  1. The early 20s didn't turn out to be as rosy as you once expected it to be, did it? Well, welcome to the most mind-boggling-cum-frustrating-AF phase of your life, also popularly known as the 'Age of Mid-Life Crisis'. By this time, so many of your expectations from life have been busted, that you have already begun to think of disillusionment as a close friend. The feeling of being a 'misfit' across the spectrum is truly messing up your vibe. © Dharma Productions Random moments of white noise fills your mind with dreadful questions about where you're headed, about the dreams that are still unrealised and about all the things that you thought would be a cakewalk at this point. 2. After 4 years of harrowing online abuse, defamation and being called a 'Dilli Ka Darinda', Sarvajeet Singh Bedi has finally been acquitted. Back in 2015, Bedi was subject to a media trial-by-fire as Jasleen Kaur, a then-student of St. Stephens College, posted a photograph of Bedi (who even posed for the photograph on his Royal Enfield motorcycle), accusing him of harassing and threatening her. This man shamelessly made obscene remarks at me today in Tilak Nagar. Vehicle no. with IO. Action? @DCP_North_Delhi pic.twitter.com/xFrOdwHiJC — Jasleen Kaur (@JasleenKaur89) August 23, 2015 Kaur wrote in her post, alleging that Bedi had said, "Jo kar sakti hai kar le. Complaint karke dikha, fir dekhiyo kya karta hun main". (Do whatever you want, complain against me and then see what I will do to you)." The result was immediate and fairly predictable - Bedi was mercilessly ripped apart on social media and had to face a media witch hunt as well as police action - all before the facts about the case surfaced. @JasleenKaur89 : Keep it up Jas.You literally raped him in Public. All major newspapers have his pic http://t.co/3w9ahHJ0N7 @DCP_North_Delhi — Asma Anant Hai (@Asma_Sayyed) August 24, 2015 Bedi was unjustly held in police custody, and even though he was able to present a credible witness, his career was tarnished by the case. “We used to produce labels for branded clothes and had international clients,” recounted Bedi in a 2018 interview with The Print. “My boss told me that the company's name was being tainted as the news had spread to our international clients as well.” Even more shocking was that once Bedi's innocence began to become apparent through the trial, Kaur was nowhere to be seen - missing out on 14 trial days as she had moved to Canada, and only turning up when the court issued a warrant warning her of possible arrest. Throughout the case, her family had to bear the brunt of appearing in court, until Bedi was finally judged as innocent. In this post, Bedi also thanks Shikha Khanduja Kaul, who is an author and screenplay writer who has worked with Bedi to create a book - chronicling his unfortunate experience with both his accusers and society at large. With the screenplay rights recently being sold as well, we're also likely to see an adaptation of the case on TV or film. Several Twitter users also followed up on Bedi's announcement - bringing up names that had supported Kaur's false allegations four years ago: So #SarvjeetSingh isn't guilty and was falsely implicated by #JasleenKaur. All charges proved baseless and he is acquitted. Now who'll return his days wasted in Jail? Shame on those who were supporting Fraud Jasleen Kaur including CM @ArvindKejriwal. — Tanisha Gupta (@OfficeOfTanisha) October 25, 2019 A common choice to pick out was the common man himself, Arvind Kejriwal. He infamously supported Kaur before the evidence came to light - resulting in several outraged users, such as this one: . @ArvindKejriwal bhai sorry toh Bol de Uss launde se — #JeSuisKamlesh (@indiantweeter) August 28, 2015 Others also highlighted news anchor, Arnab Goswami. Even Bedi, in a recent statement has claimed that Goswami should publicly apologise for calling him a 'pervert in front of the whole world'. Arnab Goswami owes Saravjeet Singh an apology, but Arnab has no shame. He will ruin anyone's life for TRPs. https://t.co/d88bxt3v2h — Shivam Vij (@DilliDurAst) October 26, 2019 Others stood in solidarity with Bedi, demanding that Kaur should be on trial for defamation after ruining his career. Damaged his reputation & 4 yrs and job. Should cancel her visa & bring her back to India & let her face the music. That'll be the actual justice in this case — à®à®¿à®°à¯à®·à¯à®£à®¾ Krishna (@JLingardinho) October 26, 2019 Altogether, it's a terrible case of how crimes against women and the attitude of unrest that follows have led to several reports of false allegations against innocent men. Hopefully the upcoming book directly shares Bedi's experience and helps the public understand how media trials work, and to be aware of how judgemental and irresponsible society can often be.
