  1. It's been months since Avengers: Endgame came out and people took their time to deal with Tony Stark's death. Everything was going okay, but no, Marvel had to come back and break everyone's hearts once again. Remember the widely talked about deleted scene with Tony Stark and his grown-up daughter Morgan? It takes place right after he snapped his fingers and saved everyone in the universe while sacrificing himself. The setting is just like when Thanos talked to a younger version of Gamora right after he snapped in Avengers: Infinity War. Well, we knew that scene would be extremely emotional, but oh no, we didn't know what was coming our way. The scene is out, it was released on the Disney Plus streaming service, and trust me, you are not ready for all the feels. Here you go, might induce some tears. IM SOBBING pic.twitter.com/AQzuFgBq8m — ⨠(@natstarks) November 12, 2019 I feel like it was a good idea to not put this in the final cut of the movie, otherwise, the entire theatre would just be sitting there crying. It's a very meaningful scene, and Tony can finally rest now knowing his daughter gets to grow up. Moreover, it feels even more emotional if you take into consideration Tony's relationship with his father. He can be at peace knowing his daughter loves him and is proud of him, something he never heard from his own father. Also, that 'I love you 3000' at the end was just there to make sure literally everyone cries, right Marvel? Well, you got what you wanted. Talking about this scene in the video commentary, Joe Russo said, "We felt it ground the movie to a halt and we felt he did something similar in the next sequence when he gives his own eulogy. What can happen in a film this big is you can have ending after ending after ending and it starts to feel like the movie's never going to end. When you have too many [ending] sequences in a row, you can dilute the value of each one of them." That's actually true, too many endings would have ruined the movie and the perfect goodbye and send off for Tony. On the bright side, we can all cry together at this particular scene now. “I love you 3000” I did not expect to be crying like a baby after watching the morgan and tony deleted scene but i AMpic.twitter.com/L17oPoQwlu — bi-derman (@IR0NSPIDEY) November 12, 2019 Yeah, she's not...good. okay but i don't like her at all as morgan and a part of me is glad they cut this scene ð — sara (@carolsalouette) November 12, 2019 "Welcome to your tape." I thought hannah gonna say "tony stark, here's your tape" — Antok (@kkkatarsis) November 12, 2019 Yep. tony's face through the whole thing DID THEY WANT ME TO CRY pic.twitter.com/LUVuVj8Szk — ð¡ðð§ð§ðð¡ (@solarspidey) November 12, 2019 We knew it was coming. Me: He's gonna say it. Morgan: “I love you” Me: He's gonna say it! Tony: “I love you 3000” Me: Ayyyyyy! — Crocket_Lawnchair (@CrocketLawncha) November 12, 2019 That's true. I mean yeah this is awkward to watch, but it's barely even finalized. If they'd decided to keep it in the final product, it would have flowed much better, because its biggest problem is just choppy editing pic.twitter.com/EoeqNLvMWe — GJK (@gjkonop) November 12, 2019 They did. THE TREMBLE IN HIS VOICE!! THE SHOOK I HIS BREATH??!!! “I love you 3000...”???!!!!! WHY DON'T YOU JUST KILL ME ð«ð«pic.twitter.com/87vlWbejZF — ecah (@blithestark) November 12, 2019 THE BEST REPLY. bitches wanna be black panther so badð pic.twitter.com/gHiqTkFGcD — hels (@nomadsteves) November 12, 2019 Wish someone else played Morgan, but yeah. tony doubting himself even in his last moments is such a tony stark thing to do. I get why they deleted this scene because it split the emotional moment of the snap in 2, but it really is a beautiful extra scene and seeing morgan reassuring tony is amazingpic.twitter.com/qSoM33sOv7 — love, sarah (@KeptinOnZeBridg) November 12, 2019 View the full article

  3. One of the greatest television shows, 'Game of Thrones', ended with one of the worst possible conclusions that the writers of the show could have come up with. According to George RR Martin, writers David Benidoff and D.B. Weiss let the internet gossip get the better of them and forced them to diverge from the books' story in order to make the show more unpredictable and exciting. With the emerging plot holes and unfinished subplots of the show due to random changes in the original story, the risk taken by the show writers failed so miserably that the fans of the series even filed a petition for the eighth and final season of the show be rewritten and remade. ** SPOILERS AHEAD ** In the final 15-20 minutes of the finale, the writers managed to screw up their fanbase even more when in an open house assembly of the most influential people of the Seven Kingdoms got together to “choose” the next ruler of the land. And after Tyrion's half-hearted line about why 'stories are the most powerful weapon in society', they decided to choose Bran Stark, yes, Brandon 'The Broken' Stark as the “King of the Six Kingdoms and the Protector of the Realm” as Sansa decided to name herself the independent Queen of the