  1. "Imran Khan has damaged the country to an extent that he should be seen as an example," Nawaz says
  2. Unfortunately, the smallest of the babies, Meredith, passes away at three days old after brain bleeding
  3. Released in theatres two weeks ago, Vivek Agnihotri’s ‘The Kashmir Files’ has been a trending topic across the country, having contributed to heated debates and fights on news channels and social media platforms. The film is said to capture the plight of the Kashmiri Pandits during their mass exodus from the Valley in the 1990s. But it has left people across the political spectrum debating, discussing, and dissecting the ‘realities’ shown in the film. Many claim that the makers of the film have distorted the series of events that actually transpired in order to stoke communal sentiments, while the rest claim that the film has accurately and explicitly depicted the violent circumstances under which the Kashmiri Pandits were forced to flee from the valley. © Zee Studios Adding to the already overcrowded voices commenting on the movies, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma reviewed ‘The Kashmir Files’, saying that he “hates the film”. He uploaded his review of the controversial film on YouTube and said that the film destroyed whatever he learned and thought was right. He also stated that he was reviewing a film for the first time in his life, further heaping praises on the filmmaker and actors in the film, especially lauding Anupam Kher’s performance in it. In the video uploaded to YouTube, RGV said, “For the first time in my entire career, I am reviewing a film”. He went on, “I don’t really review the film’s subject or the controversial content, I want to review it as a filmmaker on how the film has been made.” Varma didn’t stop there, he continued, “Kashmir Files released and broke every rule in the book. It doesn’t have stars. There is no intention in the director to impress the audience which is what every filmmaker will be trying to do. He wants to impress.” A fan of the storytelling, Ram Gopal Varma heaped praises onto the storytelling as well as the character design, even claiming that ‘The Kashmir Files’ had set new benchmarks for directors and filmmakers. He summed up his final thoughts, and said, “I hate Kashmir Files because it destroyed whatever I learned, whatever I thought was right and whatever I thought was in at multiple times. I can’t go back and I can’t reinvent myself and can’t rethink now, ‘Oh, this is how it should be made’. No, can’t. So I hate Kashmir Files whether it is the director or acting style or it is the way the screenplay was made…I hate all of them because you guys made me and all of the filmmakers I would say lose our identity…I hate all the people associated with Kasmir files but I love Vivek Agnihotri for making this happen.” Don’t take at face value that mainstream Bollywood, Tollywood etc are ignoring the mega success of #kashmirifiles ..The reality is they are taking it more SERIOUSLY than the AUDIENCES , but their SILENCE is because they are SHIT SCARED ..Watch my REVIEW https://t.co/Er9ce8S9K3 — Ram Gopal Varma (@RGVzoomin) March 19, 2022 On Twitter, RGV shared the video, with the message, “Don’t take at face value that mainstream Bollywood, Tollywood, etc are ignoring the mega success of #kashmirifiles. The reality is they are taking it more seriously than the audiences, but their silence is because they are s*** scared. Watch my review.” His blunt review was met with gratitude by Vivek Agnihotri as he responded, “You hate #TheKashmirFiles @RGVzoomin and that’s why I love you. “ You hate #TheKashmirFiles @RGVzoomin and that’s why I love you. 4. When the reality show Shark Tank India was released on OTT, no one would’ve thought that the hype for this investment-related show would be that big. From judges to contestants to even Ranvijay Singh - the host, everyone was in the limelight, as people went crazy after the Indian version of the show. While Ashneer Grover might have taken away most of the highlights (and memes), there was one contestant, in particular, that managed to make a lasting impression on not just the judges but also on the viewers. © Twitter His name is ‘Jugaadu Kamlesh’ aka Kamlesh Nanasaheb Ghumare, who had appeared on the show with the idea to make life for farmers in the agricultural sector - a little bit better. Kamlesh pitched a Pesticides Spray solution to the Sharks, of whom only one had the vision, the compassion and the courage to invest in his idea - Peyush Bansal, founder of LensKart. Both Kamlesh and Peyush were hailed by the audience and now, as the show has come to an end, people are wondering whether or not Peyush Bansal really is working with Kamlesh on his idea, or was that just a media gimmick. Finally responding to the curious fans, Peyush recently posted an update on Jugaadu Kamlesh on Instagram, giving a full low-down about the pace at which work has been going on. View this post on Instagram He started by addressing, “Everyone I meet these days has one question....what is update on Kamlesh from @sharktank.india ? While I don't believe in talking about things till we achieve something, because of popular demand...here is a quick update…” He then shared, “We have initiated a process of design and consumer validation of the cart with help of a team of professional Industrial designers. Design Team visited Malegaon and nearby farms, spent time with different farmers and different crops, along with @jugaadu_kamlesh, Naru and took a lot of feedback.” © Peyush Basal Peyush also mentioned their biggest concerns at the moment as well as their next steps. He wrote, “Biggest concerns are: weight of Cart, movement on different uneven terrains and width of cart (as alley size is small in certain crops). Next steps : Find creative solutions to these problems, do design optimisations and go back and test again.” © Peyush Basal It is heartening to see that a man as hard-working as Kamlesh is finally getting the kind of direction, support and guidance that he needed to become a successful entrepreneur. 