  3. There is no wedding or big family function that you might have attended without singing or dancing to the tune of a Daler Mehndi song. Yep! Daler Mehndi will forever be etched in our memories as someone who made parties and danced so much fun with our friends. © Istock So groovy were the tunes of his many songs that while many may not even know the true meaning behind, they still continue to sing them whenever it's playing in the background. Now, while we don't get to witness a lot of new music by the legendary artist, we still get to hear about him every now and then. Well, it looks like the popular Punjabi singer is in the news again and for a very big reason! According to reports, Daler Mehndi recently became the first Indian to buy a property on Mark Zuckerberg's Metaverse. View this post on Instagram For people not well versed with Metaverse, the historic move means that Daler has purchased what would be a virtual land on made-in-India Metaverse platform PartyNite. View this post on Instagram Not just that, he's gone on to give it a very iconic name! Balle Balle Land! According to reports, the 'Balle Balle Land' will soon even have a Daler Mehndi Store, which will go on to sell merchandise as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). 4. Fardeen Khan is back in action, as per the recent reports, at least. Not that we’re too excited because if history is anything to go by, Fardeen Khan has had a thing with giving flops. Case in point - Fida, Dev, Khushi, and the one we’re dissecting today - Janasheen. A movie that the star did with his father Feroz Khan, was probably one of the most pointless, chaotic and painfully long movies ever. But I’ll hope not to make its review painful, or long. © Goldmines Entertainment Lucky Kapoor aka Fardeen Khan is shown as an over-energetic annoying kid who spends his time learning karate with his master who is played by Johnny Lever. Soon after we’re shown that Fardeen Khan is sent to Australia where he lives with his aunt Martha. © Goldmines Entertainment It becomes pretty apparent that the emotional distance between Lucky’s father and Lucky is just as much there is between Australia and India. Lucky grows up to become a wannabe biker and his father grows up to be a tight-ass who won’t sell his property Angaar to Saba Karim(Feroz Khan) who is a fugitive from Afghanistan. © Goldmines Entertainment Saba Karim’s personality was later reincarnated in the movie Welcome as RDX bhai, with the only exception being that in Janasheen, Feroz Khan was given an actual tiger as a pet. © Goldmines Entertainment Coming back to the plot, Lucky’s dad refuses to give up his property, so Saba Karim gets him killed because apparently everything is fair in love, war and property dispute. Meanwhile, Lucky hears of this and is forced to come back to India, only to be confronted with a lot more than just the death of his father. © Goldmines Entertainment He meets his childhood love interest Jessica, who is a half-blind violinist who would play only in a bikini or clothes as short as the attention span of people who watched the film. The irony comes in, when she turns out to be the only person to actually have seen Lucky’s father being killed by Saba Karim. However, for the good of no one, she decided to keep it for herself. © Goldmines Entertainment As the movie progresses, so do the stress lines on our forehead because what comes next, makes little sense and Celina Jaitley’s clothes in this movie. Turns out, the creep that Saba Karim is, has imprinted on Lucky because he looks strikingly similar to his dead son. © Goldmines Entertainment Suddenly, Saba Karim manages to become his godfather, they forge a bond that doesn’t last too long because Jessica finally decides to come clean about him killing Lucky’s father. One might argue she did this to steal some semblance of a screen-time in the movie. © Goldmines Entertainment What follows next is utter chaos. Jessica is almost killed by Saba Karim’s hitman, Lucky fights off the bad guy, gives questionable CPR to Jessica to revive her and after all this, Saba Karim is still waiting for Lucky to join him in his chopper. © Goldmines Entertainment Of course, he doesn’t and kills Saba Karim instead, because when did obsession ever give you a ‘happily ever after’? The End. View the full article

  10. For James Bond fans, the iconic British heritage property Stoke Park serves as a stark reminder of the aesthetic background setting for Goldfinger. For history lovers and travellers indulging in occasional shenanigans, this massive 300-acre property located in Buckinghamshire County of London is a mark of British luxury. It used to serve as a country club before it was turned into a hotel with a 27-hole Golf course, 13 tennis courts and a restaurant. View this post on Instagram This heritage property was bought by Indian business tycoon Mukesh Ambani earlier this year for a whopping Rs 592 crores. The family was being rumoured to have wanted to shift base to London which was denied earlier this week. So, let’s have a look at the sprawling estate: View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram Many reports claim that the Reliance group will, eventually, convert it into a premier sporting and golfing resort. The interiors of the hotel are insanely beautiful and it looks like the gyms here will probably make you burn more calories than usual, given that wonderful sight! View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram In fact, in addition to two Bond movies, the famous ‘mini break’ and rowing scenes from Bridget Jones’s Diary were also filmed in the Great Hall, Lakes and the Pennsylvania Suite of the estate. View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram "Simultaneously, it will also expand the footprint of India's famed hospitality industry globally," the statement issued by RIL mentioned this. Well, luxury has no price tag and with this gorgeous property getting a makeover under the RIL umbrella, one can only imagine how magnificent it will be. View the full article