North. Bran, the boy with the exceptional powers of controlling flying crows and roll up his eyes like the freaking Undertaker, will now be sitting on the Iron Throne (what's left of it, anyway). He was literally the root cause of Hodor dying and the Night King marching South to destroy Winterfell, killing thousands of soldiers, innocent women and children. He then let Theon Greyjoy die right in front of his supernatural eyes and showed absolutely zero efforts towards Daenerys Targaryan's manslaughter over King's Landing as he disappeared from the scenario altogether. Furthermore, when he did in fact become the King, he did not pardon Jon's exile and let him join the Night's Watch and spend his lifetime as a wildling. Anyhow, after the disappointing finale, people on Twitter have taken the task of comparing Bran's rise to the throne to the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi: Today Bran sits on Throne on 23rd Modi ji will. #GOTFinale #Namoagain — Kamlesh Dorge (@Dorgekamlesh) May 20, 2019 Bran is like Narendra Modi. Did nothing the whole time. Tells a story everyone believes. Gets choosen because there is no other option.#GameOfThronesFinale — Neeraj Harpude (@Neerajharpude) May 20, 2019 Perhaps Modi will win the six kingdoms and will sit on the Iron Throne after Bran the Broken, as they have decided to choose going forward.#GameOfThronesFinale #GoTS8 #GoT8 #GameOfThrones #ExitPoll2019 #Exitpoll2019 #ExitPoll #exitpollresults #2019Elections #TheFinalEpisode — Vaseem (@BhandariVaseem) May 20, 2019 BRAN has 4 letters so does MODI. Coincidence? I think not. — Jinav Satra (@jinavs) May 20, 2019 Not sure if it was PM Modi or Bran Stark in the #modipressconference 'A man takes no question!' — sushant saklani (@VisheshTippanee) May 17, 2019 bran and modi. we all know that — Sushil Subedi (@xxySus14) May 19, 2019 Remember when everyone trolled Modi for being Bran throughout S8. I guess he knew the endingð. — Harshvardhan Karn (@harshvkarn) May 20, 2019
  4. Warning: if you haven't seen 'The Bells', that is Season 8 Episode 5 of 'Game of Thrones', you probably shouldn't read ahead. Westeros was reduced to rubble so that Daenerys Targaryen could sit on the Iron Throne, making everyone question what is the point of anything at all? Who will she even rule if the people she would potentially lord over, don't even exist? © HBO But besides her, everyone else was visibly and significantly traumatised except maybe Greyworm, who was too busy avenging his girlfriend's death. © HBO Arya Stark came with a very specific purpose to King's Landing: murdering Cersei and crossing her off the list. Oh well, we know how well that turned out. © HBO But by the end of the episode, by the looks of it, she has probably escaped death again by an inch or so. And if Cersei is now not on her list, is she going to target Dany? Considering Melisandre's prophecy which also spoke of a certain someone with 'green eyes' that Arya was to shut forever, turns out Dany, ahem... fits the category. And here's how she definitely has the motive to kill Dany, now especially after trying to save Nora, the woman who was trying to protect her daughter. Nora and her daughter's death has significantly impacted Arya. Especially after seeing them being burnt alive by Drogon leaving their charred bodies still in the stupor in which they were trying to save themselves. She also realizes, not just the futility of this excessive violence, but the harrowing aftermath that is going to strike the survivors of the burnt city. She then encounters a half-burnt white horse that rescues her from the burning city. But here's the thing, the horse has a hidden symbolic meaning behind it: In the 'GoT' world, a pale horse is symbolic of the bloody flux of what those in Mereen refer to as dysentery that strikes people like the plague and kills hundreds in one strike, which can be further analysed as the face of Death. Not just 'Game of Thrones', the Bible too has a reference of a pale horse that represents impending death. © HBO In Revelations 6:8, a line reads: “I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him.” But even if we assume that the show makers aren't influenced by Biblical notions on the show, there is evidence that suggests otherwise. In Season 2, Dany was warned about a pale mare amongst other things by a masked woman called Quaithe. In riddles, this woman told Dany, “To go north, you must go south…”. In the book, A Dance with Dragons, Quaithe warns Dany, “The glass candles are burning. Soon comes the pale mare, and after her the others. Kraken and dark flame, lion and griffin, the sun's son and the mummer's dragon. Trust none of them. Remember the Undying. Beware the perfumed seneschal." © HBO Clearly, there were a lot of people that Dany had to watch out for from Quaithe's tricky riddles, but something that starkly stands out now with all this context is the pale mare. But that's the thing about prophecies and 'Game of Thrones', they can be rather unpredictable and surprise us out of nowhere. But the looming connection of the pale mare and Arya is definitely noteworthy.
