Meanwhile, as per the reports, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan are home quarantined. On Wednesday night, Big B connected with his fans through Twitter from the hospital. 3. We have said it before, and we will say it again - although a film may initially draw audiences because of the star cast, and the names of on-screen talents, it is the director who ensures that the film is made so well that audiences keep on coming and buying tickets to watch the film. It is the director who ensures that a film, crosses the 200 or 300 Crore mark. © Viral Bhayani There are a few director siblings who are responsible for some of the most iconic films we have in Bollywood today. Now, when we say iconic, it is not necessarily in a good way. There are a few filmmakers, who have given us movies, that are âiconicallyâ bad, as in we donât really know how on earth were they approved. But they are few and far between. © Eros International The more pertinent point here is that there are a few great director sibling pairs, who have actually given us a few great films. This begs the question, is there a gene for storytelling that runs in their families? We think that probably, there is. 1. Abbas & Mustan Burmawalla © Viral Bhayani Of course, we have to start with the most iconic pair of sibling directors, Abbas & Mustan. Now, we agree that their films arenât as pathbreaking or critically acclaimed. However, if you look at their filmography, youâll see that the duo has done a lot for Indian cinema in terms of storytelling, and action films as a genre. Some of their films include titles like the Race trilogy, Khiladi, and Baazigar among a plethora of others. 2. Zoya & Farhan Akhtar © Reddit/r/bollywooddirectors Do we really need to spell out why this particular pair of sibling directors are on this list? Zoyaâs filmography does not need any words, it is just fantastic. Clearly, she is one of the most talented directors we have today. As for Farhan, he single-handedly changed the course of Bollywood movies with Dil Chahta Hai & Lakshya. We genuinely wish we could see Farhan in the directorâs chair, more often. 3. Anurag & Abhinav Kashyap © Reddit/r/bollywooddirectors Keeping aside oneâs political inclinations, there is really point in arguing over the fact that at one point in time, Anurag Kashyap was the face of parallel cinema in India. Anurag really pushed the envelope when it comes to Indian Cinema, and the kind of stories that we could tell on celluloid. Gangs Of Wasseypur, Paanch, Black Friday, Gulaal, Raman Raghav 2.0 - all these are films that practically lived on our tongues. Abhinav Kashyap on the other hand, reimagined the âCop Filmâ as a genre, with Dabanng. Sadly though, his next and final directorial venture, Besharam was a disaster. However, if we see the scripts that he has written since then, weâre pretty sure that he will do well when he finally gets to sit in the directorâs chair. 4. Farah Khan Kunder & Sajid Khan © Reddit/r/bollywooddirectors Okay, this is a bit of a conundrum. Farah Khan as a director has sort of perfected the formula of a masala family entertainer, which, in spite of being a little over the top, were genuinely liked by the audience. She is iconic in that sense. Sajid Khan, on the other hand, has mastered how to make a senseless comedy that you cannot watch with any intelligence. We seriously donât know how or why is this the case, but Sajid Khan, at the end of the day, is also a âdirector,â in an iconic way - how not to be one. 5. Sanjay Leela Bhansali - Bela Bhansali Sehgal © Viral Bhayani Bet you didnât see this coming, did you? Sanjay Leela Bhansali is well, Sanjay Leela Bhansali - a filmmaker who has shown how to make one magnum opus after the other. Whether you like his films or not, you cannot deny that he knows how to set up a scene, and how to make some of the most visually stunning films that just makes us gasp. His sister, Bela Sehgal, is also a director. Her directorial debut, Shirin Farhad Ki To Nikal Padi was actually a great rom-com film, which had a poignant story. Unfortunately, it did not do well at the box office, and that was that. 6. Rohit & Hriday Shetty © IANS/Viral Bhayani Yup, Bollywoodâs most commercially successful director, has a sibling whoâs also a director. While Rohit Shetty is known for films that are full-on masala entertainers that somehow always make well over 100-150 Crores. Hridayâs filmography is rather different. They arenât exactly parallel cinema, and neither are they mainstream films - theyâre a hybrid of some sort. His filmography has titles like Chaalis Chauraasi, starring Naseeruddin Shah, Atul Kulkarni, Kay Kay Menon and Ravi Kishan, Pyaar Mein Twist starring Rishi Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia, among a few others. 7. Yash Raj Chopra & Baldev Raj Chopra © Reddit/r/bollywooddirectors If there is one pair of sibling directors who have shaped Indian Cinema as we know it today, it has to be Yash Raj Chopra & Baldev Raj Chopra, or BR Chopra as he is popularly known. Between the two of them, the films they have directed can quintessentially be defined as Indian cinema. If you look at their respective filmographies, youâll see names that have not only shaped Bollywood, but also how they have defined how we consume visual entertainment. 8. Imtiaz, Sajid, & Arif Ali © Viral Bhayani There was a time when Imtiaz Ali was considered the director to work with. He still is one of the best directors of the current crop. There is just something about his way of telling a story that just resonates with everyone. His brothers, Arif Ali & Sajid Ali have also been credited as directors. Arif is also an accomplished screenwriter and has worked on a number of notable projects. View the full article
