  1. It's hard to believe that a year ago on this day, we witnessed one of the most monumental weddings in recent history. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh tying the knot was the Indian equivalent of the Royal Wedding, only much more colourful, fun and grand. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Ranveer Singh (@ranveersingh) on Nov 28, 2018 at 6:59am PST In short, better in every single way. In this day and age of right swipes and super likes, saying that Ranveer & Deepika have, time and again, set couple legitimate couple goals for us millennials, would be an understatement. View this post on Instagram â¤ï¸ A post shared by Ranveer Singh (@ranveersingh) on Nov 15, 2018 at 6:36am PST Here are some really clever and unique ways Deepika & Ranveer have coordinated their outfits, that have set some legit style goals for couples: 1. Going Uber Fancy In Tandem © Instagram/ranveersingh © Instagram/deepikapaduone Remember this rather fancy dupatta suit from Moschino for IIFA 2019? It seemed as if it was straight out of a sci-fi film. And just to add another dimension to the occasion, there was this violet feathered dress? 2. Having Common Visual Elements In Their Outfits View this post on Instagram A post shared by Ranveer Singh (@ranveersingh) on Nov 20, 2018 at 3:32am PST Remember their wedding ensembles? Each of these ensembles have some or the other visual element that is common. For example, Ranveer's falcon necklace has a striking resemblance to Deepika's hanging kaleera. Furthermore, Ranveer not only chose to go for a non-traditional maroon coloured sherwani(https://www.mensxp.com/fashion/what-to-wear/7594-how-to-choose-your-wedding-outfit.html) that matches Deepika's saree and veil. Not only that, even the intricate embroidery work that each of them had was more similar than you would have thought. 3. Colour Palettes © Reuters This is where things are much more nuanced. We have often seen that Deepika and Ranveer carefully coordinate the colours of their co-ordinates. What this means is that most of the times, they wear something that has a common colour that ties both of their outfits. However, that is a far stretch from wearing his and her co-ord sets that one might think of. Furthermore, even when they are wearing clothes that are not tied together by a common colour, they are more often than not of complimenting colours. Like this instance, where Deepika's golden sari with an intricate zari work sits in perfect harmony with Ranveer's white sherwani with golden embroidery and golden accent. © Instagram/ranveersingh 4. Not Going Easy On The Bling © Instagram/ranveersingh And finally, one major way that Ranveer matches up with Deepika's outfit is his propensity to bling up. Sure, there was his wedding outfit, where he really went all guns blazing, but there is also this image of Ranveer and Deepika at the Tirupati temple. View this post on Instagram Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone spotted at Venkateswara Temple, Tirumala today ♥ï¸ðð #HappyAnniversaryDeepveer . . . . #deepveer #deepikapadukone #ranveersingh #deepika #ranveer #aliabhatt #ranbirkapoor #sunnyleone #akshaykumar #salmankhan #shahrukhkhan #katrinakaif #jacquilinefernandez #parineetichopra #kartikaaryan #saraalikhan #vickykaushal #sonamkapoor #hrithikroshan #tigershroff #shilpashetty #Anushkasharma #shraddhakapoor #shahidkapoor #tapseepannu #love #anniversary #wedding #temple A post shared by deepikaranveerpadukone (@ranveer.deepikaa) on Nov 13, 2019 at 8:21pm PST And no, that is NOT Deepika's earring that he's wearing. So, as much as we may actually laugh at the plethora of memes that take a dig at Ranveer's eccentricity and joke that he 'may have borrowed a dress from Deepika's wardrobe', we have to bow down to the simplicity and panache with which the duo has been setting some really dreamy style goals for us. 2. Shah Rukh Khan, the 'Baadshah of Bollywood' can literally do anything. He won our hearts decades ago with his impeccable acting skills. And not just that, he has also proven time and again that he is all about being at his dressy best but in outfits that make him look relaxed and not exuberant. © Viral Bhayani For his birthday celebration with his fans, SRK sure made a statement and raised the style stakes. However, from his entire look, what actually stood out was the bright orange belt that had the word 'pull' written in bold letters. © Viral Bhayani © Heron Preston He wore an Orange Pull Belt by Heron Preston. The belt looks super edgy and the bright hue steals the limelight instantly. Most of us would just choose a leather belt to match with our outfits but SRK made the wackiest choice to amp up his 'lewk'. © Heron Preston We know him as someone who takes it up a notch higher wearing classy pieces but this belt has a whole different vibe and we love its outlandish appearance. This OTT belt is available for Rs 8,500 in India. © Heron Preston As for his outfit, he layered a basic white tee with a leather jacket and coupled it with head-turning white metallic sneakers. All in all, we love the vibe of this whole look! View the full article

  4. When it comes to sartorial finesse, there is something inherently magical about the quintessential Indian aesthetic. Be it the relaxed yet conspicuously elaborate detailing, the innovative cuts, or the comfortable fit, Indian-wear always scores high when it comes to clothes that make you feel good and look fancy. 1. Mix It Up With Relaxed Jodhpuri Joggers You can never go wrong with Athleisure, and adding a bit of rustic yet edgy Indian touch to it will only make your style game stronger. Wear Jodhpuri joggers with graphic or plain T-shirts, and get ready to serve class, with comfort. __ECOMPRODUCT__14__ 2. Go minimal with Indian prints on relaxed shirts Nothing spells effortless style like wearing a relaxed shirt with a comfortable pair of linen pants and open toed sandals to go with it. Go for rich hues painted with charming local Indian prints like 'Ajrak' for a superbly fashionable aesthetic that is unparalleled. __ECOMPRODUCT__16__ 3. Experiment with edgy silhouettes Gone are the days when menswear meant only 'shirts and pants'. Be fearless with cuts and designs, as there is nothing more appealing than a confident man who is not afraid to go beyond his comfort zone and try out innovative silhouettes - just like they used to, back in the days. __ECOMPRODUCT__18__ __ECOMPRODUCT__20__ __ECOMPRODUCT__22__ Try these hacks and get ready to turn heads.
