  1. Like many Bollywood actors, Shahid Kapoor isnât a stranger to the world of fast, luxurious and exclusive cars. The 39-year-old performer owns several European brands from Jaguar to Mercedes-Benz and Range Rover, although after a 10-year long tryst with his 2010 Vogue S, the car is finally on the market for grabs. In this video by Fahad Munshi of Lucky Motors in Santacruz, Mumbai, weâre shown a thorough walkaround of the vehicle on sale, alongside a Hummer H3. In 2009, Land Rover offered only two engine options in the Range Rover in India. This Vogue S variant came powered by the highly acclaimed LR-TDV8 diesel engine that generates a maximum power of 271 Bhp. The British SUV was, at its time, one of the most sought-after luxury 4x4 vehicles in the world. © Range Rover This was true, especially in India. Shahid Kapoor was the first person to get the delivery of the 2010 Land Rover Range Rover in the country, which is why he received the keys at a special event from none other than Ratan Tata, who acquired the brand (along with Jaguar) from Ford Motors in 2008. © BCCL The car also carries a â700â VIP registration number on the plate, and it seems like Shahid has customised the SUV with an all-black theme, rounded off with blacked-out headlamps. © Youtube/Lucky Motors While some may think that the asking price of Rs 40 lakh is unreasonable for a ten-year-old vehicle, Shahidâs Range Rover has just barely 37,000 kilometres on it, which is very reasonable for a car of this age. © Cartoq Add to that the VIP plates, impeccable condition and of course, bragging rights and youâve got a pretty unique car on your hands. 2. Just recently we had informed you about a man in Gujarat who did something unimaginable. Well, he tried to sell the Statue Of Unity for Rs 30,000 crore on OLX. No, he was not high. The most interesting thing about this, though, was his reason to put up such an ad online. He mentioned âurgent money required for Hospitals & Healthcare equipmentâ as the reason for sale. The money, he said, was required to fight against the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus. Now, an FIR has been lodged against him. The memorial to Sardar Patel, at 182 metres, is the world's tallest such structure and has attracted several lakh people since it was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2018. © Reuters "Some unknown person placed an advertisement on OLX on Saturday stating he needs to sell the Statue of Unity for Rs 30,000 crore to meet the requirement of money to buy hospitals and healthcare equipment," PTI quoted a Kevadiya police station official, who said quoting the FIR. "The memorial's authorities came to know of the issue after a newspaper ran an article, and approached the police. A cheating and forgery case was registered under IPC, Epidemic Diseases Act and Information Technology Act," Inspector PT Chaudhary told the news agency. Soon after it was made available online, the advertisement was taken off the website. "Despite him not being authorised to sell government property, this unidentified person posted the advertisement on OLX to defame the government and mislead people," PTI quoted a release from the chief administrator of the Statue of Unity. Furthermore, the release added that such an advertisement hurts the sentiments of the several crore of people who idolise Sardar Patel. View the full article

  7. Last year's Realme C2 marked Realme's solid arrival in the entry-level budget phone market. It has a lot going for it as it packs a lot of punch for the price. However, it didn't pose a challenge to Xiaomi's Redmi Note series. Well, it looks like this year Realme doesn't want to leave any stone unturned. The new Realme C3, the company's latest entry-level smartphone offering is a different beast altogether. Yes, budget phones and the terms "beast" don't really go hand-in-hand, but just hear me out. © MensXP/Karthik Iyer I've been using the Realme C3 for quite some time now to see what makes the phone tick. Here's my full review of the Realme C3. Design Looking at it from the front, the design of the Realme C3 comes across as a bit generic. Honestly, it looks like any other Realme phone to me, which is a good or a bad thing depending on what you think of Realme phones' design. I personally don't have any complaints about the design, because it doesn't look bad. I mean, it's a tall display with minimal bezels, so what's there to complain about? The back is where the real change is. Realme has decided to go with the same "sunrise" design that was seen on the Realme 5i. It