  3. Ever wondered why they call it a fitness 'journey'? The obvious answer to it may be because we can't get that dream body overnight. But in all honesty, we all know there is more to it than meets the eye. And this journey, is in many ways, testing and teasing like all the others, and it is as much to do with a healthy 'body image' as it is to do with a healthy body. © Getty Images However, it would be a lie to call this journey regular, because it is certainly not and will never be. The journey to fitness is marked by many challenges, which are physical as well as psychological. The very decision to kickstart a fitness journey deserves many accolades in itself, and then comes in the constant battle we fight with ourselves over shedding those extra kilos and squeezing in another hour of sleep instead. From the dietary adjustments, to other long term compromises we are expected to make and a myriad of other miscellaneous things we are expected to abide by, makes this journey a real struggle. © Getty Images But then there exist some people who show us the real face of a fitness journey at their own expense, and it seems so true, every Indian guy would come to relate to it. Using Arjun Kapoor and weight loss in the same sentence may provoke a lot of you to break into laughter. But, can we spare a moment to consider that every “weight loss journey” is different from the last one you came across? That every individual who is on this journey is making a lot of effort to stop making excuses and charge towards a healthier body. © Twitter Well, if you are looking for an example to guide you on your own journey to a fitter you, then that's the man you should look out for. His isn't the most glitzy fat-to-fab story, it definitely doesn't make for a perfect example of a fitness journey either, and that is exactly what that makes Arjun's journey more real, more believable and therefore more inspiring. We witnessed Arjun Kapoor's drastic body transformation for his debut movie 'Ishaqzaade' back in 2012. When, as an aspiring actor, Arjun weighed 140 kgs, the dream of being a Bollywood actor seemed too far-fetched for him. But it was reportedly during his time as an assistant director for Nikkhil Advani's 2007 film 'Salaam-E-Ishq', that Salman Khan inspired him to lose weight, after which Salman allegedly also supervised Arjun's training sessions. Over the next three years, Arjun lost close to 50 kg before his big launch. © Instagram But hours ago, Arjun revealed his fitness journey over the years, and how his struggles with obesity have been a constant in his life since he was a child. Owing to many mental and personal reasons that always came in his way one way or another, Arjun has constantly battled with the weighing scale over the years. But nothing could make him give it all up, not when he knew what he is capable of. Read about his journey here. View this post on Instagram It's been a tough journey for me ever since I was a kid when it comes to my battle with obesity. Everyone has their own struggles I have had and continue to have mine. But the whole point of life is that we fall, we get back up and try again... efforts will pay off eventually if not today then in a week month or even a year... I started training with @shivohamofficial this January and slow and steady we have managed to At least lay a foundation during our prep for Panipat. I vowed never to give up in the 3 years it took me to lose 50kgs when I was 20 years old & I sure as hell won't be giving up and letting go now... keeping the belief is key, u gotta keep at it and one day you will reap the benefits... we all gotta keep the faith and keep at it cause what we do today will echo in time and reflect within us eventually... A post shared by Arjun Kapoor (@arjunkapoor) on Jun 17, 2019 at 11:18pm PDT Arjun's earnest and honest ways of always being candid about his weight issues and how he struggles and deals with it, is something most of us will relate to. Getting those 6-pack-abs and chiselled face comes at a cost, but how many people have been completely honest about their backstories, instead of posting daily gym selfies with sappy 'motivational' one-liners? © Instagram But, this guy here, brings forth the real story, and it will do us good to acknowledge it that while we are trying to get fit, it's okay to chase after it at the cost of your mental peace and happiness in general. The idea is to have a healthy body, that's the goal we are after.