5. Raashii Khanna has made a comeback to Bollywood with her debut OTT series Rudra: The Edge of Darkness that released on March 4 on Disney+ Hotstar. The show has received generally positive reviews and Raashii’s performance has been getting a lot of acclaim. Before the release of Rudra, we chatted with Raashii about her web series, her work in South Indian films and her upcoming Bollywood project Yodha starring Sidharth Malhotra and backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. © Dharma Productions While talking about Yodha, she exclusively told MensXP, “I’ve just shot in Lonavala and we have come back and shooting in Mumbai and I just have this one long schedule and I think Sidharth will wrap tomorrow (March 3) but I have another 20 days to go. The kind of character that I have in the film, it’s really nicely written and of course, apart from the romantic angle that’s there, it is also a really strong character that I play in the film.” She further talked about working with Dharma Productions and Karan Johar, who is often accused of nepotism and said, “I think, it is such a blessing because it is Dharma film and it’s honestly one of the big production houses in the country and I never thought being an outsider I could probably reach there as I used to think, ‘Arey yeh toh bahut mushkil hai’ (It’s quite difficult to get in). But I don’t know, I mean they must have seen something or they must have thought that you know I will be good for it. I am working with a fabulous team. My directors are great, Sidharth is a great co-star. I am really enjoying working on it.” © Dharma Productions Yodha is helmed by Sagar Amte & Pushkar Ojha and is slated for November 11, 2022 release. View the full article
  6. Raashii Khanna made her debut in the Hindi film industry with the 2013 film Madras Cafe. However, post that, she took a turn towards South Indian films and became a known name in Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam films. The actress is now making a comeback to Bollywood after 9 years with Ajay Devgn’s debut web series Rudra: The Edge of Darkness. In an exclusive interview with MensXP, we talked about her web show, her return to Hindi films and more. © Instagram/Raashi Khanna When asked about why she didn’t do another Hindi film post her debut and made a name for herself in South Indian film industries she said, “I never thought I would become an actor. But when Madras Cafe happened I really enjoyed doing it and thought this is what I am destined to do. I then waited for the right projects to come my way but nothing really clicked in Hindi. So, I decided to rather wait for the right film. ” She further added, “In the meanwhile, I think post-Madras Cafe, there was a lot of buzz in the South for me and they started offering me stuff there so, I went there. And even when I was working in the South, I never had this thought that I have to get back someday to Hindi films. I never thought of that. I was very happy sailing there also. And then this series came my way and other series and a film as well. So I went with the flow.” When pointed out that the sudden interest of Bollywood in the actors working in South Indian films could also be credited to the phenomenon that is “Pan-Indian Films” that have been going around in the last few years. © Instagram/Raashii Khanna Raashii agreed and said, “Of course, I think post-Baahubali people started respecting South Indian cinema more which earlier they didn’t, let’s be honest. I think I was also one of those North Indians who used to think, ‘arey south ki movies kaun dekhta hai’ (who watches South Indian films). You know I was like that. I thought South was all about singing & dancing in terms of content and I was so wrong. Because when I went there, I realised they have such good content. Of course, there are commercial films but also there is great content there. And post-Baahubali, it just flooded the gates open and now there is great merger of north & south. And finally, now is the time we can say we are all Indian actors and not Bollywood actors or Tollywood actors. All those boundaries are gone. And I think it’s a great time to be an actor.” © Disney+ HotStar Raashii will be seen playing a psychopath in Rudra: The Edge of Darkness which is slated to stream on Disney+ Hotstar from March 4. 7. Tom Holland is one Hollywood actor who has really, really burst onto the scene! Having made his debut in movies back in 2012 with The Impossible, the London-born actor has really carved a name for himself by putting in emphatic performances in every role he played. This was one of the reasons why he was cast as Peter Parker AKA Spider-Man in Marvel Cinematic Universe's Spider-Man films, a role that he admitted was a dream role for him ever since he was a kid. © Marvel Studios Well, the rest is history, isn't it? Marvel's Spider-Man movies have gone on to do so well, with the character actually now being at the heart of the MCU in a similar way that Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man was once. Now, with the success of his Spider-Man: No Way Home film that starred Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield as well, Tom is really