looks something like this - © MensXP/Karthik Iyer Yeah, it has a really cool pattern on the top when seen from a certain angle. It also has a really nice texture that gives it a super-premium feel. It definitely doesn't look or feel like an entry-level phone that costs under Rs 7,000. The buttons on both sides of the phone feel nice and clicky, which is always good. The Realme C3 has a massive 5,000mAh battery. However, it doesn't feel heavy or bulky at all. You might not be able to use the phone with one-hand, but it's very comfortable to hold. That's great because that battery really helps. But just like any other phone, the Realme C3 isn't perfect. It still uses a Micro-USB port at the bottom. I understand that it's a budget phone so we shouldn't be nitpicking, but I think it's high time phone manufacturers started using a USB Type-C port. Also, the Realme C3 doesn't have a fingerprint scanner, much like the Redmi A series of phones that it's competing with. © MensXP/Karthik Iyer Moving on, there's also a headphone jack on the Realme C3, so you'll still be able to use all your wired earphones. You'll also see the speaker grille at the bottom. The speaker quality, I'd say, is pretty good. But yes, it's an entry-level phone so it's always safe to keep your expectations in check here when it comes to these things. Overall, I'd say the Realme C3 is an eye-candy phone. It'll be available in two different color variants as seen in the images and both of them look pretty good. Yes, there are some shortcomings like the lack of the fingerprint scanner, but there really isn't much to complain about. I really like what Realme has done here. Display The Realme C3 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ panel on the front. It's got a "Mini-drop" notch on the top and minimal bezels surrounding the display. I really like the display on the Realme C3 despite the low resolution. Honestly, the tall display size makes up for it, so media consumption is not that bad at all. © MensXP/Karthik Iyer It's also a perfectly visible display outdoors, so that's great. I'd say the viewing angles are also good with no noticeable color shift. All good stuff, but it's worth pointing out that there's no Widevine L1 support here on the Realme C3. It means you can only stream standard quality content on platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. No, not even HD quality. Performance Well, the performance part is what makes the Realme C3 special. The biggest draw for the Realme C3 is the new MediaTek Helio G70 processor that's powering things inside here. This is the first phone to come with this processor and it's pretty good at handling everything. The processor is coupled with up to 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. So, how's the performance of the Realme C3? Well, the Helio G70 is not meant to be a flagship killer, but it's no slouch either. It may have some trouble handling things if you throw a lot of tasks simultaneously. But in general, it's perfectly fine for day-to-day usage. © MensXP/Karthik Iyer So, here's the thing, I kind of dread using entry-level phones these days mainly because of the performance shortcomings. But the Realme C3 made me feel at home. Except for when I was setting up the phone for the first time, I am yet to notice a lag or stutter while using the phone. And I consider myself a heavy user with a constant need to browse social media or send text messages, and it managed to hold up pretty well. Gaming is not something that I particularly enjoy doing on anything less than a flagship phone. I take my games very seriously and I almost never compromise on the hardware for that. But I had to test out the gaming performance on the Realme C3 because it's dubbed the "the most powerful entry-level smartphone". © MensXP/Karthik Iyer Well, I enjoyed playing games on this phone so much that I ended up writing a gaming review too. So be sure to check out the Realme C3's quick gaming review in which I tested out a few titles like PUBG Mobile, Call Of Duty Mobile and more. Spoiler alert: The Realme C3 is the only phone in this price range that runs PUBG Mobile smoothly even at Ultra settings. I also like the fact the Realme C3 comes with the new Realme UI that's based on Android 10 out of the box. This is the first Realme phone to come with the new software out of the box and Realme told me that all the new phones going forward will also ship with this new UI. That's great, you don't have to wait for a software update to get the latest UI even on a budget phone. Camera © MensXP/Karthik