  4. While talking about Bollywood A-listers, the only thing that comes to mind is that these are some of the most successful, superhit-producing actors of the Hindi film industry. However, the reality couldnât be more different. While itâs true that they have a lot of blockbusters to their name, many Bollywood A-listers also have some of the worst performing films to their credit as well. Here are 8 such top Bollywood actors who have also given some of the most negatively reviewed movies in Bollywood. Based on IMDB ratings of 3.5 and below, here are 8 A-listers who made it to the list. 1. Akshay Kumar © UTV Motion Pictures Akshay Kumar, who is hailed as the âKhiladiâ of Bollywood also happens to be one of the leading Bollywood actors with one of the worst Bollywood films to his credit. Akshayâs Tees Maar Khan starring Katrina Kaif made the audience cry tears of blood given how shitty the plot and the concept was. 2. Hrithik Roshan © Emkay Films After Hrithikâs debut Kaho Na Pyaar Hai did wonders at the box office, Vikram Bhatt must have thought the star jodi would recreate the charm with Aap Mujhe Ache Lagne Lage. However, he was up for some major disappointment because the film tanked and how! 3. Ajay Devgn © Eros International Who would have imagined Ajay Devgn would top the list with the MOST number of negatively reviewed Bollywood movies? Well, as the facts have it, three of Ajayâs films, namely Himmatwala, Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag and Rascals happen to be some of the biggest flops of Ajayâs career. 4. Salman Khan © Salman Khan Films Although we totally agree that Race 3 deserves to grace this list for being the most ridiculous and sham of a film, it turns out that isnât the biggest flop of Salmanâs career. As per the ratings, Me & Mrs Khanna, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, is one of Salmanâs worst performing films ever. 5. Saif Ali Khan © Fox Star Studios 2013 hadnât really been a very bad year for Saif on the professional front. With four movie releases that year, including Race 2, we wonder why on earth he decided to settle for Humshakals. Experimenting is fine, but the combo of crass humour and slapstick comedy in this stupid film surely did no good to him. 6. Priyanka Chopra © Baweja Movies There is no forgetting this mega failure of a film titled Love Story 2050. Starring PeeCee and Harman Baweja, this movie was such a tragedy, we bet Priyanka wouldnât mind erasing this âfuturisticâ romance flick from the face of the earth. We personally wouldnât mind that either. 7. Ranveer Singh © Yash Raj Films Rated 2.4, Gunday probably doesnât even deserve a rating of more than 1.5 rotten eggs. Right from Ranveer and Arjunâs oiled bodies throughout the film, to the shitty screenplay and Arjun Kapoorâs ridiculous acting, this one definitely deserves to be on the list. 8. Tiger Shroff © Balaji Motion Pictures Tiger has two flop movies to his name on this list - Munna Michael and Flying Jatt. Letâs not even get to the acting part because come on, weâre talking about Tiger here and he has no relation to acting whatsoever. Whatâs even more disappointing (for him) is that even his kicks and punches couldnât save the show. Got any movie by Bollywood A-listers that you particularly hate? 6. OnePlus recently launched the new OnePlus 8 series phones with a ton of cool features. A lot of those features are a part of the new OxygenOS that's running on the new phones and we're happy to report that a lot of them are making their way to the older OnePlus phones too. That's right, OnePlus is making some really cool features of the OnePlus 8 series available to the older devices in their line up with the new OxygenOS update. Here's a quick look at everything that's coming to the older phones - © Twitter/ @DurvidImel Smoother PerformanceOnePlus phones are all about that speed and smooth performance and things are only getting better with each update. OnePlus made as many as 280 tweaks under the hood to make the phones feel faster. They've completely redone the animations to make them feel smoother and faster. Obviously, the new OnePlus 8 Pro is going to benefit the most here since it has that 120Hz panel, however, the older phones should also theoretically feel faster across the board. OnePlus has some of the smoothest animations in the business, so we can only imagine how much difference this will make. UI TweaksOnePlus has also simplified the navigation gestures, so it should be a lot more intuitive to use that now on the older devices too. And on top of that, there are some other deeper customization options that are not limited to just themes. We're looking at things like accent colour customization, advanced settings for AMOLED Wide Gamut, sRGB and Display P3. The new OcygenOS also gets the Dark Theme 2.0, which is essentially the universal dark theme. So, more apps now are compatible with Dark Mode, which is always a good thing. Lastly, there will be some new dynamic wallpapers too. These are the ones that shift colour tones based on "current outdoor temperature conditions." © Reuters Faster Downloads & Smart SMSOnePlus has a nifty little feature called Dual-channel download acceleration with which the users can expect faster download speeds. This particular feature can be enabled to use both mobile data and Wi-Fi at the same time to speed up things. This is in addition to the OnePlus phones' ability to smartly switch between 3G/4G and Wi-Fi depending on the connectivity. Smart SMS manager is also a cool feature to have onboard as it automatically categorises things like spam and promotional messages. Smart SMS manager on the OnePlus phones can categorise the messages between up to 39 types, including OTPs, tickets and bank messages. © Twitter/ @DurvidImel Cricket Card 2.0Cricket scores will be visible on the OnePlus Shelf that sits on the left-mist screen on the home screen. Users will now be able to customize this card to add their favourite teams and access the stories quickly without having to load a website or Google the scores. A pretty neat feature for all the cricket fans out there. All these new features will be rolled out to the existing OnePlus phones, including the OnePlus 7T series and the OnePlus 7 series soon. So, keep an eye out for an update to get all the cool OnePlus 8 series features on your older device. Source: News18 View the full article

