  1. Suniel Shetty is 58 years old. Let that sink in, before we get into the man bun tips. Why? Because he probably is the only actor in Bollywood who at 58 can give 25 year olds a legit run for their money, both in terms of style and fitness. © Viral Bhayani He just grew a man bun, and we're here for it. Not only does it look absolutely stylish, it is also serving us grooming lessons on a platter. Read on! © Viral Bhayani 1. You don't have to have extremely long hair to make a man bun. Yes, it is called a bun, for which the assumption is that quite a bit of length is required, but that's not true. As long as you have enough hair to tie in a ponytail, you can manoeuvre it to look like a bun. Tie it in a pony, and twist the end to get the bun look. It does the job quite well. © Viral Bhayani 2. A messy bun is a legit bun. Often, we are under the impression that a man bun has to be impeccably combed back for it to look legit. That again is not true. Comb it back if you have the time, but if not, just use your hands to do the best that you can, tuck in the rest behind your ears, and you'll be all set. © Viral Bhayani 3. Salt-n-pepper is absolutely fine, people. In fact, it looks better, if you're into looks that are intriguing. A lot of people go for dying and that then results in uneven colouration issues and finally give up on growing the hair. Don't fall into that trap, and just embrace your natural tresses. It looks good, trust us. © Viral Bhayani 4. Always keep your beard and moustache well-groomed. If you're sporting a man bun without a beard, ignore this point, of course, but if you do have a beard, or even a stubble, make sure that it is groomed to perfection. That bit will add that extra oomph to the man bun you're sporting. © Viral Bhayani Go ahead and get that bun! View the full article
  2. In a first of its kind, Mayank Pratap Singh from Jaipur is all geared up to become the youngest judge in the country at the age of 21. Mayank has created history by becoming the youngest ever to top the Rajasthan Judicial Services (RJS) examination. As per the news reports, he has obtained 169 marks out of 300 in the Mains exam and scored 28 out of 35 in the interview round to become the State topper this year. The states such as Delhi, Haryana, and Gujarat already have 21 year olds appearing for the judicial services exams but none in this age bracket have been able to make it through so far. Rajasthan has only recently lowered the age limit to 21 from 23 years for the RJS exam. In an interview with Indian Express, Mayank said, “My exams had gone well and I was expecting to get through but I had never thought that I would get the top rank. I am the first one in my family to pursue law as a profession. It was tough to manage the preparation for the exam as well as finish my graduation along with it.” © BCCL He completed his LLB from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. “It is the combination of both hard work and smart work that helped me crack the exams. I used to wake up early in the morning and studied for a couple of hours before the day started. Since I did not opt for any coaching classes and it was nearly a year-long process (including prelims, mains followed by interview), it was difficult to stay motivated throughout. Thus, I prepared a schedule and stuck to it,” he added. “Since I had PCM in class 11 and 12, many people asked me to give it a shot at JEE but I was inspired to pursue law in my higher studies. My parents were very supportive and supported me in my decision,” Mayank said. India's youngest judge who never used FB or social media Jaipur:Mayank Pratap Singh, the youngest judge of India who has created history cracking the Rajasthan Judicial Services Examination at the age of 21.Neither did he ever go for any coaching nor has ever used FB or WhatsApp! pic.twitter.com/7abKA6FrRR — Shweta Singh (@Shwetasingh800) November 23, 2019 Besides, the 21-year-old was asked about Sabarimala and Ayodhya verdicts of the Supreme Court during his interview round. “The environment during the interview was very conducive. The panel consisted of High Court judges and field experts. I was asked several questions ranging from conventional laws to practices followed to SC verdicts on Sabarimala and Ayodhya. The review on Sabrimala came a day before my interview and I had read about it in the papers, hence, I was able to answer these questions,” said the son of government school teachers. As an inspirational message to the millennials, he said, “Youngsters of my age are very distracted, be it because of social media or peer pressure. If they focus their energies on their goals, they can set higher goals for themselves.” All we can say is that with consistency and sheer hard work one can win all battles. We are proud of you, Mayank! View the full article
  3. It's never a surprise when Ranveer Singh wears something eccentric even when he steps outside for everyday chores. Considering, Ranveer has a larger than life personality, his clothes inevitably become a means for him to express himself. For example, post the film Joker, he was so inspired by Arthur Fleck that he dressed like him for an event. So, recently when he stepped out wearing chunky dad sneakers, we weren't surprised at all. © Manav Manglani With regular joggers, Ranveer wore an adidas silhouette. He wore the adidas Yeezy 500 Bone White. The silhouette was priced at $200 which comes down to Rs. 14,296. Also, Ranveer is spearheading the adidas Home Of Classics Campaign in which he talks about his first memory of adidas. Check out the post here: View this post on Instagram Made for the courts. Adopted by the streets. Worn across cultures. It's what people did in these shoes that turned them into classics. Here's my story. @adidasoriginals A post shared by Ranveer Singh (@ranveersingh) on Oct 18, 2019 at 5:18am PDT For his film '83, which is set to release in 2020, he might tone his crazy outfits a notch higher to match the vibe of the film. We can't wait to watch that version of the actor too. View the full article
