't too pleased to see their characters having a very generic look. Fans on Twitter reacted with a very disappointed tone and noted that the characters neither sounded or looked like some of their favourite characters. None of the characters in the game share a likeness or even a similar voice to the superheroes we are used to in the big screen. The trailer was met with instant mockery and here are some of the memes that got us cracking up: live look at me watching Square Enix's AVENGERS game trailer at the precise moment where I realized they didn't get likeness rights for any of the actors pic.twitter.com/FMAGpV7c9p — Scott Wampler™ (@ScottWamplerBMD) June 11, 2019 MARVEL: We wanna use ya'll likeness in the new Avenger's game. The other good news is that the game will not have any loot boxes and most of the new characters will be free. New locations to play the game will also come as a part of a free update. Sure, the game does not have the actors we love, however, the game does have voice actors such as Nolan North, Laura Bailey, and Troy Baker. The game is set to release on PS4, Xbox One, Stadia and PC.
  3. The Uncharted movie adaptation has had a very rocky journey so far; however, we can finally calm down as a release date for the movie has been set. Sony has given a release date of December 18, 2020, for the movie which means we aren't that far away from seeing Nathan Drake on the big screen. © YouTube For what we know, Tom Holland will be playing Drake and the movie will be directed by Dan Trachtenberg. The action-adventure movie does not have a plot summary yet and it is not confirmed whether the movie will follow the plot from the video game series. Uncharted is more like a modern spin to the Indiana Jones genre where Drake and his friends go off to mysterious locations to hunt treasures. The game is known to have massive action set pieces, a lot of parkour-ing and of course some witty lines. © Sony So far there have been four main games in the Uncharted video game series starring Nathan Drake and one spin-off featuring his friends. There have been speculations that the movie will be about Drake becoming a treasure hunter. However, this is just based on speculation right now. © YouTube Uncharted 4: A Thief's End was the last instalment in the series that wrapped up Nathan Drake's story and is probably the last Uncharted game to be made by Naughty Dog. The studio has hinted that Uncharted 5 could be a possibility and may be made by a different studio. Naughty Dog is the highly acclaimed studio that made the Uncharted games and 'The Last of Us.' There is also a big screen adaptation of 'The Last of Us' in the works.
  4. Brad Pitt is on a roll! One of his upcoming movies has already got everyone so excited- I'm talking about 'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood' just FYI - and now, his next movie has also got everyone talking. We cannot get enough of space movies and everyone in Hollywood also apparently knows that. This is why we get a great movie after another and this new one seems very exciting, and not just because it has Brad Pitt. The first trailer for 'Ad Astra' came out yesterday and it's getting a lot of positive reactions. While the trailer does give out a little too much than it probably should have, it's still great to get an idea of what is basically happening in the movie before watching it. So, it's not that big of a deal. Basically, Brad Pitt plays astronaut Roy McBride who travels to the outer edges of the solar system to find his missing father and unravel a mystery that threatens the survival of our planet. So, pretty basic right? No high stakes? Yep. Even the trailer looks so cool. 5. 'Brahmastra' is one of the most-anticipated films of 2020 for ample of reasons. Firstly, the movie will see Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt pairing up together for the first time on-screen. They have been in the headlines for their budding relationship and now, fans can't wait to see them on the silver screen. Second is that fact that the movie is a supernatural drama by Ayan Mukerji. The team is currently shooting for the movie in Varanasi and the BTS pictures from the sets are doing the rounds on social media. In the photos, you can see Ranbir and Alia holding their hands and standing on a boat looking pensive, while they were shooting for a song sequence on Chet Singh Ghat in Varanasi. The major portion of the shoot will happen at the Ramnagar Fort in Varanasi. In the photos, you can see Alia wearing a red shrug with a white top and denim and Ranbir is dressed in an olive green shirt and denim. The pictures of the two have been curated by many of their fan clubs and the movie is beginning to look really promising. It is a step ahead. This will take cinema to another level." The film is all set to hit the screen in Summer 2020. Are you excited? Let us know in the comments below.
  6. Call it a new success mantra or just a coincidence, this year Bollywood seems to be heavily looming on cop dramas, crime thrillers and movies based on real events. Ayushmann Khurrana's upcoming movie 'Article 15' is the latest addition to the bandwagon. Zee Studios No one owned the year 2018 like Ayushmann Khurrana did. He was the uncontested 'Star of the Year', who won all our hearts with his impeccable performance in movies like 'Badhaai Ho' and 'Andhadhun'. And the teaser that just dropped proves he is all set to slay this year as well. Zee Studios The 46-second teaser shows Ayushmann Khurrana as a cop, involved in an investigation that will shake up decades of discrimination. In the background, there is a voice-over of Ayushmann where he talks about how people have been discriminated on the basis of caste, religion, gender or birth place. Despite the fact that Article 15 of Constitution Of India prohibits discrimination of people based on any of these grounds. The teaser is intriguing and gripping and leaves the audience with a very important message, "Farq Bahut Kar Liya, Ab Farq Laayenge!" Directed by Anubhav Sinha, the official trailer of 'Article 15' is expected to release on May 30.