  8. The only valid celebrities at this time are the one using their platforms to actually make a difference and help people during the pandemic instead of singing in their multi-million dollar homes. And, of course, Leonardo DiCaprio is a part of that, he never has and will never let us down. In a recent video he shared on his Instagram account, he, along with Robert De Niro, announced that they're raising funds for people suffering because of coronavirus. Basically, to make sure no one goes hungry during these trying times, they are asking for donations and 100% of the proceeds will go to Meals on Wheels America so that food is provided for everyone. Well, everyone shouldn't do good deeds for selfish reasons, of course, but this kind of incentive would probably help even more people and at the end of the day, that's the most important thing. © Twitter Since this is part of 'All In Challenge', Leo furthered nominated Matthew McConaughey as well as Ellen DeGeneres to accept the challenge, while Robert De Niro called out to Jamie Foxx. Turns out Mathew McConaughey has already made his offer and shared this hilarious video, starting it off with a little The Wolf Of Wall Street joke. hey yaâll, Iâve accepted the #ALLINCHALLENGE. 9. Earlier this morning, PM Modi addressed the nation to announce the extension of the ongoing lockdown in India. As per the latest speech, we now have to stay indoors for a couple more weeks, till May 3, to be precise, to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. PM Modi also encouraged people to download an app called Aarogya Setu, which in case you don't know, was launched earlier this month. The app has already been downloaded by close to 20 million people, and I am sure the number will go up since our Prime Minister has now urged everyone to do so on national TV. In case you're wondering whether or not to download the app, here's a quick look at everything that you need to know about it. Pros Of Aarogya Setu:Easy To Set Up © MensXP Getting started with the Aarogya Setu app is very simple. Just download the app and register with your mobile number to start using it. It needs your phone number for contact tracking i.e. to identify and notify about someone in your circle being tested positive. Language Setup & Translation In order to make it easier for people to use the app, the government has added the ability to choose between multiple languages. You can choose between English, Hindi, Gujrati, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi, and a few more. You can also change the language at any point after setting up, which makes it accessible for millions in India. Self Assessment Test & Safety Tips © MensXP The primary objective of the app is to help you figure out if you are at risk of getting infected by COVID-19. And therefore, besides the self-assessment test, you'll also see some tips on how to keep yourself safe. There are things like safety tips, Do's and don'ts, and a direct link to learn more about the COVID-19. I am sure this will come in handy for people who're not entirely aware of the risk of getting infected by the virus yet. Cons Of Aarogya SetuLocation Sharing You're probably already aware of this, but there's a lot of speculation surrounding the Aarogya Setu's privacy policy. The fact that it's tracking you all the time, can be unsettling for some, to say the least. The government says it needs the location access to figure out the places you've been to and use it later if/when you test positive. It definitely makes sense since it'll make it super easy for the government to trace back your contact points and quarantine them, but do you really want the government to track you all the time throughout this pandemic? © Reuters User Data When you install the app, the government immediately gets all of your info including your name, age, ***, and phone number. With all this info and the location data, it is safe to say that the government literally knows your entire digital personality at any given point in time. Battery Drain Since the app is constantly using your phone's location services, you can expect the phone's battery to drain faster than it would on a normal day. Location services use GPS to track the location of your device as it pings after a set interval of time. This means, your phone is constantly sending out data to the servers, which means more battery usage and heating issues. It's very similar to using Google Maps for navigation. Except, in this case, your phone will be constantly sending your location, unlike Google Maps which you'd probably use not more than an hour a day while traveling. Is It worth Downloading? Aarogya Setu uses Bluetooth to communicate with devices around you so that it can identify who you're coming in contact with and notify you later if/when that particular person tests positive. But, even if you are around an infected person, say someone who lives in the same building, it doesn't necessarily mean you've come in contact with them. Bluetooth, however, doesn't really understand directions, so, at best, the app has the ability to tell that you "may" have come in contact with someone who has tested positive which is a fair trade off in our opinion, but may cause panic. And lastly, I'd like to point out the security vulnerabilities. If this app, like several other govt apps infamous for security lapses, is vulnerable to security breaches, just imagine the kind of data leak we're looking at. The party hacking into the system will literally know who you are and where all you've been since the moment you downloaded the app. In conclusion, while the app definitely can be a mass mobiliser when it comes to fighting the Coronavirus, it does have its own sets of flaws. And location tracking is the least of our concerns. Let's hope the app is secure to breaches, so that our data stays safe with the government. View the full article