  5. If there was an award for someone who, even at the age of 62, can nail any silhouette, trend or prints right, it has to be the ageless actor Anil Kapoor. This actor defies age with his suave style and gives us enough reasons to look 'Jhakaas'. He recently caught our attention and we couldn't help but notice the way he layers his outfit each time. Get set to embrace the season with an assortment of outerwear styles that are sure to look great in your summer wardrobe. Let these pictures do the talking! 1. So droolin'. © Instagram, Anil Kapoor 6. 6. Bhuvan Bam, the maker and creator of 'BB Ki Vines', has literally left no stone unturned with his humour, which is based on Bollywood masala. His only agenda is to make content that's relatable to the audience, and keeping that in mind, he began his journey of 'BB ki Vines', that now has a jackpot follower count of a million subscribers on YouTube. Well, we already know that he has set an epitome of creating hilarious strategies and has hit the right chord to make people laugh out loud. But, just in case you are as keen as we are to explore his style statement, let his Instagram pictures do the talking. 1. Who would have thought that a denim jacket would look great with a printed red tie, white shirt and blue jeans? Bhuvan has definitely shown us a good way to combat Monday blues at work. © Instagram/Bhuvan Bam 2. If the idea of wearing checks goes wrong for your boardroom meetings, here's where you can take your inspiration from. To maintain the formal tone, he opted for brown brogues and summed up his repertoire with all sorts of accessories possible. © Instagram/Bhuvan Bam 3. There are wardrobe classics and then there's a hoodie that goes a long way. With no fashion faux pas at all, Bhuvan wore a red hoodie with a grey sweatshirt quite effortlessly. Why choose the usual white sneakers when you have a new trend on the block? Yes, we are talking about neon high tops, that are so lit and in at the moment that even Bhuvan couldn't resist wearing them! Inspired, much? © Instagram/Bhuvan Bam
  7. It's the time of the year again when you see celebrities wear the most bizarre of outfits including the Kardashians, Priyanka Chopra (remember how her love story with Nick Jonas started at the Met Gala?), Zayn Malik, Donald Glover, Chadwick Boseman among others. The Met Gala is organized by Anne Wintour each year. The themes for Met Galas have an amusing taste of their own. For 2019, the theme is "Camp: Notes on Fashion," which will be held at the Costume Institute's upcoming spring exhibition. The exhibit is inspired by Susan Sontag's 1964 essay "Notes on Camp," and will examine "how the elements of irony, humour, parody, pastiche, artifice, theatricality, and exaggeration are expressed in fashion." The Met Gala will take place on May 6, and will be chaired by Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele (Gucci is sponsoring the Met). This year, from the looks of it, people will be ditching gowns and three pieces to embrace a unique absurd reality translated into the form of costume. Given how crazy the looks have been in the past, expect something equally out of the world this year. Here's how celebrities interpreted the past year's theme which was “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.” 1. Kendall Jenner and Virgil Abloh in Louis Vuitton © Getty Images 2. 8. The Lotus Makeup India Fashion Week just started at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi, and Suket Dhir's collection was the highlight, when it comes to menswear. The collection was all about minimalistic layering silhouettes made out of delicate 'Jaamdani' weave, with a contemporary aesthetic. The designer showcased the subtlety of Indian culture through fabric handiworks and artisanal skills, in a heartwarming ode to the 'memoirs of childhood and those days of merrymaking'. Here are 10 outfits from the collection that are giving us major fashion inspo, while teaching us a thing or two about layering. 1. This flowy, rustic white on white ensemble. © Studiopicsing 2. Muted colours, when paired properly, will always up your sophistication quotient. © Studiopicsing 3. Bandhgala waistcoats are here to stay. It's only a matter of reinventing them. © Studiopicsing 4. We can't wait to see more such exciting layering trends that can easily be embraced by Indian men.
  9. Ranveer Singh has never held back till date when it comes to quirky outfits. Every time we think the man is going to 'calm down a little', sartorially, he goes ahead and wears something crazier than before, that everyone has a hard time processing. Even last week, he wore some crazy outfits for the promotion of his latest movie 'Gully Boy'. Of late, he has been obsessed with Tiger-themed outfits, that no one else can carry off as nonchalantly as he can. We clearly couldn't get enough of it and thought of digging a little deeper. The aftermath? Here's a list of the craziest and weirdest animal print outfits Ranveer Singh has worn. 1. The Tiger-Printed Overalls From Malai Clothing © Instagram/Ranveersingh When it comes to crazy co-ords, does it get any wackier? We don't think so. Just look at that crazy print! © Instagram/Ranveersingh 2. The Leopard Extravaganza By Varoin Marwah © Instagram/Ranveersingh This top to bottom leopard print outfit made headlines when Ranveer wore it to Umang - 2019, and for good reason. © Viral Bhayani 3. The Famous 'Tiger-Bappi' Jacket From Bottega Veneta © Instagram/Ranveersingh The Zebra printed (even though Ranveer prefers calling it Tiger print) jacket made of corduroy costs Rs 2.14 lakh, but it's worth it. (Like, look at it.) © Viral Bhayani 4. This Zebra Situation © Instagram/Ranveersingh Probably he was trying to pay a tribute to Bappi Lahiri? He's weirdly close to him, we noticed it too. 5. 