Iyer Camera performance is something even some of the flagship phones struggle with, so it comes with no surprise that it's also a hit or miss in Realme C3's case. The Realme C3 sports s dual-camera setup at the back which includes a 12MP sensor and a 2MP sensor for portrait shots. On the front, there's a 5MP selfie camera. The images that I managed to take using the Realme C3 during my testing period turned out okay-ish. Look, it's not a phone that's meant to score big numbers on DxOMark, so it's average at best. It's not bad by any means, but it certainly falls short of wowing you. © MensXP/Karthik Iyer In good lighting conditions, I'd say, the images from the Realme C3's shooter are usable at best. The dynamic range is a little off and the skies, as you can see, appear a little blown out. The built-in mode will kick in and boost the colors a bit. It's clearly noticeable when you're shooting outdoors. Talk about low-light conditions, and there's hardly anything to go in detail. But like I said, the Realme C3 is an entry-level device so it'd be unfair to expect stellar shots here. If your goal is to take decent-looking images for your Instagram or Snapchat stories and if you don't care much about taking really good low-light images, the Realme C3 is perfectly fine. Here, check out the samples for yourself - Battery Life The Realme C3 packs a massive 5,000mAh battery inside and it's one of the USPs of the phone. This, by the way, isn't the first Realme phone to come with such a massive battery and I am sure it won't be the last either. I love how they manage to achieve a comfortable form factor even with a big battery inside. © MensXP/Karthik Iyer If I have to complain, then allow me to talk about the Micro-USB port at the bottom for charging. I mean, come on. It's 2020, so can we please be done with these? It really helps when you don't have to carry multiple cables for charging all your phones, especially when a lot of gadgets have now moved to USB Type C. As for the charging speed, well, it took me over two hours to fully charge the battery from below 5%. You get a 10W charger inside the box. The Realme C3 also supports reverse charging, so you can actually use the 5,000mAh battery as a power bank to charge other phones via a cable. Once fully charged, the phone will easily last for over a day. In fact, I was having a hard time to kill it in a day, so I'd say it'll last for a day and a half with moderate to heavy usage and even more if you're not a heavy hitter. Battery Life has never been an issue with Realme phones and the Realme C3 is no different. The Final Say The Realme C3 has launched in India for a starting price of Rs 6,999 for the 3GB/ 32GB variant. At that price, this phone is simply a steal. Not only is it a massive upgrade over last year's Realme C2, but it also brings a ton of new things to the table that I've never seen in this price range. © MensXP/Karthik Iyer The new MediaTek Helio G70 is a solid processor that adds great value to this phone. I also like the design and the build quality of the phone, which is usually not the case with entry-level phones. Add a massive 5,000mAh battery to that and you're looking at one heck of a phone for the price. Like I mentioned in my gaming review of the phone, there'll be a lot of other good entry-level phones on their way. But if you're hellbent on buying a phone right now and you're on a super tight budget, then look no further than the Realme C3. I am sure it'll make the wallet-conscious consumers happy. 8. Deepika Padukone's 'Chhapaak' team test acid sale in India with social experimentDeepika Padukone’s freshly-released film Chhapaak holds a powerful social message throwing light on a pertinent issue widespread in India. Evidencing the intensity and the severity of the problem, the 34-year-old actor along with the Chhapaak team headed out to do a social experiment that showed how the accessibility of acid in the markets is what fails to eradicate the issue at hand. In a video shared by the Padmaavat actor, the team members and the starlet head to the markets to check the sales and find a majority of shopkeepers handing bottles of acid without asking for any valid proof of identification. Some of the members were able to get their hands on highly-concentrated acid without showing their ID which the Supreme Court’s guidelines demand. By the end of the clip, Deepika revealed that the entire experiment resulted in the team buying 24 bottles of acid regardless of the guidelines by the SC that were made to add barriers to its easy availability.