  7. The election results are out and the Modi wave is taking the nation and the world by storm. Narendra Modi has come back as India's PM yet again. Before the elections, Modi Ji's biopic which stars Vivek Anand Oberoi in the titular role was swimming in controversy and was banned for a brief period of time. The movie finally saw the light of the day and was released today amidst the celebration of Modi Ji's win. The film is getting a good response mostly as many feel the storyline is inspiring. Strong. 8. 'Jo lakhon ke dil mein dhadhak raha tha, woh kuch ke aankhon mein khatak rakh tha' - That's how we are given the introduction of Narendra Damodardas Modi in Omung Kumar's biopic. Well, Bollywood is minting cash on the popular trend of biopics, and the latest one to join the bandwagon is Vivek Oberoi's 'PM Narendra Modi'. From the very beginning, the movie sets the tone that India's most powerful leader, Modi is honest and has no flaws. From 1950 to the day he took the oath as India's Prime Minister, the movie has captured all the events wherein you see the heroic side of the man who started his journey from being a 'chaiwala' to India's biggest 'chowkidar'. For Modi followers, the movie is a celebration of the man who rose to become one of the most powerful politicians in the world, from humble beginnings. © Legend Global Studio From his personal to professional life, Modi has been glorified to the fullest in this biopic. There will be moments in the movie where your heart will burst with immense pride, but this saintly tale comes off somewhat as an account told by a fanboy or in colloquial yet controversial terms, a 'Modi Bhakt'. Narendra Modi is shown as a prophet of humanity and now, we totally get why the Election Commission banned the film before the polls, as it would have garnered the PM nothing but more fan following before the results. But, we must say that the timing of the movie is still apt, as the NDA government is set to come to power again, along with Modi retaining his chair as Prime Minister. © Reuters However, the movie has whitewashed all the controversies associated with Modi, particularly the Gujarat riots. But, I am not saying the movie won't evoke a sliver of patriotism in you. Although, as a movie buff or critic, you might find it as a manipulative attempt to make Modi look like a Messiah of sorts. The first half is sort of a snoozefest as Vivek delivers a very mediocre performance. It's the second half where Vivek sinks his teeth into the character of Modi and channels the mannerisms of the Prime Minister perfectly and here's when you see the true actor in Vivek emerge. The movie falls flat, considering the dialogues which are just on your face. It seems like a pro-Modi college student has written the dialogues. For example, "mera Gujarat jal raha hai", and "akhand Bharat ki neev khadi karni hai". It's jingoistic in some ways and clearly obvious, that the idea was to just show Modi as the only hope to provide salvation to an India that is doomed. Overall, the movie can surely be an enjoyable watch for his fans, but to the critical eye, it just lacks soul.
  9. Diljit Dosanjh is the golden boy right now enjoying the love and fame for literally everything he does. From songs to movies to world tours, he's acing it all and giving us more reasons to love him. The self-proclaimed Kylie Jenner fanboy is coming back with a Punjabi movie titled 'Shadaa' which is a laugh riot. The trailer gives you some vibes of 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety' but nevertheless, it's completely entertaining. The story follows an eternal bachelor which translates to 'Shadaa' in Punjabi played by Diljit, who dreams of getting married but later realises that bachelorhood is better. For a brief moment, he falls in love with Neeru Bajwa but later realises that his happiness lies in staying single. © brat films Eventually, after succumbing to the pressure of getting married, this 'Shadaa' decides to get married to a doll named Kylie and asks his parents to give their blessings. © brat films In case you are not well versed with the Punjabi language, the subtitles should help, but this movie surely proves that this dude here can sing, dress sharp, act in movies with a star cast like 'Udta Punjab' and then also blow us away with his great comic timing, all in one go!

  11. In 1988, a 6-year-old boy went for his first live concert with his parents in New York. At the legendary Madison Square Garden, the kid, who was possibly one of Mithun Chakraborty's biggest fans, saw his idol perform live in front of 20,000 screaming fans. Fast forward to the present, and that 6-year-old fanboy found himself sharing screen space with his idol, Mithun Da as a co-actor, in 'The Tashkent Files'. © Prashantt Guptha The little boy we're talking about is actor Prashantt Guptha, who in an exclusive interview with MensXP, spoke about how his journey and how it is nothing less than a 'divine miracle' for him to do a film with Mithun Chakraborty. BTW, did we tell you, 'The Tashkent Files' has been critically acclaimed and is doing incredibly well at the box office? Taking cue from 'Gully Boy', Prashantt said, "the milestone success of 'THE TASHKENT FILES' gives me that apna time aayega kind of feeling." © Prashantt Guptha "From 'Issaq' to 'Neerja' to 'The Tashkent Files', I came here to stay and my time has come," - Prashantt Guptha. Being a fan is one thing, but working with your idol as a co-star is a surreal experience. When we spoke to Prashantt and the excitement in his tone said it all, "the joy of going from a fanboy to co-star is no less than a divine miracle. How can I ever forget the vivid memory of him dancing to 'Krishna, dharti pe aaja tu' in front of 20,000 screaming fans. Never did I imagine that 30 years later I would work with him in a film and be on the same poster." © Prashantt Guptha When asked about his experience, he said, "Had Dada not made me comfortable from day one, I would have been nervous throughout the whole film. That was one memorable moment, where you are sitting with him and cracking jokes, eating together and even get a compliment from him. When he heard this (New York concert) story, his eyes were glittering like there were stars in his eyes." Success stories don't happen in a day, as everyone goes throuh his or her fair share of struggle. For Prashantt too, it wasn't a cakewalk or luck that worked in his favour. From facing