  4. If there was one sneaker trend that took us by surprise this year, then hands down, we have to say that it was the “dirty” and “soiled” sneakers that we have been seeing all around. © Viral Bhayani Not only did we see the most notorious sneakerheads among Bollywood celebrities wearing some of the swankiest pairs that were purposefully made dirty, we saw many regular, mortals like ourselves, shell out big money to get a pair of seemingly soiled sneakers - #FOMO indeed. © Farfetch However, there were a few Bollywood biggies who went all out with the trend. Remember, Sidharth Malhotra, getting a pair that set him back by Rs 52,000? Or how about these ones that had Arjun Kapoor shelling out over Rs 40,000, to get his hands on? © Viral Bhayani Trust us when we say this - as admirable as both these pairs were, they don't hold a candle to what Shahid Kapoor got for his already impressive collection. Shahid Kapoor was recently spotted with his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor in a rather understated and laidback, Sunday-brunch-worthy outfit. And from that outfit, what really stood out were the sweatshirt and the sneakers. The sweatshirt that Shahid was seen wearing is from Urban Outfitters and normally retails for $69 or roughly Rs 5000. We have to say, that the sweatshirt has a very gothic appeal to it. This certainly looks really great on Shahid. © Viral Bhayani However, the sneakers are the statement piece of the ensemble. These 'dirty' sneakers are from Gucci and are called Men's Rhyton leather sneakers. The sneakers have some really exotic materials. For example, most panels of the body are made using ivory leather, which has then been treated for that worn out, and distressed look. The rubber sole, along with the construction, adds to the retro vibe of the sneaker. © Urban Outfitters Finally, coming to the price. These sneakers from Gucci retail for about $790. For those out there who did not pay attention in their maths classes, that's just shy of Rs 60,000. © Gucci © Manav Manglani For that much money, you can easily rent a 4 BHK apartment in Gurugram. And mind you, the property rates over there, aren't exactly what you would call 'cheap'. View the full article
  5. Not to sound too ominous, but indeed, winter is coming. And along with that, we are all approaching a season where, invariably, most of us will start shedding dandruff. People start shedding the top layer of the skin from the scalp, for various reasons, but somehow, all of those reasons seem to get exasperated whenever winter comes knocking. © iStock As natural and seemingly beyond our control such a scenario may be, people still find the sight of dandruff on shoulders and in the hair revolting. In a perfect world, such a natural thing shouldn't matter that much, but alas, we do not live in one. © iStock That being said, you can take hold of the situation and mitigate a lot of the reasons that lead to atrociously bad hair and scalp health in the winter. And, luckily for us, most of these remedies are not only easy, but quick as well. 1. Hot Oil Massages © iStock Coconut oil is a great way to deal with almost all of your skin and hair related issues. However, when it comes to rejuvenating your hair, scalp, and for that matter, skin during the winters, it operates on a whole new level. Not only does a hot coconut oil massage help your scalp in retaining moisture, and locking it in, it is also very effective in increasing blood circulation, which in turn is not just relaxing, but gives a healthy glow to the skin as well. 2. Warm Water Baths © iStock We know that most people avoid taking a bath every single day during winters, but that's not exactly a good habit. Taking a bath irrespective of the weather is just a healthy thing to do. What you can do is regulate the temperature of the water. Instead of taking a bath with scalding hot water or an icy cold one, try to set the warmth at just the right temperature. This not only washes away most of the debris and dust that your hair collects throughout the day, it also gives a major vital punch to your skin, by facilitating more blood circulation. And since it is not feasible to shampoo or condition your hair every day, a bath keeps your hair all glossy, shiny and nice. 3. Steam © iStock Although a little unconventional for men, steaming actually is very beneficial for your scalp and hair if you do it the right way. Steaming is a great way to rejuvenate and heal damaged hair, and helps them retain moisture. Just make sure you have a way to regulate the steam and that you have oiled your hair first, for maximum effect. 4. Shampoo + Conditioner © MensXP It is a very bad idea to skip shampooing during the winters. Not only does shampooing thoroughly cleans the hair, and nourishes it, if you pick the right one, shampooing can also help in moisturising your scalp. The massaging act of shampooing is great for the hair too. While you are at it, don't forget to use a conditioners as well. And if for some reason you do not want to shampoo your hair that often, do not skip the conditioner. They moisturise your hair and keep it soft and healthy, no matter what the weather, or whether or not you have shampooed your hair. 5. Camphor © iStock Camphor works really well as a soothing agent and reduces inflammation of the skin. In winters, crushing camphor in your palms and rubbing them over your hair not only gives it a sheen, it also protects it from the dryness of the air by locking moisture, right into the hair. Using camphor after applying coconut oil acts as a disinfectant. View the full article
  6. Getting an ingrown beard on your face may just be one of the most irritating and painful things that you will have to put up with. No matter where they grow, they can be downright painful; imagine how much more troublesome they can be when they are on your face. © iStock Normally, the most common cause of ingrown hair is not shaving properly. And trust us, by just taking a few precautionary steps, you can avoid getting ingrown beard hairs. â Use a Trimmer Instead Of Shaving © MensXP This is one of the easiest ways out of the problem, actually. When you shave, the root of the hair gets tugged a little when the blade cuts the shaft. In contrast, when you trim, nothing of that sort happens. Also, trimming reduces the risk of getting razor burns, which actually is a completely different problem from ingrown hairs. â Shave After Showering © iStock Preferably, shower with warm water rather than cold water. Taking a warm water bath not only prepares the skin for shaving by softening it up, it also gets rid of most of the germs and bacteria that can cause your hair follicles to react in an adverse manner. Taking a warm water bath also softens up the hair shafts, which in turn allows for a much easier shaving or trimming experience. â Use A Facewash & A Moisturiser Before Shaving © MensXP In case for some reason you're not able to take a bath before shaving, do not forget to use a facewash and good moisturiser before you start shaving. A set of good facewash and moisturisers go a long way to soften up the skin and prime your beard for shaving. They are also super effective to lock the moisture in your skin, which in turn makes shaving and trimming easier on your skin. â Use Fresh Blades © MensXP In case you just have to shave, and cannot find a way around it, we suggest that you always use fresh blades. Or at the very least, change your blades every 3 days. If you're worried about spending too much on blades, buy a straight razor, which accepts your regular, old school, double-edged shaving blades. Not only is this a much cheaper way of shaving in the longer run, a good straight razor will also eliminate all chances of getting an ingrown hair. â Always Wet Shave © iStock Another thing that you should take care of if you shave regularly, and often get ingrown beard, is lubrication. Dry shaving or shaving without a shaving gel, foam or cream is never a good idea. Firstly, it irritates your skin, which will not just cause rashes and razor burn, it can severely damage your skin and can cause acne. In turn, this can leave permanent scars on your face. Secondly, a shaving cream, foams and gels have ingredients that not only soothe the skin, the help it cool down and heal, apart from making the razor glide easily on your skin. Trust us, follow these steps religiously and you're sorted. View the full article