  4. Dates aren't always on the weekend. And a typical workweek will never care for your love life. So, if you do manage to find the time to set a date without hindering your work deadlines, kudos to you! But here's the thing, the office AC can only do so much to keep you looking fresh through your 8-hour grind or even after. If you want to look fresh like you've stepped out of a salon without actually going to one, you should probably read further. Looking fresh and cleaning up well goes on to show that you've made some effort and is also further appreciated. You might even find your date dropping a compliment or two. So, here are 5 products that every man should have in their arsenal to fight the everyday grind for date nights: 1. Lip Balm © Nykaa The lip balm is a moisturizing agent that leaves your lips fresh and healthy looking. Also, it is a universally acknowledged fact that no one wants to kiss a pair of chapped lips. I'm sure you secretly agree with this too. Which leaves us to this conclusion: your lips need a balm to moisturize. 2. Dry Shampoo © Nykaa A weapon you could use for days when your hair is too oily to style and you don't have time to shampoo. Dry shampoo absorbs the excess oil and leaves your hair with the much-needed volume. 3. Concealer © Nykaa A must-have cosmetic that comes in handy in saving you in times of crises. Whether it's a hickey on your neck that needs to hide before an official meeting or a pimple on your face right before date night or even dark circles for that matter! This product, upon generous use, conceals it all. 4. Hand Cream © Nykaa Have you wondered why your girl's hands are so soft to touch? No one wants to hold hands that are scaly and unpleasant to touch. Hand lotion is crucial in keeping the softness intact since the skin on your hands is devoid from the production of sebum oil (a natural skin moisturizer). 5. BB Cream © Nykaa Saving your skin from the harmful rays of the sun is super important. A BB cream has a good SPF along with a pigmented cream that covers uneven skin tone and scars efficiently.
  5. Once considered to be just a temporary fix unless one got a 'real job', bartending has evolved into a full-blown profession in India, so much so, that skilled barmen from all over the country are competing among themselves to see who the best in the business it. Scotch brand Monkey Shoulder decided to bring together some of the most talented and skilled bartenders to lock horns in a multi-level 'Ultimate Bartender Championship' for their fourth straight season in the country with the second leg of the contest taking place at AMPM, Cyber Hub, Gurgaon on Tuesday. The idea behind the competition is to help these professionals get better at what they can do and also have a little bit of exposure beyond the bar counter as well. After gruelling levels of testing the various aspects that make a great barman, 20 finalists will be selected from the major metropolitan cities with the ultimate winner getting the chance to perform at the London Cocktail Week in October. The highest-scorer from North region, Akhilesh Sheoran working with Together At 12th – Le Meridien, Gurgaon commented saying, “Bartending is a passion for me, and I am very excited to be competing at the globally recognized event.” © Top Scorer from Gurgaon - Akhilesh Sheoran with Pankaj Balachandran Brand Ambassador for Monkey Shoulder We caught up with one of the leading bartenders of the country and the Indian brand ambassador of Monkey Shoulder, Pankaj Balachandran on the contest and what it takes to be successful in this highly creative, innovative and competitive industry: “The culture of bartending in India is growing at a very fast rate. In the last 10 years of my professional career as a bartender, I have travelled a lot of European and South Asian countries and I can confidently say that in the next five to ten years, India will be the leading destination for the cocktail industry and every brand in the world has their eyes on India. It is a good time to be in the bar industry in India.” “I think bartending is the best job if you have the passion for it. While a lot of people think that it is an easy job, I am here to tell you that it isn't. You have to work for a minimum of 10-12 hours, and you have so much prep work to do.” “You