multiple rejections, humiliation at the hands of some people to battling depression; Prashantt's struggle not only made him stronger and wiser but also gave everyone around him hope that if you have willpower, then nothing can stop you. © Prashantt Guptha Everyone comes to Mumbai with dreams to make it big in Bollywood and so did Prashantt. But, when the harsh reality dawned on him, his perception of the industry changed, "I have never appreciated how some people have treated me. I hate how people ignore you. I hate that until you haven't made it big, there's absolutely no talk about your craft, your attitude or your decency as a human being. People look through your face, look through your eyes and they ignore you. That really hurts and belittles you." However, the treatment of some people never deterred him from doing what he wanted to do, "Indeed it is traumatic to remember the ways I was treated, but the learnings have healed me too. Looking back, I have nothing but gratitude for how these experiences with people, situations, and this industry overall have shaped my being and strengthened my soul." © Prashantt Guptha He further revealed, "Here in India, we have a saying, 'chai se zyaada ketli garam'. You'll be surprised to know the biggest people I've worked with, be it the Rajshris, Vivek Agnihotri or stalwarts like Naseer (Naseeruddin Shah) saab and Mithun Da, have been the nicest. Yet with the 'gatekeepers' of the offices, the secretaries and at times assistants, I've been subjugated to so much belittling and mental torture. It was simply power-play. They didn't care where I came from, what I have done, how nice I am, whom I came through, or how talented I was." © Prashantt Guptha Things were never rosy for him. Multiple rejections and most importantly, the way people treated him, slowly slipped him into depression. "When you go through all of it, you become very bitter, you become very resentful, you hurt yourself and go through mental torture." When asked about the lowest point in his career, he said "There wasn't just one low point in my career. The accrued low points led to clinical, psychological and emotional issues and that was the worst of what I've been through. Even worse was the pain my journey put my family through." © Prashantt Guptha But Prashantt never gave up nor did he let depression or the clinical issues he was going through pull him down. He not only overcame depression, but also proved his mettle to the world like a true boss. In fact, he is grateful for having gone through depression, "because that shaped me as an artist in multiple ways. You learn so much about life, learn to help others and going through a very bad patch in life shapes you for the rest of your time." Having battled and overcome depression himself, Prashantt has an important message for his fans and all those people who are reading this right now, "Depression is a very bad thing and I would say it to anybody who is going through it, the best thing you can possibly do is talk to a friend or a relative. Talking to people will really heal you through this phase. I went through it and I have no regrets anymore. That time I did, but not anymore." © Prashantt Guptha Currently, Prashantt is working on a film with veteran actress Revathi. On talking about his co-actor and the chemistry he shares with her, he said "I am currently doing a film with Revathi, where I play her son and that has been my toughest and most enjoyable role. Revati ji, who is a three-time national award winner, is by far one of the finest human beings." He is also doing another short film with actress Bidita Bag and a feature film with Bengali superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee. What's more, it is his hardwork and talent that has made him the only Indian actor ever to get cast as a lead in a Hollywood Christmas movie. The movie, 'A New Christmas' is the story of an Indian boy and an African girl, who meet in New York during Christmas and fall in love. © Prashantt Guptha From being a little boy in New York who moved to Mumbai and struggled to become an actor, Prashantt has come a long way, "My journey has made me a better actor, has made me a tougher human being, has taught me how to meditate and it humanises me in every way. But, I have no regrets. I have got from some fine examples to learn from. I learn from Irrfan Khan, Pankaj Tripathy and Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Manoj Bajpai. These are the actors I look up to and actors I want to become like. And they all took a very long time." We all love reading and talking about success stories, but how many of us get that 'one in a million' chance to live one? Prashantt Guptha got it and he grabbed the opportunity with both his hands. Today, his inspiring success story has become a valuable lesson we all can learn from.
  12. This Eid, viewers are in for a treat as they have two spectacular options - Salman Khan's 'Bharat' and 'X-Men: Dark Phoenix', and fans are curious to know which film will rule at the box office. But what if we tell you that there's a major showdown looming between 'Bharat' distributor, Anil Thadani, and Fox Star Studios, who want to release 'Dark Phoenix'? Yes, you heard that right. The exhibitors are completely stuck between the ugly war of the two distributors. 'Bharat' is a film that is awaited by millions, considering Salman being the lead and it can create a big spin at the box office. On the other hand, we have a big banner film 'Dark Phoenix' that also has a loyal fan base in India. A trade source told us, “Anil Thadani has told the exhibitors that if they didn't give full shows to Bharat, he won't give them the Friday release 'De De Pyaar De'. It's not just Anil, but Fox is also creating troubles. So, Fox has asked exhibitors and distributors to give 'Dark Phoenix' two shows during Eid. If the exhibitors fail to do so, Fox will not be giving their major releases that include 'India's Most Wanted', 'Brahmastra' and 'Mission Mangal'. The exhibitors are in for a show now and are facing big trouble with two big ventures.” The source also added, “Anil had similar issues at the time of 'Raees' clash with 'Kaabil'.” We hope that the two production houses solve this major issue and find a solution so that both the releases don't suffer. Fans would be majorly disappointed if they have to choose between Bharat and Dark Phoenix. What do you think about it? Tell us in the comments below!