  7. Leave it up to Ayushmann Khurrana & Isha Bhansali to make a statement at the most mundane of all places, and man, will they come through. © Instagram/ishabhansali The thing with airport looks or rather airport outfits is that they are as good as normcore can get. Basic functional dressing with loads of style is actually not that hard. If, for some reason you think otherwise, just take a good, hard look at Ayushmann Khurrana's latest airport outfit and you'll get what we're talking about. © Viral Bhayani The actor was seen in a rather dope, all-black tracksuit, that had a very relaxed fit. After all, when you travel, comfort has to be the topmost priority, right? The tracksuit is a rather dope set from ACW or A-Cold-Wall, one of the most recognised names when it comes to streetwear. © Viral Bhayani This tracksuit was paired with a contrasting pair of white chunky sneakers, which come with the courtesy of the collaboration between formula one world champion, Lewis Hamilton, and Tommy Hilfiger. The Lewis Hamilton Trainers retail for €150 or roughly around Rs. 12,000, which, considering that Ayushmann often dresses up in some really exquisite pieces, are actually quite affordable. © Tommy Hilfiger But what really is the cherry on top of this sundae that the ensemble is the rather witty headgear that Ayushmann is sporting. © Viral Bhayani The cap has a cheeky slogan and is one great way to make a statement. The slogan on the cap reads “I left my wit in my other hat.” Honestly, Ayushmann, considering the cheekiness of your choice in hats, we don't think so. © Viral Bhayani This brings us neatly on to how to dress for the tedious hassles that airports can be. It's actually quite simple. Wear something that's relaxing. A jogger or a sweatpant, coupled with a basic jumper, t-shirt, or sweatshirt. Don't go for depth layering, unless you want to draw the ire of the security personnel and your fellow passengers at the security check. Go for sneakers or better yet, some sort of slip-ons. A pair of lace-up leather shoes is only acceptable if you have a meeting at the airport, or if you are part of a corporate entourage. Keep your accessories to the minimum. You don't want to take ages as you take everything off and put back on. A watch, a pair of shades and a bracelet is the maximum that you ought to go for. Anything up and above that should carry a jail sentence and a hefty fine, for being an inconvenience to everyone behind you at the security check. Keep these in mind and you should be golden!
  8. It has been 24 hours since we got our hands on Call of Duty Modern Warfare (2019) and we've spent quite a few hours playing the multiplayer mode. The servers went live yesterday and since then we've been busy ranking up our guns and perks, however it wasn't easy. First things first, Call of Duty Modern Warfare is very different from every other CoD game you've played in the past. While the game brings back some features from the original ones such as “Killstreaks”, there are now a few changes made in the multiplayer mode. © Activision First off, the gunplay has changed quite a bit as the guns have noticeable recoil that you will need to master on each gun. Similarly, every gun needs to be ranked up individually to unlock attachments in the gunsmith. You can upgrade your guns by either playing multiplayer or even in the specs ops mode. It is a lower risk way to upgrade your guns and a great way to learn their recoil patterns. Having said that, the traditional killstreaks do mess with the overall balancing of the game as it gives more power to players who are on the top of the lobby. Having said that, if you are having a good game and getting those killstreaks, you do manage to make more impact in the game. Killstreaks like a UAV or the Personal radar help you or your teammates to track your enemies while the Predator missile or the gunship will often overpower you and mess with the whole flow of the game. You also get new gadgets such as a trophy system, an ammo cache, a recon drone amongst others that we have not unlocked yet. © Activision One of the biggest changes you will notice in the multiplayer is the absence of a minimap. The minimap will only pop up when your or a teammate's UAV is called and will highlight enemies on the map while your UAV is there. In other situations, you will have to use the compass on the top of the screen, similar to what you see on PUBG. The compass will show you the general direction of your enemy whenever a gun is fired however you will have to find the enemy yourself. This may sound quite cool, but the only way to identify an enemy is by paying attention to the footsteps around which is another problem altogether. The audio mix in the multiplayer mode is all over the place as you cannot distinguish between your teammates' footsteps from your enemy's. This makes it quite confusing to play any map and you will often be confused trying to locate your enemy. We've tested this on a range of gaming headphones and the problem is persistent. We're certain that Infinity Ward will patch these audio issues in the near future, however, for now, we would suggest you don't trust your ears. Gunfight, a new 2v2 round-based mode is super fun to play and is a great way to get away from the multiplayer chaos. There aren't killstreaks here and the maps are very small. There is no health regeneration in this mode either and each round lasts for 40 seconds making it quite intense and competitive. We are yet to play other modes such as Cyber Attack and Search & Destroy so we cannot comment on those modes as yet. © MensXP Ground War is Call of Duty's take on the Battlefield franchise as it now features a 32 v 32 domination mode complete with vehicles and objectives. We have only played a couple of rounds of the mode and within that time frame, we can already see that it is nothing like Battlefield games. Imagine classic CoD multiplayer on a much larger scale. The mode is not as strategic as we expected it to be and the map is not as comprehensive as Battlefield games. Since buildings cannot be broken down by tanks and explosives like you can in Battlefield games, you will often find your enemies camping in buildings for the entirety of the round. It is quite annoying and it gets even more irritating when you throw killstreaks in the mix. If Call of Duty was trying to simulate war in any way, this mode fails miserably. Regardless of the Ground War mode, Call of Duty Modern Warfare multiplayer has been super fun to play. Sure, it isn't our final verdict yet as we are still reviewing the game. But, overall, our first impression of the multiplayer mode has been incredible and we are going to play it a lot more to give our final opinions on the game.
