India Is Planning To Launch Its Own Space Station By 2030 Without Any Help From Other Countries

The International Space Station, as we all know, is currently the only fully functional space station in the Earth's lower orbit. It's the result of a partnership between European countries represented by the European Space Agency the United States, Japan, Canada, and Russia. Well, looks like there's going to be another space station by the year 2030 and it's going to be launched by none other than India. The same has been confirmed by the ISRO chief K Sivan during a press conference where he also talked a bit more about the project. © Reuters He made it a point to inform that India will not be joining the International Space Station (ISS) and launch its own space station, which will be an extension of the Gaganyaan project. “We have to sustain the Gaganyaan programme. So, subsequently, as a long-term plan, we are planning to have the space station in India. We are going to join the international community in manned missions to the moon, asteroids. We have a clear plan for the space programme,” Sivan said. The proposed space station will likely weigh 20 tonnes and it's said to be used for conducting microgravity experiments. India is targetting 2030 as the date to launch the space station and the preliminary plan is for the space station is to accommodate astronauts for up to 15-20 days in space. We still don't have a lot of details, but we hope to learn more after the completion of Gaganyaan mission. © Reuters As for the Gaganyaan mission, the government is said to have cleared a budget of Rs. 10,000 crore. It looks like there will be two flights from Sriharikota before the maiden flight with crew takes of sometime in 2022. ISRO's complete focus right now is on India's second moon mission, Chandrayan -2. Amazon's Echo Link Amp Can Turn Any Generic Speaker Into A Smart Device & It Works Like A Charm