10. Bollywood's favourite menswear designer, Kunal Rawal's summer resort show at Lakme Fashion Week was a huge hit. With classic colour combinations and layered silhouettes, Kunal proved that he is the master of layering. The designer is popular for giving a spin to Indianwear in the most unique way possible. Kunal Rawal's SS'19 show in collaboration with Boat featured models sashaying down the runway sporting Boat earphones and headphones, giving the collection an edgy twist. Aditya Roy Kapur turned into Kunal Rawal's muse as he graced the runway as the showstopper with his enigmatic persona. The show particularly featured a major fashion trend: Layering. Here are 10 outfits from Kunal Rawal's LFW SS'19 show that prove he is the master of layering. This ivory number looks classy and well put together. Bandhgala being the top layer with a vest of a contrasting print paired perfectly with a plain ivory kurta underneath it is the way to work with basics. Put plain skinny trousers and juttis and you have yourself a perfectly deconstructed bandhgala. © Viral Bhayani When a basic kurta pajama won't cut it, all you need is an open longline jacket on top and you have yourself a look. Boat headphones go well with the aesthetic portrayed here and the detailing on the kurta with black roman lettering is a statement maker. © Viral Bhayani Nothing like a silk kurta-pyjama for an Indian event. Kunal gives a modern twist by using printed silk material and layered it with a vest of the same print. This gives the silhouette definition and makes it a winner! © Viral Bhayani Playing around with an all ivory outfit can be a fashion hazard. It risks the outfit to be too monotonous. Adding a pop of color like a mint Nehru jacket with a textured jacket on top makes it a must-have. © Viral Bhayani Being a pro at layering different textures and patterns, this ensemble by the designer is the perfect combination of simplicity and class. Peach satin shirt with polka dot print and a textured Nehru jacket on top. This is the right way to bring retro back! © Viral Bhayani This is a ramp-worthy take on the classic matching trousers and jacket combination. The peach bottom and outerwear perfectly contrasts with the beige under shirt and the tan vest. Layering 101 right here, folks! © Viral Bhayani The choice of Kunal's model is giving us hints that salt and pepper is being served hot. The choice of colour is everything as the marriage between the maroon and rosewood is a definite eye-catcher. Kunal's metallic roman numeric print on the pants looks super glam and the textured maroon Nehru jacket adds the right amount of 'desiness'. © Viral Bhayani No one does textures quite like Kunal Rawal. This blue and purple number is a great spin on the classic kurta pyjama. The embossed velvet sleeves of the kurta and the pajama itself adds a great touch of class to the outfit. The purple printed jacket with embroidered motifs adds the right amount of colour and sass needed. © Viral Bhayani Would you imagine yourself wearing 4 layers of clothing and still looking dope? Kunal here shows you just the way to do it. A textured ivory bandhgala is a staple across this entire collection. In this outfit it has been paired with a striped vest in a textured fabric with a plain black kurta and black pants underneath. This would be ideal for those winter weddings to cozy up in multiple layers and rock them like a pro! © Viral Bhayani Here comes the showstopper. Aditya Roy Kapur is seen here donning an all black number which is layered with textures and details all over. Aditya is wearing Kunal's signature textured bandhgala with a Nehru jacket that has contrasting texture. The neck has an inside-out cravat like detail. This is the perfect example of how to look dapper in an all black outfit! © Viral Bhayani Leave it onto Kunal Rawal to show you how to master the art of layering Indianwear like a boss.
  11. Lakme Fashion Week has been a great platform to showcase the best collections from all over the country. With an array of celebrities being their muse, the designers put their best work forward each year. Kicking the season off with their spring/summer 2019 collection in association with the mega textile brand 'Grado', Ashish Soni's work is an ode to the 'New Age' man. The use of colour is commendable and the perfect way to add some pizzaz to your wardrobe. The fabric and colour range from Grado is perfect for the look and feel of the collection. Spanning across a range of diverse occasions such as office wear, formals, resort, casuals, sporty and ethnic, this collection is all about utility with style. Here are 10 outfits from Ashish Soni's collection at LFW that would inspire you to experiment with colour in your wardrobe: © Viral Bhayani Different shades of blue are bound to beat the fashion blues. This two-piece suit decked in windowpane checks is edgy and classy. © Viral Bhayani Nothing like some colour block action to make a sure-shot style statement. The black and beige suit in cove check print acts as the perfect canvas for the asymmetrical neck shirt underneath. The pop of colour with the pink dress-shirt and the yellow bomber jacket looks like perfection. © Viral Bhayani A lounge suit in pin checks with a monotone colour scheme is giving us super chill vibes! Absolutely love the touch of mint colour with a the dress-shirt and the unique *****-bow collar. Multi-colour open toe sandals complete the look. © Viral Bhayani We love the play of colour here with red and pink dancing in merriment. The pink kurta with an asymmetric hemline gives a new spin to the urban-desi vibe! The use of a single-breasted coat to enhance the colour effect is a huge plus. © Viral Bhayani This olive number is a gem on its own. Paired well with an angrakha style striped shirt and camouflage slip-ons, this outfit is a big yay! The lapel detailing and the wide-legged trousers are comfort and style max. © Viral Bhayani Who would've thought a solid orange coloured suit with something as basic as a white kurta underneath would look so elegant and chic. Amplified Indian-wear for the modern man, indeed. © Viral Bhayani This blush pink number is perfect for a wedding by the beach which requires taking one's shirt off. Well, this outfit doesn't even require a shirt. Handy much? Gorgeous all check pattern in powder blue and pink, a three-piece with hot pink button details and a scarf around the neck makes the outfit stand out. Millennial pink done right, tropical style! © Viral Bhayani A bold choice of colour is all you need to make heads turn. A classic two-piece silhouette re-structured for the modern man. The intense raspberry colour adds the oomph quotient to the outfit. Addition of a basic longline kurta underneath is a great way to accentuate the bold outerwear and keep it desi-chic at the same time. © Viral Bhayani This two-piece suit with flared trousers is the way to go when you want to up your style quotient and stay comfy. The cornflower blue adds a great dash of colour. The black and white checkered kurta underneath acts as a great way to break the monotony. © Viral Bhayani When it comes to the art of making the perfect cocktail of Indian and western wear, Ashish Soni is unbeatable. This hazelnut beige bandhgala with flared ankle-length pants and a longline kurta with blue floral details is definitely one to make a statement. Paired with leather open toe sandals, this one is a game-changer. Targeted and dedicated to the likes and choices of the well-travelled, modern global man, Ashish Soni is serving class on a plate!
