  1. If you're in your twenties and constantly feel lost or confused and think your life is weirder than a bizarre Bollywood love story, we're here to tell you that you're not alone. It's going to be okay, my friend as you're just undergoing a 'quarter-life crisis.' Most people in their twenties are often confused about their careers, love life and life, in general. Maybe, your life is falling apart in front of your eyes but trust me, it will get better. Before you start overthinking, here are a few signs that'll tell you if you're undergoing a quarter-life crisis and how to fix it: 1. You're Feeling Trapped © Unsplash This happens to everyone who is stuck between freedom and early adulthood as you're transitioning from practising independence to commitment. If you've committed to something at an early age, be it your work or a relationship, feeling trapped is 'okay'. How to fix it? Rather than quitting your job or giving up on your relationship, the best way is to identify the problem and work on a solution. It might sound like a lot of work but trust us, there is no shortcut. 2. You're Constantly Worrying That You're Not Earning Enough © Unsplash The chances are that you're not earning enough. But remember, you are just in your twenties but are stressing like you're in your forties. It is paramount to earn enough and fulfill your dreams but it is also important to work at your own pace and not be part of the rat race. Your achievements and your learning curve isn't the only thing that makes your identity. There is so much more. How to fix it: Rather than focusing on how much you earn, focus on developing and evolving your work skills. Working on self-development will automatically enable you to reach where you've always wanted to reach. Quit procrastinating and jump onto the right track. 3. You're Perpetually Bored © Unsplash If you feel bored all the time, chances are that you're looking for a change and you're just not enjoying your regular schedule anymore. You can also feel bored or worked up in your relationship and it is normal to feel this way. How to fix it: The brainchild is to start doing what you actually like doing. If you don't know what you want to do, it's about time you make a list of things that you've always wanted to do. You can always start doing new things with your significant other to make things more romantic and interesting. Take that cooking lesson you've always wanted to take, join that dance class, hit the gym or take those acting classes that have been on your bucket list ever since. 4. You Dream About Plans That You'll Never Execute © Unsplash This happens with every one and this shouldn't be a big deal, honestly. The problem arises when you're only dreaming and not working on anything and that is called 'procrastinating' and you need to stop doing that. There is no better way but to just do the things that you plan to do unless you're planning on murdering someone. (Okay, please don't ever execute that plan!) How to fix it: Just execute them or don't make grand plans in the first place. It's like writing a to-do list and then not doing it. So, don't make a to-do list in the first place if you are not going to do it at all. 5. You're Unsure About Your Purpose In Life © Unsplash It used to be so simple in school. All we had to do was complete our homework and show up in class. Now, suddenly, we have to unleash a purpose that we are born for, why? How to fix it: It is rather difficult to find just one purpose in life. With the advent of learning to multitask, there is a chance that we've multiple purposes and as far as you are happy, you don't really have to have the ultimate and single purpose in life. 2. Open pores and saggy-looking skin are the first signs of ageing that only go on to become more visible if left untreated. Other than ageing, exposure to the sun, atmospheric pollutants, chemicals in skincare products, and an unhealthy diet can directly affect the health of your skin. You'll also notice dryness, sagging, wrinkles and fine lines and they are usually accompanied by dullness. If you start to notice them, you should actively work on fixing the problem from the root. 1. A Good Moisturising Cream © Getty Images Open pores signal that your skin is dry. This means that you've to moisturise it regularly. This not only makes your skin visibly better looking but also works towards reducing your pores. So get a good moisturiser that suits your skin type. Set a routine to apply the emollient regularly. 2. A Skin Tightening Mask © Getty Images Weekly, one should make it a point to wear a skin tightening mask. The key to skin tightening masks is that you've to let them be on for at least fifteen minutes and not talk or eat while you have the mask on because that can be counterintuitive. A skin-tightening mask is going to work on reducing the visibly loose pores as well. A good ingredient that you should look out for when you scout for products is sandalwood which has soothing properties that work wonders in skin-tightening. 3. Look For Retinol In Your Face Creams © Getty Images You need to moisturise more than once a day if you're focused on getting rid of saggy skin and open pores. Retinol is an ingredient that can really turn around your skin on regular application. 4. Primers © Getty Images If you want to take care of the open pores temporarily for say a dinner night or date night, a primer is great at concealing pores making them less visible. Just use a blender for better application. View the full article

  4. The dating game can get a bit stressful as it is and the last thing you need is a partner who is absolutely flawed in every sense. Dating a liar is one of the qualities you really don't want to see in her and if you ever come across that trait it's wise to see it as the biggest red flag and step away. But the actuality is that one overlooks these flaws completely when they're too into the other person and by the time they realise it, it's already too late. Well, that's murky territory and you need to see through it because dating a liar is like having masochistic tendencies. You begin to get too comfortable in the already existing mess. Thinkstock/Getty Images When you start dating someone, there is no tangible way to figure if they're a liar. You could do background research to validate their facts but that'll get too strenuous for something that's just started. As you go along in the relationship, the lies become more vital and obvious and you're left with no choice but to confront your partner and get in to numerous fights while doing so. This can be avoided though if you watch out for signs that state your partner is a liar. She could be a compulsive one or a pathological one. The fact is, it's on you to figure if she's one at all and distance yourself from the equation as quickly as you can. Here are 5 main signs you're dating a liar: (1) Their Stories Don't Match You can't always know if you partner is making up something or telling the truth but you can be on a lookout to see if things don't match. There will be times your partner will tell you a story about something and somewhere down the line you might come across a detail which didn't fit in her story. That's a sure vital sign. If you want to explore further to get to the bottom of it, you should know the entire truth. Sometimes there isn't a reason to really lie but your partner does it sound cool, exaggerate or make the story interesting to you. If you do find out she's been fabricating for no reason whatsoever, sit her down and have a conversation about it and tell her to be herself around you. (c)MensXP (2) They're Ambiguous When They Lie The thing with liars are that if you catch them off guard, they will seem ambiguous and taken aback when they're caught. They will try extra hard to make you believe they're telling the truth. Those are the things you need to catch. For instance, if your partner has told you she was home last night and you have an inkling she wasn't , just ask her straight up. She wouldn't expect you to ask so when you do, she would be a little startled and might even fumble for an answer before saying she's home. You can confront her if you know for a fact she was home or look out for more such instances to know for sure, she lies. (c)Fox Star Studio (3) They're Overly Secretive Couples are supposed to be open with each other while maintaining their own private space as well. It's a precarious sense of balance which one needs to maintain. And by private space I don't mean hiding things from one another, I mean some 'me' time, away from each other. But if you think your partner is too secretive and not open