  5. Yes, you read it right. Before you start speculating or wondering if I have a very narrow approach towards making a tall claim with this self-proclaimed yet logical thought, allow me to explain the aesthetics of this Bran Stark kind of vision my mind is having (including a few other people on the internet who seem to agree). Here's how one can draw the conclusion on the basis of what pivotal roles these main character might play in the remaining two episodes: 1. Arya Stark As per Melissandre's prediction, a pair of green eyes awaits death at the hand of Arya Stark. Now everyone's obviously considering Cersei Lannister for this position, however, if you see, the mighty Khaleesi ALSO has green eyes. What if she indeed becomes the mad queen and is killed by Arya? Also Arya could secretly be working with Sansa and this could be their plan. 2. Jon Snow Okay, the man has cheated death way too many times and he needs to die. He could possibly die while saving Dany from sister Arya and get killed as collateral damage and that will not only be a great twist to the story but serve the role of catharsis in the content cycle. 3. Tyrion He will stay alive to carry on the Lannister legacy as the last remaining heir, maybe? Also if Sansa does get the throne, he could serve as her hand. Also there is an unsaid bond between the two anyway. HBO 4. Jamie and Cersei The guy left the one woman who loved him at Winterfell and is back to save his true love. The poetic justice for his 'karma' would be dying at the hands of Cersei itself, I guess? HBO 5. Yara Greyjoy Now she has to avenge the death of her brother and also take care of Euron. 6. Hound A Cleganebowl is pending, so I guess he gets killed in there. 7. Varys He already wants to dethrone Dany dearest and could secretly be plotting against her with Sansa. Okay, coming to how Sansa fits the bill and where she comes in the puzzle. Now she is a major character in the show and if the story line has not allowed her to kill any major person yet, that means she might hold to a crazy plot twist, right? What if she warned Cersei of Dany's arrival, is in tow with Varys and Arya (who is also not trusting the dragon queen at all) and wanted the dragon and the army to be caught off guard? This doesn't sound garish at all, right? What if when the war is over, she ultimately kills Cersei and in doing so, brings the story full circle with the fact that Ned Stark's daughter kills the evil woman. Now Cersei vs Dany on the throne is an obvious choice, Jon Snow on the throne will be very predictable and boring Arya doesn't want the throne. It leaves me believing the clever and the much respected Sansa Stark rules the throne with Arya serving as her chief of military and Tyrion as the hand.
  6. One cannot imagine or fathom anybody other than the mighty Robert Downey Jr. playing the crazy Tony Stark aka Iron Man. Gadgets, gizmos, technologically advanced and making a reality out of dreams is what defines Tony for us in the movie. Turns out, Robert is no different in real life as well. One look inside his crazy 19th century windmill home (yes, the dude did it) and you're convinced why he was meant to be the super cool Iron Man. The simple abode yet futuristic-in-nature house is unlike any celebrity home videos we have watched. The couple have their office on top of the windmill, the house has artefacts which are personal in nature and represent the family itself. © AD The interiors are posh and classic white in colour, including the gorgeous drawing room and the insanely wonderful bedroom. © AD © AD Once we were done watching the house tour, we were also convinced that maybe this was Tony Stark just acting like Robert Downey Jr maybe?
  7. Today's episode of 'Game Of Thrones' was a mental preparation for fans to be ready for the major 'Dracarys' heatwave that is going to come in the next two episodes. Queen Khaleesi is mad for the Iron Throne right now, but giving her tough competition is the self-proclaimed heir, Cersei Lannister. Everyone knows the evil queen is a master of manipulation and has a lot of tricks up her sleeve. © HBO Now, there's a new theory that has emerged after today's episode, about Sansa having an epic face-off with Cersei. She is the unofficial queen of Winterfell and people believe that the 'queen' being talked about in Cersei's prophecy is Sansa and not the Dragon Queen. According to the prophecy, Cersei will lose her children and will rule until “another, younger and more beautiful, to cast you down and take all that you hold dear.” Also, Sansa has not killed anyone, yet, so there is a chance that she will get a strong storyline and maybe, the throne as well. If you think about it, she has learnt her art of manipulation and diplomacy from the cruellest minds around her, including Cersei herself. © HBO Jon has cheated death way too many times to remain lucky until the end, Dany is going crazy and will be a very predictable heir and Arya, well, she has no interest in getting the throne. While all these major characters have been sharpening their physical and fighting skills all this while, Sansa, on the other hand, has been acing a mental war and gaining popularity for her way of handling situations. Now, it will be very interesting to see if goes head to head with Cersei.
  8. Everyone knows that Robert Downey Jr has made Marvel and MCU what it is today with his exceptional portrayal of Tony Stark. For years, we've all been saying that this man has literally been carrying MCU and even he knows it for sure. Just look at his profile picture on Instagram right now! I honestly can't imagine MCU without him, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. But, today is not the time to get sad, it's the first 'Iron Man' movie's 11th anniversary and it's the perfect opportunity to celebrate Tony Stark. The most memorable thing about him though is his quips and one-liners, and we all know he loves his pop culture references. So, here's a list of some of the best dialogues that were delivered by RDJ so flawlessly as Tony Stark. 1. I am Iron Man The line that started it all. (And, ended it all as well, but more on that later) 2. Cheeseburger first What do you want after being in captivity for three months? A cheeseburger, of course! A great line from 'Iron Man' that is now a little too emotional after 'Endgame'. 3. I told you I don't want to join your super secret boyband Just imagine if the Avengers actually moonlighted as a boyband? I would go for every show, tbh. 4. Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist Stupid question, Cap. He's way more than just a suit. 5. Doth mother know you weareth her drapes? A perfect burn, Tony doesn't care that Thor is a God, he will roast everyone. 6. We have a Hulk Loki's army vs the Hulk, we know how that worked out. Also, Loki saying that again at the beginning of 'Infinity War' was a great callback to this moment in the first 'Avengers'. 7. I'm a huge fan of the way you lose control and turn into an enormous green rage monster I think we all are, except for Bruce Banner, of course. 8. If you're nothing without this suit then you shouldn't have it As we established before, Tony is obviously much more than his suit and that's the lesson he wants his 'ward' to have in 'Homecoming'. 9. I'm sorry, Earth is closed today Sarcastic remarks, the perfect way to get some aliens to leave you alone, a lesson by Tony Stark. 10. Uh, he's from space, he came here to steal a necklace from a wizard Remember that 'badly explain a movie trend' on Twitter? Tony would honestly, excel at it. 11. If you throw another moon at me, I'm gonna lose it Yeah, one moon per person is the limit, everyone knows that. 'ENDGAME' SPOILERS AHEAD 12. You know what, give me a break, Steve. I just got hit in the head with a Hulk (Representational gif, if that's even a thing) Who can forget one of the best scenes from 'Endgame'? Cap fighting Cap and Tony getting hit by the Hulk. 13. I love you 3000 A very heartwarming and heartbreaking quote. Brb, crying. 14. Part of the journey is the end Okay, Tony had a lot of great moments in the movie, but now everything is just sad because the Earth has lost its best defender for good. 15. I am Iron Man Yes, we're coming full circle with his dialogues. I'm still surprised this almost wasn't in the movie but I'm so glad it made it. Also, he is and will forever be Iron Man.