  11. Possibly the best thing about PC Gaming (other than the graphics, controls, support, community, etc.) is just how frugal it is to buy games online. Steam, in particular, has a long-standing reputation for fantastic discounts for gamers. Memes about the owner company Valve's CEO, Gabe Newell, are littered across the pages of the internet. This week's sale happens to be on the occasion of Halloween - with the spooky holiday punctuated by several fantastic deals and Diwali bonuses sitting in our wallets, we've got you a wishlist that covers several genres and offers some truly hidden gems. Witcher 3, GOTY Edition Rs. 299 Yeah, there's no surprises here. I myself have bought this game twice - the box set map hung proudly on my wall for years, and I've played through the entire campaign more times than I ought to admit. Criminally cheap, infinitely replayable and quite possibly the best game of the 2010s - if you don't own this, you need to now. Yakuza 0 - Rs. 226 Slick, stylish and surprisingly emotional, this incredible tale of two Japanese gangsters looking to make it big in Tokyo and Osaka is an easy pick if you're into action titles that go over-the-top while still retaining a powerful, moving story arc, all set under the neon lights and bloodstained alleyways of 80's urban Japan. A Hat In Time Rs. 364 If you've been a gamer since the early 2000s, you might remember a genre that isn't so loved in today's battle-royale, shooter landscape - the action platformer. Gears for Breakfast has crafted an incredibly cute love letter to the genre in A Hat In Time. If you've enjoyed series such as the Super Mario franchise and other classics, you'll sink several hours into this absolutely delightful game. Dead Cells - Rs. 503 The 'roguelike' is a unique genre of video game designed to do two things - provide you with absolutely frustrating challenges that might result in you tossing your keyboard out the nearest window, while simultaneously getting you hooked onto said challenges like a button-mashing junkie. Great combat, absolutely beautiful pixel-art visuals and a superb, passionate team of developers. Grab this one ASAP. (Yeah, we know it costs above 500. Get over it.) Slime Rancher - Rs. 282 Sometimes, you don't want to slay monsters, trash-talk on multiplayer or deal with soul-crushing difficulty levels. Sometimes, you just want to sit back, relax and harvest some slimes. This cute little farming sim takes us to a world 1,000 light years from Earth, where a plucky young rancher begins to set up her own ranch. If only I could do something like that IRL. The Forest - Rs. 317 First of all, this is a game created by a team of four people - let that sink in. Atmospheric, immersive graphics, a terrifying, gorgeous environment, a captivating story and the ability to survive amongst creepy cannibals with upto 8 players on a single server. It's dark, atmospheric, challenging and soon, you'll be either conquering the wild, or hallucinating in the middle of a cannibal-inhabited jungle cave. Your call. With several more deals to grab, make sure to drop by the catalogue and browse for yourself too. View the full article

  14. According to a report by Kaspersky Labs, your personal data could be up for sale on the Dark Web for as low as Rs 3,500 (US$ 50). This includes everything you do online, right from your bank details to the games you play and the porn you watch. © Reuters Kaspersky Labs has been investigating markets on the Dark Web and discovered that the user's personal data often sells for a very cheap price. These sensitive credentials are a core part of everyone's life and with increasing online identity thefts and frauds, you may anytime be a victim. "This can include data from stolen social media accounts, banking details, remote access to servers or desktops, and even data from popular services like Uber, Netflix, and Spotify, as well as gaming websites, dating apps, and porn websites which might store credit card information" the report states. A single vulnerable account costs just US$ 1 and hackers sell them in bulk, which costs even lesser. These accounts could be your email, third party services, or even your own devices. © Reuters We come across major vulnerabilities in products every now and then and while companies strive to keep their systems secure, the internet has a history of compromised accounts. This is the primary reason why it's always recommended to have a different password for all your online activities. With two-factor authentication gaining wider support, it's always a healthy practice to keep it switched on. Hacked accounts may not only lead to financial loss but also contribute to identify theft. The perpetrator can use your identity for illegal actions, indirectly putting you in the line of fire. Another way to stay safe is never giving your credentials to untrusted websites or apps. One way to verify authenticity is to check the SSL certificate by clicking the green lock icon beside the URL. An encrypted transfer has become a basic norm for services and majority of the mainstream, sites have identity verification as well in the certificate. The Dark Web is a partitioned part of the internet that is not indexed by search engines. Many reside on encrypted networks like TOR and use proxy servers to hide their location and IP address. Hence, it becomes near to impossible for law enforcement agencies to track cybercrime. Source: The Economic Times