are working on the ingredients, you are serving the customers, you are regularly cleaning up your space and then, of course, you are preparing the drinks as well. So, basically, while making delicious cocktails, a bartender also works as a chef, a server and also the housekeeping.” “If you have the passion for it, the sky 's the limit for you. I have this personal hashtag, #SqueezeLimeAndTravelTheWorld, and that is essentially what bartending is to me.” View this post on Instagram The bottle is not big .. we just shrunk after that epic guest shift ! What an absolute pleasure sharing the stage with @karthikbarlife ! To more such evenings and more such cocktails ! Bengaluru you were amazing as always ! . . #cocktails #guestshifts #cocktailprogram #bartakeover #bartender #bar #drinks #cocktailsforyou #cocktails #monkey #monkeyshouldercocktail #monkeyshoulderambassador #ambadassador #badass #shift #crazy #bestbar #ambassadorlife #travellingjob #squeezelimeandtraveltheworld A post shared by Pankaj Balachandran (@isaynegroni) on Apr 12, 2019 at 11:54pm PDT “When I joined this industry, my whole family was against this decision of mine. My parents said things like 'Oh! You are going to become a cleaner or a cook' because the profession was new and people did not respect the waiters or bartenders back then but the situation has changed drastically in the last 10 years. I have seen people who went to good colleges, who used to earn good money and had 'real jobs' leave everything and join bartending.” “When I started off as a Management Trainee at the Taj, I began with a pay slip worth 15 grand but that has changed. Good bartenders are now pulling massive salaries like 1.5 - 2 lakh per month, which is amazing! It almost feels as if they were hired by Google or NASA.” “The biggest lesson that I can give to aspiring bartenders out there is to stay humble and be open to learning throughout your life. A lot of barmen, if they do well in such competitions, feel like they deserve a salary double of what they used to earn and feel like they know everything and this is where they get stagnant in their career.” “Money will come but the limes still need to be squeezed.”
  6. This article contains heavy spoilers. Proceed with caution. If you see Bran's character arc, it's risen tremendously from how he was portrayed in Season 1, till the most recent Season, where he's named king of the six realms. But if you think about it, his journey wasn't just another teenager who finds true meaning in life and becomes the Three-Eyed-Raven. He was very carefully orchestrating and plotting his own storyline, which in all probability, was highly overshadowed from the rest of us. © HBO When the gang of survivors were holding a discussion as to who the next king should be, everyone unanimously decided upon Bran. Tyrion, of course, gave his two cents on why Bran should be the ruler of the 7 kingdoms and with a common consensus, Bran was named king of the 6 kingdoms, giving Sansa complete autonomy to rule the North on her own. Right after he was appointed king, Tyrion asked Bran if he wanted it and Bran said: ''why do you think I've come all this way"? That statement might have been something we missed delving deeper into but come to think of it, it's a pretty loaded statement, which could tell us that Bran had been planning taking over the realm since the beginning! Or since he became the Three-Eyed-Raven, who actually wanted to lead and rule all, according to some theories. © HBO But, let's fish out some actual facts on why Bran could be the ultimate villain who was silently rooting for the throne, for himself. First off, Bran knows everything that has happened and will happen in the future. We're not sure how far he can see into the future but it's a sufficient amount to predict things that may happen and avoid the things that shouldn't. The very fact that he let most things happen, even though he could have stopped them is highly suspicious. For example, if he knew Euron was going to attack Daenerys' fleet, he could have asked her to change her strategy, but he didn't. He kept quiet until Dany lost one of her dragon's in Euron's attack. For someone who 'sees' everything, this seemed quite intentional. © HBO Next, let's look at the Night King's death. I agree that episode 3 of 'Game