getting all the attention he needs and may not need worldwide. However, it looks like he's getting a lot of love from Hollywood as well, or at least he seems to have thought so. Yep! As per the latest interview given by Tom, the actor actually admitted to thinking he received a *** toy or a 'self-pleasure' device from a Hollywood celebrity. © Men's Health As we know Tom is currently dating his Spider-Man co-star Zendeya, it appeared to Tom that someone might still care for his well-being nonetheless. As per Tom, it was his co-star Mark Wahlberg who gifted him a 'self-pleasure device'. © Reuters However, it was not what it looked like. Yep, that's right! Mark did give him something but it wasn't a *** toy but actually a massage gun. "Essentially Mark Wahlberg was kind enough to give me a massage gun after I left his house in LA and he drove me back to my hotel. I was confused as to what kind of massage gun this was having never seen one before and I thought it was the type of self-pleasure." "I thought Mark Wahlberg was driving me back to my house for other reasons than just being a gentleman. I didn't know, it's Hollywood baby... who knows what's going to happen," said Tom, while speaking to Access Hollywood. Oh Tom, you funny man! As you know, Tom and Mark are both starring in the latest Uncharted film that will release in theatres this month. © Sony Pictures The movie stars him as a young Nathan Drake, the protagonist of the superhit Naughty Dog's Uncharted Video Game series, whereas Mark will play the role of a fellow treasure hunter named Sully. Uncharted will hit the theatres on February 18. Source: IndiaTV News View the full article

  9. Ask any tail-ender what they like the most, dismissing a top batter or smashing a world class bowler deep into the stands, chances are most of them would pick the latter, the reason being it's not something which comes naturally to them. Like any other fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah loves terrifying the batters with his bowling but it is something that we all expect of him. He is so talented that he can pick wickets even with his closed eyes. Obviously now we don’t want him to do that. Bowlers against which Jasprit Bumrah hit a six in international cricket: Pat Cummins Sam Curran Kagiso Rabada#SAvIND #CricketTwitter — CricTracker (@Cricketracker) January 4, 2022 For any tail-ender there is nothing more satisfying than dispatching the opposition’s best bowler deep into the stands. And whenever something of this sort happens, it always makes for a great spectacle and leaves everyone speechless. Known primarily for his bowling skills, India’s pace spearhead Bumrah has time and again shown that he can also use the long handle to good effect. View this post on Instagram Who can forget the brilliant unbeaten 89-run partnership that he made with fellow pacer Mohammed Shami at the Lord’s last year and laid the foundation for one of India’s most memorable Test victories on English soil? He showed another glimpse of his batting masterclass on Day 1 of the second Test between South Africa and India when he smashed South Africa’s premier fast bowler Kagiso Rabada for a maximum and a couple of boundaries. Like any other pacer, Rabada too decided to opt for short-pitch bowling tactics against the Indian tail-ender and tried to scare him off. What the Proteas bowling spearhead didn’t expect, however, was the befitting reply from the Indian pacer, which left him scratching his head. Jasprit Bumrah Six pic.twitter.com/v0ILKOMtfS — Mohit Grover (@mgmohitgrover) January 4, 2022 Rabada dropped in short which bounced to a great height but Bumrah shuffled across nicely and the ball flew over backward square leg for a glorious six. However, more than Bumrah’s massive hit, it was his wife Sanjana Ganesan’s epic reaction that stole the limelight. View this post on Instagram The visuals of Sanjana cheering on her husband from the stands started doing rounds on social networking sites. In the viral video she can be seen clapping and smiling throughout, perhaps in disbelief. This shot also brought back the memories of the famous six that Bumrah had smashed off Pat Cummins during an ODI back in 2019. He scored two more fours and remained unbeaten on 11-ball 14 and helped the visitors get over the 200-run mark. View the full article
  10. The new year is approaching with a ray of hope, new beginnings and new opportunities. It is that time of the year when people begin to manifest positivity in their life. However, where there is good, there is a shadow of evil which follows. Every year, the predictions by the famous Bulgarian blind mystic, Baba Vanga make the rounds on the internet. © Twitter Known as the ‘Nostradamus of the Balkans’, she lost her eyesight at the age of 12 and while her eyes got sealed shut, she believed that she was then gifted with psychic and healing abilities. According to Astrofame, her predictions for 2022 include some severe climatic hazards and here’s a look at what might await us next year: 1. Due to the catastrophic effects of global warming, said virus could quickly spin out of control. 3. Population increase and the pollution of rivers will see many of us struggle to find new sources. © Twitter 4. An alien ship will attack EarthShe has predicted that an asteroid known as ‘Oumuamua’ will be sent by aliens to attack life on Earth. 5. Attack of the locusts in IndiaBaba Vanga predicted apocalyptic scenes in India and pointed out that the temperatures there will reach a whopping 50° Celsius which will lead to locusts attacking the crops and agricultural plots, leading to a famine. © Twitter 6.