  15. Qualcomm and Apple are in the middle of a legal fight that concluded to an injunction against the Cupertino giant in court. The ruling prevents Apple from importing and selling multiple iPhone models in China. Qualcomm and Apple have been in a legal battle for a while and the Chinese courts' order specifically bars the company from selling the iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and iPhone X. The iPhone XS, XS Max and XR are still going to be sold in China. It is also worthy to note that this ban only applies to China as the Chinese courts have no jurisdiction in international markets. © Reuters “Qualcomm's effort to ban our products is another desperate move by a company whose illegal practices are under investigation by regulators around the world,” Apple said in a statement. “All iPhone models remain available for our customers in China. Qualcomm is asserting three patents they had never raised before, including one which has already been invalidated. We will pursue all our legal options through the courts.” Qualcomm claims that Apple is apparently infringing Qualcomm patents which include users to adjust the size and appearance of photos. Qualcomm also claims that Apple is also infringing another patent which includes the procedure of managing apps on a smartphone. “We deeply value our relationships with customers, rarely resorting to the courts for assistance, but we also have an abiding belief in the need to protect intellectual property rights,” Qualcomm said in a statement. The company is upset that, “Apple continues to benefit from our intellectual property while refusing to compensate us.” © Twitter Apple has filed an appeal to overturn the court's decision and will fight the ban and are set to face off in court in April. 19. Qatar's royal family has put its luxury jet up for sale and it could sell for as much much as £500,000,000 (that's 500 million). The Royal Family has a whole fleet of Business Jets often called as the Qatar Amiri fleet. There are almost a dozen planes, and one of them is the Boeing 747-8, the world's largest business jet. The Royal Family has two of these Boeing 747-8s and is now looking to sell one of them. To be more precise, the one up for sale has a registration code VQ-BSK and was delivered just recently in December 2012. The interior redesign was completed in December 2014, and the aircraft finally entered service in January 2015. © Controller The aircraft has logged just 436 flight hours along with 200 cycles and is equipped to transport 76 passengers in an extremely luxurious cabin. Onboard facilities include a large bedroom with a double bed, a living room, staterooms and meeting rooms, a bathroom and even its own special hospital. © Controller The Boeing 747-8i, also known as the 747 Dreamliner has a list price of US$ 370 million and is designed to carry more than 400 passengers in a three-class layout. Currently, airlines like Lufthansa and British Airways operate this aircraft and it is among the most popular aircrafts in the world, thanks to the legacy of 747 series. © Controller Right now it remains unclear as to why the Royal Family is open to selling this crown jewel, the other 747-8 in their fleet is a lot more subtle from the outside though. Keep in mind, even though there are numerous pictures available online about the interiors, there are still many features and additions on board the aircraft that are not meant for everyone's eyes. © Controller The Qatar Amiri Fleet also includes a three widebody Airbus A340s and two A330s. For more routine and short turnaround work, it has around eight narrow-body A320s as well as a single A310. Basically yes, the Royal Family has its own mini airline that is waiting round the clock for them. © Controller It's unclear who the new buyer will be, or whether there will be one in the first place. Business Jets are a huge liability, and the 747-8 burns fuel and requires maintenance like a monster. In fact, the American President is also going to get a new aircraft, often referred to as the "Air Force One", and its obviously going to be a heavily customized Boeing 747-8. If you're actually thinking of getting one, the Qatar Royal Family is also looking to sell its 40-year-old Boeing 747SP for a considerably lesser US$ 9.5 million. Source: The Guardian
