  1. Pakistan team with the Champions Trophy Having already given the nation an early Eid gift by winning the ICC Champions Trophy, the victorious heroes of the Pakistan cricket team shared their Eid wishes and messages of peace and joy. Player of the Tournament Hasan Ali, speaking to Geo News earlier on Monday, wished everyone a very happy Eid and shared his plans for the day. ?Eid Mubarak to all. Please remember the poor in your Eid celebrations and take care of them,? he said. The pacer, who topped the wickets chart with a tally of 13, added with a cheeky smile that he would be defying his physio as he cannot wait to tuck into vermicelli. ?I will eat sawayyan (vermicelli), of course. My family has prepared it with so much love.? ?Last Eid I was in England so couldn?t celebrate with my family. This time I am home with my parents, brother and sister-in-law, so I?m happy to be celebrating Eid with them,? he said. He also took to social media earlier to wish Eid to his fans. Other players of the winning squad also took to social media to share Eid greetings.