  9. One of the oldest and most common skin concerns for men that still is a pain to deal with has to be acne. As a skin concern, acne is very common among men of all ages. © iStock As natural as the phenomenon may be, people often tend to make fun of those suffering from it. For preteen and adolescent boys, acne may stem from changing hormones after a certain age. However, for men beyond a certain age, acne can be caused by some seriously flawed habits. And yes, smoking is just one of them. © iStock Your Skincare Products Or Not Using Them © iStock One major cause of untimely acne is the fact that most men don't buy skincare products based on the type of skin they have. That is assuming they use basic skincare products at all. Not only is using the wrong kind pointless, it can also be downright detrimental for your skin. Pro Tip: Get your skin tested if you have severe acne or regular breakouts and use skin products that suit your skin. Avoid using products that have a high concentration of sulphates and parabens. Your Diet © iStock No thanks to our hectic schedules and overworked lifestyles, most of us rely on food that can be downed in a jiffy, and needs little to no effort from us to consume. Not only are these foods high on oil content, they are also laced with preservatives and taste enhancers which wreak havoc on your skin. There are a lot of us who ignore minor allergic reactions to certain kinds of foods and simply gorge on them. A medical study released in 2013 stated that almost 60% of Indians don't realise that they suffer from a mild case of lactose intolerance. Pro Tip: Get yourself tested if you see that your skin misbehaves when you have certain kinds of food. Also, try to avoid oily and precooked food as much as you can, as they tend to have the most devastating effects on your gut, overall health and skin. Your Hygiene © iStock As obvious as this may seem, you need to stay hygienic. Take bathing for instance. You need to take a proper shower every day, no matter what the weather. So think twice before avoiding that bath this winter. Also, consider switching to a shower gel or something like that. A bar of soap just does not cut it anymore. There are other things to consider as well. How often you cut your nails, whether or not you get your nails cleaned, the products you use for your clothes. Take note of the way your skin reacts whenever you change something in your routine. Pro Tip: As we said, take note of how your skin responds to changes. Also, don't skip basic routines and don't shy away from changing products if you need to. Your Supplements © iStock This holds true especially if you are a muscle buff, work out at the gym and consume supplements. Most supplements are harmless, but there are a few that do not suit everybody. Try switching off of your supplements if you have persistent acne. If it starts disappearing, you have your culprit. Pro Tip: If it is indeed your supplements that are causing the issue, switch to something that suits you. Have a word with your trainer or dietician, and consult them for a substitute. Your Hair Products © iStock This may come across as a surprise, but your hair products do affect your skin, especially around your face. If you use a strong anti-dandruff shampoo, or a specific oil or mousse, and find yourself have breakouts often, it's time to switch. Pro Tip: Try going for products that are chemical-free, and have a natural cleansing agent, in case it is your shampoo. For other hair products, try to go for organic and vegan ones as they are the least likely to have adverse effects. Also, take note if your hair product has paraben, or sulfate. If it does, it's out.
  10. Everyone adores Arjun Kapoor not just for his brilliant acting skills but also for his stellar sense of dressing. He's someone whose personal style can be easily defined as slightly understated, subtle and yet very relatable. In fact, Arjun Kapoor is rather famous for pulling off logo t-shirts and unconventional sneakers. When it comes to Arjun's airport looks, lately they have been a cue as major inspiration for his fans. Case in point, his recent look at the airport. Arjun Kapoor was spotted wearing a grey kangaroo sweatshirt with ripped jeans and grey shoes. But what was interesting about his outfit was his sneakers that entirely elevated his look. Take a look: © Manav Manglani If you take a close look at his sneakers, you'll notice that they're the Court Classic SL/06 Sneakers from Saint Laurent and retail for about 495 Euros which comes down to Rs 40,000 approximately. © Manav Manglani The shoes are made of canvas and have the logo Saint Laurent embroidered on the sides. Saint Laurent's aesthetic is also visible through the distressed canvas that makes it look like it's visibly 'dirty' and makes the silhouette look like it's 'old' and 'used' when it's really not. But the thing about Arjun is that his style is dynamic just like his acting. Earlier this year, he wore bouncy sneakers with a military aesthetic. Instances like this only prove that Arjun Kapoor is, in fact, a major sneakerhead with a huge collection of sneakers.

It's easy for many Bollywood stars to show up in styles that are from luxury brands, but leave it up to Varun Dhawan to take the road less travelled and you would know that he has a knack for easy-to-wear trends that you can cop. © Viral Bhayani The Sui Dhaga actor is now the new face of Reebok. From his gym looks to airport outfits, his style shows equal parts of comfort and style. Recently, post his gym sesh, VD kept his outfit very relaxed with shorts and a jacket but his shoes added an oomph factor. That said, these statement shoes are extremely comfortable for your gym session. Great choice, VD! These sneakers are available for Rs 6,453 in India which make it an affordable pair too. The pair sure has many advantages, besides just being super colourful. © Viral Bhayani As for his outfit, he coupled his t-shirt with relaxed shorts. The sneakers here are definitely stealing the limelight. We're totally diggin' these sneakers, Varun.