  12. We love hip hop-rap God Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia aka Badshah for his music, his dance floor breaking lyrics, his groovy videos and his sense of style. He's spiffy, cool and a true sneaker-head. You've got to admire Badshah for keeping it casual and laid back and still making it to the list of the best-dressed men this year. A fashion fanatic, his love for Balenciaga and distinctly cool sneakers are visible on his Instagram. To top it all, his fashion game is second to none in the industry right now. 13. Diljit Dosanjh, as the hypebeast that he has transformed into, never fails to amaze us sartorially. While he usually does it with his shows, appearances and Instagram posts, he has now decided to go beyond that and give a desi twist to that. That explains the grand aesthetic of his look in his latest album 'Roar', the first song of which, 'Gulabi Pagg', just released. What we love about the shirt is the amalgamation of eclectic elements like the 'Baroque' pattern as well as a leopard. 14. Ranveer Singh's wedding outfit pictures are out, and every groom in the country right now is under a lot of pressure - if not for anything else - simply because of how extraordinary Ranveer looked as one. There is no outdoing him, ever, but more importantly, everyone is spellbound at how detail oriented all his outfits were. Clearly, a lot of thought went into the conceptualization of the theme, just like a true-blue Sabyasachi line, and here are 5 interesting elements that contributed to the royal appeal of the outfits. 1. Elephants © Instagram/Deepikapadukone Ranveer made an appearance at the airport right after his wedding, and wore a strikingly interesting Nehru jacket. His bright crimson jacket had elephant motifs all over, something that didn't come as a surprise to us because of Sabyasachi's love for the natural grandeur that India's fauna brings to the table. 2. Falcon © Instagram/Deepikapadukone Ranveer's Sindhi wedding ceremony saw the man embrace jewellery like no other groom ever did. He wore a neckpiece that had an enormous falcon pendant, encrusted with uncut diamonds and emeralds. Sabyasachi's heritage jewellery often portrays a design sensibility that is all about the wonders of nature. 3. Roses © Instagram/Deepikapadukone The colour scheme of Ranveer's entire wedding outfit line was based on the various hues of roses. Sabyasachi already has a section of outfits in his line dedicated to the richness of roses, that he calls 'Gulaab', and he just took it to the next level with this wedding. 4. Gold © Instagram/Deepikapadukone © Instagram/Deepikapadukone All the detailing in every outfit Ranveer wore during the wedding was gold-based. The rich, rustic opulence of gold helped bring out the regal aesthetic of all the princely outfits Ranveer donned - be it the Konkani wedding or the Sindhi. It all looked surreal! 5. Maroon & Green Jewels © Instagram/Deepikapadukone Tourmalines, Garnets, and Emeralds made their presence felt in Ranveer's outfits, apart from the uncut diamonds, of course. The precious to semi-precious stones in that particular colour scheme is royal, and masculine at the same time - which is an extension of Ranveer's personal style statement.
  15. Apart from playing diverse, eclectic roles with unparalleled gusto, Rajkummar Rao has been consistently extending the brilliance to his fashion choices as well. Right from edgy casuals to innovative silhouettes that spell avant garde, his sartorial adventure graph is one that deserves to be archived. We have compiled a list of 7 stylish outfits that he wore, that can easily be the inspiration for a great Diwali outfit for every Indian man. 1. The regular kurta pyjama and Nehru jacket combination can look phenomenal if you make sure the colours are on point. This ensemble here is doing wonders for his skin tone and built as well. © Instagram/rajkummar_rao 2. Sometimes, the most basic outfits can look amazing. This blue kurta paired with a white churidaar is a perfect example. Add a pair of strappy sandals, and you're good to go! © Instagram/rajkummar_rao 3. Asymmetrical silhouettes are in, and when you can make it classy, no other outfit stands a chance. This structured, pleated ensemble is a perfect example of that. © Instagram/ishabhansali 4. Harem pants are a great way of embracing festive silhouettes without giving up the comfort. Pair them up with funky T-shirts and layer them up with jackets for that cool and casual aesthetic. © Instagram/ishabhansali 5. Bandhgalas and achkans with a twist can be an unusual, statement outfit, provided you accessorize properly. This embellished piece is perfect when it comes to making heads turn. © Instagram/ishabhansali 6. Sometimes, you can go for a statement party-wear aesthetic, for more casual occasions - like the classic card party evenings. Classy, comfortable, and not run-of-the-mill. © Instagram/ishabhansali 7. Indo-western is an amazing concept, and it can definitely come in handy during the festive season. Go for a colour that is not usual, like the rust-brown with a golden hint Rajkummar is sporting here. Pair it with longline shirts or kurtas for that ethnic edge. © Instagram/ishabhansali
  16. Diwali is around the corner, and most of our homies are struggling to sort out outfits that will do justice to the festive mood. However, most people don't have an idea in terms of what to go for, other than the super safe kurta-pyjama. While that is a staple, there are other pieces too one can wear, just like Varun Dhawan has been. Take a look. 1. Yes, white is safe, but it doesn't have to be boring. Varun's white Bandhgala on top of a white kurta-pyjama is an absolutely classy ensemble that will definitely make heads turn. © IANS 2. Yellow as a colour is essentially festive, and when you wear it with a pair off-white pyjamas and pair it with shoes, a sophisticated outfit is created. © Instagram/Varun Dhawan 3. If you want to steer clear of the kurta-pyjama silhouette and instead want to wear something completely different that will help you steal the spotlight effortlessly, you can ask your tailor to take inspiration from this piece right here. © Viral Bhayani 4. You know how you can jazz up a seemingly 'bland' outfit? Add pink to it. © Viral Bhayani 5. If you want to keep it super safe, and still want to feel festive, go for a white embroidered kurta and a pair of Patiala trousers. © Instagram/Varun Dhawan 6. If you want to go all out, embrace the festivities with this red sheer pleated number, and pair it with white pants/pyjamas. © IANS 7. Finally, there's nothing wrong with going down the trodden path. It's a cliche only because it stood the test of time. Plain white kurta-pyjama FTW! © Instagram/Varun Dhawan