  10. We all are locked inside our homes, owing to the lockdown imposed by PM Narendra Modi due to the Coronavirus outbreak and while it is making many of us anxious, this is a great time to invest in things and people you love. Also, if you have a pet who never gets to see his âhoomanâ at home, then make sure you are pampering your best friend as well. Take a cue from these celebrities who are spending time with their fur babies and making the most of this lockdown: 1. Anushka Sharma and Virat KohliWell, on her off days, Anushka has made sure that she spends time with their dog, Dude. She shared a photo of her chilling with Dude and Virat. This time around, both Virat and Anushka are spending time with their pooch. She wrote, "Today when I'm surrounded by all the blessings in my life, I just want to tell everyone how much compassion I feel for everyone who I see suffer." View this post on InstagramEvery dark cloud had a silver lining. And this time, while it may seem like the worst time and in so many ways it actually is, has also forcefully made us all stop and deal with things we might have been running away from because either we were âbusyâ or it was convenient to say we were 'busy'. If this time is respected for what it is, it will enable more light to shine through. This time has also made us all realise what's truly important. For me just having food, water and a roof over my head and the good health of my family seems MOST important. Everything else is a bonus that I bow my head in gratitude for. But, that which we call 'basic' is not so basic for everyone after looking at all the people who struggle for just those few things. My prayers with them and their families. May everyone be safe and secure. This time has surely made me more reflective. This need to stay at home with your loved ones has been forced upon the entire world but there is a deep lesson for us all. There is a lesson to strive for work and life balance ( I've valued and strived for this dearly for many years now ), there is a lesson to devote more time in things that actually matter. Today, when I'm surrounded by all the blessings in my life, I just want to tell everyone how much compassion I feel for everyone who I see suffer. I want to help as many possible in the best of my abilities. I feel pride in our resilience to be better human beings. I can instinctively feel this in and around me. We will all have our individual and subjective lessons from this time and hopefully, such lessons will continuously stay with us all.A post shared by (@anushkasharma) 2. 11. Weâve been speculating about the OnePlus 8 Series for a while now and it seems like many of those speculations have been confirmed by the company. On the OnePlus forum, company CEO Pete Lau confirmed some of the specifications of the upcoming phones in a deep dive. © MensXP/Akshay Bhalla We had already assumed that the OnePlus 8 Pro and the OnePlus 8 would be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 chipset and it was confirmed in the forum post by Lau. This is the same chipset that powers some of the flagship phones of 2020 including the Realme X50 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy S20 in the United States. Xiaomi was also supposed to launch the Mi 10 in India that is powered by the flagship chipset, but was delayed due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The Snapdragon 865 chipset already offers impressive performance on other phones and OnePlus claims it will be 25% more energy-efficient than previous handsets. The processor is also more powerful at handling raw processing power which makes it ideal for gaming, video and image editing. © MensXP/Akshay Bhalla Lau also confirms that the phone will have LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.0 flash storage which will enable the phone to have faster read and write speeds. This, in turn, will enable the phone to launch apps and files faster than ever before. For users who like to use processor-intensive apps and multi-task at the same time, the new flash storage system will help in making the process smooth and power-efficient. The OnePlus 8 Series is already sounding like a great phone with almost every specification leaked before its official launch. While the smartphone is launching soon, currently we do not know how OnePlus plans to get their smartphones in the hands of their customers during the lockdown period. View the full article
  12. Every year, a ton of new games make it to the market and though not all of them are worth your time and money, it becomes very difficult to find out the ones that are worth picking up. Of course, we review a lot of them to tell you whether or not it's worth buying but we also come across a lot of disappointing titles almost every now and then. Well, I decided to list these games out because I seem to have too much time to think about these games during the lockdown. Before I begin, I'd like to point out that none of these games are bad by any means. I mean, it's a huge task to make a game and release it to the public, so if anything, we should appreciate their efforts. So I am simply pointing out the ones which I found to be very disappointing. Essentially, we're looking at an "overhyped and underdeliver" kind of situation here with these games. Let's check it out - Watch Dogs Watch Dogs is one of those games that literally made me go "Wowza" when I first saw it at an E3 keynote 6 years ago. Seriously, it was one of the best looking video game demos that I had ever seen. But the final retail version that shipped to the players? Well, it was nothing like what we were promised. Anyway, it's currently available for free from the Epic Games Store, so you can check it out if you want to. Fable 3 If you've played Fable 3, then you're probably wondering why is this game in the list of most disappointing games? Well, as I mentioned earlier, we're talking about the games that couldn't really deliver on the promises made before their release. Fable 3's designer Peter Molyneux is the one considered to be guilty of this. Game Of Thrones RPG The only good thing about the Game Of Thrones RPG was the story. I mean, you just can't go wrong with a GoT plot, right? Oh wait, I forgot about season 8. Anyway. The GoT RPG game was disappointing in almost every way. The game mechanics were bad and even the graphics were simply not that great. Simply put, it wasn't on par with the RPGs that were ruling at that time. Duke Nukem Forever This is a game that was sitting in development for 15 years. The devs started working on it back in 1997 and it came out 2011. The game legit feels veery old due to that. Everything from dialogue, gameplay mechanics and even graphics, feels like it was made for a 90s game. However, there was way too much hype surrounding this game, and it simply couldn't deliver it. 13. We all know that star kids get as much attention as any other B-town celebrity. Even if they are not a part of the movie