of Thrones' Season 8 was absolutely haywire, where nothing made sense. Not just the fact that almost everyone survived the army of the dead and that the Night King died, frivolously, after 7 Seasons of absolute build-up, also that his death seemed very inferior compared to how he was shown or talked about in the show. But, keeping that bit aside, Bran warged into the ravens during the war and we never really figured out what he was trying to do. They never showed the part where his warging helped out the war in any way possible. Popular fan theories suggest that Bran cooked up a deal with the Night King, which lured him towards Bran, and since Bran had given Arya the Valyrian Steel dagger earlier, he knew the NK's actual fate. There was no form of expression or relief on Bran's face when Arya killed the Night King. © HBO Also, if you think about it, Bran giving the Valyrian Steel dagger to Arya, which foreshadowed the Night King's death and telling Samwell, Arya and Sansa about Jon's true lineage and not letting out anything else, is a great tactic. This way, he made sure his claim to the throne was intact, getting rid of his enemies one by one. Arya killed the Night King with the dagger Bran gave her and everyone knew Jon was a Targaryen after Bran revealed it, which led to Dany losing her mind towards the end, and eventually dying for it. And that's how Bran got rid of two tough contenders, one by one. And while the two wars were taking place, Bran took a back seat and watched things unfold. Things he'd set in motion himself. Very clever Bran! How did the #NightKing change Craster's babies? By touching them. How did he change Viserion? By touching it. What did Bloodraven say to #BranStark in the cave? "He touched you."#foodforthought#nightking #GameofThrones — Vladimir Furdik (@Vladimir_furdik) 28 April 2019 Which is actually true. Even though Bran met the NK earlier through a vision, the NK had touched him and left his mark. Did Bran change post that and wished to take control over everything else and discovered his evil-dark side? The fifth episode of Season 8 also has an interesting fan theory. Dany had decided to withdraw if and when King's Landing rang the bells in surrender. But even after the bells were rung, she went Dracarys on the entire kingdom! Earlier, if you see Dany, while the bells are ringing, she is looking towards the Red Keep where Cersei is standing, making it seem like she's going to charge towards Cersei and kill her and destroy just the Red Keep. But she ends up destroying the entire city. Now, the theory states that Bran probably warged into Drogon, Dany's dragon, and burnt the city down to ashes. © HBO Not once did they show Dany's face when Drogon was spitting fire. Maybe he wasn't in her control and was doing whatever he wanted because his consciousness had been taken over by Bran. There's also a shot of Drogon's shadow over King's Landing when he's spewing fire and it's identical to the vision Bran had a few seasons ago, which could also amount to something. And if Drogon was spitting fire recklessly while Dany was confused about his actions, it could just mean that Dany, in all probability, wasn't the Mad Queen after all and that Bran is just pure evil! © HBO While all these are just theories, they do give us something to think about. How can someone, who sees the future and knows the past never strategise during a big war? How was he always quiet? Why was no one consulting him on what to do next? Why didn't anyone else consider Jon Snow, the true heir, for the throne? After an entire build up over his revelation of being a Targaryen and Bran's constant vision of Jon's birth at the Tower of Joy in Dorne, the throne eventually went to Bran. Isn't it quite strange? © HBO Well, I like to believe Bran played a great game and made everyone believe he is the rightful king, even though he is not and he knew it all along, especially when he uttered, "why do you think I've come all this way". Now, we aren't sure if he means he's come all this way from the North to be named king, or that he's always been plotting and planning for the throne, by being the Three-Eyed-Raven and has come all this way to take the throne. We'll never truly know! But let's see what George RR Martin has in store for us, through his upcoming books!