  20. Talking about superficial struggles, the most relatable one (I say relatable because I'm sure you'd agree) is dressing well when you're super broke. I'm not going to quote Carrie Bradshaw from SATC and say "When I first moved to New York and I was totally broke, sometimes I bought Vogue instead of dinner. I found it fed me more" because one, we're in India - a place where being broke is completely different from being broke in New York, and two, I need to eat. So, I realized the only way out is to cut corners. You know what's the word that fills up my soul with joy? 'Sale'. Well, who doesn't like discounts? Plus, I work in fashion and it's important for me to keep up appearances (sigh). But, doing what I do, I also learned how to look decently, err, 'well-to-do', while actually being broke most of the time. Today, I'm going to spill my secret, without any reservation whatsoever, and give you an actual demo of how I make my broke ass look pretty sorted by shopping smart. I decided to take up a shopping and styling challenge - where I'll curate maximum number of outfits under a budget. While it was scary to start with, I did strive hard and brought my inner Monisha Sarabhai out. I bargained, haggled, put notifications on my phone for app-based sales, did a PhD on how to use coupon codes to my advantage, kept a thorough check on every sale going on in every brand outlet - and finally managed to do the only thing in my life that my mother will probably be proud of - came up with 13 dope ass, expensive looking streetstyle outfits, by shelling out only 6,000 bucks. 'Proud' would be an understatement. You know you agree. Here, I will show you the looks, and also share where I got which piece, and how much I had to shell out for each piece. Of course, I did a whole lot of mix-n-match because hey, that's clever and I had a budget of 6K. Outfit 1: © MensXP You can never go wrong with a layered look. Plus, if that contains denim, that's probably the safest bet ever. Throw in the right accessories, and you're all set! © MensXP One of the most common elements in streetstyle is longlines T-shirts, because A - they look dope, and B - nothing is more comfortable. © MensXP Take off the jacket, and it almost looks like a different outfit altogether. Where I bought it from: Longline T-shirt - H&M - INR 433/- Grey Trousers - Sarojini Nagar - INR 300/- Denim jacket - Sarojini Nagar - INR 275/- Outfit 2: © MensXP My inspiration for this look was Diljit Dosanjh. The way he wears those oversized jackets is a fashion class in itself. Well, his mostly are Balenciaga and Gucci, but let's not talk about things that will make us sad. © MensXP The best thing about this look is that you can have multiple aesthetics with the same elements, just by putting in minor tweaks. Take the jacket off, and there you have it! © MensXP Or use it like a cape. © MensXP No matter how you choose to wear it, this outfit will make you look dapper. Where I bought it from: Oversized jacket - Zara - INR 990/- White trousers - Zara - INR 990/- Graphic sleeveless tank top - Max - INR 200/- Outfit 3: © MensXP This is my streetstyle twist to the most popular outift ever - white T-shirt and blue jeans. I just changed it to a white longline T-shirt, and a majorly ripped and distressed pair of jeans (I ripped it myself, ssshhh). © MensXP I added a black denim jacket, and that gave the outfit a really cool twist. You don't necessarily need to wear it, just carry it around like an accessory for nailing the look. Where I bought it from: White longline T-shirt - H&M - INR 250/- Blue jeans (that I ripped myself) - Sarojini Nagar - INR 200/- Black denim jacket (I added the patches on it) - Sarojini Nagar - INR 200/- Outfit 4: © MensXP A sleeveless frayed shirt is a must have if you want that raw, edgy aesthetic that's also very 'street'. Plus, it's a good incentive to look forward to 'arm days' in the gym! © MensXP Pair it with a well-fitting pair of trousers, cropped at the ankles, and you're good to go. Oh, and accessorize well. Where I bought it from: Frayed, sleeveless Shirt - Koovs - INR 333/- The trousers from Outfit 1. Outfit 5: © MensXP I have always had a major weakness for all-white looks. There's just something inexplicably classy about them. Of course I had to have one. © MensXP I paired the white longline T-shirt from Outfit 3 with the white trousers from Outfit 2 - and voila! Pro tip: Carry a sling bag across the shoulder for a contrasting edge. Where I bought it from: Longline T-shirt from outfit 3. Trousers from outfit 2. Outfit 6: © MensXP Just like I love all-white looks, all-black looks have an equally special place in my lookbook. No, it's got nothing to do with the whole goth thing. Or does it? © MensXP Take your jacket off and hold it on your shoulder for a cutthroat, no-nonsense aesthetic. Where I bought it from: Black longline T-shirt - Koovs - INR 333/- Black trousers - Sarojini Nagar - INR 220/- Outfit 7: © MensXP Want a playful, yet sophisticated street aesthetic? Opt for pastels. © MensXP A relaxed baby pink T-shirt paired with a pair of well-fitted grey trousers. Add a fun cap for that playful element. I also added a long jacket, just as a prop here - but it can totally be worn if it's not that hot outside. Where I bought it from: Pink T-shirt - H&M - INR 