about her life then know that she probably lies to on whatever she's being secretive about. It could be about family, her job, her friends or anything under the sun. You just need to be wary, that's all. (c)Thinkstock/Getty Images (4) They Contradict Themselves A Lot Sometimes your partners can suck at lying and that happens when they contradict themselves on details like date, time and situations. She may have told you something that happened on a particular date one time and the next time the date magically changes, which means she hasn't kept up with her own story. Yes, there is a possibility she could have forgotten the actual date but look out for more contradictions in her story. If you think she's lying ask her to narrate the same story or incident a few weeks later. You'll know the difference. (c)MensXP (5) They Always Have An Excuse Ready, For Everything Liars have a tendency to work with excuses. That's the only way they can vindicate themselves from any kind of blame. For instance, if they're late for dinner they will come up with some really far-fetched excuses to cover their tracks like someone busted their tire or they lost the keys to their apartment or their dog had to be rushed to the vet. They don't think about the consequences of their excuses and can make one at the drop of a hat, if they're ever cornered. Its difficult to get them to accept their mistake and take any form of ownership or even apologise because even though they know they're wrong they will never acknowledge it and cover their wrongdoing with an excuse. If you see that happen one too many times, you know what to do! (c)MensXP Dating someone who constantly lies is not easy. It's taxing and disappointing. Especially if they cover their tracks and you find out later they'd been lying. We all tell white lies sometime or the other but someone who does it compulsively can create a lot of havoc and destruction in the longer run. The best thing to do, if you think you're dating a liar is to watch out for the signs, have a conversation with them as soon as you find out or absolutely dismiss the idea about dating them and be wary of the red flags. You'll save yourself a lot of trouble. View the full article
  5. We don't live in simpler times when there was a problem in our dating life, we'd either sweep it under the rug or address it in a rather vague and ambiguous manner. But in all fairness back then (and by back 'then' I mean way before social media was even a thing), we didn't have too many complicated relationships or problems in our dating life. Everything was rather simple, like it was either there or not there. Today, though, there are at least a thousand definitions, terminologies, synonyms and urban dictionary defined terms for all the sh** we experience in our dating life. © UTV Motion Pictures Well, sure it's easier to call out bullshit behaviour by inventing terms to suit that behaviour. For example, if someone didn't show up or stopped calling you, back in the day, it would qualify as a lack of interest or standing someone up. The matter would be debated both internally and externally and it would come to an end, where both people would move away or on from one another. But today, there's a complete term for such behaviour and it's called 'ghosting', which means the person who didn't show up had traits of a ghost, since they're definitely there but not visibly around you anymore. But as far as I know we all dwell in this misery and enjoy every minute of this complex giant wheel we're constantly on. Women love the chase and men love chasing them and while the chase is on, new and fresher words are invented to keep the momentum at par. © Fox Star Studios For instance, a new dating trend is doing the rounds and we personally are quite fascinated by it. By we, I mean the 'woke' generation that indulges in soft play and harsh realities, to make it through the day. 'Fireworking' is the latest term and it's definitely here to stay. So, fireworking is the exact opposite of stashing. Stashing is something which was propagated last year and it was a phenomenal hit because before the term 'stashing' came about no one really knew they were being stashed. Stashing is basically keeping a dirty secret. Well, not so dirty after all. It's when you stash your love affair away from family and friends so no one can know who you are dating. Fireworking though like I said is quite the opposite. It's when you date someone for the purpose of putting on a display for other people. A fireworker, as the person who's indulgent in this act is called, usually dates a person to show them off to their friends, make an ex jealous, to tell their parents that they're not awfully alone and tell the world through social media that my gf/bf is better than yours, to obviously build some kinda clout. It boils down to 'eye candy', someone good looking you wanna hang with so you get extra brownie points from family and friends. It's eventually about outward appearance at the end of the day with the millennial anyway, isn't it? © Yash Raj Films So, anyway either you're fireworking or fireworked someone or you're being fireworked, which ironically isn't a pretty picture, unless you're okay being objectified. Here's how you know you're being fireworked basically (or if you're fireworking someone, this is what you're doing!). (1) You're Being Used To Show Off While that is rather flattering indeed, it's really not respectful at all. If you're a good looking bloke and she just sees you for that, maybe it's time to end the shallowness? Unless, of course, you want to bask in it. But you must know the person fireworking you just cares about other people's opinion and the fact that she feels good around you because of how you look mostly. Well, maybe ask yourself if that's a sign for a loving and caring relationship! © AA Films (2) Their Intagram Is Full Of Photos Of You And Her If you have a look at their Instagram page, you'll see photos of you and her at different exotic places doing fun things. Does she ask you to pose in pictures a lot? Well, there's your answer. It's to generate envy and of course attention from fellow followers. © Instagram (3) They're Affectionate When They See A Camera If you haven't noticed already, she's most affectionate in front of a camera, a crowd or on social media, while putting up pictures with lovey dovey captions. Try going to her for a random hug when you're alone and come back to tell us how it went. © Fox Star Studios You could be her eye candy, the love of her life and the most important person in the room, all rolled into one when you're out in public or on social media. But when you're not around people she really doesn't care a damn. Does that say anything at all? Unless of course both of you are using each other to glorify and validate each other's self worth, then maybe it could work out as an influential experiment, but if you feel like you're being exploited by being 'fireworked' by your partner, maybe it's time to get a whiff of what's happening and move away from someone like her. 6. Constantly trying to decipher what she means from the way she is texting you? Because it's not just a text; it is a lot more than that. You can learn a lot from the way a person messages you. Here are a few signs that tell whether or not someone likes you from the way they text you: 1. They Send Long Detailed Texts Adulting involves one very weird realisation that 24hours isn't enough to call it a day. It's almost impossible to stay sane, have a social life along with a full-time job. So, if they are texting you first and making an effort to keep the conversation going, they're probably into you. We barely have time to do anything and the world has so much to achieve. So if someone is writing long detailed texts to you, just be grateful that they are giving you that much attention. Yes, they like you and they care about you. © T-series 2. They Reply Quickly Don't you forget replying to people on Whatsapp or messages or wherever you're chatting? In fact, you try to be active on dating apps but you barely have the time. On the other hand, this cute girl replies really quickly. Chances are that she has fallen for you. Rapid replies are one of the surest signs that the other person likes you and is excited to reply to your text. 3. They Seem Concerned About You If they are making an effort to ensure if you've had food or whether or not you've reached home safely, then they are definitely concerned about you. If they envision a future with you, you'll notice something different and it won't be all fun. There will be things that are more than just 'fun' and their messages will be a little relationship-y. 4. They Use Too Many Emojis Too many emojis? Probably either the person is overexcited or they are trying to show your love through emoticons. If they send you a heart or a love-struck emoji now and then, then you should know that it's more than just friendly banter. Don't you? © Reliance Entertainment 5. They Remember Your Inside Jokes People who love you effortlessly get you. You don't have to explain to them what you meant or why was your joke funny, they'd just understand and then they'll remember. 6. They Text You First Thing In The Morning And Never Forget Wishing You Good Night Your day starts with their texts and ends with their texts. No, she is not clingy, she's just expressing what she feels. © Maddock Films If what you want coincides with what they want, then you have found yourself what you always wanted! View the full article