  7. If there is one thing that every true blue fan of a superhero movie, TV series or anime franchise feels very strongly about, it is attending every comic con held in their region and coming up with the best cosplay costume out there for it. Because, if you think about it, what would be the fun in attending such events celebrating the characters we love, if not for the fan-atics stepping out in their best costumes and making us witness our favourite characters come to life before our eyes? However, while most of us want to dress up like our favourite characters and head to the events amidst a lot of hooting, and multiple photo-ops and free-flowing appreciation that follows, there is one thing in particular that holds us back. The huge-ass hole that the entire project of creating a costume from scratch burns into our pockets. Trust us, we have been there. Right from scrounging for the perfect materials, to creating the accessories and props to go with it, it's a hell lot of work (and fun). However, not everyone can expend that much energy or resources on the activity, and that is the sad truth. But don't lose hope just yet because it seems a young man from Thailand has found the ultimate low-cost hack of nailing cosplay costumes. Anucha Sangchart from Bangkok has been creating real low-cost cosplay costumes for a while now, and has close to 4 million followers on his page Lowcostcosplay on Facebook. The page features hundreds of out-of-the-box ways of nailing cosplay on social media at the very least, if not for bigger events. People love his creations (some of which are downright hilarious), and keep coming back for more. However, what caught our attention this time, were some of his cosplay costume ideas for 'Game of Thrones'. They are apt, on-point and so good they'll crack you up despite yourself. 1. Nailed The Night King 2. Dracarys All The Way 3. Jon Snow Didn't See That Coming 4. The White Walker Who's Actually A Nightmare 5. Even Khaleesi Wouldn't Question This Dude's Creativity 6. 9. Academy Award winner, AR Rahman is one of the finest musicians the world has ever seen, who has made the country proud at various occasions. After all, there's a reason why people by default add music maestro before his name. With his soulful music, AR Rahman has managed to touch, change and inspire many lives. Recently, one of them decided to express his gratitude to Rahman in his own unimaginable, yet heartwarming style. (c) Reuters Chanderr, who calls himself Rahman's 'biggest fan ever' recently bought his dream car, a BMW and dedicated it to his idol by inscribing his name on the number plate. The car's number plate now reads, 'I love ARR'. 10. Snapchat is back in the news guys, and this time, it's because of a new filter that's quite hilarious. It's the new Gender Changing filter that can make you look like a girl or a boy. Even if you don't actively use Snapchat anymore, you should still check it out. It works surprisingly good. But that's not the main story you're here for, is it? Well, a guy decided to take it to a whole new level by setting up a Tinder account for a female version of himself which he created using the filter. Yes, it sounds like a dumb idea, but it 'she' ended up getting a ton of likes and matches. © Twitter Jake Askew said he decided to set up the account because it looked 'unreal' to him. But little did he know that a lot of folks on Tinder would agree. He apparently got over 1,650 likes on his profile, and he ended up matching with 200-400 of them. WHAT?? As you can see, he set up the account by the name of 'Jess', and marked her as a student at the University of Derby. He noted that a lot of guys approached 'Jess' with rather indecent proposals. © Pexels He ended up sharing this whole fiasco on Twitter, and the tweet has since been liked by more than 6,000 people. This Snapchat filter is clearly trending right now! Go, give it a try if you haven't already.
  11. Well, we're back with your weekly dose of PUBG addiction stories. No, it's not a piece of sad news about someone giving up on their marriage or getting arrested for the game. It's actually about something cool. Or, a little extra, depending on how you look at it. An Indian guy decided to take his PUBG addiction to a whole new level by giving his SUV a PUBG-style makeover. Yes, he modded his Tata Nexon into a PUBG wagon that's definitely going to attract a lot of eyeballs on the road. Yes, see if you've spotted this PUBG-themed SUV somewhere on the road. The mod is based on a kit called 'The Red Rhino'. It comes with blacked-out roof and wing mirrors. Also, the chrome accents seen on the original version of the car have been replaced with glossy black elements. In fact, even the alloy wheels have been completely blacked out. Additionally, the car also has some PUBG stickers and a replica of a pan on the dashboard, because why not? © YouTube In case you're interested, you can turn your SUV into PUBG wagon too. The Red Rhino kit will cost you Rs. 35,000. The PUBG accessories and the stickers will cost Rs. 4,500. Of course, you can always choose to go a little extra, but that'll cost you more money.