  9. Drake means well, but even he can't help but unintentionally cause a lot of damage. Drake's curse is a proven phenomenon that has been building up for years now. Basically, whenever Drake supports anyone publically - mostly a sportsperson or a sports team - they end up losing their next big match. Now, fans are worried for Arya Stark's well-being all because of Drake. The King of the North shouting out everyone's favorite Stark! ðº @Drake #BBMAs pic.twitter.com/MEhLAzKiTM — Billboard Music Awards (@BBMAs) May 2, 2019 This is not a one off thing, all the data and proof for it has been meticulously recorded by people over the years. The curse apparently hurt Alabama in this year's college football championship, cost Serena Williams the US Open in 2015, even got the Kentucky Wildcats eliminated in 2013, caused the Golden State Warriors' 2016 collapse in the NBA Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers, to name a few. There are probably more examples of the 'Drake Curse' and people are just hoping it doesn't affect fictional characters as such. While accepting his Billboard Music Award for Male Artist Of The Year last night, he gave a shoutout to Arya Stark and appreciated all the 'work she put in'. Everyone one the internet is praising Arya for being a badass, especially in the latest 'Game Of Thrones' episode, but there's a difference in everyone and Drake, as we discussed earlier. People are now worried about Arya and we all know who will be blamed now if she dies in the upcoming episodes. Well, Drake here's hoping this is the Drake Curse exception otherwise you'll have the GOT fandom - which is basically every person ever - blaming you. Oh no, Drake just cursed Arya. https://t.co/NPuvuex5eZ — Sean, from the internet (@theshow55) May 2, 2019 Yep. Drake's curse better not apply to fictional characters! Arya Hive don't play https://t.co/ykr8V5opYx — Alyssa (@alyg8or) May 2, 2019 Why, Drake? She gonna die next episode, Mark my words.#Drakecurse #BillboardTNT #GameOfThrones https://t.co/72oBq5tPb8 — Ben Sperling ð (@Ben_Sperls) May 2, 2019 Smh Cersei in 4 smh https://t.co/UadGUnldbZ — Corey (@corhor13) May 2, 2019 Some people are loving it, tho. When drake said “shout out to arya stark for putting in that work last week” I felt that ð — k. (@OfficiallKelsey) May 2, 2019 Not exactly. Turned the BBMAs right as Drake spoiled last week Game of Thrones episode..... #BBMAs #GOT pic.twitter.com/UKtVf6uwNd — Brittany Nanosky (@BWhip324) May 2, 2019 Yes, totally agree. Publicly jumping on Team Arya after she already won the battle is extremely in Drake's bandwagon fan wheelhouse https://t.co/xRj7LM2NRD — Becky Hammer (@beckyhammer) May 2, 2019 It's cool as long as you don't know about the curse. drake literally just said "shout out to arya stark for putting in that work last week" in his acceptance speech and i've honestly never seen the billboard music awards before but it is now my favorite one — Jamie (@Jmw3iss) May 2, 2019 There will be, I can guarantee it right now. I just have this strong feeling that Drake's next hit is going to have some Game of Thrones reference lyric about Arya Stark.. it's something he would do — sad naruto flute (@FaithRies) May 2, 2019
  10. Sansa Stark has had her share of worries throughout the series and we've all been wary of it. She's gone through the most out of all the characters and has come out unscathed and alive and transformed rather beautifully to become one of the strongest characters in the series. Her relationships in the past with a few men though haven't been very pleasant and each one she's fathomed has been more challenging than the last. It all started with her courtship with Joffrey, where she was promised to him in the form of an alliance. When it didn't work out, she was seen as a fit match for Tyrion Lannister, as Tywin thought it would serve him well if he married his son off to a Stark. When that fell through, Little Finger piled her over to Ramsay Bolton who was absolutely ruthless and gruesome in his ways. Somewhere in the middle, Sansa dealt with Little Finger's obsession and mind games which he paid for later. (c)HBO If we look back now, her trajectory has been rough and when in Season 8 she meets Tyrion again, we see a form of relief in her demeanour. It seems like she's been through the worst and now she's in a place in her life where she can make her own choices with some sensible people around. There isn't much interaction between the two until they're found together in episode 3 of the same season. The two take refuge with the other women and children in the crypt during the battle of Winterfell and they go way back in time to when they were actually married. It's believed in Westeros that if you don't consummate your marriage, you're not