  7. Back in the 90s, when pop-culture seemed to have all but taken over the world, an unassuming trilogy of books began to hit shelves a mere two years before Harry Potter was revealed to the world. Although this series never quite overtook 'The Boy Who Lived', it remained a fond experience throughout my childhood. Physics-bending alternate universes, queer angels and blasphemous Bible allegories aren't a common premise for most books that got popular with young adults, but Phillip Pullman's His Dark Materials series hit all the right notes for around six years. With souls materialised as intelligent, talking animals, fascinating depictions of the afterlife and intelligent commentary on religion and science, it captured the imaginations of nearly 20 million readers, and then vanished into obscurity. Recently, in all their big-budget benevolence, HBO and the BBC have partnered to release a TV adaptation of the books, also named His Dark Materials. What could go wrong, really? HBO did manage to successfully run GoT for seven seasons (see what I did there) and BBC has been making science-fiction/fantasy shows for what feels like all of human history at this point. Turns out, quite a bit, actually. To Adapt Or Not To Adapt It seems that in recent times, TV series producers have experienced a slight shift in their attitude towards remakes - in a feature film market oversaturated with reboot after reboot, we've been seeing a lot of previously botched attempts receive some much-needed love. M. Night Shyamalan's The Last Airbender was a universally-panned disaster, and yet, the original Avatar creators DiMartino and Konietzko have been roped in to create a live-action remake of the beloved animated series. So, it's understandable that we're seeing His Dark Materials once again - it too has had a somewhat faithless past when it comes to feature-length films in the totally forgettable 2007 flick, The Golden Compass. Named after the first book, the film was a pretty big deal when it came out - featuring Natalie Portman, Daniel Craig, Eva Green and even Sir Ian McKellen. Despite the big-name cast and studio legacy of Lord Of The Rings, the adaptation fell flat due to several reasons - primarily because of the script omitting key moments from the books, and somewhat uninspired performances. Natalie Portman, for example, plays Marisa Coulter - a cunning, calculative woman described in the books as one of the most morally hideous, but outwardly beautiful and charming people in the world. Portman's performance is, however, decidedly one-dimensional, behaving cold and heartless every time she's on-screen. The same issues plague the rest of the cast, resulting in a movie with plenty of theatrics, but very little soul. Fortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case with the remake. © HBO/BBC Right off the bat, the star of the show here is undoubtedly the once-lacklustre Mrs Coulter, this time played by Ruth Wilson, who you may recognise from the BBC's award-winning crime drama, Luther. In one of her strongest performances yet, she perfectly captures the deceptive warmth and mesmerising charm of book-Coulter, while letting loose flashes of her coldhearted, pitiless interior with well-placed selectiveness. Wilson makes these negative parts of her character most obvious during moments of rage or anxiety, lending Mrs Coulter some genuine believability and depth. © HBO/BBC We also see Dafne Keen as main character Lyra Belacqua and James McAvoy as Lord Asriel - both actors, interestingly, happen to be tied to the X-Men franchise. Keen's Lyra is very clearly inspired by Masie Williams' Arya Stark, a darker and more serious interpretation than the books. © HBO/BBC In contrast, McAvoy's Lord Asriel is a bit more heroic and charismatic than the dead-eyed, emotionless husk he is in the novels - while I usually belong to the '100% faithful adaptation' camp, this change seems to work quite well for the TV series. And here's where the series proudly proclaims its greatest success - it successfully balances the demands of the medium, while still retaining the meaty intellectual themes that the previous version conveniently omitted, for the sake of appealing to kids. Nowhere is this clearer than with Mrs Coulter's agenda - she continually crushes everything from social games to academic patriarchy under her heel, all while flirting dangerously with the audience's expectations of her. As the story has just begun, there's no doubt that the series has large shoes to fill - the entire trilogy is just over 1,000 pages long, and covers themes more friendly with works of academic philosophy than fantasy. If the first leg is anything to go by, however, I'm glad to say that the decade of piss-poor fantasy novel adaptations is at an end, and finally, my inner 12-year old's wishes of a good adaptation have finally come true. Catch Season 1 on Star World at 9 PM - don't miss this one. View the full article
  8. The first three months of any relationship usually revolves around love-dovey feelings and the excitement to spend a lot of time with your significant other. It is often said that the first three months of your relationship defines whether or not your relationship is the real deal. However, every relationship is different but couples usually make the transition from casual dating to becoming exclusive in the first couple of months only. So if you're about to lose interest in your partner you'll know by the end of the first three months. Here are a few signs that your relationship won't last after the first three months of dating: 1. Flaky Communication © Unsplash If your partner used to initially talk for hours and suddenly you are clueless where he or she is, it's a hint that this isn't going to turn into anything concrete. Inconsistency is the first step towards things becoming casual. So, if you're not going to hold it there, you won't be able to control it at all. 2. Your Partner Isn't His Or Her Genuine Self Around You © Unsplash If your partner isn't real around you and you can feel that she is something else when at her workplace or when with her friends, it's a red flag. But when she is with you, you just don't feel the connection, and that is cause for worry. As soon as you complete the three month mark, you're supposed to feel comfortable around each other and if you still don't, then there is a chance that your relationship is going to hit the expiration date very soon. 3. They Don't Invite You To Hang Out With Their Friends © Unsplash She is least bothered to take you along with her friends and she is often chilling with them alone. You always include her in your plans but she wouldn't ever take you along. If this isn't something that you like, probably your relationship is hanging in the causal zone of relationships and you're most likely not going to make to the next level of it. 4. Your Partner Is Never Emotionally Available © Unsplash You keep on doing what you want to do in your life and your partner doesn't care or doesn't understand when you're feeling low. She is never around to support you and leaves you alone when you're feeling confused or have any sort of emotional breakdown. Your partner ought to listen to you and be the shoulder you need to lean on in those first three months. 5. Your Relationship Isn't A Priority For Them © Unsplash There is much more that goes into maintaining a relationship and you have to keep your relationship a priority in your life. You cannot always be unavailable for your partner or if your partner has the tendency of always being busy, this relationship won't last long. Also, you cannot keep someone interested if they are not. It is all about the right amount of communication and adjustments that'll lead to a healthy and loving relationship.