  12. Smartwatches come in all shapes and sizes and there's absolutely no shortage of them in the market. From budget options to expensive units, there's a lot to splurge on. But if you still can't find the one that you're looking for, then why not build your smartwatch from scratch as Samson March did. Yes, Samson March, who's an electrical engineer by profession, designed his own watch case, circuit board, and software. Heck, he even 3D printed and assembled most of the parts himself, which is just awesome. © Imgur The result? Well, he managed to build a smartwatch that brings notifications from his phone, including messages, email, and calendar. He noted that the watch can't play music yet, but we're sure he's working on that too. Oh BTW, he named his creation the “Smarch Watch”. It apparently took him a few weeks to finish the project, but he managed to even overcome one of the most annoying things about smartwatches - the battery life. Yes, Samson's watch can last up to 7 days on a single charge. In fact, he even built a charging cradle for the watch that can top up the battery in just 2.5 hours. © Imgur Interestingly, Samson said that the entire project cost him only about $50. Yes, that's just insane considering the fact that his DIY watch can do almost everything a normal smartwatch would do. Impressed much? Well, Samson was kind enough to share all the info, and you can build your smartwatch from scratch by following the simple steps given here.
  13. The 2019 season of the Indian Premier League has to be special and unforgettable for both, the former West Indies ODI hero, Kieron Pollard and the young and eccentric, Hardik Pandya, both of whom found themselves hitting long shots on a regular basis in the ongoing month and a half long tournament. While playing for the same franchise, Pollard and Pandya, and Mumbai Indians, have been loyal to each other through the thick and thins of the team's 12-year-long journey and have reaped the benefits of being a part of the most successful IPL team with three championships (tied with MS Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings). © Twitter/IPL And while this season has not been MI's best, they are still on their way to qualifying for the top four spot of the IPL playoffs by winning 7 of their 12 matches and a total of 14 points in their hands and it is safe to say that on a lot of occasions, the MIPaltan needed some superhuman performances to get out of trouble and the duo of Pandya and Pollard got to work, especially in the death overs. “Even when he came onto the scene, if you remember, in a couple of games for Mumbai (Indians), he finished off with his big hits. He is a small guy but hits the ball a long way. And once he continues to practice well and continues to evolve as a cricketer, you can see him doing great things not only for Mumbai Indians but (also for) Indian cricket,” the Windies legend praised a 25-year-old Hardik Pandya. © Twitter/IPL Pandya, who was in a bit of a fix ahead of the league began as he suffered from a stiff lower back and a life-time of humiliation for his comments at a popular talk-show, has finally collated enough courage to go out there and let his bat do the talking. “It is matter (sic) of him having the confidence and you giving him the confidence for him to believe in himself, because he is one of those guys who is free-spirited and just goes out and tries to use his youthful exuberance to have an impact on the game,” said Pollard, who has been by Pandya's side for ages now.
  14. After making us wait for almost two years, the final season of 'Game Of Thrones', one of the greatest shows ever made, is going to drop in a few hours. Finally that time is here when people will exit all their Whatsapp groups, delete their social media apps and stop answering phone calls, JUST to avoid getting any spoilers. This is the time when your real fandom will be tested. HBO While everyone is busy asking, "Who will sit on the throne?" if there was one for the greatest fan, we know who would sit on it. This guy who recreated the dragon egg from scratch and made it look better than the one used in the show. YouTube This might be a 5-minute long video, but the hard work that went behind making this is over 40 hours. This dragon egg was made by Rextorn Metalwork, a design shop in Poland. YouTube This guy, whom I will now call the biggest fan of GOT, used various techniques like repousse and metal spinning, to turn a copper sheet into a gorgeous and flawless dragon egg. There is honestly no dearth of talent in the world and almost every other day, someone somewhere is proving it right.
