Think of a buzz cut, and you're going to foresee some easy maintenance. Also, Zayn Malik, Shahid Kapoor back home or maybe even David Beckham. Because the point is, buzz cuts are universal favorites. More so, because as the temperature rises, the need for ample hair care increases, but unfortunately none of us have the time. Good news: getting a buzz solves all those problems. And even better news: you have ample of options to choose from. 

Since summer is here and you're already annoyed, give your hair a damn breather, we'd say. Choose a buzz, visit the barber and flaunt.

For starters, as cliched as we may sound, there's nothing replacing the classic ol'school buzz cut. Almost like the stubble on your face, think a uniform length, low maintenance (no products at all, just simple hair care) and just a trim every now and then. Go simple and minimal, if you're not up for experiments.

The only patchy (and hairy) area on your body, you're not going to be mocked at for. And honestly, because these patches that come in the form of a buzz cut, take a lot of hair lengths into account and hence, add personality to your scalp. They provide visual contrast (plus the balance) and look like a landscaped piece of art. Okay, not really.

For men who're grooming-aware, they'd know that the right haircut can define their facial features better. Else, turning to a 'fade' can also solve the purpose. However, since summer is here (so buzzcuts), throw the fade and buzz cut together in the mix, and you're in for a big whammy. Allow either sides of your scalp to create contrast on your scalp (with the help of a fade). Start with a very medium fade and then graduate into almost nothing on either sides.

As Jake Gyllenhaal proves here, it's all about being a Libran in life. Though, he was all for getting a buzz from the barber, somewhere at the back of his mind, he was also not sure of taking the plunge. Clearly, though the sanctity of the buzz cut is alive here, there's a lot of hair in there too. The perfect example of a buzz cut done wrong, but right.
