IHC suspends Elections Act 2017

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) suspended on Tuesday the Elections Act 2017 on a petition filed against the recent amendments to the law.  However, according to the deputy attorney general, only clause 241 of the law has been suspended. Car sales rise 24 percent to 70,040 units in four months

KARACHI: Passenger car sales jumped 24 per cent to 70,040 units during the first four months of the current fiscal 2017/18 as consumer buying power improved on decades-low financing rate, analysts said on Monday.