  17. The latest season of 'Koffee With Karan' is underway, and we are as excited as everyone else. One thing that fashion enthusiasts look for in the show, apart from the gossip and the entertainment factor, of course, are the outfits of the guests, and Karan himself as well. Especially now that KJo has transformed into a cutthroat fashionista, who wears the most statement pieces, our eyes will be glued to everything he will be wearing for his appearance on the cult show. He usually ends up giving others a major complex when it comes to designer labels and luxury brands in terms of outfits, but interestingly enough, the tables turned during his encounter with Diljit Dosanjh and Badshah. © Instagram/badboyshah The pictures of the Koffee episode with Diljit and Badshah are out, and all we can say is 'Wow'. It looks like a fashion battle, and rightfully so. For the uninitiated, KJo, Diljit, and Badshah currently are the Indian celebrities who are most caught up with the racy, edgy, hypebeast-y vibe that international fashion is all about. © Instagram/karanjohar Coming to what all of them are wearing, let's take a peak. To start with, let's focus on KJo. © Instagram/karanjohar Karan is wearing a men's black embroidered-crown Cashmere jacket from Dolce & Gabbana. We love the chill vibe of the jacket, along with the white piping. © Instagram/karanjohar How much does it cost, though? It costs $3,257, which when converted to INR, costs around Rs 2.4 lakhs. Yes, you read that right. However, we couldn't help but focus on Diljit and Badshah's outfits, which stood apart on their own right, being as vibrant and extravagant as their music, as well as personalities. They honestly stole KJo's jacket's thunder, which was uncharacteristically demure. Badshah went ahead and wore one of KJo's favourite brands - Balenciaga. He wore a Logo Print Polo shirt, that costs $682 (about INR 50,000). © Instagram/badboyshah When it comes to Diljit, the first thing we noticed were the statement Gore-Tex trousers by Virgil Abloh's Off-White. This pair here costs $1,046 (about INR 77,000). We also are in love with his Balenciaga sneakers. © Instagram/badboyshah Badshah clearly was wallowing in this newfound, fashionable camaraderie, as proven by his Instagram stories. © Instagram/badboyshah © Instagram/badboyshah We can't wait to see what the rest of the season brings forth.
  18. The festive season is here, and you better be ready with your outfits, because the last minute confusion can get the best of even the most seasoned fashionistas. You need a lot of ethnic Indian wear, and all of them can't be your basic white kurta pyjamas (even though that actually is a fail-safe option). We noticed that Sidharth Malhotra can be quite innovative when it comes to Indian wear, and we have compiled a list of 8 outfits he wore that can be your style inspiration: 1. Let's start off with a bang with this black kurta-pyjama with a statement bandhgala on top. Whether you leave the buttons undone or button them up, you will look like a million bucks. © Missmalini 2. A splash of colour is always welcome when it comes to brightening the festive mood. Red is perfect! © Viral Bhayani 3. Achkans and Bandhgalas are those classics that can never go wrong. Pair them with white churidar and black oxfords/monk straps. © Missmalini 4. You can always go for a double-breasted silhouette if you're feeling extra fancy. Pair it with Patiala pyjamas for that festive flair. © Big Indian Wedding 5. Ivory used to be mainstream, but not anymore. We think it's the perfect time to bring it back. © Instagram/nikitajaisinghani 6. A black kurta-pyjama paired with a brown Nehru jacket is one of the most unusual combinations. But does it work? Of course! © Midday 7. A monochrome ensemble encompassing a polka-dotted kurta-pyjama and a bandhgala - what can be classier? © BCCL 8. A smart jacket with colour-blocked detailing, adorned with military-inspired brooches. Want class and sass at the same time? This is your go-to outfit. © Instagram /Sidharth Malhotra
  19. What can possibly be a better source of inspiration for outfits, other than the mother-ship itself, also known as 'Fashion Week'? What you see at the fashion week today, appears on the street tomorrow. So obviously, when we wanted some inspiring party outfits, that was our prime source. Here, We have compiled a list of 10 party outfits that can definitely prove to be inspiring: 1. An avant-garde, playful, vibrantly printed/patterned/sequined shirt paired with high-waisted pants will never fail to make a strong statement. © Tarun Chawla 2. If you want a bold, but classy look that will definitely make heads turn, pair a bold printed/logo shirt with checked pants. Mismatch? Yes. But that's the point! © Tarun Chawla 3. Wear black from head to toe, and wear a bright, vibrant, embroidered jacket on top. Super sophisticated. © MensXP 4. A structured, plaid jacket paired with relaxed pants will always work in your favour. Accessorise appropriately with eyewear and a watch. © Tarun Chawla 5. Monochrome is always impressive. 20. The sale season is here, and never have we ever been more thankful. Let's face it, clothes are expensive, and everyday we get to realize it in ways that are rather, well, unexpected. For example, SRK and Kartik Aaryan just stepped out in outfits that reminded us of our deflated wallets and made us glad about the fact that discount filters exist. Who knew seemingly 'regular' hoodies and T-shirts can cost as much? But that's the magic of branding. Just take a look at their outfits, to satisfy that part of you that is governed by that weird morbid fascination. © Viral Bhayani Shah Rukh Khan wore the Europa! print hoodie by Balenciaga, that is a simple grey hoodie with red graphics in the front. However, it costs about INR 70,514/- © Balenciaga Maintaining the brand's sanctity, SRK went for the Balenciaga black speed trainers with black and white textured sole, that cost INR 55,670/- © Balenciaga Kartik Aaryan wasn't far behind, either. © Viral Bhayani Kartik wore the #Balmain Fever T-shirt by Balmain, that is rather in demand and is sold out everywhere right now. The seemingly simple plain black T-shirt costs somewhere around INR 17,500/- © Balmain Coming to Kartik's shoes, he's wearing the Adidas Y-3 Kusari II, a pair of white sneakers we are in love with. The pair boasts of a smooth neoprene upper and is cushioned with 'boost', which Adidas Y-3 claims is the most responsive cushioning they have used. They cost INR 41,257/- © store.y-3 Aren't you glad the sales are on? We sure are!