Amazon has now made a device that lets you use any speaker and add Alexa services without compromising on your setup. Instead of using Amazon's own speaker, you can now add Alexa to any speaker that you use in your home. This can be a home theatre, a bookshelf speaker setup or in my case Sonos. © Amazon Amazon's new Echo Link Amp basically replaces the need of an amplifier or a receiver that is basically used to power speakers. Amazon Link and Link Amp are the perfect devices if you want to convert your home system smart. Having said that, neither of the two comes with in-built microphones which are essential for a standalone smart speaker. You will need to use an existing Amazon Echo device or the Alexa application on your smartphone in order to take advantage of these devices. © Amazon What's cool is that you can use an Echo dot and power a set of speakers with Amazon's new offering. I hooked up my Sonos Play 5 to test the Echo Link Amp and it was fairly easy to set up. However, the Amazon Link and Link Amp require a physical internet connection via an ethernet cable. It would have been awesome if it had some sort of wireless support but for now you will need to have your router nearby in order for the Link and Link amp to work. Performance In order to test the two devices, the best testing ground is at a house party. I hosted one a few days ago for my birthday and used the two devices to see how it fared in the real world. I connected the devices with my Sonos setup and an Echo dot to see if there was any noticeable difference in sound quality. © Amazon While using the Echo Link and Link amp, it was easy to switch audio sources with a simple press of a button. We played typical house party music i.e. some Hip-Hop, chill out and electronica. To be honest, there wasn't any noticeable difference between the Echo Link and the Echo Link amp even though the larger brother is supposed to be more powerful. We connected the speakers directly into the amp and the sound quality remained the same. The highs were the same as it would be without the amp variant and the story remained the same for the lows and mids. The main difference between the Echo Link and Link Amp is quite obvious, the larger brother has an in-built amp while the smaller Echo Link needs to be connected to an external amplifier. The Echo Link is probably my preferable choice simply because it is easy to set up with any speaker you own and is small enough to be discrete. Overall, it improves the audio quality of generic speakers. © Amazon The Echo Link Amp, on the other hand, does the job but we found it a bit disappointing simply because it did not affect the sound quality much. Even though it has an in-built amp, the output remained the same with no major noticeable improvements. The cool thing is that you can use the Echo Link amp for various purposes thanks to the available connections at the back. There's a dedicated connection for a sub-woofer or you can always use a generic aux connection to relay sound. If you want a more reliable and warm sound, you can hook up bookshelf speakers with an RCA wire. You can add additional speakers to the amp as you would on a home theatre with pan control. You even have the option to hook up the Echo link amp with an optical cable, a feature that many devices seem to ignore these days. Overall, the Echo Link amp is quite versatile even though you will get the same audio output as your speakers without an amp connection. The Final Say The Echo Link and Echo Link Amp are probably meant for audiophiles who want the added benefit of Alexa. It's an easy way to add core Alexa functionalities to any speaker without compromising your existing setup. Though both products don't offer much difference in sound quality when hooked up, it still is a great way to incorporate smart features. Alexa as a platform can be used for various purposes and it's great to see Amazon marry the two technologies together. The Echo Link retails in India for Rs Rs. 19,999 while the Echo Link Amp retails in India for Rs 29,999. -
Any Marvel fan would agree that end-credit scenes are an integral part of Marvel Cinematic Universe. For over 10 years, we've all sat through really, really long credits, just to get a few seconds of something more. Yes, they have been very important ever since Nick Fury showed up at the end of 'Iron Man' to talk to Tony Stark about the Avengers initiative. Since then, end-credit scenes have been instrumental in connecting 21 movies with each other and building an entire cinematic universe, that even Bollywood is trying to copy now. While not a single true fan would mind sitting for 15 minutes extra, this time we might not have to since it's being reported that 'Avengers: Endgame' will not have any end-credit scene. But tbh, I'm still not getting up from my seat until and unless all the credits are over because I don't trust the internet and of course, Marvel. I was actually a little disappointed after hearing this news at first because well, there won't be an iconic scene like the Earth's mightiest superheroes eating shawarmas after a big fight, but if you think about it, it actually makes sense. We've been calling this movie the end of an era for the longest time and giving the audience a scene about what's next doesn't really fit in well with that. Obviously, as the name suggests, this is the end, the culmination of 21 movies and it is all about finality. This is probably the last time we'll see everyone together and with the end of phase 3 of MCU, an end-credit scene would not really add to the movie in any way. Moreover, 'Endgame' will not just conclude the 'Infinity saga' but will also tie up the loose ends of each and every MCU movie that came before. It's basically like one big story coming to an end and that's why end-credits were crucial as a way to connect it all so effortlessly, but 'Endgame' doesn't have any need for it. So, as much as I have enjoyed all the end-credit scenes, it is perfectly okay for the Russo Brothers to give it a pass this time, because we already know the movie will be incredible in itself and we won't really need to look forward to what's next for some time.

'Avengers: Endgame' has now sold 2.5 million advance tickets before the final chapter in the Marvel Studios' Super Hero franchise Avengers hits the theatres tomorrow. According to BookMyShow: “This marks the highest ever advance ticket sale for a Hollywood film on the platform. 'Avengers: Endgame' is also the fastest film to have surpassed the 2 million advance ticket sales mark on BookMyShow.” Seems like nothing is going to slow down the ticket sales of the highest anticipated movies of this year. Even though the movie was leaked in full yesterday, it is not deterring fans from watching the movie in a proper theatre. Indians already broke the record earlier this week by pre-booking tickets for 'Avengers: Endgame'. 'The Last Of Us 2' May Launch Later This Year In September & We Can't Wait Any Longer