technically married and the two never did. But even so, if you've seen the episode, the two discussed the 'elephant' in the room while down at the crypt and delved into the 'what ifs'. (c)HBO Of course, Sansa and Tyrion didn't get to say goodbye to each other the last time they were 'officially' together. The two had immense respect for one another and that was fairly visible from their interaction. The conversation started with the awkwardness of the fact that Tyrion is currently the Hand Of The Queen, whom Sansa is disapproving of. Sansa also said that if they were married now, 'it would have never worked out', as Tyrion's alliance was towards the Dragon Queen. She also mentioned that he was the best out of the lot, to which Tyrion snarkily said it doesn't really account to much. (c)HBO Having said all that, Tyrion and Sansa did share an emotional and tender moment when the dead were attacking the crypt. Both hid behind a tomb and before they were getting ready to face their enemy, Tyrion took Sansa's hand and kissed it. We were worried that either wouldn't make it alive post the zombie apocalypse but since the Night King was defeated, all the main characters, except a few are alive, including Tyrion and Sansa. (c)HBO Now what remains to be seen is a little confusing. Yes, Tyrion and Sansa did share a moment of brief intimacy when they were being attacked. But was that because they both believed they were going to die and it was a sweet farewell or was it because both realised they may have feelings for each other and it wasn't just a sham marriage? Sansa's concern is the Dragon Lady, of course, but she wasn't absolutely opposed to the idea of Tyrion when the topic was being discussed. Can we talk about this scene between Sansa and Tyrion? this change everything! the board is moving... #GameOfThrones pic.twitter.com/4Dj3u6s7ns — Re'lar Fer (@LuisFernandoSR) 29 April 2019 Could Tyrion and Sansa fall in love? I mean, judging by the men Sansa has been with, who were not so nice to her, Tyrion was like a breath of fresh air. He took care of her and always let her have her way. Since a little girl, Sansa has always dreamt of the perfect man, a handsome prince who would ask for her hand in marriage and that's why she was always disgusted by the prospect of marrying Tyrion. But now, because he's been the man that no one could, could she fall in love with someone she never dreamt of falling in love with? this scene with sansa and tyrion was one of the best parts of the episode. they have one of the best dynamics on the show and they truly thought they were going to die together. so fucking heart wrenching. #GameOfThrones pic.twitter.com/boOdt3plkT — ðð ‎âï¸ (@briesstark) 29 April 2019 Well, with Theon gone, if Sansa was to end up with anyone in the series, Tyrion would make the most sense. The two were married before, they know each other well, they respect each other and they're part of one of the greatest houses in the Seven Kingdoms. The only thing left to see is that if this does unfold, will Tyrion change his allegiance from Dany and Snow towards Sansa, while Sansa rules the North or will Sansa change her opinion on Dany's position in power, and give in to what Dany wants so that Sansa can make things work with Tyrion? Well, it's all left to speculation but Sansa better hurry. I don't think there are many men left after the Battle of Winterfell anyway!
  11. 'Game Of Thrones' has a cult following for a lot of reasons. One of which is the fact that the show has stellar costumes that look authentic to the timeline they shoot in. However, wearing such context-heavy costumes comes at a heavy price. Sometimes, the fabric or the design was so uncomfortable that the actors could do nothing but sit through long and tiresome shooting hours. Maisie Williams, in a recent interview with a leading publication revealed that the prep for 'Game Of Thrones', aside from the strenuous shooting in extremely cold locations, also had to deal with uncomfortable straps and bellies. For Maisie Williams, as Arya Stark in the initial few seasons, had to wear a strap across her chest to hide her breasts. At 15, while normal teenage girls had crushes and an awkward teenage life, Maisie Williams had to wear a strap and hide her breasts for long shoot hours as her character Arya, was pretending to be a boy in the series. And after the strap stopped working, Maisie Williams had to wear a "chubby belly" to "even out the playing field" so no one( other characters) would suspect her a girl on the show. © HBO It was only in the sixth season that the costume designers decided to let Arya grow on the show so they gave a bra to Maisie Williams as a part of the costume. This made the costume in general so much more comfortable for Maisie Williams.