industry just yet, the paparazzi always ensure they are snapped and this gives us an insight into what their lives are like. Having said that, with a majority of star kids out there, Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan's son, has never failed to amaze us. He has been in the spotlight for a while now and even though he hasn't marked his debut yet, we are constantly updated about his whereabouts through social media. What makes his feed even catchier, is the fact that most of the pictures that he posts remind us of Shah Rukh Khan. Be it his looks or his way of dressing, Aryan clearly knows how to ace all sorts of silhouettes and give fierce competition to his father with his fashion game. Here's a compiled list of all the times when Aryan Khan aced the fashion arena with his sartorial eccentricities. View this post on Instagram Happy Mothers day #gaurikhan A post shared by Aryan Khan (@__aryan____) on May 12, 2019 at 12:07am PDT 1. Remember the time when we spotted all celebrities at Akash Ambani's engagement party? Well, our favourite star kid wasn't far behind in the fashion league. This well-fitted blue suit with a black-tie, shows that he is truly King Khan's son as he knows how to elevate his style statement, no matter where he goes. This one, for example, is encapsulated quite well with a leather bomber jacket topped with denim pants and a basic T-shirt. On the other hand, SRK's way of wearing the jacket with cargo pants is relatable too. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Aryan Khan (@__aryan____) on Mar 17, 2019 at 8:19pm PDT We cannot take our eyes off that jawline. Add to that, oversized orange jacket for winter days, sums up this picture in the most pleasing manner. While we have seen SRK wearing such silhouettes, this one from Aryan's closet, shows where he gets his inspiration from. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Aryan Khan (@__aryan____) on Jul 1, 2018 at 8:37am PDT Balenciaga sock sneakers are hands down the most versatile pair of sneakers we have seen and it looks like the trend of wearing them runs in the Khan family. A look at this picture and you would see how Aryan, AbRam and SRK are all wearing the same sock sneakers in different colours. This is beyond words for us! View this post on Instagram A post shared by Aryan Khan (@__aryan____) on Jan 28, 2018 at 3:04am PST Aryan looks like SRK's spitting image in this one. Also, the way he is sporting the smart casual outfit is truly raising the temperature. A white shirt with undone buttons, layered with a black blazer is an instant way to stand out. If this is not tempting enough, we don't know what is! View this post on Instagram A post shared by Aryan Khan (@__aryan____) on Mar 24, 2020 at 7:30am PDT Aryan clearly doesn't need any more fashion lessons as he has already struck a chord with us with his choices. This one, where he has layered a grey denim jacket over an oversized Givenchy red hoodie and camouflage pants is athleisure fashion at its best. Hats off! View the full article
  14. One of the best things you can do to avoid getting infected by the Covid-19 virus is to stay inside your house. Social distancing and self-isolation is what the experts are recommending as the best solution to put an end to the outbreak. But if you've been sitting at home for the past few days, then you probably already know how nerve-wracking it is. You're probably not used to sitting at home all day, so chances are you're already bored. Wait, don't let that change your mind yet because it's not a good idea to go outside. Instead, check out our list of best apps and services that can help in keeping yourself entertained or occupied - 1. Streaming Party © Netflix Party We all love watching movies online, right? But you're probably not used to watching movies or shows online alone. And since it's not safe to surround yourself with people, we have the perfect thing for you. I give you Netflix Party, a Google Chrome extension that'll let you watch your favourite TV shows and movies on Netflix with friends online. Netflix party lets you add friends and synchronises the video playback with them. You'll also get an option to group chat with your buddies, which is a great way to communicate with them. It's a great way to watch the shows together with your friends without having to meet them in person. If you don't like the group chat feature, we suggest you use discord to talk to them over voice. I've tried it with discord and it's the perfect combo. Here are some good recommendations to watch online. Get Netflix Party here. 2. Watching Shows Together With DiscordEven if you don't want to watch shows online, you can always download the streaming service of your choice and use Discord to talk to your friends like I mentioned earlier. Just hit the play button together to keep the stream in sync and use Discord's voice chat feature in the background to chat and discuss things with your group at the same time. © Discord It's a rather weird way to consume content together, but you have to keep yourself safe, right? In India, you have a ton of streaming services like Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, and more, so give this a try. Download Discord. 3. Get Yourself A VR systemThis is probably not something that a lot of people would do, but if you can afford it, then we suggest you take this quarantine time to check out VR. I suggest you buy something like the Oculus Quest to avoid dangling with cords all over your room. With a standalone VR headset like the Oculus Quest, you can literally sit on your couch or bed and experience VR. © Oculus In addition to video games, you can also watch shows, movies, etc. on VR. If you're planning to try this, then please don't ignore the game called "Beat Saber". It's probably the best VR game I've played so far. 4. Use All The Time To Get In ShapeI would recommend everyone to get into Yoga because it's one of the best things you can do while sitting at home. If you want an app for that, then check out this app called "Asana Rebel". It's something which I've used in the past to learn Yoga. Get a personalised daily plan to go with it and you'll get things like 100+ fitness inspired workouts, video and audio guidance, and many more things. If Yoga isn't your thing, then you can always check out a lot of fitness apps. Heck, you can even buy yourself a treadmill or other equipment at home and workout without having to leave your house. 5. Play Games On Your PhoneMobile gaming is probably the easiest way to keep yourself entertained without having to do a lot of research and preparation. Just download a bunch of games that you've been wanting to play and get started. If you have an Apple device like an iPhone or an iPad, then I highly recommend getting yourself an Apple Arcade subscription. © Apple Apple Arcade has a ton of high-quality games that'll surely keep you entertained for a lot of days to come. Google, sadly, doesn't offer its Google Play Pass here in India, but you can always search for your favorite games on the Play Store and play. View the full article