  9. If your partner has been hurt in her previous relationship, you'll see signs that you don't see in people who have been happy and content in their love life. If you have been heartbroken or devastated in one of your relationships there are chances that you have the fear of past repeating itself on you. These issues can be tough to cope with for both you and your partner but the only way to overcome this is to work on it together. Here are five signs which show that your partner has had a history of toxic relationships: 1. They're Slow In Opening Up © Cine 1 Studios Depending on what your partner has been through in the past, there is a chance that there is a lot of personal work to do and if your significant other has trust issues there are chances that they are going to take a lot of time to open up. All you need is to be a little supportive and give them some time. 2. They Get Angry Quickly Toxic relationships often have high amounts of invalidation. If your partner gets angry easily or is short tempered, this is the right explanation that they may have gone through something really hurtful in their past. But this doesn't mean that they'd do whatever they want to or ill-treat you. The best way is to find a middle ground and see how both of you can work it through communicating properly. 3. They Don't Easily Trust You © Red Chillies ENtertainment They have major trust issues and give you a really hard time trusting you or believing you. So, it's best if you can give them some assurance and genuinely be honest with them. 4. They're Secretive They would expect you to tell them everything but they won't easily tell you most of the things. They will take a lot of time to open up and will only tell you their secrets when they trust you wholly. And trust us that time is far away! 5. They Can't Commit © Red Chillies Entertainment Someone who is wary of committing is someone who is scared that he or she will land back into the same situation again. They will try to mould you in a way that they want things to work according to them. It's best that you create some boundaries, be supportive, communicate and overcome the fears together.
  10. First dates are complicated beyond doubt and those of us who've been in that awkward situation, know what I mean. There are many loose ends you try and tighten with your mind going on overdrive but sometimes, even they fail to enunciate what you actually need to do. Sometimes, prominent signs to know if your first date went well are very important and they can only be delivered if you pay heed to them. © Pinterest We're always waiting for a call or a text, wondering if we've been ghosted, always thinking if she liked the place you suggested, if she liked you vibe or is she just going to move ahead and never see you again. A lot of queries end up playing Tetris inside your head and I understand it's frustrating. So, in order to make it easier for you to judge whether or not your first date went well, I am going to give you a few ways to determine the apt signs that'll let you know the same: (1) The Initial Reaction Is Important What was it like when you first met her? If you're meeting her through a dating app, then you're probably meeting her for the first time ever. So, you have to remember what look she wore on her face. Was she nervous? was she confident? was she smiling through and through or did she seem like she wasn't interested at all? This is important because this tells you whether or not there's any scope to build chemistry between the two of you. What was your reaction upon seeing her? Sometimes reactions can be similar. But we won't base it on the first time you saw each other. We will base it more on how the evening went after. But the initial reaction you get from your date has a lot to say about her actions later. © Pinterest (2) The Number Of Hours Spent Together Are Important This is an important aspect. If you're spending time with someone and if they're bored or don't like you, they will make an excuse and leave. It's very common. They may just be there for a drink to not be rude and leave right after. But if she's thoroughly enjoying your company then chances are you both will end up spending hours together and have a good time as well. This marker can at least assure you that you didn't mess up anything for her to not get back in touch with you again. © Pinterest (3) Was There Enough Laughter? Laughter is the universal sign for fun and happiness and if there was adequate laughter from her and you, it means the date went well. Obviously, she can't pretend to laugh for hours. She will give up some time! If her laughter seemed genuine and she seemed happy and talkative, take that as a positive sign! © Pinterest (4) Body Language Is Important You probably didn't pay attention much but let me tell you body language is important to study. It tells you a lot about how interested a person is in you. If she was slouching throughout, had her arms crossed and her body always distant and facing the other way while she was with you, it probably meant she was disinterested or wasn't enjoying herself. If a woman is made to feel comfortable, in time, she opens up and it's fairly evident. If she kept stroking your arm, or put her arms around you or her body was very much in tune with yours throughout, be damn sure she definitely loved your company. © Pinterest (5) The Ending Is Important How did the date eventually end? Was it absolutely abrupt where she just said bye and headed home? or did it end with a nice conversation or a kiss to seal the deal? A kiss usually seals the deal most times. It's a sure-shot sign that both people want to take this to another level altogether. It also means she loved your company for the night and there's no better way to express that than a heartfelt kiss. Think about the kiss. Was it a peck? Or a full-blown smooch? or was it just a touch-and-go? If it was a peck, maybe she was just being polite. But if it was anything other than that, you've got her attention and probably a second date too! © Pinterest Siddhant Roop Rai (mc_soopy) Naina Bhan ( @nainabee) Location : Andaz Hotel (@andazdelhi) Photographer : Anand Gogoi ( @anand.gogoi) Stylist : Devanshi Tuli (@devanshi.15) Makeup and Hair : Shrishti Anand ( @srishtianandmakeup ) Production : Prapti Elizabeth (@prapti.elizabeth) It's not rocket science really. If you are looking forward to going on your second date, these signs will help you analyse how the first one went. Most times, you have to follow up but she will leave you enough hints on asking her out again. If you're going on a first date, these signs will come in handy, in case you look forward to another one with the same person. 12. The first signs of ageing can be really agonizing. They can act as a reminder of our fleeting mortality and make us existential in no time. While we cannot control our life spans, we can, however, control these signs of ageing like scars, wrinkles, under eye circles etcetera. So, here are the first signs of ageing and how to stop them. 1. First Signs Of Sun Spots © Getty Images In our 20s, problems like sun damage start to become really apparent. The UV-damaged skin surfaces in the form of freckles, hyperpigmentation or spots. There are two solutions to this: incorporating a working retinol product in your routine which will try to reduce these spots and secondly using regular SPF to prevent further damage from the sun. A sunscreen should be like your elixir, it's the best anti-ageing product you can buy. 2. Fine Lines © Instagram Spotting fine lines can be depressing. Your laugh lines, the lines on your forehead are just some of the examples. Ageing leads to less oil production in your skin which makes your skin prone to dryness and lines. Avoid using powders on your face, they tend to absorb all the oil and moisture. Instead, get a good moisturizer for your face. 3. Dullness © Instagram With ageing, the cell-turnover slows down. The upper layer of the skin starts to become dull. To nix dullness and get your glowing face back, you need: regular exfoliation with glycolic acid will enhance cell turnover and eliminate dry, flaky, dull skin. This means regular hydrating masks, routine hydrating creams and basically all the hydrating products that you can think of. 4. Puffy Eyes © Getty Images The under eye area has a layer of thin skin and with ageing the skin thins, even more, this makes dark circles or puffiness even more apparent. Cutting out on salt and alcohol helps. This leads to water retention. Use under eye creams, masks, and log in your hours of sleep to reduce puffiness. 5. Dryness © Getty Images Dry skin is the most apparent symptom of ageing. The most obvious recommendation—moisturizer needs to be your BFF. "Your skin is in a constant battle with the environment to stay hydrated. Heat, sun, wind, air conditioning—even rinsing with water pulls moisture out of the skin. 6. Drooping Skin © Getty Images Young people get the plump, firm skin thanks to collagen and elastin, which gives structure for your face. Skin in the late 20s, begins to look less firm, around the jaw and cheeks making it loose. Again, for a situation like this, you need anti-ageing creams. They will work wonders for you.
