The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Thursday unveiled their ODI team of the year and picked Pakistan skipper Babar Azam as the captain of the team. If that was not enough, the leadership of the T20I team of the year was also given to Babar by the ICC. To add salt to the wounds, there was no place for any Indian in the men’s ODI or T20I team of the year. To be fair to the ICC, India only contested in six ODIs last year and the Men in Blue fielded their second-string side against Sri Lanka with most of the first-team players busy playing Tests in England. Some fans called it a team of associate members while many were of the opinion that any state level team could outperform ICC’s men’s ODI team of the year in the 50-over format. 2021 was a Meaningless year for ODIs — Mightyy Kaajuuu (@NinjaKumar2709) January 20, 2022Lol all icc teams dominated by Sl, pak players — Ayush Saxena (@ayush_s__18) January 20, 2022Any school team from Chennai can beat this team. — Prakash (@Prakash1049) January 20, 2022The weakest ever odi team of the year lmaoo simi Singh — 𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒕 (@Kohliesque) January 20, 2022Ye kaun se club ki team bana dali icc nai without aus, ind, newzealand, england player. The number three spot in the ODI team of the year was given to Pakistan's Fakhar Zaman followed by Babar at number four. Another South African Rassie van der Dussen was named as the fifth batter while Bangladesh's Mushfiqur Rahim was assigned the wicket-keeper's job. Sri Lankan duo of Wanindu Hasaranga and Dushmantha Chameera also found a place in the team. Left-arm pacer Mustafizur Rahman and Ireland's Simi Singh completed the XI. While there was no one from the Indian team in the men’s white-ball teams, three Indian players – Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant and Ravichandran Ashwin were named in the men’s Test team of the year. What's the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of a horror story? Probably creaking doors, heavy winds and scary creatures. Some Indian movies got it right and scared us witless. This time though, we witnessed something entirely out of the box. A Bollywood celebrity recently posted pictures dressed in a spine-chilling character and successfully pulled a prank, all over the internet. © ASA Productions © Instagram/Shilpa Shetty Most of us confused her with being Adah Sharma from the 1920 movie, but it's Shilpa Shetty Kundra. She is known for being an eccentric dresser in the industry, but this scary ghost get-up petrified everyone. Shilpa is a judge on Super Dancer - Chapter 4. In the promo shared by the channel, one can see her in the horrifying avatar. The actress turned a ghost to take revenge as Super Dancer Guru, Vaibhav Ghuge, is often seen scaring Shilpa on the show. View this post on Instagram In a video, she tells the makeup artists to make her look as scary as possible. When it's done, she cannot recognise herself and is stunned to see the new ghost image. She is successfully able to scare Vaibhav, and it all pays off in the end. Even Judge Anurag Basu mentioned that this is the first time a judge has pulled off such a prank as it's mostly the contestants who do it. View this post on Instagram The same image was seen on the paparazzi account as well, with the caption, "We captured her recently at her home. Who?" to which Raj Kundra replied, "I know". Even actor Adah Sharma responded to it and said, "I swear I wasn't home. It wasn't me!" © Instagram/Viral Bhayani © Viral Bhayani The contestants will be seen performing on retro, classic hits and even the judges would be seen carrying the same look on the show. Veteran actor Annu Kapoor will make a special appearance as the theme is an ode to the Golden Era of Indian cinema. Shilpa said in an interview, "I had so much fun shooting this episode that I cannot express it in words! The kids and the choreographers have put up some wonderful acts, and it just transported us back to the Golden Era of Bollywood." On the work front, Shilpa is all set to make a comeback in Bollywood. She recently announced her next project, Hungama 2. The trailer of the movie released on Thursday and Shilpa made an announcement on Twitter as well. The film is all set to release on Disney + Hotstar VIP on 23rd July and has a stellar cast including Meezaan Jaffrey and Paresh Rawal. View the full article