  15. Sony has been silent about the PlayStation 5 ever since the logo of the console was confirmed at CES earlier this year. While Sony has made some information available about the console, we didnât know much about the PS 5 until today. New information comes from a major retailer in the United States, who is an important partner for Sony when it comes to offline sales. Information coming from GameStop is probably the most concrete details weâve heard about the console yet. © LetsGoDigital GameStop put up a placeholder landing page for the PlayStation 5 and the page showed off some details that we were already aware of via various interviews and events along with some information that was not available previously. A few of the features GameStop mentions include Full 8K TV supportCustom 8-core AMD chipset 3D Audio Built-for-purpose SSD storage/Backwards compatibility with PS4 games/PSVR hardware Ray tracing capabilitiesWhile we know some of these details from previous interviews and events, GameStop goes into detail about the custom AMD chipper the console will be using. It details that the chipset is an 8-core, 6-thread CPU based on AMD's Zen 2 microarchitecture. In comparison to the PlayStation 4, the PS5 will probably be a huge leap in processing power and graphical prowess. To put things into perspective, the Xbox Series X is already confirmed to achieve up to 12 TeraFlops and Sony is expected to have the same level of performance if not better. © Reddit GameStop also confirmed that the Dualshock 5 will have haptic feedback technology and adaptive triggers that will let you feel in-game physics such as resistance; for example, when braking in racing games. In terms of design, weâve already seen leaked pictures of the controller and it doesnât look much different than the PlayStation 4 apart from minor changes. We also reported that Sony is looking to add biometric sensors as an accessory that can sense fear and other biometrics data which can be used to enhance your gaming experience. © Reddit In terms of the software experience, GameStop details that the menu will allow players to "see what is happening in a game without even booting it up." Players can also "see which multiplayer matches are available or what single-player missions you are on in the game.â Sony is yet to show off the console and all of its features even though it is scheduled to launch during Holiday 2020. Sony has already pulled out of key gaming events like PAX East, GDC, and E3, hinting that the console is not entirely ready for a full reveal yet. Source: GameStop View the full article

Just go through the R Madhavanâs Instagram profile and youâll see that his entire feed is nothing but an awe-inducing thirst trap. © Instagram/actormaddy Be it something traditional, like kurta & pyjama, or a fine suit, the man knows how to dress up with panache, and set some seriously dope style goals. However, it turns out, that when it comes to street style and normcore, Madhavan operates on a whole new level. © Viral Bhayani He was recently spotted celebrating the birthday of a major filmmaker, in one of the zaniest and most casually chilled-out outfits, we have seen. © Viral Bhayani As simple as the ensemble may seem at first, there is actually a lot going on with it, which makes it one heck of an outfit. © Viral Bhayani First, letâs get to his shirt. The pocket is sewn on sideways, which in spite of giving a utilitarian and technical vibe to it, renders it redundant. Then there are the buffed up black cuffs of the sweat sleeve, which actually is a part of the shirt itself. The Off-White plaid shirt is actually quite kitschy, especially from the back. © Viral Bhayani The trousers, too, continue with the streetwear meets technical and utilitarian clothing, thanks to the manner in which the ridges have been implemented. They look a lot like leather trousers that bikers often wear. Considering how big a petrolhead Madhavan actually is, it wouldnât be a stretch to assume that the pants are one his biking trousers. © Viral Bhayani And finally, there are the boots that heâs wearing, and boy, are they something to look at. They have a very slimming silhouette, and yet, look enormous, thanks to the dual use of black leather. The rivets and the studs further add to the appeal of the boots. © Viral Bhayani All in all, a really dapper way to step out for a casual evening. Hats off Maddy, truly, this is a style we should all aspire to. View the full article