  13. Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, better known as The Mountain from the hit HBO franchise, 'Game of Thrones', is a big man. Weighing in at 195 kg, Björnsson, has not only made us skip a beat with his massive structure in the show, but is also making headlines all over, as the strongest man in the world. That is not an exaggeration. In 2018,'Thor' Björnsson went on to win the Arnold's Classic, followed by Europe's Strongest Match. He capped the year by winning the most prestigious competition of them all, 'The World's Strongest Man', as he became the first person to win all the three highly reputed competitions in a single year, according to his website. While The Mountain set a world record in deadlifting last year when he did a WR Elephant Bar Deadlift (471.69 kg/1039.9 lbs), he decided to outdo himself by an extra five pounds at the 2019 Arnold's Classic, as he shattered his own world record, which now sits at an impressive 474 kg/1044.9lbs mark which is nearly two and a half times his body weight! View this post on Instagram Pretty casual new WR Elephant Bar Deadlift 474kg/1044.9lbs Very happy with day 1 here at The Arnold Strongman Classic even though 501 will have to wait for another day. "Very happy with day 1 here at The Arnold Strongman Classic even though 501 will have to wait for another day. Looking forward to day 2. I appreciate all the support guys, thank you!" Yes, you guessed it. Around the same time next year (or even sooner), Björnsson might try to deadlift weights worth half a ton! Just to put things into perspective, that's how much an elephant weighs in his teenage days. In another Instagram upload after the win, Björnsson thanked his sponsors, best friends and nutritional coach for their constant support during his exceptional journey. He did not forget to thank his wife Kelsey Henson, who he considers to be the lucky charm for him. 14. For every man there comes a time in his life when he makes lifestyle choices based on the quality of the products. Be it gadgets, footwear or clothing, choosing quality over quantity is their mantra for life. Now that labels and brands matter while every man buys clothing, it also matters what the brands actually make your clothing out of. © Getty Images Wouldn't you be disappointed if a sweater that promises it's cashmere is actually 90% polyester and 10% cashmere wool? And you're kidding if you say you wouldn't genuinely appreciate a piece of clothing more if you spot 'made in Italy' text on the tag and look down upon something that says 'made in China'. The question remains, how would you tell if the quality of your clothes is genuinely investment worthy? Well, all you need to do is follow these guidelines and you would be able to assess the quality of your garments properly: 1. Where Is It Made? © Getty Images Some countries have the advantage of being known to produce good quality garments. You'd rejoice if you spot a garment that says 'made in Italy' or 'made in France'. These countries act as brands on their own. But, does it matter? The answer is no. Most countries like China, India and Turkey have the technology to create quality garments as any other would. The only difference would be that the work-force in these countries comes much cheaper, resulting in heavier quantities of garments made at cheaper rates. Which is why only fast fashion brands like Zara and H&M consider them and the 'designer' labels stick to others. 2. Quality Lies In The Details © Getty Images Now that shopping for quality seems to be a policy that everyone adapts, the only difference is the details. An average user would opt for neat stitch, properly finished hem and quality that doesn't shrink or fade. We suggest you pay attention to details and finish of the overall garment and make your choice accordingly. 3. 'Branded' Doesn't Always Mean Quality © Getty Images If certain brands have allured you into the vortex of their shiny advertising but the product doesn't live up to it, it's time you learnt a lesson from it. While some brands have a reputation to make genuinely good quality garments, others are just famous for their advertising. Learning the difference between actual quality and endorsed quality is the key to getting a good product. Just because a certain brand is 'trending' and makes you feel updated with the upcoming fashion pieces, it doesn't promise quality. Only commit to brands after testing their product out. 4. Fabric Matters The Most © Getty Images Natural fabrics like cotton and wool tend to be more investment-worthy especially because of their qualities. Being superior to synthetics, these fabrics tend to be associated with being quality driven. The reasons why affordable brands have cheaper rates is because they compromise on fabric quality and use cotton blends that consist part rayon or polyester. Also, man-made fibres are harder to recycle. A quality cloth should ideally feel good, wash and wear well. But also, certain clothing like hoodies or sweatshirts are made from fabrics that remain of the same quality whether you spend Rs. 1500 at a reasonable brand or Rs. 30,000 at a high-end brand. Now that you've been educated well on how to figure out the quality of the clothes you invest in, make correct choices.