We've all been wondering when the next instalment of 'The Last Of Us' will launch ever since it was announced at E3 last year. According to a leak by a European retailer ProGamingShop, it looks like the game is set to launch later this year. The game will be an exclusive game to the PlayStation 4 and possible PlayStation 5, similar to the original game when it was first launched on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. © Sony The release date for the “The Last Of Us Part II” is rumoured to be September 27th, 2019 if this leak is to be believed. It's a Friday and is one the most common days for big AAA titles to release. As of now, Sony does not have any big blockbuster games scheduled for fall 2019 and this leak would make complete sense. However, a recent report suggested that developer Naughty Dog, had recently wrapped up motion capture work on the game and launch in September seems unlikely. The general assumption is that The Last of Us Part II will launch in 2020. Having said that, the motion capture work could be re-shots or the final phase of production as the game has been in development for a while. When The Last Of Us was released in June 2013, it came out closer to the launch date go the PS4 which resulted in good sale numbers on both platforms. It is possible that Sony will replicate the same formula as the new console is about to launch very soon We've already confirmed a few specifications of the new PlayStation 5 and it seems the launch of the console is very close. How often have you found yourself doing this? See, going on a diet to get abs is not a bad thing at all. Losing fat generally is healthy for you and putting in the work to get lean is rewarding. But there is a difference between lean and shredded. Let me break it down for you: . Lean and athletic - 8 to 14% body fat . Shredded - Below 8% body fat The problem is that there are these enhanced and drugged bodybuilders who keep posting pictures of themselves looking shredded with rock-hard abs all year round, making you feel bad about yourself, even when you are lean. You are in a constant battle against yourself to stay shredded all year round like them. If you are building a physique without using any drugs for assistance (aka anabolic steroids), here are five reasons why trying to be shredded year round is plain stupid: © Pinterest 1. Your Testosterone Levels Will Take A Hit Dieting to a very low body fat percentage impacts your testosterone levels. Your hormones dip. It will impact your recovery, mood, and sexual health negatively. The reason guys on anabolics do not face this problem is them taking the hormones externally. They inject testosterone in supra-physiological doses on a weekly basis. Natural testosterone levels do not mean shit to them. 2. Constant Hunger Low body-fat means your hunger and satiety hormones are at a whack. Your leptin or satiety hormone is at an all-time low and your ghrelin or hunger hormone is at an all-time high. You are in a constant bad mood and cranky all the time. People around you do not like this side of you as well. 3. To be shredded and maintain your abs, you will need to be in a constant caloric deficit or at best, at your maintenance calories. As you see, these are two sides of a coin. You cannot have both. Do This To Build More Muscle And Get Jacked Without Using Any Steroids

It has become very common for all gym bros to take some kind of muscle building 'pills' or 'injections' these days to build muscle. Along with that, horror stories of people dying due to taking bodybuilding drugs, suffering from serious health risks, addiction, and depression frequent the news. They do build impressive physiques by taking these pills and injecting hard to pronounce compounds in their asses. Does this mean you cannot build muscle without taking these drugs? The answer would be NO. The problem with most natural lifters is that they try to imitate drugged or enhanced bodybuilders. It is like going to play cricket with a hockey stick. It is not a different level, it is a different game. How many sixes would you score even if you were the best batsman with the hockey stick? Here is what you can start doing if you are serious about gaining muscle naturally: 1. Increase Your Frequency And Divorce The Bro-Split One muscle group, once a week?! Yes, forget about that. When a person takes steroids, their Muscle Protein Synthesis shoots up for almost a week. Meaning, if they train chest on Monday, they will be repairing and building that tissue until Sunday. On Monday, they repeat again. You, a natural lifter, on the other hand, will have this elevated Muscle Protein Synthesis for 24 to 48 hours max. If you train your chest just once in a week, you will have a window where you are not making any gains for your chest. That is where you lose out on gains. If you want to avoid this, stop having a one muscle per day workout plan. Train all your muscle groups 2 to 3 times per week. 2. Do More Of Compound Exercises It's really cool to see bodybuilders have that pump and then do 20 sets of arms in one session. The fun fact here is that they can recover from these crazy high volumes due to the usage of anabolic steroids. There is nothing wrong with doing isolation exercises like above. Do your bicep curls too. But, not at the cost of compound exercises! To grow muscle, you need to get stronger aka need to have progressive overload. When you start going to the gym, you may be able to curl dumbbells of 7.5 kilos. Over time or say a period of 10 years, this will maximum reach 25 kilos. You did become stronger but the number is not a crazy increase. Let's compare that with a bench press. You start at 20 kilos. Over 10 years, this number can even go up to 120 kilos. That is a 100-kilo increase. You can overload muscle more and get stronger more in your compound exercises. Add to that, these exercises work more than just one muscle group per given time. This helps you save time too. 3. Eat In A Calorie Surplus To gain muscle, you need to eat in a calorie surplus. You cannot lose weight and gain muscle at the same time unless you are a beginner. A lot of bros waste their time trying to recomp or build muscle and lose fat at the same time. It is like two steps forward, one step back. Instead, just focus on one thing at a given time and prioritizing it. So yeah, if you think that you cannot build muscle naturally, that is a wrong notion. It is just that you have been doing things sub-optimally. The Meizu Zero Is The World's First Phone With No Holes & It Doesn't Even Have Any Ports