  13. Everyone loves Keanu Reeves, the guy is just so amazing, and everyone loves him as John Wick ever since he took on the role in 2014 and avenged his dog. Now, the third movie in the franchise - 'John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum' - is almost here, but some people have already watched it and it's no surprise that people are loving the movie. Ever since the first promo picture came out - Keanu Reeves with Halle Berry in a desert with two dogs - people have been so excited for the movie. And, concerned about the dogs, of course. Welcome to the next chapter. #JohnWick3 pic.twitter.com/qtvXepVEvw — John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum (@JohnWickMovie) December 19, 2018 People are also calling it the best movie in the franchise so far, and well, nothing builds the excitement more than that. #JohnWick3 is an absolute blast and the best film of the @JohnWickMovie franchise so far REVIEW: https://t.co/2fHZlkcn1Q pic.twitter.com/ZI8oocVzUn — UPROXX (@UPROXX) May 10, 2019 Some people disagree. On JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 3, which I think is a notch below the other two movies, but still a lot of fun. https://t.co/gXbqz1ugtL — Ignatiy Vishnevetsky (@vishnevetsky) May 10, 2019 Well. JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 3 is pretty fucking badass. Maybe the most violent studio movie since HOSTEL: PART II. The Boban fight scene RULES & I don't even know if that was one of the top 3 sequences. Loved Mark Dacascos, but everyone is good -- Halle, McShane, Lance, Fishburne, Huston. — Jeff Sneider (@TheInSneider) May 10, 2019 Now, that's cool. This movie DEFINITELY has more problems than a lot of critics are pointing out imo — Mike Rougeau (@RogueCheddar) May 11, 2019 That's good. John Wick 3 takes a page (and some actors) from The Raid in its relentless action and hard-hitting choreography. 14. 2019 and 2020 can officially be declared as the years of Bollywood sequels with a huge number in the pipeline. From movies such as 'Sadak' which is set to get its sequel after almost three decades, to more recent and popular ones such as 'English Medium' and 'Dabangg 2', the Hindi film industry is all set to welcome numerous sequels with open arms. Reportedly, Hrithik will be seen in both a positive as well as negative role in the film. 'Krrish 4' is slated to release on 25th December, 2020. 15. Housefull 4 © Instagram The fourth part of the action-comedy film series 'Housefull', the film boasts of a good assortment of Bollywood stars and is expected to release during Diwali 2019. 15. In just a week after becoming the fastest film to gross more than $1 billion worldwide, Marvel's 'Avengers: Endgame' is well on its way to beat James Cameron's 'Avatar' and become the highest grossing film ever. That's right, 'Avengers: Endgame' has crossed the $2 billion mark in record time and has already beaten 'Titanic' to become the second highest-grossing film ever worldwide. We reckon 'Endgame' is likely to beat 'Avatar' because it's been adding millions of dollars every day. The blockbuster is racking up numbers at an unbelievable rate, really. 'Avatar' reached $2 billion in 47 days of release, whereas 'Avengers: Endgame' managed to pull it off in just 11 days. 'Endgame' has already beaten the likes of 'Titanic' and 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens', both of which have been holding their spots for quite some time now. We think it's only a start of what should be an unprecedented box office run. © Marvel Even, say, if there's a considerable drop-off in the coming weeks due to the arrival of 'Detective Pikachu' and 'Godzilla: King of the Monsters', we're pretty optimistic that it'll hit the numbers over a period of time. Unlike 'Avatar', which was a one-of-a-kind 3D sci-fi epic known for it's CGI interacts. 'Avengers: Endgame' marks the end of a saga. It ends phase 3 of MCU, so the film will continue to be a massive draw for a number of weeks to come. Not to mention, the die-hard MCU fans will want to experience the three-hour long movie again, leading to repeat viewings. © Marvel And as the crowd continues to watch it, more casual audiences may check it out to see what the buzz is all about. Who'd want to miss a blockbuster after all? According to the recent numbers reflected on Wikipedia, 'Avengers: Endgame' has currently grossed $2,188,698,638 worldwide. It's shy of roughly $500 million to top 'Avatar'. Considering the fact that the movie managed to do so much in just 11 days, we're pretty excited to see how the movie does in the next few weeks.
  16. Spoilers ahead. If I ask any Marvel fan which quote started the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, they would tell me one thing - He's fucking Iron Man and he wants the world to know that! This was such a huge defining moment for the MCU. What a line, so simple yet so powerful, and it made the first 'Iron Man' movie so much better. Side note, Happy Birthday to the first Iron Man movie! 'I am Iron Man', the last line spoken in the first 'Iron Man' movie made a comeback in 'Avengers: Endgame' as well, of course. 'Iron Man' was RDJ's first appearance as the iconic character that changed the world of Marvel forever and 'Endgame' marked the last time, sadly. So, it's kind of symbolic to see everything come full circle, just like his character arc did. But, it came as such a surprise to me that the iconic line almost didn't make it to the movie. In the last moment, during the final battle in 'Endgame', Thanos finally has the gauntlet with all the Infinity Stones and says “I am inevitable”. At that moment, all hope was lost for a second and we thought everyone would disintegrate again when Thanos snaps his fingers again. But, Tony Stark comes to the rescue and prevents the repeat of the final 'Infinity War' scene. He steals - very sneakily, I might add - all the stones from Thanos and delivers the one line, the best line at that moment - 'I am Iron Man' - right before snapping his fingers and making Thanos and his entire army disintegrate. Turns out, that line was actually a last minute addition. He originally wasn't supposed to say anything, but the Russo Brothers talked about how difficult it was to nail the final line. They said, “We were in the editing room going, 'He has to say something. This a character who has lived and died by quips.' And we just couldn't, we tried a million different last lines.” Then, Jeff Ford, the Russo Brothers' right-hand man and editor on 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier', 'Civil War', 'Avengers: Infinity War', and 'Endgame' gave the best suggestion - “Why don't we just go full circle with it and say 'I am Iron Man'?” They loved it so much that they immediately went, “Get the cameras! We have to shoot this tomorrow.” And, the rest is history. I would personally like to thank Jeff because without that final line in 'Endgame', the movie wouldn't have been the same.