  12. The wait will finally come to an end this April, when the final season of our very beloved fantasy epic 'Game of Thrones' premieres on 14th April, 2019. HBO recently made the announcement at the beginning of the premiere episode of another of its popular show, 'True Detective'. © HBO A short teaser followed the announcement, and it is the max we have seen of 'Game of Thrones' season 8. While the teaser, like all the others we have seen over the years, looks extremely promising, viewers cannot be sure if it is the real deal or simply a distraction to amp up the intrigue in the minds of eager audience. © HBO The teaser begins with the Stark children's homecoming, to reunite in their family's crypt at Winterfell. All we can say right now is, #CantWaitWontWait
  13. I will not lie, but watching Tony Stark issue his dying message to Pepper Pots in the 'Avengers: Endgame' trailer, from some corner in space nearly broke my heart. via GIPHY His sunken face and broken spirit thanks to no food and water, and the depleting oxygen levels is going to haunt me for a long, long time. via GIPHY Obviously, Marvel fans, including me, set things in motion by figuring out ways in which our beloved Tony could be rescued. via GIPHY The most obvious option is Pepper somehow getting his message and sending all possible help imaginable, and then there is the possibility of Captain Marvel managing to spot a stranded Tony in space. via GIPHY But, unknown to the rest of the world, NASA was also working on a plan to respond to Tony's distress call! Well, there is some hope in my heart now that Tony might not just 'drift away' in the dark corners of space, and actually be rescued! via GIPHY NASA, being its genius self, has listed out some ways in which Tony can be saved and the Avengers better be listening up if they want Iron Man back in the squad to kick Thanos' ass! 14. The wedding celebrations of Priyanka and Nick, or as I lovingly call them- 'Prick', have kicked off with a colourful Mehendi ceremony In Jodhpur. Going by the pictures they both posted on their social media accounts, it was a great, happy party with the bride and the groom looking so much in love. View this post on Instagram One of the most special things that our relationship has given us is a merging of families who love and respect each other's faiths and cultures. And so planning our wedding with an amalgamation of both was so so amazing. An important part for the girl in an Indian wedding is the Mehendi. Once again we made it our own and it was an afternoon that kicked off the celebrations in the way we both dreamed. @nickjonas A post shared by Priyanka Chopra (@priyankachopra) on Dec 1, 2018 at 7:31am PST Shoutout to Prick for actually sharing the pictures on the day of the function, instead of pulling a DeepVeer and making the entire country wait desperately for a glimpse of their big fat Indian shaadi. I mean, if there aren't any funny tweets about something, did that thing really happen? No, of course not! 16. As we wait, rather impatiently, for the 8th season of 'Game of Thrones' to air next year, we can't help but lap up every bit of GOT trivia we can lay our hands on. From Kit Harington and Rose Leslie (i.e. Jon Snow and Ygritte) planning to get married to Emilia Clarke chopping her golden locks for the finale, we just can't get enough. One such golden piece of trivia is about a diehard 'Game of Thrones' fan who walked in the snow for 13 hours to draw a massive Stark sigil on the snow peaks of France. That's a Stark house loyal right there! © Youtube_Sky Atlantic © HBO British snow artist and GOT fanatic Simon Beck undertook this Herculean mission over 2 years ago. The man covered over 64,800 steps (which took him 13 hours) to draw an impressive image of a dire wolf, the sigil of the Stark House. If you think it was just a walk in the snow, you are more misguided than Cersei was about Dany's dragons. It required a well-etched out map with elaborately plotted lines. © Youtube_Sky Atlantic The Stark sigil is as impressive as the real one in the show and has the words “Winter is coming” carved into the snow below it. This one looks even more promising than the Stark House sigil that the nightwalkers had created in the previous season. © HBO
  17. When it comes to making a spectacular comeback, perhaps no other actor has had a glorious one as Robert Downey Jr. He is the perfect example of how one can meet their salvation after going through the darkest phase in their life and turn over a new leaf. You might not know this, but Robert wasn't Marvel's first choice for Tony Stark in the first 'Iron Man' movie. When the movie was initially being chalked out, Robert was an actor who was not in the good books of many directors and producers. Turns out, he had developed a reputation of being a screw-up along with a history of drug abuse. Quite difficult to believe right? But sadly, it's true. But it was director Jon Favreau who never once doubted Robert's talent and strongly believed in him. He stood his ground and convinced everyone that only Robert could play Iron Man and bring out the true essence of the superhero. When we look through his career graph today, he is the example of a rising phoenix. He is one of the highest paid actors in the world and if reports are to be believed, he is actually getting paid $100 million for 'Avengers: Infinity War'. If that's not success, then what is? Talking about Robert, and why Favreau wanted him to play Tony Stark, he said in an interview to Texas Radio station, “Everybody knew he was talented. Certainly, by studying the Iron Man role and developing that script I realised that the character seemed to line-up with Robert in all the good and bad ways. And the story of Iron Man was really the story of Robert's career.” Tony Stark immediately became a global favourite, not only because of the Iron Man suit but mostly because of his wit and charm and the essence of awesomeness which was brought to life by Robert. So here are 11 of the best quotes by the man himself: © Marvel Studio © Marvel Studio © Marvel Studio © Marvel Studio © Marvel Studio © Marvel Studio © Marvel Studio © Marvel Studio © Marvel Studio © Marvel Studio © Marvel Studio