  13. If you own a Nintendo Switch in India and wanted to play a proper RPG on the go, you will be happy to know that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is available in India. You can buy the game as a physical copy or digitally. We've been playing the game for a few days and found it to be an impressive port for the Nintendo Switch. I've played The Witcher 3 on PS4, PC and now on the Nintendo Switch and the game is still as exciting and fresh as its previous ports. Sure, there are a few compromises the game makes in order for it to work; but these are compromises I can live with. © MensXP_Akshay Bhalla The Witcher 3 may not run on 4K resolution with the maximum settings and FPS, however, the Switch port still makes the impossible a reality. The game runs at 540p in handheld mode in which it is meant to be played. You could always enjoy the upscaled resolution when docked, but it's way more fun when you are on the go. The game has been co-developed by CD ProjektRed and Saber Interactive to make the game fit in a 32GB cartridge. That alone is an achievement by itself as the game does not sacrifice any of the content. It comes with all the expansions and DLCs. The developers instead have used lower resolution textures and assets so that the game can run smoothly on a console that is powered by a tablet-level GPU. The use of compressed assets results in a graphics downgrade which I didn't really mind. This is probably because the game runs smoothly at 30fps and does not falter in crucial moments. When engaging multiple enemies, the experience still stays smooth at 30fps as there are no frame rate drops, keeping the overall experience intact. Personally, I would rather have a game that runs without any hiccups over a prettier looking game. So if you've always wanted to enjoy The Witcher 3 while on the go, you will have to make a compromise when it comes to the graphics but in return, you will be able to enjoy hundreds of hours of gameplay without any nagging issues. For an optimal experience, we would recommend you turn off the motion blur and blur options in the settings. © MensXP_Akshay Bhalla The most obvious concern on a portable version of The Witcher 3 on the Nintendo Switch would be the loading times. To our surprise, the Switch version of The Witcher 3 had similar load times as the first-generation version of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. That is quite impressive as well, since you will not be waiting a whole lot for the game to load when you fast travel and in this game, you will fast travel a lot. © MensXP_Akshay Bhalla As mentioned before, this game truly shines in the handheld mode and is perfect for people who are always travelling or do not get enough time to play on home consoles. You can start playing anywhere and anytime you want whether it is in the office or during your daily commute. This makes the game more accessible to people who always wanted to play the game but did not have the means or the time to invest in a proper gaming setup. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is now available on the Nintendo Switch via amazon.in or offline stores. The game is officially available in India as a cartridge and we recommend you get the physical copy as it is the easiest way to buy the game in India.

  15. Javed Jaffrey not only was an entertainer par excellence, but also used to rule the hearts of '90s kids. 'Boogie Woogie' used to be the rage back then, and his playful charisma struck a chord with everyone watching him on TV. Looks like he has passed that charisma on to his son - Meezaan - who is about to be launched in B-Town, by none other than Mr Sanjay Leela Bhansali himself. He is playing the lead along with Bhansali's niece, Sharmin Segal, in 'Malaal'. Apart from his father's screen presence, he also seems to have nailed the 'fashionably woke' role, judging by his pictures. Take a look here. He clearly knows how to use the appeal of distressed denim to his advantage. 16. Let's face it, no one looks as charming as Jim Sarbh or Milind Soman with grey hair. Everyone freaks out when they see a few strands of grey hair for the first time on their head, no matter what the age. People often associate greying hair with age. So, naturally, for most men and women in their twenties, spotting a bit of grey hair on their heads makes their world come crashing down on them. Now, it is absolutely normal for anybody to have one or two strands of grey hair. However, if you spot a bunch of them, chances are that there's something wrong. If you are one of the many people who have fallen victim to this modern-day vice, read on to find out how do you stop premature ageing: 1. Eat Right © Getty Images You've got to have a balanced diet, preferably one that has some key nutrients in abundance. Vitamins B12 and C are key for great scalp health and really goes a long way to stop premature greying. 2. Sleep Well © Getty Images No matter what you do, you simply cannot avoid living a stressful lifestyle. The only alternative that remains is to get proper rest. We suggest following a set sleeping pattern, one that has at least 6-7 hours of sleep. 3. Workout © Getty Images If you get the time to hit the gym regularly, kudos to your dedication and time management skills. However, since it is nearly impossible for the rest of us to do so, it is ideal if you workout anywhere and anytime you get a chance. Try taking the stairs instead of the escalator. Or walk instead of taking a rickshaw for a short distance to the nearby market. 4. Quit Smoking © Getty Images Nearly all your health problems can be linked to this one. We know how hard can it be to really kick the butt, but trust us when we say this, that it is completely worth it. Smoking causes some really drastic hormonal changes that are really detrimental for your hair. Apart from greying hair, it can also cause dry and itchy scalp, or worse, premature hair fall. 5. Oil Your Hair © Getty Images We all love a good oil massage, especially when our mom used to do it for us with all that zeal and passion. Unfortunately, most of us don't have that luxury anymore, thanks to our hectic schedules and super busy lifestyles. So, it helps if you think of massaging your hair more as a necessity than an option. And let's not forget, how relaxing and rejuvenating a good hair massage feels like. 6. Avoid Harsh Hair Products © Getty Images You really need to be cautious when you are choosing a shampoo. Not only there are chances that your current shampoo, as well as conditioner, does not actually suit you, they may be really harsh for your scalp and hair. Try sampling a few options before finally settling for one. Or, consult a dermatologist to find out what works for you.