It's the last day of the year and I, honestly, thought we were done with boycotts for at least 2020 but people had time to come up with one last boycott and they're going out with a bang. It's honestly hilarious that some people are actually trying to boycott the last day of the year itself, but what we've learned this year is that Desi Twitter is always full of surprises. At first glance, anyone would think that #SayNoTo31December would be about not going all out and partying on new year's eve this year because we're in a pandemic. That would actually make sense since we should still avoid big gatherings. #MyNewYear_HinduNavVarsh There is nothing wrong in welcoming New year; but it should be on correct day so that will be beneficial to everybody. The day when universe was created is Chaitra Shukla Pratipada..So let's celebrate new year on that day and #SayNoTo31December pic.twitter.com/KlZXOzVViM — Aparna Naik (@AparnaNaik10) December 31, 2020 But no, it's way more complicated than that. Since this day isn't actually the 'Hindu New Year', people are refraining from celebrating and that would be fine, but they are also degrading people and their personal choice to bring in 2021 and well, that's an issue. On 31 Dec Consuming alcohol, eating meat, dancing erotically, etc. at parties, clubs and bars through the night during New Year celebrations is very common. Is this RT way to welcome the New Year?#SayNoTo31December#MyNewYear_HinduNavVarsh@Np_Hjs@jrmpoojary pic.twitter.com/FnrMBCKwL5 — Nagesh Dkn🇮🇳 (@Nagesh2023) December 31, 2020 You can do whatever you want as long as you don't expect literally everyone else to follow that, the moral policing and the overly sanskari message is what's making a lot of people make fun of this trend. Side note, feeling so sorry for this poor guy. People on Twitter trending #SayNoTo31December Me (having my bday on 31st December): pic.twitter.com/BjdEuQvILX — Shana Launda (@shanalaunda) December 31, 2020 Okay then. Our new year is Chaitra Shukla Pratipada. It is the day on which the Universe was created; hence, this is the real commencement of the New Year. #SayNoTo31December#MyNewYear_HinduNavVarsh pic.twitter.com/xh5hnPFeax — Jayaram Poojary (@jrmpoojary) December 31, 2020 Wow. india is a secular country you dumbfuck https://t.co/2zxPANEN4Z — perri (@JNKB4BIE) December 31, 2020 Yes, no one says Happy New Year tomorrow. Do not wish any Hindu ‘Happy New Year’ on 1st January ! To get maximum benefit of God’s blessings, wish Hindus and others on Chaitra Shukla Pratipada.#MyNewYear_HinduNavVarsh#SayNoTo31December @Np_Hjs @SG_HJS pic.twitter.com/EQOlOvLNCD — Jayaram Poojary (@jrmpoojary) December 31, 2020 Sure. December 31 is a favorite day of negative energies; because they can store large amounts of distressing energy, release it on individuals as well as in the environment and exchange it with other negative energies very easily.#MyNewYear_HinduNavVarsh #SayNoTo31December pic.twitter.com/wrIvE6oFep — Vinay vinayaka (@vinayvinayaka85) December 31, 2020 Yes, those things don't happen on any other day. In 31 dec nothing is new so #SayNoTo31December Instead at the name of celebration increase in ◆Rapes ◆Road Accidents ◆Alcohol and drugs consumption ◆Vulgar dance ◆Misbehave with women ◆Deaths It's not a way of celebration, not evenly dis is new year#MyNewYear_HinduNavVarsh pic.twitter.com/oXiX7Y0D7f — prasanna (@Prasannahjs) December 31, 2020 You can, you know, just not consume alcohol. It's not something people do just on the 31st. Christian New year is Worthless, infact you can say Harmful like Consumption of Alcohol & loss the Morality, While our Eternal Culture is Beneficial to whole Mankind Hence Say Yes only to Hindu New year on Chaitra Shukla Pratipada#SayNoTo31December#कैलेंडर_बदलें_संस्कृति_नहीं pic.twitter.com/N4FqL3qCWS — Real Farmers With Modi (@WakeUpHindu) December 31, 2020 The pictures are killing me. #Resolution2021_FollowVedicDharma New year celebration must be 2 derive happiness n joy but this new yr celebrations result in 🔸Consumption of alcohol 🔸Drunk n Drive 🔸Car theft 🔸Murder, sexual assaults, robbery Is it really a new year?#SayNoTo31December @YssDelhi #Hinduism pic.twitter.com/eGWxr8P8ZQ — अविनाश देसले #CensorWebSeries (@Av_ADH) December 30, 2020 Hmm.