  17. This copy contains Massive, Major, Mega spoilers, so please walk away if you still have not seen 'Avengers: Endgame'. Okay. So, I've seen 'Avengers: Endgame' three times already over the weekend? Can you blame me? You can't consume all that awesomeness in one sitting. I mean, the first time I watched, pretty sure I blacked out at some point and could barely hear anything over the sound of my own screams. The second watch helped me process the movie a little better, and the third time, I was just sitting back and enjoying the reaction from the audience at all those moments where I had lost it during my first watch. By the time I saw 'Endgame' a third time, a few quotes and one-liners had already stuck by me, and for a very good reason too. Given the kind of reaction these dialogues got from the audience, pretty sure they enjoyed it as much as I did. So, here are 20 quotes, quips and one-liners from 'Endgame' that blew my mind, along with the rest of the audience's as well: 1. Before You Didn't Have Me. © Marvel Part of Carol Danvers' awesomeness comes from her insane confidence, which was on full display in this quote. We have the distressed Avengers discussing their next plan of action after Thanos wipes of 50 per cent of the planet, and Bruce Banner tries to reason with the team when they decide to go against Thanos one more time, saying “how do we know it's going to end any differently than it did before?”. To which Captain Marvel responds with this badass quote. 2. Let's Go Get This Sonofabitch. © Marvel Is there any better sound in this world than Captain America using profanities? When the Avengers decide to go kick Thanos' butt again, we have Steve Rogers saying this, and I couldn't help but yell “LANGUAGE!” 3. I Went For The Head. © Marvel I will not lie, I punched myself in the face here. I did not see it coming, man. Thor slicing the head off Thanos in one clean stroke, damn! Also, this quote is super significant given that Thanos had taunted Thor in 'Infinity War' when he struck the Titan in the chest, saying “You should have gone for the head.” 4. DAB! Who would have imagined seeing the Hulk dab one day? Not me. Which is why watching 'Professor' Hulk dab along with a bunch of kids and taking selfies was such an unbelievable yet adorable thing. The best of Bruce Banner + the best of the Hulk = Professor Hulk. 5. I Just Want Peace. © Marvel When Tony Stark finally figures out Time Travel successfully and rushes to the Avengers Headquarters, you see him being greeted by Captain America, who looks a little taken aback given their previous encounter, where Tony had flatly refused from participating in any Time Travel-based missions. As a justification for changing his mind, Tony simply holds up a peace sign with his finger and says this sassy line. 6. What's Up Regular-Sized Man? Man, I just love Scott Lang, ever since the first 'Ant-Man' movie. His comic timing is so on point that I can't even. However, this time, the tables turn when Rhodey lands in his War Machine suit right in front of Scott's face, and the poor guy almost gets a heart attack. 7. You Look Like Melted Ice-Cream. © Marvel I must say, watching overweight Thor walk around dejected and depressed with that jiggling beer belly damn near broke my heart. Sure, it was funny when Rocket made fun of him with this quote, but still, some sympathy would have been nice. But hey, who am I kidding? If I want sympathy, Rocket is the last racoon I'm gonna get it from. 8. You Want To Go To Space, Puppy? I'll Take You To Space! Rocket really let Scott have it with this condescending quote, but can't really blame him. Scott was being rreeallly painfully slow here when the Avengers were discussing the locations of the Infinity stones across space. So, when Scott says, “A planet? Like in outer space?”, Rocket rips him a new one. 9. Hail Hydra. © Marvel Ohmygod! This was so cool. When these words left Captain America's mouth, I went partially deaf thanks to the screaming bloke next to me. It was bloody brilliant though. Cap playing along with the Hydra infiltrators instead of just kicking their ass like he did in 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier', was epic. 10. I Can Do This All Day. Yeah, I Know! © Marvel When the Present Captain America faces Past Captain America, well, fireworks were expected. However, no one expected it to turn downright funny when Cap from the past shoots his infamous line at, what he thinks is Loki in disguise, to which the present, more jaded Cap replies less enthusiastically. 