  15. It's a dream for all gamers to own as many games as possible, so that you'd never run out of games to play. But there's a fine line between collecting and hoarding, and apparently, a Texas man named Antonio Monteiro is lost in between. Last week, Antonio earned the Guinness World Record for having the largest video game collection in the world. How many does he own? 20,139 to be precise as of March 28. Yes, that's just insane. © Guinness World Records Monteiro has been collecting games since he was a child, and he apparently owns games for second to eighth generation consoles. Of course, he also owns 100-plus devices on which he plays all these games. Owning that many devices make sense considering the fact that he literally has huge walls stocked with games. You can check out the video here - The wall of games, as you can see, includes complete collections for consoles like Sony's PS2. the Nintendo Wii, Sega Dreamcast, and more. His first ever game was a copy of 'Golden Axe' for Sega Genesis, which his parents gave him as a gift. His favourite game, however, is 'Super Castlevania IV' for Nintendo SNES, and he calls it a masterpiece.
  16. On Friday, Sanju Samson was on a roll during the intense match between RR (Rajasthan Royals) and SRH (Sunrisers Hyderabad). After smashing an unbeaten century and becoming the first player to do so in IPL 2019, Samson turned out to be a danger for the bowlers and became the sole-warrior of his team. Twitter But, while the Sunrisers Hyderabad bowlers failed to stop his rampage, a pizza delivery guy actually managed to halt him for a brief moment, without even making any extra efforts. I have never heard of such incidents before, so this definitely shook me as I kept on laughing and watching the video on repeat. via GIPHY During a crucial moment in the match when the score was 101/1, right when Vijay Shankar ran to bowl, Samson got distracted by the pizza delivery guy walking right in front of the sightscreen. Samson smiled at the guy and signalled at him to move away. When pizza delivery boy halted play https://t.co/UbCj2gWNad via @ipl — Yogesh Gajjar (@imyogesh_07) March 30, 2019 Once he was out of the sight, Samson got back into his lethal form and build a score of 198/2 against SRH. Although Rajasthan Royals couldn't win against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Samson was the uncontested star of the match. Also, let's be honest, we can't blame Samson here, can we? After all, who doesn't like pizzas? (let's keep the pineapple pizza lovers out of this discussion.)

  18. If you believe in taking care of yourself but don't know how, now is the time to start. You need to have a proper skincare routine in place if you've realized how important male beauty is. You also need products that'll help you look presentable for your dates after a long working day. Here are some products that every man should have in their stash. They make a huge difference in the way you look, trust us. 1. BB Cream © Nykaa We all know how important sunscreen is in saving our faces from the harmful rays of the sun. A BB cream has a good SPF along with a pigmented cream that covers uneven skin tone and scars. You get the benefits of two products in one. 2. Lip Balm © Nykaa The lip balm has no gender. Also, it is a universally acknowledged fact that no one wants to kiss a pair of chapped lips. I'm sure you secretly agree with this too. Which leaves us to this conclusion: your lips need a balm to moisturize. 3. Dry Shampoo © Nykaa A dry shampoo, contrary to a leave-in conditioner, is for those days when your hair is too oily to style. Dry shampoo absorbs the excess oil and leaves hair with much-needed volume. 4. Concealer © Nykaa A concealer is instrumental in saving you in times of crises. Whether it's a hickey on your neck that needs to hide before an official meeting or a pimple on the face right before date night or even dark circles for that matter! This product upon generous use, conceals it all. 5. Hand Cream © Nykaa No-one wants to hold hands that are scaly and unpleasant to touch. Have you wondered, why your girl's hands are so soft to touch? Hand lotion is crucial in keeping the softness intact since the skin on your hands is devoid from the production of sebum oil (a natural skin moisturizer). This is where a hand lotion comes into the picture.

We're talking about his Twitter account and his over 6 million followers can vouch for the same. Sir, kitna deti hai? ð — Drop C Riffs (@vox_assamanipur) March 6, 2019 We're not kidding, this was exactly what someone asked on Twitter for Battista. But, being the king of wits that Mahindra is, he answered the query in the sassiest way possible. He wrote, "Sirji, electric hai..Shock deti hai! According to Pininfarina, only 150 Battistas will be made, each with a 1,900 horsepower engine that can go from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in less than two seconds.
