The reigning champions of the Indian Premier League, Chennai Super Kings are buried deep in the IPL 2022 points table and are at the 10th spot. They have lost all four of their matches so far and also own the worst Net Run Rate in the tournament. Most of the time, they have not been able to score big but on the rare occasions that they do, their bowling line-up completely shatters and fails to defend the big totals.