11. I Am Still Worthy! This was super emotional for me, I must confess. After watching Thor being at his most dejected self, which has clearly taken a toll on him both mentally and physically, this moment when he finally redeems himself, was brilliant. Thor goes back in time to Asgard to retrieve the Reality Stone, when right before leaving for the present, he has a stroke of brilliance and summons Mjolnir (still intact as Hella has not arrived yet). You can see the joy he feels when he is reconnected with his old hammer which leads him to say these powerful words. 12. Let's Kill Him Properly This Time. © Marvel Thor reminds the Avengers that 'this time', while they are facing Thanos again, they will have no option but to take him out for good, unlike the last time in 'Infinity War' where Thor did not go for his head. 13. I KNEW IT! Watching the audience losing it was nothing compared to Thor's reaction when Captain America wielded Mjolnir. I swear, it was the most badass moment in any Marvel movie I have ever seen. Electric Captain America. God, I was not ready for it. 14. Avengers, Assemble Another orgasmic moment from the movie. You're lying if you're telling me you didn't clap, whistle or hoot like a maniac when Captain America said these words, as all the dusted superheroes came back after the snap was undone by Bruce. Thanos did not see this coming! 15. Don't Worry, She's Got Help. What a girl power moment, am I right? With Thanos from the past, wreaking havoc in the present-day Earth, trying to get his hands on the new gauntlet made by the Avengers with all the Infinity Stones, we have Spider-Man looking bruised and battered, clutching the Gauntlet for dear life, and who swoops in to take over? Captain Marvel. Peter looks a little unsure about her plan looking at the battlefield and says, “I don't know how you're going to get through all of that,” to which the confident Okoye responds with this kickass dialogue. And then one by one, all the other female MCU characters appear and man, what a scene! 16. I Am Inevitable. And I Am Iron Man. I am confident I was not the only one whose heart was in their throats at this scene! After Thanos tosses Tony Stark to the side after a pretty intense grappling session, now armed with the Gauntlet, he says “I am inevitable”, and for a moment, all is lost as he snaps his fingers. But lo and behold! The gems are missing and then we see Tony revealing how he had stolen the Stones and planted them on his own armoured glove during their fight and delivers this incredible line. Raise your hands if you got goosebumps! 17. We Won Mr Stark. You Did It, Sir. Remember, “Mr Stark…I don't feel so good?”, how we were all left an emotional mess and felt we could never recover? Well, this was a million times worse. After Tony snaps his fingers and turns Thanos and his army to dust, we immediately see the life beginning to sap out of him as the Gauntlet had taken a toll on his mortal form. Peter runs to Tony and tries to console his hero, his mentor, who is taking his last breath and dying right before his eyes. Sorry…brb…I can't …. 18. Tony, We'll Be Okay. You Can Rest Now. © Marvel Hands down, the most gut-wrenching scene from the movie. Tony is dying on the battlefield after defeating Thanos, and is surrounded by everyone he loves, and Pepper helps him go in peace as she holds him and assures him that he did his job and they were all going to be okay. You're made of stone if this scene didn't reduce to a blubbering mess! 19. I Love You 3000. Watching Tony be a dad in the second half was one of the most fulfilling and beautiful scenes in the movie. Even though Thanos destroyed half the world, from that darkness, Tony managed to find a slice of happiness in the form of a family, which included his baby daughter Morgan. She tells him at one point, that she loves him three thousand, which he then gloats to Pepper, saying their daughter clearly loves him more than her. So, when the Avengers are at Iron Man's funeral, they play a video Tony had recorded for everyone right before they went against Thanos, just in case he died, and he repeats his daughter's line right back to her. 20. Your Dad Loved Cheeseburgers. In one of the closing scenes, right after Iron Man's funeral, we see Happy sitting with Tony's daughter Morgan and asking her if she is hungry, to which she replies that she is indeed and that she would like to have a cheeseburger. A smiling Happy then delivers this simple yet powerful line and promises to get her all the cheeseburgers she wants. This took me right back to the first 'Iron Man' movie, when Tony returns home after he escapes from his captors and says there are two things he wants, a press conference and….you guessed it right… a cheeseburger! Clearly, this moment between Happy and Morgan was a nod to Tony making a complete turnabout in his life during that press conference where he announced to the world that he was not going to make weapons of mass destruction anymore, whilst having a cheeseburger. Oh God, the feels!!