  15. Tennis is a sport in which you don't lose the match until the last point. We have seen players turning around the game from the match-point and winning the match. Making a comeback is what makes the crowd and fans go wild. Something similar happened yesterday in the Mexican Open where, arguably the most notorious player on tour, Nick Kyrgios came back from a set down to win the match 3-6, 7-6(2), 7-6(6). The Australian didn't seem completely in-sync with his game in the first set, which was mainly because he was feeling sick. Once the first set was over, Kyrgios called out the trainer and said that he felt unwell but would play on as he feared the media would "blow it up". © AP The Kyrgios that we all have known for these many years has done what he has wanted without caring what the people would say. There have been many instances where he has forfeited the match just because he didn't want to go ahead with it. But surprisingly, here we witnessed a side of Kyrgios which we haven't seen ever before. Despite feeling sick, he didn't quit and returned for the second set completely changing the momentum of the game. The revelling in the atmosphere caused a frustrated Nadal to call for the crowd to settle down. But the warning didn't seem to affect the 23-year-old. He produced some fantastic shots throughout the second set and broke the Spaniard in the tie-breaker. After calling for the trainer again between the second and third sets due to a sore back, Kyrgios went on to save five break points in the sixth game of the final set. He once again fought over his weakness in the deciding tiebreak, particularly on the second match point when his volley caught the tape but toppled over and landed on the line. The win against Rafa meant a lot to the Aussie as it was for the first time that he came back from behind to defeat the World No.2. This sole incident has definitely overshadowed all his nitty game antics and has made people praise him for his game. View this post on Instagram THIS is what it means to @k1ngkyrg1os ð . 16. It is a universally acknowledged fact that all men come in different body sizes. Seriously, even if standardized clothes fit you well, they will never match up to the level of getting something customized. However, realistically, not everything can be customized which means finding your size in the pool of random sizes. Every brand has their own scale for standardizing a size which varies from year to year. This means that in all likelihood there are chances of you wearing the wrong size. Here are ways you can know for sure that you're wearing a size that you definitely shouldn't be wearing: 1. You Can't Hug Someone In Your Blazer © Twitter If you're wearing a blazer that restricts movement in your arms and makes them heave down, it's definitely the wrong size. Blazer sleeves should never restrict one's movement or look funny around the pits. Next time, while trying on blazers check the motion by moving your hands around and probably even jumping up and down to see how much it can handle. If you cant, you need a bigger size. 2. There's A Gap Between Your Buttons © Twitter If your buttons eventually unbutton during the day, it's an alarming factor that is telling that you need to go a size up with your shirts. The poor buttons can only handle so much. Besides, it is extremely unprofessional to have your buttons open in front of everyone. 3. Your Pants Keep Riding Up © Twitter If the hem of your pants keep riding up and get stuck around your crotch, then there is a problem. Not only is it uncomfortable but also visible to everyone else. This can be the worst when you sit down or stand up in front of people. You need the hem to fall at an appropriate length. 4. You Can't Pass The Finger Test © Twitter The two-finger test is a test through which you can figure out if you're wearing the right size or not. A waistline that fits well standing up might just be too tight while sitting down, which is why you need a size that hugs well in all movements possible. If you can't pinch your pants and still find space, you need to go a size higher. 5. Your Shirt Won't Stay Tucked In For The Longer Duration © Twitter A shirt coming untucked every now and then without reason might mean you're wearing the wrong size in shirts. While running around is a legitimate reason to find it untucked, but if it's a common nonoccurrence you need to go a size up. 6. Your Pockets Keep Flaring © Twitter The one red flag that you be aware of is flaring pants. While wearing pants, your pockets shouldn't find a way to pop out on their own. This not only looks awkward but is also super shabby. Besides, you don't need a pocket thief, as the flared-up pockets make it super easy for you to lose things. 7. Your Shirt Is Too Short When You Sit Down © Twitter Does your T-shirt ride up when you sit? Bad sign. You need to go up a size higher unless you like crop tops.

  18. Grooming is as important as having a sense of style. Or in fact, even more than that. You need to look presentable not just to impress that girl/boy you have a crush on, but also to impress the big clients in your next official meeting! Neglecting grooming is a big no-no, as it leaves people wondering why you couldn't have possibly taken care of yourself. So, here are signs to watch out for if you're neglecting grooming. If you relate with any of these, it's time to upgrade your grooming routine: © Epiphanydermatology 1. If you're getting razor burns from shaving, you might want to get a couple of things right. Firstly, make sure your razor is not infested with bacteria. Don't use your blade more than 3-4 times or more than three months at a stretch (whichever comes first). It's also important to prep your skin with hot water and use a moisturizer on your face. You need to follow up your shave with a good alcohol-free aftershave that minimizes irritation and the growth of ingrown hair. © Manyofmay 2. If your eyebrows are leaning towards becoming a unibrow, it's a huge problem. You might think that taking care of your brows is not manly enough but trust me, having a single brow or haphazard brows is not attractive. Taking care of your brows only makes you more presentable and handsome. It's time you start. © neckbeard.com 3. Having a neckbeard: You can't mistake your beard with extra growth on your neck. You need to draw a line that marks the ending of your beard. Try to keep the crop an inch above your Adam's apple for a smooth finish. © lybrate 4. Dry, cracked lips are a huge turn-off. Not only does it make your lips un-kissable but will also make you feel extremely uncomfortable throughout the day if you don't use a moisturizing agent. © baldingbeards 5. You need to change your oral hygiene routine if you have evil-smelling breath. The worst case scenario is when you possibly don't even know of its existence. It's time to ask a trusted person if your mouth reeks foul and if it does, take care of it with some good old mouthwash. Pro tip: Mint chewing gums help in emergency situations when you can't access a mouthwash or a brush. © baldingbeards 6. If wearing black means snowfall on your shoulders, it's time to keep watch on the kind of shampoo you're using. Switch to an anti-dandruff shampoo that'll help reduce the dandruff, so you don't have to constantly brush your shoulders to avoid visible residue. Oiling your hair on the regular is another way to tackle dandruff. © nextluxury 7. If partying or working late leaves you with dark, puffy eyes that take weeks to go, it's time to take care of them. You want to look fresh for a date or a meeting and not resemble a sleepy racoon. Try under-eye creams that can be really effective in reducing those dark circles. © fabhow 8. No-one wants to hold hands that are scaly, patchy. Since winters tend to make hands dry and rough, it's important to use a hand cream, so that you can have soft hands the next time your SO wants to hold hands with you.