  17. We all knew Tony Stark would be a big part of 'Spiderman: Far From Home' but were we prepared for that? I don't know. Every new trailer or any footage since the release of 'Avengers: Endgame' has talked about Tony - and the fact that he's dead now - and well, now we're learning more and more about him still. In the Iron Man movies, we've seen Tony spending a lot of time in his lab working on his suits and well, 'Spiderman: FFH' shows his 'ward' Peter Parker working in his lab in one of Tony's planes. Remember Peter wearing Tony's glasses in the second official trailer? Now, we get to see what they actually do. Here's a compilation of a bunch of international teasers and trailers that have come out till now. So many new scenes, yet we still don't what the f**k is happening with the multiverse. That will be exciting to watch in just a few months. Actually, here's another set of teasers. Along with all of that, there's apparently a 'leaked' trailer as well which has a bunch of new footage along with everything we've seen before. BROTHERS AND SISTERS I PRESENT TO YOU pic.twitter.com/nC7iNu18i7 — *â§ï½¥ï¾* ð¤ðð²ð¥ð *ï½¥ï¾â§* (@suitedspidey) June 1, 2019 Yes, it's not exactly leaked since it looks like it probably played at some theatre before a movie. ('Endgame', I'm guessing) 'Spiderman: Far From Home' is almost here but it still seems so far away, and we really are dealing with some serious MCU withdrawal right now. July 2nd cannot come fast enough.
  18. We have all been there - we go to the outlet of our favourite clothing brand, or the one that has some awesome deals on denims, browse through their offerings, try a fit or two, pick them up and call it a day. Rarely do we even think of customising them, apart from the slight alterations here and there. As a result, the world now seems lost in a sea of common and quite frankly, boring denims - be it a shirt, jacket or jeans. However, it does not have to be that way. A few brave souls have shown the world that adding bling to your regular old denims is a guaranteed way to turn heads. Do it right, and you may even be crowned as the fashion guru in your college or office. The key here is to balance things out. Go overboard, and you may end up looking like a 7-year-old girl's Ken Doll. However, if like us, going subtle as well as over the top is your thing, then read on. 1. Whacky Prints © Instagram Fans of prints, make some noise! Prints are, by far, the easiest way to get your favourite denim customised. There are plenty of service providers in most tier I and tier II cities, who can print out your favourite movie poster, or graphics on your jacket, or shirt. Alternatively, there are several denim makers who will do that for you. Just ensure that you don't go for an actual photograph, and certainly not one of yours. That just looks tacky. 2. Embroider Your Heart Out © Pinterest Embroidering stuff onto your denim shirt or denim jacket can totally change the look of your outfit and elevate it to a whole new level. Plus, because it is often done by hand, embroidery adds a distinct legacy to the piece. Similar to prints, there are tons of designs that you can go for. And, if you want to take the personalisation to a whole new level, you can always take it upon yourself to create your own masterpiece. 3. Catchy Patchy © Etsy Are you a fan of the EPL and want to shout it out to the rest of the world? Or, like any other woke millennial, do you support causes that leave your parents confused and dazed? Try adding a few patches to your denim. Now, there are two ways to go about it. You can either pick ones that need to be stitched on to your piece, which is super easy to do if you know your way around a needle and some thread. Or, you can go for an even easier route and pick up a few options that can be ironed on. The best thing about patches is that they can be added and removed as one wishes to. In effect, one can actually play to one's heart's content with patches. 4. Custom Leather Patches © Etsy Of all the things that we have listed here, nothing is as subtle as a personalised leather patch. One would ask why would one to customise something like a leather patch, a thing that is no one even looks at? Well, leather patches are one of the very few pieces that can actually bear your name, without seeming to be too full of yourself. Plus, there are tons of other designs, most of which are very classy and distinct. 5. Colour & Dye © Pinterest When it comes to coloured denims, most of us believe that singular shades are the way to go. However, if you have ever seen a reputable fashion house's summer or spring launch, you will realise that it is not necessarily true. Dyed denims, especially jeans, can be mesmerising to look at and a really fun way to make, if you choose to dye your denims, yourself. Because there are tons of options in terms of colours and oxidation processes, you don't really know what you may end up with. That's actually the fun part. Just to play it safe, we suggest that you first do a trial run, perhaps on your younger sibling's jeans before you commit to your own piece.
  19. Growing your beard can be a tricky business. But who doesn't like a good beard? However, growing a beard can be a little tough. So here are hacks that'll help you grow your beard faster. 1. Exfoliation Is Key © Getty Images It's important to keep your face fresh and exfoliate to weed out the dry skin cells. Dead skin cells hinder hair growth. 2. Taking Care Of Dietary Needs © Getty Images It's important to have a balanced diet and drink at least 8 glasses of water. Apart from that, the hair is mainly made of protein, so consuming more of protein-based foods. 3. Exercising Helps © Getty Images Trust us. Exercising regularly makes your body fit also encourages hair growth which means your beard is going to grow faster. 4. Don't Fret Too Much © Getty Images Your beard just like your hair will take its own time to grow. You'll have to be patient. Nothing takes place overnight. 5. Beard Oils Are Vital © Getty Images Regular beard oils or essential oils like amla and eucalyptus help stimulate the much-needed boost for hair growth. Additionally, the beard after using beard oil is softer. 6. Face Massages © Getty Images A face massage encourages blood flow throughout the face and helps your beard grow faster in no time.