  18. Spoilers. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has a long-standing tradition of heavily manipulating their trailers, especially when it comes to movies like 'Avengers: Infinity War' and 'Avengers: Endgame'. Or, maybe it's just the Russo brothers being very extra. We all know how much of a secret the plot of 'Endgame' was, as even the actors weren't given full scripts and the Russo brothers even made some of them shoot fake scenes to keep them in the dark. Yes, they went to extreme lengths to keep everything under wraps so obviously, they wouldn't have undone all of that by just straight up giving away scenes in the trailers, teasers, and TV spots. Last year, we managed to find a bunch of differences between scenes in trailers and the actual scenes in the movie for 'Infinity War'. Now, for 'Endgame', the stakes are higher and so it the secrecy. Here are all the scenes from the trailer that were manipulated or just didn't appear in the movie: 1. Nat Practicing To Fight Thanos With A Gun??? Well, if a freaking axe made from a dying star can't kill the giant grape, a gun will, apparently. Okay, I don't want to be so mean about a scene that never even made it to the movie - probably because it was stupid - but what was the point? Sorry Nat, you can't kill Thanos with a gun. 2. Black Widow's Hair, Part One If you recall, Scott Lang showing up at the Avengers compound is what set everything in motion. Also, that happened five years after the Avengers managed to kill the present day Thanos. So, during that time jump, Nat has been keeping busy making peanut butter sandwiches and getting emails from a racoon, so of course, she let her hair grow out. In this particular scene in the movie, her hair is long and almost entirely red and not short and blonde. 3. The Avengers Walking In Their New Suits This was one of the best moments from all of the trailers when it came out because we saw everyone together. At that time also, a lot of people noted the absence of Thor and Bruce Banner. Well, now we know they were there but their look for the movie couldn't be revealed before. 4. 'Bring Me Thanos' (Again) A scene from 'Infinity War' that wasn't even in 'Infinity War'. This is basically a different version or maybe just a close of the best moment from the third Avengers movie - Thor's entrance in Wakanda. 5. Steve Crying In the trailers, the scene is set up as if he's crying because they couldn't stop Thanos before he snapped his fingers, but in reality, this comes after Natasha Romanoff's sacrificial death to get the Soul Stone. Moreover, there's someone else in the shot as well, standing in the back. (I can't remember who, I'm sorry, I've only watched the movie once yet) 6. Black Widow's Hair, Part Two I love how Natasha's red/blonde hair is used to make a timeline and also used for manipulation. This exact scene happened after the five-year time jump in the movie, therefore her hair was red and not 'Infinity War' blonde by that time. 7. Cap's Shield Captain America's shield is literally the most reliable and constant thing throughout the entire MCU and it's almost indestructible. But, it was time for Cap to get a new, improved weapon so the shield's gotta go. In the movie, when he's strapping on the shield to his arm, it's almost completely broken, thanks to the grape I mentioned before, so that crucial information sure as hell couldn't be revealed in the trailer. Also, is it just me or does this gif has 'I can do this all day' energy? 8. Cap's Giddy Optimism 'I missed that giddy optimism' - turns out Cap and Tony weren't all hugs and smiles when Tony actually said this line. In the trailer, it seems like he said this to Cap as a joke right at this point, but obviously, it came at a different time in the movie. Tony said this to Cap at his house, not the Avengers compound and plus, it wasn't a friendly comment but rather a taunt. 9. Captain Marvel's Helmet I really don't think anyone cares about this one, but in this scene, she wasn't wearing her helmet. I'm pretty sure the edit here is just to not reveal her new hairstyle, which again no one cares that much about. But hey, it got us a funny quip from Rocket so it's all good.

  20. I just have to say one thing before starting this article - if you don't stay for the end credit scenes in a Marvel movie, you're a disgrace to this fandom and you don't deserve to even watch the movies. Every single person knows that a end credit scene in any movie which is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is an important as the movie itself. From giving clues as to what's next to basically have the biggest superheroes in the world just sit and eat after a battle, the end credit scenes are the real MVPs of Marvel movies and not even Marvel can deny that. Everyone's gearing up for the endgame - and possible end - of the OG Avengers in 'Avengers: Endgame' by binge watching all the movies again or just by following all the theories or memes. Marvel itself had a better idea to give the fans a refresher - a compilation of all the end credit scenes. The official Twitter account of Marvel has blessed us with the best Twitter thread right now and the easiest way to watch all of them. Starting off is RDJ as Iron Man, of course and the entry of Nick Fury, setting up the idea of 'Avengers' from the get go. “You've become a part of bigger universe, you just don't know it yet.” pic.twitter.com/eOmLZO5l1d — Marvel Studios (@MarvelStudios) April 22, 2019 Then Tony Stark showed up in 'The Incredible Hulk'. “What if I told you we were putting a team together...” pic.twitter.com/6fvpAvd9kL — Marvel Studios (@MarvelStudios) April 22, 2019 Thor's hammer Mjölnir showing up before Thor himself towards the end of 'Iron Man 2'. “Sir, we found it.” ð¨ pic.twitter.com/Dv4pURzD1z — Marvel Studios (@MarvelStudios) April 22, 2019 Loki being sneaky at the end of 'Thor'. “Well I guess that's worth a look.” pic.twitter.com/iPZOnhBZzA — Marvel Studios (@MarvelStudios) April 22, 2019 'Captain America: The First Avenger' had a rather simple one. “You here with a mission sir?” pic.twitter.com/aynOatBSL6 — Marvel Studios (@MarvelStudios) April 22, 2019 Giant purple grape is here! ð pic.twitter.com/yFTa2AzaQA — Marvel Studios (@MarvelStudios) April 22, 2019 The most iconic end credit scene, hands down. 21. Looks like the audience cannot get enough of being 'tabaah ho gaye' after watching and experiencing the magnum opus of this year, 'Kalank'. The Alia Bhatt-Varun Dhawan starrer movie is a tale of pain and love set amidst the backdrop of the pre-partition era and while many expectations have been shattered in a day, the memes cannot stop pouring on our social media feeds. 22. Four years after its original announcement, Aston Martin's first all-electric car is finally here. The company's Rapide sedan called the “Rapide E” made its debut at the Shangai Auto Show yesterday. Aston Martin didn't announce a price for the car, but it said only 155 Rapide E cars will ever be made. However, do you know what are we most excited about? To see Agent 007 drive the new all-electric car in the next Bond movie. For those of you who don't know, Aston Martin cars and James Bond movies have a huge history. Aston Martin's relationship with the 007 franchise began in 1964 when Sean Connery drove a DB5 sports car in Goldfinger. Well, if the reports are something to go by, the upcoming 25th James Bond (https://www.mensxp.com/special-features/james-bond-lifestyle/7551-10-best-james-bond-outfits.html) movie will see our 007 agent drive the new Rapide E. Of course, there's a lot of swift action sequences in the movie, and we think it's about time to put our agent in a zero-emission vehicle. © Aston Martin The new Rapide E is a powerful machine. It's powered by an 800-volt, 65kWh battery, which Aston Martin says will be able to travel over 200 miles on a single charge. The car has a twin motor fitted on the rear axle, which can generate 450kW and can get the car up to a top speed of 155 miles per hour. Also, the new Aston Martin Rapide E can go from 0 to 60 miles in under four seconds. The car is packed with a lot of other gizmos like a 10-inch digital instrument cluster behind the steering wheel, an 8-inch display mounted atop the centre of the dashboard, and more. The new Rapide E was said to hit the road in 2018, but there's no official word on its availability yet.