  19. Fitness has become an in-trend profession nowadays, with every other kid in the street claiming to be a fitness expert. With fake YouTube subscribers, purchasable Instagram followers, and photoshop skills, a lot of these pseudo-experts easily get you trapped in their marketing gimmicks and steal your money. Taking away your money is one thing but harming your health is another. And when it comes to fitness, following wrong advice can easily land you in trouble related to your health. So here are some telltale signs that the fitness experts or gurus you are following maybe shit. 1. They Say Calories Do Not Count And It Is Old Science First things first, the rule of calories is derived from the laws of thermodynamics. There is a reason they are called laws and not the mythology of thermodynamics. It is the law, it holds universal truth. And there are enough and adequate studies and case studies that show that calorie restriction or energy balance is the primary component of weight loss. © Thinkstock 2. They Say Things Like Carbs Are Poison Carbohydrates are the primary source of fuel for the human body and though they may not be essential for survival, they do play a major role when it comes to performance. Saying things like they are poison and are killing you is outright retarded and stupid. This claim goes against the basic understanding of human metabolism. 3. They Are On Drugs And All Their Clients Are On Drugs When you do anabolic steroids, things become different. As a study had shown that the subjects who took steroids made 2x the gains without any training compared to a group who trained regularly for 10 weeks. So by injecting drugs into your body and building muscle do not have anything in relation with the knowledge you may have. There is actually a good chance that it will dumb you down as you will make progress irrespective of all the shit you do. Claiming you are an expert because you took a shortcut to grow muscle is like taking care of a sick person at home and saying that you are now a doctor. 4. They Make Bold Claims Without Backing It Up With Evidence A lot of these fake gurus at times make claims based on anecdotal evidence. Saying that so-and-so exists because I have experimented with on my clients and seen results are purely anecdotal. Especially if evidence suggests otherwise! For example, a fitness guru saying cut out carbs because it is making you fat. I cut out carbs from all my client's diets and they lost weight. The matter of the fact is that the clients lost weight because you cut out a food group altogether resulting in a caloric restriction. And there is evidence and studies done on weight-loss subjects that when calories and protein are matched, higher and lower carb diets provide similar weight loss results. Higher carb diets slightly outperforming the lower carb diets. But then if this 'guru' says that it is old science, maybe not a guru after all. © Unsplash 5. They Claim That They Know Some Secrets About Fat Loss Or Muscle Gain OH, COME ON! This is physiology and there are no secrets per se. They may have a secret. A secret concoction of drugs that they may be prescribing to their clients! But saying that their secrets go beyond science and are hidden gems is a pile of bullshit. 20. Back in 2017, we covered a few signs of trainers who suck at their job. Just like every year, I met more dumb trainers again throughout 2018 and here are more signs that will help you spot a fake trainer: 1. If You Are Not Sore, Your Workout Was A Failure Every time a client tells me how their trainer had made them believe that soreness is an indicator of an effective workout, I start to feel bad for the poor client. The reason is simple- instead of chasing strength or technique, the poor client starts chasing soreness. Due to this misconception, some trainers literally make them go through a torture, not a workout. Hundreds of bicep curls, push-ups and poor form squats and what not. If they ever tell you, 'no pain no gain' in the literal sense, you are better off doing away with him. Remember, progress towards your goal- general health, fat loss, better body or strength are signs of a good workout, not soreness. © Thinkstock Images 2) Disregards Your Schedule Some trainers really push the 'exercise regularly' too far. They start preaching living in the extremes like 'oh you are wasting time if not coming to the gym every day'. 'Morning cardio and evening weights' and things like that. And if you show your inability to be in the gym that frequently, he tells you not to expect any results. A training plan is always designed based on the sessions a person can perform weekly. That can range anywhere from 3-4 days a week for most. 3) He Body Shames You The negative way to make you take action is never the way out. It only shatters the client`s confidence and makes him feel guilty even if he's putting in work. As a result, they simply quit and start thinking 'maybe the trainer is correct'. Or in other cases, they start hating the trainer. I personally had a female client who changed her trainer as she was always body shamed in every session. 4) They Have No Logical Answer To Your Questions As a client, you have every right to ask your trainer that why has he recommended a particular schedule/supplement/nutrition protocol. And if they are legit and smart, they will answer you happily. While a bad trainer will only take offence and would get back by saying- 'do it because I said so' and 'nobody ever asks me why'. © Pixabay 5) They Are On Their Phone Most Of The Time While Training You On The Floor Well, this wasn`t true for bad trainers back in the 90s or early 2000s. But this is true in this smartphone-obsessed generation we are living in. I see this all the time on the floor. Trainers put the client on a machine and get glued to their phone, completely turning a blind eye on how the client in performing the exercise. You need to be 100% there with the client while training them, giving them more cues to lift better, correcting their form if wrong or simply for the sake of pushing them harder. Alright, folks! Make sure you share this article with a friend or family and let us know in comments section if their trainer was doing any of the above things. 21. This article is going to be very personal for me, as I will be sharing with you my own experience with workout addiction. Yes, that's true; you can become addicted to exercise. Though a majority of the people around the world find it hard to get the ample motivation to exercise regularly, there is a small population who IS addicted to it. Yes, the ones who often spend their online surfing time reading fitness blogs like this one! No, I am not saying that you are definitely an addict if you're reading this article, but I want to share a few traits of someone who works out constantly. But before I get down to those symptoms, let me tell you more about my own experience of workout addiction. I have loved to be active in my entire life, at least as far as I can remember. I just love to sweat daily and get that endorphin high. I easily get carried away, trying to squeeze in more intensity, more strength, the list goes on, but the bottom line is, I don't always know when to give my body a break. Or rather I should say, technically I do 'know' (as it's my profession) but I still struggle with establishing the right balance. The result is inadequate recovery, and suffering from a host of consequences which could range from mild to severe. Strange as it may sound, but once exercise is in your blood, in your regular routine, you simply feel “off” when you skip it. I become moody and irritable when I don't get my daily sweat session. Now that's a good thing if it gives you the motivation but it's not for everyone and hugely depends on your training age. The problem starts when your body is not adequately recovering and you simply don't know how to take a break. Below is the list of the signs that indicate you are overtraining - 1) Sleeping Too Much Or Not Sleeping At All If you are tired and sleepy all the time even after getting a good night sleep or if you find it hard to get a good night sleep, you might be a victim of overtraining. Working out too much can release stress hormone like cortisol which can interfere with your sleep. On the other hand, working out daily with a high intensity can increase your recovery period to a point where you always feel sleepy. © Pixabay 2) Getting Sick Very Frequently Over-exercising can weaken your immune system as it will always be busy with the post-workout repair. Exercise is meant to strengthen your immune system and not to weaken it. If you feel that you have started falling sick more often, it might be a sign of overtraining. 3) Too Sore All The Time It is obvious to feel sore after an intense workout. However, if you feel sore in every muscle at every time of the day, that's not really a healthy sign. It means that you need to slow things down and take a break from a workout. © Pixabay 4) Dipping Energy Levels A healthy and balanced workout makes you feel energetic and motivated towards the next workout. However, if you really have to drag yourself to the gym and your energy levels have been slowly diminishing, it may be a sign of overtraining. 22. When you meet someone you really like spending time with, there's only one thing left to address-is the attraction mutual? While some are really good at telling, more often than not, most other people aren't very good with it. That's when they need to study certain signs to figure when to make the right move, if the attraction is from both the ends. (c)T Series Motion Films Mutual attraction can be seen from specific behaviours and patterns you observe when you're spending time with the other person. But there are 5 prominent signs you can't miss if the other person is attracted to you to. Here are 5 signs that will tell you if the attraction is indeed mutual or not (1) They Pay Attention To Every Detail If you're spending time with a friend, there might be things she may miss in your conversations and gestures but if you're spending time with a probable love interest and if you think the attraction is mutual, she will pay attention to every minute detail you give away. Such is the law of attraction. If you notice her noticing everything, you know how she feels. (c)Zee Films (2) There Will Be Constant Eye Contact Eye contact is a definitive sign if the person is interested in you or not. Long lasting eye contact coming from a stranger can be creepy but if there is ample eye contact with the person you like, it means they like you back. Or else they won't make eye contact just as much. (c)AA Films (3) They Will Maintain A Particular Physical Proximity Just like eye contact people who are interested in each other will not mind either of the breaching their space with physical contact every now and then. It's them subconsciously establishing a level of comfort between the two. You will notice they'll always want to walk close by or sit next to you, wherever you're sitting. (c)Fox Star Studios (4) There Is A Lot Of Suggestive Teasing People who share mutual attraction have a unique way to communicate with each other and sometimes only they can get inside jokes, body language and some amount of teasing here and there. When two people are attracted to one another, they find comfort in teasing each other and poking fun in order to let the awkwardness go. It's a given! (c)Eros International (5) The Obvious: Your Presence Makes Them Smile People obviously look forward to the company of people they really like and a smile is the most obvious sign to determine that! So, if you're around someone you really like and both of you are smiling at each other like there's a hanger stuck in your mouth, then the attraction is mutual for sure! (c)AA Films So, if you see, mutual attraction can be figured out by specific behaviours, gestures, body language and said words. It's no rocket science to know for sure if the other person likes you back. You just need to pay close attention to know for sure, is all.