Smartphone makers have been trying really hard to distinguish themselves from the rest and often leave aside practicality. Last year, we witnessed OPPO and Vivo's short stints with sliding camera modules, forceful addition of the notch, and even devices with a display on the back. A prime question that they often forget is, do we really need this? Meizu has decided to take this a notch further with the Meizu Zero. It is the world's first phone with no holes. That's right, the company has stripped everything down and created a near-perfect enclosed phone. To start with, it has no charging port and you'll have to completely rely on wireless charging. Secondly, there's no SIM tray and you'll have to use the built-in eSIM technology to get cellular services. © Meizu Lastly, it doesn't have a headphone jack. We've got used to this removal and while there are many good alternatives available to solve this issue, not having a charging port sounds monstrous. Yes, wireless is definitely the future, but forcefully pushing it forward now isn't rational. In Meizu's defence though, they've managed to equip the phone with 18W wireless charging, which is really fast. This would surpass Apple's 7.5W and Samsung's 9W wireless charging speeds by a huge margin. © Meizu The traditional speakers have also been removed and replaced by Meizu's "mSound 2.0 In-screen Sound Technology" that allows the display to behave as a speaker. The phone also skips the notch or a punch-hole camera. On the front is a 6-inch OLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner and the glass curves towards the edges. It runs on a Snapdragon 845 processor along with LPDDR4X RAM. For the cameras, there's a pair of Sony's IMX380 + IMX350 dual camera setup while the front has a 20-megapixel selfie camera. © Meizu Considering it's a hole-less phone, it gets IP68 water and dust resistance and there are no physical buttons. Meizu is using a haptic feedback system to offer virtual buttons on the side to turn the phone on and off and to adjust the volume. While I've been critical about the use of such a phone, these devices aren't meant to be hot sellers. In fact, the Meizu Zero comes close to a concept phone that depicts how gadgets will evolve over the coming years. The concept is way ahead of its time and just because you can do it, doesn't mean you should do it. -

If you didn't know what you were doing, you would Google steps for removing the background on an image for Photoshop. It's a painstaking process that takes time and can be frustrating too. However, all your frustrations are now going to come to an end thanks to this new website called Remove.bg © MensXP The website is completely free to use as it uses artificial intelligence to accurately detect the foreground and remove the background in the picture automatically. All you need to be is upload pictures of your choice and in literally 5 seconds the site will give you a new image with the background removed. The file is in PNG format so that you can use it in Photoshop or any other editing software. © MensXP When we came across the website, it seemed too good to be true. So we tested a few images (including one of my own) to find out how it actually works. The website was surprisingly very accurate and basically made our life easier when it comes to removing the background. You can see that the website accurately cut out images. Some images that had a lot going on came up with some blurred results, however, it was still impressive. There are still a few drawbacks though as the size of the final background removed image is limited to 500 × 500 pixels. The team at Remove.bg is looking to increase the limit and give a higher resolution output. Having said, the website is completely free to use and is perfect if you want to make a quick meme. -