  21. Style is subjective, yes, but when it comes to impressing your date in terms of your outfit, you have to walk the extra mile. Men's fashion has been evolving rapidly, and in order to keep up with the dynamism, only the best will do. Saqib Saleem is one of those rare Bollywood celebrities who has a rocking style game, but is underrated - just like his prowess as an actor. Here, we have compiled a list of 13 outfits from his wardrobe that are classy, edgy, and modern - or in a nutshell, will impress your date in a heartbeat: 1. A statement, pattered shirt with a well-fitted pair of trousers will always work. Crop the trousers at the ankles, wear a classy pair of shoes, and accessorize optimally (notice the pocket ornament Saqib is wearing) for a head-turning aesthetic. © Instagram 2. A well-fitted blazer will always give you an edge over everyone else in the room. We love the white detailing in this particular piece. © Instagram 3. Asymmetrical, complicated, draped ensembles are in, and your tailor better be a magician. Just look at this outfit! © Instagram 4. An all-black fusion ethnic ensemble, like this one, will make sure that you're right on track when it comes to keeping up with the evolution of Indian wear. © Instagram 12. A well-stitched 3-piece suit is a classic, and you should definitely invest in one. © Instagram 13. When it comes to a brunch date, go for colours that are bright and 'summery'. This will definitely score you brownie points. © Instagram
  22. What's the one thing that is common between Ranveer Singh and Karan Johar? Well, both of them are amazingly successful in their own domains in Bollywood, but that is not what we are talking about here. Both of them are hardcore fashionistas and are absolutely fearless when it comes to their individual styles - which tbh, are rather conspicuous in their own right. Recently, this has become all the more eye-catching, thanks to their colourful shenanigans. Ranveer and KJo seem to be on their own individual fashion trips, and the thing that unites them is the free-spirited, wild usage of vibrant colours in their outfits. Karan recently went to Paris for the Paris Fashion Week, and was impressively, colourfully Gucci-ed up for his appearances. © Instagram Be it multicoloured panther bomber jackets to statement fluorescent pieces, he knows how to pull off risky pieces with charming, reckless abandon. © Instagram Ranveer wasn't far behind and wore equally explosive outfits in terms of colour. Be it his dazzling firework-inspired outfit by designer Lecoanet Hemant, or a suit in fluoro fuchsia, if anyone can keep up with KJo, it's him. © Instagram © Twitter Both of them clearly have an inexplicable affinity towards orange hoodies as well. © Instagram © Instagram We all could use some colour around, and want this colourful battle to continue, till Holi is actually around the corner.
  23. We're still spellbound by the fashion extravaganza that the Lakme Fashion Week - Winter Festive '18 was all about. While this year was all about challenging stereotypes and flouting norms, we also witnessed menswear at its finest. One major colour trend we couldn't help but notice was the abundance of black. Well, black anyway features prominently in menswear all around, but the way it was present in this year's collections, was nothing short of brilliant. Here, we have compiled a list of 22 outfits that are classy, inventive, and most importantly, wearable. © Instagram Nick Bateman has anyway been one of the prime areas of focus when it comes to this year's LFW, add to that his appearance in this dapper black Manish Malhotra ensemble, and we get a winning combination right here. Right from the embroidered Pegasus to the ornate buttons, everything about his attire is perfect. © Viral Bhayani Gurmeet Choudhary's appearance as the showstopper for designer Soumodeep Dutta, dressed on the lines of a typical Bengali groom turned heads and how! We love the traditional, yet experimental silhouette and the classy drapery. © Viral Bhayani Arjun Kapoor turned up to cheer bestie Kunal Rawal's show dressed in a delightful black outfit - with a black and white sleeveless jacket to break the monotony. The monkstraps were just the perfect choice of footwear with his outfit. © Viral Bhayani Kunal Rawal's textured, bejeweled Achkan with an angular cut along with a white kurta underneath is a must-have, for the traditionally inclined menswear enthusiast. © Viral Bhayani With a ramp-worthy twist to the quintessential dhoti-kurta-shawl combo that a Bengali 'jaamai' is all about, Soumodeep Dutta sure has been able to replace the white and cream with glam black in the most righteous way possible. © Viral Bhayani An structured jacket with textural details along with silver peeking from within - Amit Aggarwal has done complete justice to the colour black with this outfit. © Viral Bhayani Who knew something as basic as a regular kurta-pyjama combo can look super impressive with a statement shawl thrown on top? Let's just say Kunal Rawal did. © Viral Bhayani When you want to stick to the darkest shade of jet black without any variation whatsoever and still make a statement, layering is the name of the game you should stick to. The key players? Antar-Agni, of course. © Viral Bhayani An elaborate, almost futuristic looking overcoat with structured collars is your best bet when it comes to 'making an entrance', anywhere. Amit Aggarwal has nailed it, clearly. © Viral Bhayani Want to keep it casual, but make a statement nonetheless? This Kunal Rawal outfit should be your inspiration right here. Joggers, longline T-shirt, a jacket, and a stole - simple. © Viral Bhayani You know what's really 'in'? The right melange of relaxed and layered. This Antar-Agni outfit is the one to beat when it comes to that. © Viral Bhayani How to do 'minimalist glam' right? Like this super unusual Amit Aggarwal