  23. Marvel's 'Avengers: Endgame' may not be the only blockbuster this year that is turning heads, as we finally got to know more about the latest Star Wars movie. The movie was first teased a few months ago and now we finally have the first teaser trailer and title of the movie. The movie's title is 'The Rise of The Skywalker' and we will try to decipher what it means. In 'The Last Jedi', Rey, Finn, Poe and Rose were left outnumbered and outmatched by the Empire trying to survive. 'The Rise of The Skywalker' will be the last movie that will be the end of the Skywalker saga, however, we still need to figure out what the hell is happening. Being a devout 'Star Wars' fan for the past 20 years, here's my take on the teaser trailer: Lando Is Back! (c) Lucasfilm Lando Calrissian, played by Billy Dee Williams, had a major role in the original trilogy and we finally get to see him for the third trilogy instalment. During the panel discussion, he was wearing his familiar yellow and black outfit and is back in the seat of the Millennium Falcon. Sure, Han Solo is the only pilot we want to associate Falcon with, but the only the person acceptable to pilot the falcon was Lando and we are glad to see him back. Leia Is Back Too! (c) Lucasfilm Sadly, we lost Carrie Fisher before she could start shooting for Episode IX, however, we saw her in the teaser trailer hugging Rey. These are shots that didn't make it to 'The Last Jedi' and are now being used for the final film of the trilogy. The scene is apparently taking place in the resistance base on the planet D'Qar and we will know more about this scene once the movie is out. The Medal Of Bravery (c) Lucasfilm One of the most iconic scenes from 'The New Hope' were when Han and Luke got shiny medals for their bravery shown at the battle of Yavin IV. We finally got to see those medals again in the new teaser trailer. The Death Star Wreck (c) Lucasfilm We haven't seen any reference to the Death Star in the new trilogy, however, it seems like we got a glimpse of the wreck site. The wreck is very similar to the wreck of a Star Destroyer we got to see in 'The Force Awakens' and it may just be the Death Star. The curves in the wreckage are a huge hint at something circular which we generally associate with the Death Star. Kylo's Helmet Is Repaired (c) Lucasfilm Even though I feel that Kylo Ren was trying too hard to be Darth Vader in the first movie of the new trilogy, it is kind of satisfying to see his helmet make a return. It was destroyed by Rey in “The Last Jedi” and is probably the most iconic scene in the entire trilogy. In the teaser, we see that helmet being repaired and reformed, with a strong emphasis on the cracks The Big Reveal (c) Lucasfilm Overall, the teaser trailer was good but not mind-blowing until the very end. The teaser trailer ends with a very familiar cackle every 'Star Wars' fan can recognise. The cackling laughter belongs to the Emperor. Even though we were confused at first, it was later confirmed when Ian MacDiarmid who has been playing the character since 1983, came on stage and reaffirmed our suspicion. From the last time we remember, Palpatine was thrown down a pit by Darth Vader in the Death Star 2.0 and later exploded in the vacuum of space. We aren't entirely sure how Disney plans to bring him back. He may just come back as a force ghost, a hologram recording or even back from the dead. We will have to wait for more information. 'Star Wars: The Rise of The Skywalker' hits theatres on Dec. 20, 2019.
  24. The countdown for 'Avengers: Endgame' has already begun and Joe Russo's recent India visit has been quite eventful and only added to the insane buzz that is surrounding the finale that everyone is dying to watch. During his interaction with the media and fans, Joe Russo revealed many unknown facts and information around the movie franchise. Interestingly, he revealed that 'Avengers: Age Of Ultron' had a connection with our beloved Rajinikanth. Apparently, he was inspired by Rajnikanth's 'Robot' for a sequence in the Avengers movie. “Robot almost influenced the climatic moments in Avengers: Age of Ultron [which was directed by Joss Whedon]. In one of the final scenes, all the Ultrons were supposed to form a large Ultron and Avengers were set to fight that but the sequence got cut for time. It was this close. It was inspired directly by Robot." He also revealed that he is aware of the 'Dabangg' franchise and if he had to choose Bollywood actors for acting in his superhero movies, he'd pick Salman Khan and Rajinikanth any day. Well, there is a reason why we call him the 'Thalaiva' and the fact that even Joe Russo is inspired by the legend, it's proof enough that he is a real life super hero for everyone . 'Avengers: Endgame' is releasing on 26th April so get ready for the madness to unleash.