  18. Marvel fans have so much to be grateful for in their lives, mostly for 'Avengers'. And since the time we have seen the mindblowing 'Avengers: Infinity War' trailer, we just can't keep calm. This year, Marvel fans are in for a massive treat as MCU is treating us to a bevy of superhero movies. While 'Avengers: Infinity Wars' is set to hit the screens on April 27th, Indians fans are also eager to watch the Hindi dubbed version of the film. And we all know the dubbed version often gets us ROFL. Remembering watching the Hindi trailer of the movie? Yeah, it did leave us in splits. And just yesterday, Shahid Kapoor's stepdad and Ishaan Khatter's father Rajesh Khattar made an announcement, revealing that he will be lending his voice to Tony Stark aka Iron Man in the Hindi version. © Twitter Iron Man has been more than just a superhero to his fans, as he has been a major source of inspiration. Maybe it wasn't just the comics that made us love this Marvel character, but more than that, it was Robert Downey Jr who totally nailed the role with his spot-on sense of humor, action, and dialogues. © Marvel And now the makers have picked Rajesh to voice him in the Hindi version. Many might have their doubts but let us introduce you to Rajesh. He is a popular TV face and was also seen in popular show 'Beyhadh'. At present, he is playing Harshad Chopda's father in 'Bepanaah'. Rajesh has been a voice artist for almost a decade and he has even dubbed for the witty, quirky and cocky Jack Sparrow in four of the 'Pirates of The Carribean' installments in the Hindi dubbed movies. So you need not really worry, as the man knows his art well enough. Sharing the news, he took to his Instagram and wrote, “To the countless number of u, asking the same question, the answer is YES. I am giving the voice for #tonystark in #avengersinfinitywar @robertdowneyjr #indiantonystark #marvel #ironman #loveuall #voiceofironman.” To the countless number of u,asking the same question, the answer is YES . 19. Spewing theories and speculating the 'real meaning' behind certain scenes is second nature to 'Game of Thrones' fans. So obviously, when this scene happened right in Season 1, besides tears and heartbreak, there was also an avalanche of conjectures and suddenly everyone was frikkin' Sherlock Holmes. via GIPHY Unless you are one those who read the books, no one saw this scene coming. The mighty Ned Stark losing his head just like that because of a spoiled, psycho brat? It was preposterous. But it happened nevertheless and everyone felt like their hearts had been ripped out from their mouths. © Arya Sansa But then, those with eagle eyes spotted something--something that could have massive significance, something that could change the course for many major characters. via GIPHY That's right. Ned mutters something to himself, which later sparked a row of speculations. Some believe he said “I kept my promise” in reference to Jon Snow's lineage, while some are absolutely convinced that it was “Valar Morgulis”. Regardless, everyone was sure that those last words had tectonic, earth-shattering implications. via GIPHY So, in a recent interview, Sean Bean, who played Eddard Stark finally revealed what his last words were and boy, do we feel stupid for coming up with those incredible theories! So brace yourself and read ahead. “I couldn't be too specific, because I don't know if religion [like that] was around in those days, whatever they were. I just thought, "What would you do if this were really gonna happen?" You probably would pray. You probably would murmur some words and you'd keep it quiet. You'd keep it to yourself.” via GIPHY WTF! Praying? He was only praying?? No special last message, no secret code, no answer to a mysterious question? The poor guy was only praying before the blade sliced his neck! Clearly, Sean empathised with the fans, who were bound for a rude shock after this revelation and he tried to pacify them. “It's quite subtle in that many people wouldn't pick it up. It was an interesting thing to do for me at that point. There's not much you can do really, you've got your head on a block. That's about the only thing you can do is murmur,” he said. via GIPHY So, I guess now this serves as a lesson in not going overboard with our imagination when it comes to theories and speculation. Fine Ned, we learnt our lesson! Thanks! But wait a minute…which God was he praying to? Old Gods? The New Gods? Lord Light? Or some other force of nature? Great, here we go again. Sorry Ned, some things will never change.
  20. Iron Man has been more than just a superhero to his fans, as he is also a major source of inspiration. Maybe it wasn't just the comics that made us love this Marvel character, but more than that it was Robert Downey Jr who totally nailed the role with his spot-on sense of humor, action, and dialogues. With Iron Man already being one of the most loved superheroes, his fans are totally in for a surprise today. Marvel has finally announced the release of new Iron Man comic entitled 'Tony Stark: Iron Man', and we are totally excited! © Marvel Artist Valerio Schiti and Author Dan Slott have collaborated for this. Talking about this new work, Slott told Nerdist that in the new comic Stark's character will reflect today's work where the lines of science are being pushed and challenged almost on daily basis. "He wasn't bitten by a radioactive spider. He took his own two hands and built everything he needs. He's always going to push the boundaries of science and tech to build a world he wants, and that's going to lead to stories that go to insane places.” said Slott. © Marvel What's even more interesting about this new comic is how artist Schiti shared that he was inspired by 'Transformer', 'Ghost in the Shell' and 'Gundam' when it came to animation work. And also how the 'Iron Man' franchise influenced his thinking. Talking about it he said, “In the movies, Tony Stark creates and collects his armor in his garage, like some sort of petrolhead. So I immediately looked for race cars. But then I thought: why just cars? So now I have hundreds of images of planes, boats, spaceships, factory robots, prototypes... my Pinterest folders are exploding!" © Marvel For Schiti this feels like heaven and we totally understand why. "To do new designs is one of my favourite things in comics, and here I have the chance to play with such an iconic character, to try different styles, to use classic suits, and to create new and extraordinary armors,” he added. Iron Man was originally created by Marvel doyen Stan Lee but ultimately, the premiere issue was written by Larry Lieber as Lee was busy with another deadline. Lee actually wanted to create a character who fans would dislike but eventually, Iron Man become the most popular character. Later the series was turned into a film featuring Robert Downey Jr and we don't need to tell you how successful the film was both at the box office and among the viewers. © Marvel For fans, who haven't read the previous comics and have just followed the film, the best part is that Iron Man will have all the elements from the entire book series, and those fans still unfamiliar with it will be able to connect with the story without having to worry about reading the previous issues. Now ain't that pretty amazing?