bandhgala right here. © Viral Bhayani Want to play an exciting game with unusual silhouettes and layering? This Kunal Rawal outfit is the one to beat. © Viral Bhayani A plain ol' achkan can look phenomenal when it has been 'blocked' with multiple fabrics. This Antar-Agni piece can definitely be an inspiration for the next one you get stitched. © Viral Bhayani Traditional, but extremely edgy and modern at the same time, this Amit Aggarwal creation is a definitive 'thunder-stealer'. © Viral Bhayani If you're fond of the classy brand of drape-y boho-chic, this Antar-Agni outfit will give you outfit goals. © Viral Bhayani Apparently, if you know how to drape it right, a light shawl can make all the difference in a deceptively simple outfit. Soumodeep Dutta is clearly a pro when it comes to that. © Viral Bhayani 'Kurta-Pyjama, but make it fashion, and ramp-worthy' - This clearly was on Amit Aggarwal's to-do list when he came up with this cracker of an ensemble. © Viral Bhayani This outfit by Kunal Rawal is proof that innovative cuts are the secret behind an exclusive looking outfit. Essentially a longline shirt with well-fitted trousers made out of the same fabric, this striped number is simple, but super cool. © Viral Bhayani Colour blocking can be used even with contrasting fabrics and textures for a super premium look and feel. This Antar-Agni outfit is proof. © Viral Bhayani An outfit composed of a basic shirt and trousers, plus a jacket can actually look avant-garde, if the cuts are innovative. This W-patterned Kunal Rawal creation is the perfect example of that. © Viral Bhayani Talking about layering it up with innovative textures, this Amit Aggarwal ensemble is yet another piece that will make you stand out in the crowd, irrespective of the occasion.
  24. Talking about superficial struggles, the most relatable one (I say relatable because I'm sure you'd agree) is dressing well when you're super broke. I'm not going to quote Carrie Bradshaw from SATC and say "When I first moved to New York and I was totally broke, sometimes I bought Vogue instead of dinner. I found it fed me more" because one, we're in India - a place where being broke is completely different from being broke in New York, and two, I need to eat. So, I realized the only way out is to cut corners. You know what's the word that fills up my soul with joy? 'Sale'. Well, who doesn't like discounts? Plus, I work in fashion and it's important for me to keep up appearances (sigh). But, doing what I do, I also learned how to look decently, err, 'well-to-do', while actually being broke most of the time. Today, I'm going to spill my secret, without any reservation whatsoever, and give you an actual demo of how I make my broke ass look pretty sorted by shopping smart. I decided to take up a shopping and styling challenge - where I'll curate maximum number of outfits under a budget. While it was scary to start with, I did strive hard and brought my inner Monisha Sarabhai out. I bargained, haggled, put notifications on my phone for app-based sales, did a PhD on how to use coupon codes to my advantage, kept a thorough check on every sale going on in every brand outlet - and finally managed to do the only thing in my life that my mother will probably be proud of - came up with 13 dope ass, expensive looking streetstyle outfits, by shelling out only 6,000 bucks. 'Proud' would be an understatement. You know you agree. Here, I will show you the looks, and also share where I got which piece, and how much I had to shell out for each piece. Of course, I did a whole lot of mix-n-match because hey, that's clever and I had a budget of 6K. Outfit 1: © MensXP You can never go wrong with a layered look. Plus, if that contains denim, that's probably the safest bet ever. Throw in the right accessories, and you're all set! © MensXP One of the most common elements in streetstyle is longlines T-shirts, because A - they look dope, and B - nothing is more comfortable. © MensXP Take off the jacket, and it almost looks like a different outfit altogether. Where I bought it from: Longline T-shirt - H&M - INR 433/- Grey Trousers - Sarojini Nagar - INR 300/- Denim jacket - Sarojini Nagar - INR 275/- Outfit 2: © MensXP My inspiration for this look was Diljit Dosanjh. The way he wears those oversized jackets is a fashion class in itself. Well, his mostly are Balenciaga and Gucci, but let's not talk about things that will make us sad. © MensXP The best thing about this look is that you can have multiple aesthetics with the same elements, just by putting in minor tweaks. Take the jacket off, and there you have it! © MensXP Or use it like a cape. © MensXP No matter how you choose to wear it, this outfit will make you look dapper. Where I bought it from: Oversized jacket - Zara - INR 990/- White trousers - Zara - INR 990/- Graphic sleeveless tank top - Max - INR 200/- Outfit 3: © MensXP This is my streetstyle twist to the most popular outift ever - white T-shirt and blue jeans. I just changed it to a white longline T-shirt, and a majorly ripped and distressed pair of jeans (I ripped it myself, ssshhh). © MensXP I added a black denim jacket, and that gave the outfit a really cool twist. You don't necessarily need to wear it, just carry it around like an accessory for nailing the look. Where I bought it from: White longline T-shirt - H&M - INR 250/- Blue jeans (that I ripped myself) - Sarojini Nagar - INR 200/- Black denim jacket (I added the patches on it) - Sarojini Nagar - INR 200/- Outfit 4: © MensXP A sleeveless frayed shirt is a must have if you want that raw, edgy aesthetic that's also very 'street'. Plus, it's a good incentive to look forward to 'arm days' in the gym! © MensXP Pair it with a well-fitting pair of trousers, cropped at the ankles, and you're good to go. Oh, and accessorize well. Where I bought it from: Frayed, sleeveless Shirt - Koovs - INR 333/- The trousers from Outfit 