Acknowledging the efforts of the Mumbai Police, the War star said, "Mumbai is one of the best cities to live in and it is because of the Mumbai police force. I am sure I will make it the best role of my life," he added. Don't know about you guys, but we think Hrithik, as a badass cop, beating the crap out of goons and criminals will be a sight to behold. The âmaanav shrinkhlaâ or the human chain was formed in response to the call of the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar as part of the âJal-Jeevan-Haryaliâ campaign that focuses on protecting the flora and fauna with its main emphasis on preservation of natural resources and forests. 19. Quirky, eccentric and yet subtle - perhaps this is the most appropriate way to describe the style statements that we have seen Aparshakti Khurana make. Now, even though he, like most of our Bollywood celebrities, are born with an innate sense of style, he is rarely the one who comes up with the ensembles that we have seen him wear. © Jay Samuel The stylist who is responsible for the drool-worthy sartorial sensibility that we have come to associate with Aparshakti, is Jay Samuel, a London-based stylist, who, apart from Aparshakti has closely worked with a number of style icons from across the Indian subcontinent. © Jay Samuel Here's what Jay had to say, when we sat down for a candid conversation over men's fashion in India, the icons of style in Bollywood, and all things fashion. Tell us about your journey, how did you start out? I've always had an eye for detail and a passion for fashion from a young age. Over the years, this passion grew even more, since I was styling family friends for various events. I also understood how to shop cleverly and work around things that I have. Gradually this habit led to a sense of recognition, which I pursued further. What is your creative process when you are working with Aparshakti Khurana? Being a stylist entails coming up with ideas for someone else to pursue. Aparshakti and I have worked together for many years now. We share the same energy when it comes to fashion. He is open to ideas and not afraid of setting trends, trying out new stuff, so that definitely helps. © Instagram/jaysamuelstudio We have seen this new trend of celebs getting a shoot done before going out for public appearances, be it a red carpet event or for promotions. Why has this practice developed as the norm? We are living in a social media frenzy where everything is constantly being snapped - whether it is your gym outfit, or an airport look. Sometimes, the images are flattering. However, sometimes they are far from it. Therefore this new trends gives celebrities the opportunity to have those perfect images ready for posting online. Furthermore, it's a great way to credit to the designer and stylist. However, as a photographer, I don't always agree with this habit, as this diminishes the need for a proper and creative photoshoot. Does being a photographer allow you to visualise your styling projects in a better way? How does it work? Definitely yes. As a photographer, you envision the end result in your mind, way before the day arrives and you clicking the image. From a stylist's point of view, I will prepare everything else, keeping that image in mind. © Instagram/jaysamuelstudio Virgil Abloh in a recent interview said that streetwear will be dead in the coming decade. Do you agree? Why or why not? Streetwear has stepped up, it's not just about being comfortable anymore. It's adding that quirkiness to give ensembles a certain look and feel. In my opinion, streetwear will always be there. We have seen a rise in multiple bags which started from the ramp and quickly could be seen on the streets. What is that one fashion trend that you don't like, or don't agree with? I didn't particularly like the trend of getting over the top, big hairstyles. I think they overpower the entire look. What are some must-have staples that men should hoard in their closets? A properly tailored white shirt, a smart jacket, a pair of brogues, a well fitted pair of jeans. Also, invest well in accessories, such as belts, watches and sunglasses. © Instagram/jaysamuelstudio What are some basic and often repeated mistakes that people make when putting together a look? I've always noticed that people often dress ignoring the kind of occasion they are heading to. For example, you often see men wearing the wrong shirt collar, for the tie they have chosen. If you opt for a bow tie then go for the right collar. Also the trend of wearing oversized garments. Although this may seem cool and look super comfortable, it can be overbearing for some people. How would you describe the last decade in terms of fashion? What trends, according to you, were huge? It was the decade of the smart suits paired with sneakers - sophisticated and yet comfortable. Also the whole neon effect for both women and men worked well. © Instagram/jaysamuelstudio And what trends do you see going big in 2020? Trench coats for both men and women will be a big thing. I do see people rocking more colours with spring emerging, particularly shades of yellow and orange. I also feel a comeback of the '80s trend of tailored blazer jackets with enunciated shoulder pads. What advice would you give to a budding stylist? The main thing is having that inner passion for fashion and style. Be creative and believe in your craft. Take inspiration from others but find your own style. Always work hard and remember to have fun. © Instagram/jaysamuelstudio How would you define your signature style? Quirky. Your favourite place to shop or look for new pieces to work with. I love shopping and I'm a creative but selective shopper, so the place doesn't matter. Just show me the stuff! © Jay Samuel One historical era that you find extremely fashionable? I loved the '70s in terms of fashion, with their fitted shirts and well-tailored trousers. One celebrity who can teach everyone else a lesson or two on how to pull off the Indian aesthetic elegantly, when it comes to menswear. It's between the godfather of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachan and Shahid Kapoor. They both have everything on point, every time. © Jay Samuel One thing men should never do while dressing up in traditional Indian wear. Get the shoes wrong, for some reason the outfits whether its grand sherwanis or just a plain kurta are always paired with the wrong kind of shoes…. Please can we show the footwear the same kind of love! One traditional Indian menswear item you believe every Indian man should have in his wardrobe, and why. A white or black kurta. It oozes comfort, but also looks very stylish, whether you are pairing it with a traditional churidar or some trendy chinos. © Jay Samuel 3 International Celebrities that you would love to style. David Beckham, Jennifer Lopez and David Gandy 3 Indian celebrities who have a natural flair for style. Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor and Ayushman Khurrana Ethereal, elysian, and sublime - these words can often be used to describe the ensembles and outfits that we have seen Bollywood celebrities wear. However, more often than not, there is an entire team of people, working behind the scenes to bring us some iconic and memorable statement ensembles. As a series, Style Pundits looks at the eccentric people behind these ensembles and celebrates the ever-changing notions that have come to define India's sartorial sensibilities and the fluidity of our style. 