Following In Virushka's Footsteps, Sonam Kapoor Is Set To Have A 'Secret' Wedding In Europe
We finally got done with Virushka wedding hangover, but no, Bollywood doesn't want us to take a break.
We've been hearing rumours about Sonam Kapoor marrying her boyfriend Anand Ahuja for a really long time now, and it turns out the wedding date is closer than we thought.

The fashionable couple are set to tie the knot next month in Switzerland. You know what's the biggest love story in Bollywood? Bollywood couples getting married in Europe.
First Virat and Anushka in Italy, then the rumours of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone having a Swiss wedding this year, and now Sonam Kapoor.
Well, I kind of understand also. If the wedding is in India, so many fans would show up, since no one has any respect for privacy.

But, coming back to Sonam. The wedding will reportedly be a very close-knit affair and it'll be a whole week of celebrations and festivities. Well obviously, it'll still be a big fat Punjabi wedding after all.
The dates are May 11-12 and the venue is somewhere in Switzerland, we don't know where exactly because we're waiting for our invitation, it must have gotten lost.

As I said before, it'll be a week-long celebration so Sonam's family and her close friends from the industry will be taking a break to be a part of the special day.
A source was quoted as saying, “The date and venue for the wedding have been locked and mass bookings for flights are presently underway. Her dad Anil Kapoor is personally making phone calls to invite guests. There will be sangeet and mehendi ceremonies, followed by a traditional Hindu wedding.”

Well, congratulations to Sonam and Anand, but also please make sure we get our invitations on time. Should we be expecting a call from Anil Kapoor soon?
