Dudekal Ishan is a six-year-old boy, who should ideally be playing with his friends and going to school, dreaming of doing something big in his life. However, if there is one thing that we have learned in life,  it's the fact that life is not fair. Ishan is battling blood cancer and while the fight is a strong one, it is still a lot for a young kid. He had one wish to become a Police Commissioner, and guess who offered to help? The Telangana Police ensured that his wish was fulfilled and Mahesh Muralidhar Bhagwat, the commissioner of Rachakonda Police in Telangana, happily offered his seat to Ishan. For a day.

He happily took up the role and enjoyed his day patrolling around in his Commissioner uniform.

This is not the first time that our men in uniform have fulfilled a wish like this. The Mumbai Police (https://www.mensxp.com/social-hits/news/43540-mumbai-police-s-bravest-cop-is-a-7-year-old-kid-who-is-fighting-cancer-everyday.html) did the same for a seven-year-old boy who wanted to be a police officer for a day.

While the war with cancer is still on, we just hope Ishan gets a chance at living his life the way he deserves to.
