ADMIN posted a blog entry in FDF Online NewsWith the release of 'Logan' in 2017, we probably saw the end of one of the most iconic characters in the last decade and a half. Played by none other than Hugh Jackman, the character Wolverine was brought to life in a way no other man could have. So much so, that it is now very hard to imagine someone else playing the character. © Marvel One thing, in particular, that was very commendable about it was the way Hugh developed his physique over the years. From the first 'X-Men' movie to the last one, you could see a noticeable improvement in his physique as he got more and more ripped as time went by. He recently mentioned in an interview that he has been following Intermittent Fasting (IF) protocol to get in shape. This generated bucket loads of interest in IF and it made IF one of the trending topics on both Twitter and Google. As it is with everything else, people have started talking and wondering if IF is the ultimate secret to getting fit and ripped? Is Intermittent Fasting The Secret We've Been Looking For Since Ages? Before I answer this question, let's first look at what Intermittent Fasting is and how it works? Intermittent Fasting is simply the time between eating and non-eating. It is a dietary-pattern rather than a diet which most people mistake it for and start thinking that IF is what makes them lose fat/get ripped. It is just a conscious decision to fast and then eat. This means you consume your calories within an eating window which in turn makes it harder to overeat for some people. © Getty Images The most popular way of doing IF is setting fasting and an eating window, for example fasting for 16 hours and then eating within the remaining 8 hours of the day. Although there are other protocols that people follow such as the alternate day fasting method where you eat normally for 24 hours and then fast for the next 24 hours. Another method is eating normally for 5 days a week and fast for 2 days. You might have noticed by now, all that these patterns do is that they stop you from eating for a certain period of time. Now, if you think about how you lose weight, the simple answer would be to eat less than what your body needs to maintain its weight. Any rational person here would understand that any dietary pattern that helps you eat less would help you lose weight, it's not magic, just good old science. In the case of Hugh Jackman, you have to remember that he is a genetically lean guy and he finds it hard to put on weight rather than losing it. © Twitter/realhughjackman Any person who finds it hard to put on weight will always get lean putting in a lot less effort than some who is on the heavier side genetically. So much so, he was put on a diet of around 4,500 calories when he was bulking up and around 3000 calories when he was cutting down (yes, a dream for most of us). Will It Work For You? If you are someone who likes to consume larger, less frequent meals, then IF can help you stick to your diet better which can, in turn, help you lose weight faster. But if you are thinking that just following the Intermittent Fasting protocol will help you get ripped, you have a very big misconception. As mentioned above, you'll only lose weight if you eat less food than what your body needs to achieve its weight i.e in a caloric deficit, not eating at certain times and not eating at others. Is It Safe? Studies have shown that almost all the patterns of Intermittent Fasting are harmless and can help people who like to eat that way stick to their diet better, resulting in better weight loss. However, there has been no evidence whatsoever which shows that Intermittent Fasting will help you lose weight faster or improve your health markers when compared to a linear caloric deficit. Rajat Tokas Is The 'Desi' Wolverine Marvel Needs & He's Got The Abs To Back It Up Too
ADMIN posted a blog entry in FDF Online NewsTV actors in the Indian industry are not just about good acting or playing second fiddle to lead women in 'saas bahu' dramas anymore. With the evolution of content on Indian television, the quality of acting and the way our actors portray themselves have remarkably changed in the last few years. Rajat Tokas, who is best known as Prithiviraj Chauhan and is currently seen in 'Naagin 3', has undergone quite an unbelievable transformation in the recent times. © Instagram Yeah, that's the same guy, with a better body and even better acting skills now. While his fans have been wondering how did this happen, Rajat has managed to surprise everyone continuously when he became super ripped for his stint in 'Naagin 3'. View this post on Instagram It's so disappointing that after so much hardwork, there's different angles to make you look good or bad. A post shared by Rajat Tokas (@rajattokas19) on Sep 30, 2018 at 1:53am PDT View this post on Instagram A post shared by Rajat Tokas (@rajattokas19) on Oct 23, 2018 at 3:16am PDT Get it? How they hell he manages to work round the clock and maintain that crazy physique is beyond our understanding but the talented actor is not letting anything stop him now. Rajat recently shared a picture of his ripped self urging Marvel Studios to actually cast him as the next Wolverine and well, the man's got the abs to back it up as well. View this post on Instagram @marvelstudios all I need is one opportunity to prove myself. And trust me I won't disappoint. Never have, never will. Will literally live and breathe the character... A post shared by Rajat Tokas (@rajattokas19) on Feb 7, 2019 at 9:33pm PST Wonder what Hugh Jackman has got to say about Rajat being in his shoes! © Marvel Well, if the hunt is indeed on, we'd love to see our 'desi' Wolverine get some claws and nail the character.
When we talk about superheroes, we can't help but think of a few who've really proven their mettle and strength through some tested times. Wolverine definitely comes in the forefront and when we saw him in Logan last, we were literally heartbroken to learn that Wolverine would never be seen again or at least that what Hugh Jackman claimed back then. © Twitter But now, Google suggests that Wolverine will be coming back and making an appearance in the most awaited movie of 2019, 'Avengers: Endgame', and we're so stoked with this news, we're hoping it's pretty damn true! The news poured in when Google figured the most 'searched' part of the upcoming movie was 'famous Hugh Jackman films' and the result was obviously showing 'Avengers: Endgame'. Fancy that! © Walt Disney Studios Although we do hear that if Wolverine does present himself in the new Avengers, Hugh Jackman won't be playing him. That's absolutely uncool since we really can't imagine anyone else fitting into that role. So, if he needs to play the character one last time, it's no biggie right? Are you reading Hugh? But even so, the search engine still believes Jackman is part of Endgame regardless and has put all its hopes and desires into making that happen, and we're definitely rooting for the same. Well, why shouldn't we? Since Fox and Disney are heading for a merger anyway, the possibility of Wolverine, Deadpool and X-Men being a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is very probable indeed! © Twitter Are you lost and confused? Well, why don't you open your favourite search engine and type 'Hugh Jackman' and see what comes up? Or we'll show it you. Here's a screenshot! © MensXP Sigh! This is what a good year is made up of and we really hope this is true!
ADMIN posted a blog entry in FDF Online NewsChristmas is around the corner, and it's only normal to have themed parties. Hell, it's even cool to have them. But, things might just take a tricky turn when you've been pranked by your buddies. Looks like Ryan Reynolds just had to go through that when Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal pulled one on him. Actually, now that we look at it, it sure looks like Wolverine and Mysterio teamed up against Deadpool. © The Hollywood Reporter Ryan Reynolds just put up an Instagram post where he attended a party, wearing a super festive and ugly sweater that legit looks like a gift was wrapped with a massive golden ribbon (that has been made into a bow). His headline reads: "These fu*king a**holes said it was a sweater party." © Instagram/vancityreynolds Clearly, he's not amused. Hugh and Jake, on the other hand, look like they're about to collapse from laughing so hard. © Instagram/vancityreynolds Who needs enemies when you have friends like this? Anyway, what we discovered is that we are ready for another crossover that has Wolverine, Deadpool, and Mysterio. Marvel, are you listening?
