Destruction and hope Prophet Lut's warning

Prophet Lut (AS) was a great messenger of Allah who was sent to his people to stop them from evil deeds. His people were the inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah, who were openly involved in sins and immoral behavior. Prophet Lut (AS) repeatedly advised them to fear Allah and follow the straight path, but they rejected his message and mocked him.

Allah sent angels in human form to guide and test them. When the people intended evil, the decision of Allah’s punishment was finalized. Prophet Lut (AS) was commanded to leave the city at night with his family. Then Allah turned their town upside down and rained stones upon them.

This incident teaches us that disobedience to Allah and immoral behavior always lead to destruction, while those who follow the truth remain under Allah’s protection.

حضرت لوط علیہ السلام اللہ کے عظیم پیغمبر تھے جو اپنی قوم کو برائیوں سے روکنے کے لیے بھیجے گئے۔ ان کی قوم سدوم اور عمورہ کے لوگ تھے جو کھلم کھلا گناہوں اور بے حیائی میں مبتلا تھے۔ حضرت لوط علیہ السلام نے انہیں بار بار سمجھایا کہ اللہ سے ڈرو اور سیدھا راستہ اختیار کرو، لیکن انہوں نے انکار کیا اور مذاق اڑایا۔

اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کی ہدایت کے لیے فرشتے بھیجے جو انسانی شکل میں آئے۔ جب قوم نے برائی کا ارادہ کیا تو اللہ کا فیصلہ آ گیا۔ حضرت لوط علیہ السلام کو حکم دیا گیا کہ وہ اپنے گھر والوں کے ساتھ رات کے وقت شہر چھوڑ دیں۔ پھر اللہ نے ان کی بستی کو الٹ دیا اور ان پر پتھروں کی بارش برسائی۔

یہ واقعہ ہمیں یہ سبق دیتا ہے کہ اللہ کی نافرمانی اور برائی کا انجام ہمیشہ ہلاکت ہوتا ہے، جبکہ حق پر چلنے والے ہمیشہ اللہ کی حفاظت میں رہتے ہیں۔

ROMAN URDU

Hazrat Lut (AS) Allah ke azeem paighambar thay jo apni qoum ko buraiyon se rokne ke liye bheje gaye. Unki qoum Sodom aur Gomorrah ke log thay jo khullam khulla gunahon aur be-hayai mein mubtala thay. Hazrat Lut (AS) ne unhein baar baar samjhaya ke Allah se daro aur seedha rasta ikhtiyar karo, lekin unhon ne inkaar kiya aur mazaak uraya.

Allah ne unki hidayat ke liye farishtay bheje jo insani shakal mein aaye. Jab qoum ne burai ka irada kiya to Allah ka faisla aa gaya. Hazrat Lut (AS) ko hukam diya gaya ke wo apne ghar walon ke saath raat ke waqt shehar chhor dein. Phir Allah ne unki basti ko ulat diya aur unpar pathron ki barish barsayi.

Yeh waqia humein yeh sabak deta hai ke Allah ki nafarmani aur burai ka anjaam hamesha halakat hota hai, jabke haq par chalne walay hamesha Allah ki hifazat mein rehte hain.
