Angry Locals Kill Dozens Of Stray Dogs In Kerala After A 90-Year-Old Man Was Mauled To Death By Dogs

Agitated over the death of a 90-year-old man, Charuvila Raghavan, who was attacked by a pack of dogs, locals in Kerala’s Varkala region killed dozens of stray dogs.