  21. Wondering why you wake up looking like a zombie? Well, THOSE ARE DARK CIRCLES. They appear due to multiple reasons like unhealthy lifestyle, sleep deprivation and stress. We can't tell you how to mend your life, but we certainly can help you get rid of dark circles. How, you ask? Get ready to take notes, fellas! Causes Of Dark Circles: 1. If you are prone to allergies As dreadful as it sounds, it is absolutely true that allergies are a big cause of dark circles. You could be sensitive to dust, smoke or pet hair. This can lead to darkening of the skin, leading to puffiness in your eyes. 2. Genetics In some cases, dark circles are unavoidable. Some people are born with thinner skin because it's all in the genes. Low levels of collagen make the skin around the eyes loose. If you still wish to hide them, bag a concealer. 3. Lack of proper sleep Netflix for sure is tempting and we're with you, but compromising your sleep will do no good. Lack of sleep is one of the most common problems in which the skin under your eyes becomes dilated and you will be left with dark circles. Here's a treatment for you to consider, stat. 1. Green tea bags © Getty Images An old trick that's not only effective, but has also earned its place in the grooming section. Green tea contains antioxidants and for best results, all you need to do is place two cool green tea bags on your eyes for about 10 minutes. Aren't you feeling rejuvenated already? 2. Use Aloe Vera © Getty Images Aloe vera is filled with a plethora of advantages for your eyes. Before sleeping, massage your under eyes with aloe vera gel for 10 minutes and notice the stubborn dark circles disappear. 3. Eye masks © Getty Images Treat your drunken nights instantly with eye masks as they hydrate your skin overnight. Good sleep is just a step away. 4. Cleanse, cleanse & cleanse © Getty Images After a long day, your skin needs some refreshment. Make sure you wash your face with a mild cleanser. Any moisturiser or sunblock left on your skin will attract free radicals and we don't want that. 5. Get a sunscreen © Getty Images Choosing the right sunscreen and adding it to your grooming arsenal will prove quite helpful. Given the dangers of sunburn, shield your skin with an SPF 30 sunscreen lotion when you head out next. Plus, staying hydrated especially in this scorching heat is quite important. Make sure you consume about 13 glasses of water, EVERY DAY. It helps maintain the quality of your skin and it's an ideal way to attract women. Just Kiddin'.
  22. Whether it's international cricket or T20 leagues, Mahendra Singh Dhoni needs no introduction at all. Over the years, the former Indian skipper has carved his own niche on the back of unorthodox cricketing skills. If his batting might allowed him to earn the tag of one of the world's best finishers, Dhoni's lightning quick glovework left everyone in awe. If that's not enough, his leadership skills have allowed Team India to scale new heights in international cricket. And, even if Virat Kohli has replaced him as India's new captain, Dhoni's know-how of the game has allowed him to still call the shots on the field. But, Dhoni is much more than just a good cricketer. He is a great human being. From paying homage to the tireless ground staff personnel, indulging in charitable work to obliging fans for selfies, there have been so many incidents when Dhoni's humility has been in full display. But, his love and admiration for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) fans, who worship the Jharkhand cricketer like their own, once again came to the fore during their 80-run triumph over Delhi Capitals (DC) in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). WATCH: Do not mess with MSD's gloves ð¨ð¨ Full video here ð¹ð¹https://t.co/sMOfRRfxfu #CSK pic.twitter.com/KXtcTcxbca — IndianPremierLeague (@IPL) May 1, 2019 Hosting Shreyas Iyer-led Delhi at the MA Chidambaram stadium in Chepauk, Chennai amassed a competitive total of 179 runs - that had Dhoni's 22-ball 44 stamping his authority. In reply, the visitors were bundled out for a mere 99 runs following the spin wizardry of Imran Tahir and Ravindra Jadeja who were supported by Dhoni's ninja-like moves behind the stumps. Following their emphatic win which helped them improve their Net Run-rate (NRR), Dhoni spoke about a number of things during the post-match press conference, but like a true leader, he reserved the final part of his victory speech for the CSK fans, who were closely listening to him at the Chepauk stadium. The name #Thala is very special and I'm thankful to the fans for the love bestowed on me ð pic.twitter.com/ZN9VTUe0vM — IndianPremierLeague (@IPL) May 1, 2019 Paying an emotional tribute to the CSK fans, Dhoni said: "I have always said it's very special to get that kind of a nickname. It's a big nickname that they have given me. It feels really special. I didn't realise that it was part of the first CSK song. The way I got accepted and the whole of Tamil Nadu - whenever they see me they don't call my name, they call me 'Thala'. It feels very special and they have always supported not only me but the whole team," Dhoni said at the post-match presentation ceremony. The @ChennaiIPL thanking their fans at the #AnbuDen ðð with a victory lap. pic.twitter.com/SRlFHSTzSk — IndianPremierLeague (@IPL) May 1, 2019 If Dhoni's kind words enthralled the fans inside the stadium, his post-match lap of the ground where he distributed autographed tennis balls and T-shirts to the crowd, further had everyone singing his praise. Since it was CSK's last home game this season, the gesture was aimed at thanking the fans for their support. After marking a sensational return last year, Dhoni-led Chennai have arguably been the team to beat in the tournament as they continue to take big strides towards successfully defending their title this season.