20. It's easy to get caught with the growing list of gadgets that are making their way into the world. Quite honestly, not all of them are worth your time or hard-earned money. In most cases, what may work others may not do the trick for you, which is why it's important to give a little bit of thought before buying anything. But today, I am going to be listing some of the top tech items to kick off 2020 with. All the items on this list are very reliable will make your life easier, allowing you to get more done, and feel less stressed. So let's get started with this list - Baseus Mini Magnetic USB-C Angled Fast Charging Adapter I don't have to tell you about Apple's MacBook MagSafe connectors, right? I am very clumsy when it comes to wires, and I can't begin to tell you how many times I've tripped over a power cord that's charging either a phone or my laptop. And the next thing you know is gadget is sent flying off the table or desk. © Amazon This is where MagSafe connectors enter. Apple has stopped making these, but luckily a ton of other third-party vendors have started selling them, that too for different connectors. Today, on Amazon, you can get a MagSafe USB Type C connector, a MagSafe Lightning connector, and a whole more. The one from Baseus is what I use personally, but you can do a little research and pick anything that suits you. But just do yourself a favor and buy a MagSafe connector for as many gadgets as you can. A Wireless Charger As someone who carries more than a dozen gadgets at a time, I often find myself carrying a ton of chargers with me all the time. I am glad that most of the gadgets which I use these days including my iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods support wireless charging. I can just throw them on the wireless mat whenever I am not using them instead of keeping it on my bag and they'll get charged and be ready to go when I am. © Amazon Even if you don't carry too many gadgets, a wireless charger is something you might want to invest in 2020 because it'll definitely make your life that much easier. Once you go wireless, you won't feel like fiddling with charging cables anymore. Tile Mate © Amazon Bluetooth locators have gone mainstream now and one of the best ones on the market is the new Tile Mate tracker. You can use this with anything like your wallet, backpack, or your suitcase, and track it in case you happen to misplace them. It's one of those things that you'll forget about until you need it. A Pair Of Truly Wireless Earbuds © Apple There are a ton of truly wireless earbuds out there on the market, and I think it's time we switch to wireless media instead of fiddling with cords for our day-to-day use. Yes, a good pair of wired earphones or headphones are still irreplaceable because of the sheer quality that it offers, but the convenience offered by a pair of truly wireless earbuds is unmatchable. You can gon with AirPods Pro if you're an Apple user, so buy the Samsung Galaxy Buds or Realme Buds if you're an Android phone user. A Smart Speaker © Amazon Smart speakers with digital assistants are just as popular as Bluetooth speakers once were. There's something satisfying about talking to your digital assistant and getting things done like setting an alarm, turning on lights and other appliances, etc. Options like the Amazon's Echo Dot and Google Home Mini are so good in terms of both audio quality and functionality that you simply can't ignore them. Be sure to check it out. View the full article

  23. We all make mistakes and we all learn, at least we try to. Our favourite Bollywood stars are no different. While this movie making factory dishes out movies like crazy with so many new faces to experiment with, some movies only work for the beloved super stars acting in them. After all, loyalty has a price. However, some movies saw some of the biggest stars losing their senses and pelting out such bad performances that it legit hurt their fans. Here are six movies where some of the best actors gave really bad performances: 1. Love Story 2050 Our 'desi' girl is a global icon today with volumes of great works that speak for her. When she is not slaying on the red carpet or working on a good project, she is spotted in some virtual PDA with her beloved husband Nick Jonas. However, long before PeeCee became a Hollywood star, Love Story 2050 saw her dishing out a bad performance and as per rumours, it was reportedly because of her not-so-good relationship with her ex-flame Harman Baweja. 2. Khushi Bebo is one gorgeous actor who can look fiery and dish out immensely fiery performances in equal measure. However, it is a known fact that in her initial days of Bollywood, she signed some of the random projects but Khushi kind of tops the list, because what was that performance, you queen? 3. RGV Ki Aag You are not supposed to touch master pieces like Sholay because that is like playing with fire. And looks like, this is exactly what RGV wanted to do when he made this dud and managed to make BIG B look so intensely bored in this movie, that it probably made it to his regret list soon enough. 4. Aap Mujhe Acche Lagne Lage There is a reason why Hrithik Roshan is known as a Greek God. Those looks, that ripped body and a talent house of wonderful acting, I have no idea what went into him prepping up for this movie where nothing at all looked good to us. Why, Hrithik? 5. Besharam Ranbir Kapoor's work speaks for him. With tremendous acting done by this genius of an actor in films like Rockstar and Barfi, this movie has no explanation of how it landed in his kitty and why! 6. Dil Ne Jisse Apna Kaha Salman Khan's screen presence is strong enough to get the cash registers ringing but we have no logical explanation for what went into him doing this movie with Preity Zinta and Bhumika Chawla. Three good looking people, one badly written script. So glad that bhai is back to doing Dabangg and entertain us in a way which only he can do. View the full article