300 The trousers from outfit 1. The jacket from outfit 2. Outfit 8: © MensXP Pop colours are in, and the fact that pink is still demonized as a colour for some weird reason among men, is the reason behind my choice of T-shirt. © MensXP This, right here, is a cool AF outfit and you know it. Where I bought it from: Pink T-shirt - H&M - INR 250/- The trousers from outift 2. Outfit 9: © MensXP Okay, so my love for all-white outfits is rather strong. © MensXP It's boiling hot outside and we need to embrace tank tops. And why not? Aesthetically too, I love this outfit. Where I bought it from: White tank top - Koovs - INR 250/- The trousers from outfit 2. Outfit 10: © MensXP Again, my love for all-black outfits is not ready to take a back seat. Déjà vu much? © MensXP I added a bit of colour by choosing a tank top with a huge logo, and carried my long jacket as a part of the outfit without actually wearing it. Where I bought it from: Black tank top - Sarojini Nagar - INR 100/- The trousers from outfit 6. Outfit 11: © MensXP I clearly am a fan of black and white. So why not mix 'em up? © MensXP Again, threw the long jacket as an accessory for an added street vibe. Where I bought it from: Longline T-shirt from outfit 6. Trousers from outfit 2. Outfit 12: © MensXP You know what's a safe combination if you're not confident about your shuffle game? A black T-shirt with blue jeans. © MensXP It's a self-sufficient look. You don't need anything else to make it look good. Just accessorize right. Where I bought it from: Longline T-shirt from outfit 6. Jeans from outfit 3. Outfit 13: © MensXP A really basic outfit can look really classy, given you have paired it well. © MensXP I wore a bright parchment pink T-shirt with my trusted white trousers, and cropped it at the ankles for a comfortable, functional, yet classy look. I wore bright orange shoes, a yellow cap, and round nerd glasses to seal it together. Where I bought it from: Pink T-shirt - Max - INR 199/- Trousers from outfit 2. Budget details: Longline T-shirt (INR 433/-) + Grey Trousers (INR 300/-) + Blue Denim jacket - (INR 275/-) + Oversized jacket (INR 990/-) + White trousers (INR 990/-) + Graphic sleeveless tank top (INR 200/-) + White longline T-shirt (INR 250/-) + Blue jeans (INR 200/-) + Black denim jacket (INR 250/-) + Frayed, sleeveless Shirt (INR 333/-) + Black longline T-shirt (INR 333/-) + Black trousers - (INR 220/-) + Pink T-shirt (INR 450) + Hot Pink T-shirt (INR 250/-) + White tank top (INR 250/-) + Black tank top - (INR 100/-) + Pink T-shirt (INR 199/-) = Total INR 6,023/- Moral of the story: You don't exactly need to be rich, you just need to shop smart. Also, learning the art of bargaining goes a long way in flea markets. Happy shopping! May the discount Gods bless you. 24. A lot of you millennials might not be able to relate to this. Imagine this. It's 48 degrees outside, your mother is soaking wet in the kitchen when she realizes the pressure cooker's sealing ring is broken. Now between her lunch getting delayed and the sweat trickling down her face, her increasing blood pressure and anger are very swiftly redirected to you. The yelling mother then instructs you to run down to the market to fetch a 20-rupee replacement of a pressure cooker sealing ring. Yes, guys. This is a true story that the unfortunate lot like us have been subjected to before online shopping descended upon us. Those innumerable trips to the local market almost every other day were a complete waste of our time! But with the onset of online shopping, it's very hard to imagine a time when things were not bought at the click of a button. But just how some of us HATE the idea of going to a shopping mall during sale time (read pushy salesmen, over-enthusiastic aunties trying to grab what you want to buy, and traffic jams leading all the way to the mall), a lot of people feel the same amount of euphoria will happen to online sales as well. Sold out products, delayed delivery, and over-marked-up prices are some of the concerns people might have during online shopping. But hey, not every sale is like Flipkart's Big Shopping Day Sale! In our opinion, 'sale ho toh Flipkart jaisi ho, warna na ho'. Flipkart's Big Shopping Day Sale is starting from 4 pm on 16th July and is unlike any other sale you may have witnessed! Wondering why? Here are 5 reasons that prove just that. What A Variety! Flipkart Guys, now you don't have to browse through multiple shopping websites for all your needs. At Flipkart, there is an array of some of the top-rated products that you will surely not find at other sales! The variety is unmatched and the quality is uncompromised. So why wander when you have the king in business doing overtime just for you? No Cost EMI Flipkart Yeah yeah. As always, this month you ended up spending a tad bit more than always, yet feel the need to add just a few more products in your shopping basket. Well, if money is a hassle, pay through EMI at no cost! Yup. Flipkart offers you no cost EMI to let the shopping bug in you never die!