  23. We keep reviewing smartphones almost every week but sometimes, a new tablet comes along that gets us excited. The iPad Pro is one of our favourite gadgets of 2018 and in fact, we typed this very review on it. Having said that, not everyone needs such a powerful and big screened tablet; especially in India where more than half the urban population is on the move. Apple recently launched the new iPad Mini 5 and we got our hands on the small tablet to see what all it can do. We've used Android tablets in the past but none of them even come to close Apple's offering when it comes to performance. Our experience has largely been “meh.” Android tablets are often powered by less powerful chipsets or do not offer a great screen for content viewing. Some of them lack proper software updates or outright don't work as intended. Having said that, there are a few Samsung tablets we love but Apple's iPad series is where the buck stops. So, here's our review of the new iPad Mini and what we think about the new tablet. Design & Display © MensXP_Akshay Bhalla The New iPad Mini 5 doesn't look too different from its predecessor as it looks nearly identical from the iPad 4 from 2015. It's got the same massive bezels, a 7.9-inch Retina screen and a new back design similar to the iPad Pro from 2017. We would have loved to see an almost all-screen design like on the iPad Pro from last year and give it the modern aesthetic we all expected. The display, on the other hand, has slight upgrades as it now supports True Tone technology, has a 25 per cent higher colour gamut and is 25 per cent brighter. The iPad Mini has a resolution of 2048x1536 pixels but does not have ProMotion features like the iPad Pro where it can adjust the refresh rate automatically depending on what you are doing. © MensXP_Akshay Bhalla The iPad Mini comes with stereo speakers at the bottom which are loud enough for watching movies or TV shows. Having said that, if you want more privacy or don't want to disturb the people around you, the iPad Mini 5 comes with a 3.55 mm headphone jack. You can even pair the new iPad Mini with AirPods seamlessly which is a first for the iPad Mini. The smaller iPad design is probably the star attraction here as it fits in the palm of your hand perfectly. The iPad Mini's size is probably the one feature that makes it the most versatile gadget from Apple's entire portfolio. The screen is large enough to enjoy video content, gaming and is perfect to even use it as an e-book reader. The small sizes iPad Mini is a favourite amongst users for these various reasons. However, with new services like Apple Arcade and Apple TV Plus on the horizon, you really want to invest in an iPad that can handle everything you throw at it. We shall talk about it more in the performance section in detail and what a powerful chipset can imply for the future of iPads. Performance The iPad Mini 5 is powered by an A12 Bionic chip with Neural Engine that amps up the performance with faster computing power and graphics processing over the A8 chip. This means that the iPad Mini 5 also supports augmented reality features which come in handy when you want to do something educational or measure objects. You can even play AR games such as Angry Birds with other iOS devices that support AR. The iPad Mini comes in two models with 64GB or 256 GB of internal storage. Depending on your needs, you can get the appropriate storage variant. The battery life on the iPad Mini 5 also works as advertised. During our testing, the iPad Mini 5 managed to last over 10 hours with constant use. We used the iPad mini to watch TV shows, play games like Fortnite and a lot of internet browsing. © MensXP_Akshay Bhalla The iPad Mini 5 comes with iOS 12 out of the box and some new features that were missing in the previous generation. For starters, you can now run two apps at once in either the Slide Over or Split View. IOS 12 also works in tandem with the A12 Bionic processor to offer optimum performance which was quite evident when we were gaming. The iPad Mini 5 also now supports the first generation Apple Pencil which is a great new addition for people who like to take notes, sign documents or draw the go. The iPad Mini 5 is now officially a full-fledged tablet that has a place of its own in Apple's portfolio. The A12 Bionic Processor is already a powerful processor that also powers the iPhone XS and XS Max. The A12 is the fastest processor in the market right now and has some major advantages when it comes to the device's future. The A12 Bionic processor is also very powerful when it comes to running games and the iPad Mini 5 will be vital for Apple Arcade when it launches. For example, the A12 Bionic chip can give consoles like the Nintendo Switch a run for its money. Being a highly portable device, the iPad Mini is essential for capturing those markets. The A12 can already run some console level games; at least the ones you see on Nintendo Switch. The sheer size on the iPad Mini will offer a better gaming experience than any smartphone or even the Nintendo Switch. The display quality, a powerful chipset and a massive library of games all work in favour of the iPad Mini. Cameras The iPad Mini does come with cameras on both the front and the back but we wouldn't use them for taking proper images. We would recommend you use the smartphone in your pocket as it would be able to deliver a better image. Having said that, the iPad Mini does have an 8-megapixel, f/2.4 camera at the back that can take good enough pictures. You can use the iPad Mini 5 to scan documents, take pictures of daily objects etc. The iPad Mini 5 has a 7-megapixel selfie camera but does not have support for portrait selfies, unlike the iPad Pro. However, the front camera is awesome for making video FaceTime calls and take general selfies. The Final Say © MensXP_Akshay Bhalla The iPad Mini 5 is probably the only tablet that caters for people who are looking for performance and portability. The small tablet market right now is not up to the mark as Android-based tablets are often outfitted with weak processors and mediocre screens. The iPad Mini 5 easily fills that gap and offers the full iOS experience you've come to expect from Apple devices. The iPad Mini 5 has a great display and offers new augmented reality features never seen on an iPad Mini before. With services like Apple Arcade on the horizon, the iPad Mini 5 is the right investment right now. It's Apple's most versatile device that offers everything from productivity to entertainment. The iPad Mini 5 retails in India for Rs 34,900 (Cellular) and Rs 45,900 (Wi-Fi + Cellular) which could be considered expensive for India but the advantages it offers offsets the cost entirely.
  24. The long weekend is here and in case you're not doing anything, just being a couch potato, nursing bad health or loaded with work which barred you from leaving town, then my guess is that like most of us, binge-watching will be the only plan you'll have. Here are 5 interesting suggestions for you for this weekend: 1. Hanna- This drama series follows a 15-year-old girl, Hanna who is being hunted down by a CIA agent. This dark show could be a good binge watch for you! 2. The OA 2- Brit Marling is back with her brilliance. If you followed Prairie and her friends travelling across dimensions of time in the 1st season and were left shook with what followed, this one is more layered and complicated like something you didn't imagine. 3. 25. Following a remarkable comeback to the tournament last season, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have continued their fine run in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The MS Dhoni-led brigade have won seven out of the eight games they've played so far to go four points clear at the top in the points table. While the Chennai outfit has derived favourable results owing to a collective team effort, Dhoni's success as the one true leader continues to capture the imagination of cricket fans. Arguably one of the most admired and respected cricketers in the world, Dhoni seems to have passed on his leadership skills to daughter Ziva. For a four-year-old, Ziva has already tasted stardom owing to her cute videos that continue to throng social media. But, more recently, her understanding of the fast-paced world around her has left everyone in awe. The youngster was seen correcting Bravo after he was seen wearing the CSK cap backwards - something that had earlier instigated Sunil Gavaskar to slam the likes of Fakhar Zaman and Dinesh Karthik for disrespecting the national cap. After recording their first win at the Eden Gardens since 2013, Dhoni-led Chennai will be eager to continue their fine form when they visit the Rajiv Gandhi International stadium to take on Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on 17th April.