  21. That's right. After Kit Harington, another 'Game of Thrones' star Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark, has got engaged. Sophie and her fiancé Joe Jonas have been dating for a year now. 22. Is Bran Stark actually the Night King? Is he the Three Eyed Raven? Will he tell Jon Snow about his lineage? And what all secrets is his brain housing? Well, you and I, mere mortals and ardent fans of the show can only imagine but guess what? 23. The 7th season of ‘Game Of Thrones' has ended and the finale's ending left us shook. As Jon Snow and Daenerys got busy getting cozy on a boat, the White Walkers crossed the Wall after the Night King destroyed it with the help of the ice dragon. While we were too caught up freaking out at the fact that the Wall was smashed to pieces and the White Walkers were marching into the Seven Kingdoms, we missed a huge detail. © HBO The army of the undead while marching across the Wall forms a huge image of the sigil of the Stark House, a hawk-eyed Reddit user noticed. The Stark sigil is an imprint of a wolf's head. © HBO Check out the Stark sigil. © HBO This could be no coincidence. A sigil does not make itself and the resemblance is uncanny. Is it true then? That Bran is the Night King? The strongest and eeriest theory of ‘Game of Thrones' is turning out to be true! But if he is, why doesn't he stop the war? Why does he continue to lead the army of the undead? © HBO Some fans believe that the Night King was a Stark as a human, which is very much possible because Winterfell is very close to the Wall. It could be that the Night King remember his Stark identity and plans to establish an undead Stark rule over the seven kingdoms. Issac Hempstead-Wright, the actor who plays Bran, said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, “Yeah, well, I really think there's some kind of history between the Three-Eyed Raven and the Night King. Even after it became clear that the Children of the Forest were the ones who created the Night King, or at least just the first White Walker. There's some kind of linkage there, I think. I'm not looking forward to finding out what that might be.” © HBO Or is this a cruel joke the producers are playing on us? Considering fans have been going crazy with the theories and imagining every possible plot twist, the producers decided to give us something to think about for the next two years. Whatever it is, the formation of the Stark sigil cannot be ignored. What do you think it means?
  24. There were numerous theories, many predictions, countless bets and so many calculations about that one major death of the finale. However, we were given the ultimate satisfaction after watching the death of Lord Baelish by the hands of Arya Stark. The wonderful tale of his death starts spinning when he tries to maliciously make Sansa believe that she is forever going to be threatened by Arya. The best part about this scene is that Sansa just allows herself to be manipulated. Later, Arya is summoned in front of every one and the whole scene makes you believe that goddamn Lady of Winterfell has fallen prey to his deceitful malicious ways. You have got to give it to Baelish for him so convincingly conniving, that you adore hating his guts. So he is as usual smiling in a corner when Sansa starts throwing accusations in the air , all this while looking at Arya, until, she casually takes his name. You are baffled, Baelish is surpised, a look that is so not him. What I really liked about his death was the fact that there was no catharsis for us. We don't really fee l sorry for him, he had to die, it was estimated that Arya will do it and so it happened. The Stark sisters prove to you that blood is indeed thicker than malice and manipulation and honestly, Sansa owed this to herself and everyone. We are totally digging the new version of an evolved Sansa and hope she gets to kill someone herself (Theon?), before the series ends.
  25. Jon snow's suicide mission was bound to fail from the beginning. It's just his luck that whenever he is on the verge of dying, someone comes to his rescue. Jon Snow is the Matt Damon of ‘Game of Thrones'. Towards the end of the 6th episode of season 7, when Snow is left alone with the White Walkers and almost dead, Benjen Stark magically appears out of nowhere. The hooded rider on a dark horse flashing a flaming chain, Uncle Benjen cut a fierce picture, as we heaved a sigh of relief, and so did Jon Snow. Of course, he stayed behind to stall the White Walkers and let Jon get away. UNCLE BENJEN.......WE ALL LOVE YOU. GODDAMN IT #GameOfThrones pic.twitter.com/61vwOLNfHV — New Life (@LordBalvin) August 21, 2017 We were left wondering how he appeared at the right time and the right place to save his Stark nephew. If you remember, he had earlier rescued Bran and Meera from the White Walkers and revealed it was because “the Three-Eyed Raven requested it.” Bran, who is now the Three-Eyed Raven, can not only warg into creatures, he can also communicate and warn someone. This time he sent Uncle Benjen to rescue Jon. © HBO Benjen Stark has been destined to stay beyond the Wall because he was attacked by a White Walker who pierced him with an ice sword. He tells Bran and Meera that the Children of the Forest saved him by shoving dragonglass in his chest. Though he did not become a Wight, he can't cross the Wall that is protected by magic spells to prevent the dead from passing through it. Fans theorise it was Bran who had warged into the sword. Some also say it is possible that the sword has a trapped soul, and the only soul that can possib;y still be alive is Azhor Azhai's. This could be a powerful hint about Jon Snow being Azhor Azhai.