  23. Relationships are great. Until they aren't! Sometimes, even the ideal relationships start becoming toxic. Out of nowhere, you start feeling that you aren't happy anymore and it might be best to part ways. © Warner Brothers At times, it's true. When you spend a fair amount of time with your partner and get to know them better, you realise that they aren't the person what you are looking for. In that case, you can consider parting ways. But at times, the problems arise because of petty reasons which are quite normal and can be dealt with easily. Following are three such subtle sighs which will tell you that your relationship is turning toxic and you should work on it to avoid a bad breakup: 1. Unnecessary Fights Every couple fights, this isn't anything to worry about. But if your fights become regular; and when you are with your partner if most of your time goes arguing over unnecessary things, then there is something to worry about. You should find out the actual reasons for your fights. Communication is the key here. Talk to your partner; figure out what is it that you want from each other and then work on it. The whole drama can be avoided with just one healthy conversation. 2. Less Physical Intimacy When you two have lived together for a long time, then it's completely natural to not get intimate as much as you did at the start of your relationship. Daily *** does turn into twice or thrice a week when you have lived together long enough. But if it has become non-existent, then it is a matter to worry about. You need to figure out the cause of it. © Dharma Productions It could be the mundanity, or maybe the emotional distance between you two. If it's the first one, time to spice things up and go '50 Shades of Grey'. But if it's the latter, you should take a deep look into your relationship. See what is driving you away from each other and then deal with the problem. 3. Unavailability & Ignorance If you feel like your partner is ignoring you, then it's a serious issue. It's completely okay to have personal space and some 'me-time', but if the interactions and communication are seizing to exist, then it means the relationship is going on the wrong road. And there's definitely a reason behind the growing distance. © Warner Brothers There is a good chance that your partner is no longer interested in you and that's why ignoring you. In this situation, the best you can do is calmly talk to them and tell them to share whatever is on their mind. And accordingly, you can work things out. It's not easy to find the right partner. If you think you have found one, work hard on your relationship to make it work. You never know if you'll get it again or not!
  24. Sometimes in life it takes time to completely close the 'X-Files'. By the X-Files I obviously mean someone's baggage from a past relationship. A lot of people want to move forward from an incomplete or bad relationship to get over the last person they were dating as soon as possible. While there are other ways to do it, the easiest way is to jump to another person, just so you can forget the last person you were dating. A lot of women adopt this process as well and sometimes they're not able to get over their ex. © Fox Star Studios But if you're with someone or like someone and have an inkling they're still hung up over their ex, you should definitely give them their due time and space to completely get over whatever they're hung up on, before you move any further. If you don't do that, you'll always find yourself compromising situations you rather not be a part of! Here are 5 obvious yet subtle warning signs she's not over her ex and you need to movie out of her way pronto! (1) She Will Keep Bringing Him Up In Conversations Be it a negative conversation or a positive one about her past, her ex seems to come up a lot. If it's a girl you're meeting for the first time and she randomly talks about her ex-boyfriend a lot, you have to know she's not entirely over him. Yes, if it's a new relationship, talking about your past is healthy, in order to know your SO a little better. But if her past keeps coming up in conversations she has with you then you should be wary about the fact that she's not over her ex boyfriend entirely. (2) He's Everywhere You Guys Plan To Go She invites you to a friend's party, he's there. She asks you to accompany her to her favourite bar, he's there. She takes you out to a pet festival and he's there with his dog. Coincidence? I think not! Either she knows the places he frequents so she can take you there and make him jealous or catch a glimpse of him or she just wants to run into him because she's not over him! If you see that happen a lot, then you know she's not over him! (3) She's A Different Person Around Him If she's still into her ex, you will notice her body language change accordingly, whenever he's around. She'll either become very conscious of his presence and behave awkwardly or she'll put her arms around you to make him jealous. If she is indifferent towards his presence, then you have nothing to worry about. (4) She Compares Her Current Situation To Her Past If you find yourself or the situation you're in with her a constant comparison to her past, then she's definitely still delving into it. It's not your fault if she compares you, so don't take it like that. Every relationship is different and if she's continuously comparing you, she needs to get over her past! (5) She's Constantly In Touch With Him While it's healthy to end a relationship in a good way or end it on amicable terms and it's okay to remain friends with your ex, if there is really nothing left there, it's not okay if she's chatting and talking to him every day, while you're around. Even if they're talking over the phone often, there is definitely something to worry about. It definitely means there is some unfinished business there. So, it's really not rocket science to figure if the girl you're into is in fact still into her ex. You just need to pay attention to these subtle, yet obvious signs and save yourself some trouble!
  25. Yes, we've already talked about the signs that tell you if she's into you or if she likes you or hints you can gather if she wants you, but this article is a little more progressive than that! This is about how to immediately tell if she's absolutely floored by you, without you taking several hours, days or weeks to decipher that. No, you won't know through your gut. Let's face it, men, our gut is kinda weak when it comes to these things, so let's just leave it to the obvious and fair signs. © Eros International Here are the three main hints to know immediately if she's seriously into you. 1. Observe Her Body Language Sometimes the biggest giveaway for a woman is her body language and how she conducts herself around you. She'll always be relaxed and comfortable and make you feel comfortable in your own skin too. If she's facing you completely and all her gestures and hand movements are very playful and friendly that's the first important sign to know for sure. So, keep an eye out for her body language. 2. Watch Her Watching You If she's subtly checking you out from the corner of her eye, know for sure that something has caught her interest in you. If a woman doesn't like you at the first go she won't bother checking you out the second time around. But if she's into you even remotely, she'll definitely be checking the entire package out, subtly. You can always catch her in the act though. 3. She'll Be Awkward But She'll Be A Tease If a woman likes you in the first go, she'll be a little nervous and awkward but that doesn't deter her spirit to be the biggest tease ever. She'll be playful, she'll joke around but you can catch those awkward instances where she fumbles and covers that up with her laugh making it look like she's being a tease. If you pay close attention, you'll notice these minute things. If you have these three things locked down when you're with someone you like, you can definitely make the next move. She'll really like that.