1. Outfit 5: © MensXP I have always had a major weakness for all-white looks. There's just something inexplicably classy about them. Of course I had to have one. © MensXP I paired the white longline T-shirt from Outfit 3 with the white trousers from Outfit 2 - and voila! Pro tip: Carry a sling bag across the shoulder for a contrasting edge. Where I bought it from: Longline T-shirt from outfit 3. Trousers from outfit 2. Outfit 6: © MensXP Just like I love all-white looks, all-black looks have an equally special place in my lookbook. No, it's got nothing to do with the whole goth thing. Or does it? © MensXP Take your jacket off and hold it on your shoulder for a cutthroat, no-nonsense aesthetic. Where I bought it from: Black longline T-shirt - Koovs - INR 333/- Black trousers - Sarojini Nagar - INR 220/- Outfit 7: © MensXP Want a playful, yet sophisticated street aesthetic? Opt for pastels. © MensXP A relaxed baby pink T-shirt paired with a pair of well-fitted grey trousers. Add a fun cap for that playful element. I also added a long jacket, just as a prop here - but it can totally be worn if it's not that hot outside. Where I bought it from: Pink T-shirt - H&M - INR 300 The trousers from outfit 1. The jacket from outfit 2. Outfit 8: © MensXP Pop colours are in, and the fact that pink is still demonized as a colour for some weird reason among men, is the reason behind my choice of T-shirt. © MensXP This, right here, is a cool AF outfit and you know it. Where I bought it from: Pink T-shirt - H&M - INR 250/- The trousers from outift 2. Outfit 9: © MensXP Okay, so my love for all-white outfits is rather strong. © MensXP It's boiling hot outside and we need to embrace tank tops. And why not? Aesthetically too, I love this outfit. Where I bought it from: White tank top - Koovs - INR 250/- The trousers from outfit 2. Outfit 10: © MensXP Again, my love for all-black outfits is not ready to take a back seat. Déjà vu much? © MensXP I added a bit of colour by choosing a tank top with a huge logo, and carried my long jacket as a part of the outfit without actually wearing it. Where I bought it from: Black tank top - Sarojini Nagar - INR 100/- The trousers from outfit 6. Outfit 11: © MensXP I clearly am a fan of black and white. So why not mix 'em up? © MensXP Again, threw the long jacket as an accessory for an added street vibe. Where I bought it from: Longline T-shirt from outfit 6. Trousers from outfit 2. Outfit 12: © MensXP You know what's a safe combination if you're not confident about your shuffle game? A black T-shirt with blue jeans. © MensXP It's a self-sufficient look. You don't need anything else to make it look good. Just accessorize right. Where I bought it from: Longline T-shirt from outfit 6. Jeans from outfit 3. Outfit 13: © MensXP A really basic outfit can look really classy, given you have paired it well. © MensXP I wore a bright parchment pink T-shirt with my trusted white trousers, and cropped it at the ankles for a comfortable, functional, yet classy look. I wore bright orange shoes, a yellow cap, and round nerd glasses to seal it together. Where I bought it from: Pink T-shirt - Max - INR 199/- Trousers from outfit 2. Budget details: Longline T-shirt (INR 433/-) + Grey Trousers (INR 300/-) + Blue Denim jacket - (INR 275/-) + Oversized jacket (INR 990/-) + White trousers (INR 990/-) + Graphic sleeveless tank top (INR 200/-) + White longline T-shirt (INR 250/-) + Blue jeans (INR 200/-) + Black denim jacket (INR 250/-) + Frayed, sleeveless Shirt (INR 333/-) + Black longline T-shirt (INR 333/-) + Black trousers - (INR 220/-) + Pink T-shirt (INR 450) + Hot Pink T-shirt (INR 250/-) + White tank top (INR 250/-) + Black tank top - (INR 100/-) + Pink T-shirt (INR 199/-) = Total INR 6,023/- Moral of the story: You don't exactly need to be rich, you just need to shop smart. 25. Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone don't really need any help to individually claim the top spots in men's and women's fashion in India respectively. But, just like it works in the movies they work in, they decided to get together, and now, are the ultimate power couple in terms of fashion (among other things - which we shall talk about later, sometime). Their latest appearance in the airport, hand in hand, marked 2018's most powerful, not to mention, heartwarming, fashion (or shall we call it 'filmy'?) moment in Bollywood. Take a look. © Viral Bhayani Here are 4 things about their outfits that establish them as Bollywood's, or rather, Indian fashion's ultimate power couple. 1. Ranveer Singh's white Gucci Print leather belt bag, which purely in terms of technicality classifies as a women's bag (but it's 2018 and no one cares), once again proves that he's the king of accessories. The bag in white leather is adorned with prints from the eighties, and boasts of fine Italian craftsmanship. If this doesn't bring back fanny packs, nothing will. © Viral Bhayani 2. The coordinated, yet independently awesome choice of Athleisure shows that they exactly know how functional fashion works. What they are wearing is extremely comfortable, travel friendly, and complement each other outfits without looking tacky in the least. 'Couple goals' goals. © Viral Bhayani 3. How Ranveer tells so much with his clothes without verbally having to say anything is a lesson in itself. Look at how he so nonchalantly is letting us know about his favourite TV show using the baseball cap he's wearing. © Viral Bhayani 4. Did you notice how their shoe game and accessory game absolutely are on point? When it comes to shoes, Ranveer and Deepika are wearing Adidas and Nike respectively, in white and black, that is giving out the whole Yin and Yang vibe, brilliantly so. When it comes to accessories, both of them embraced the glam edge with their metallic watches and statement sunnies. © Viral Bhayani All we can do at this point is just bow down. Bravo!
