Continuing their prolific run at home this season, the Indian cricket team overcame notable challenges against New Zealand to seal the three-match ODI series 2-1. Following their loss in the first ODI, Team India came back strong to level the series 1-1 in the second game before eventually running away with the series.

Now, the focus shifts on the three-match T20 series which slated to begin on 1 November. While the Kiwis will be eager to make a comeback in the shortest format, the Indian team will be eyeing a complete domination on the tour but not before a well-deserved breather and a moment to celebrate.

And, that's exactly what the Indian captain gave to his teammates when he hosted Team India at his restaurant in Delhi's RK Puram area. Celebrating their success over the past few months, the Indian cricketers were seen having a blast as they dined at Kohli's restaurant 'Nueva'.

The likes of MS Dhoni, Hardik Pandya, Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul, Manish Pandey, Jasprit Bumrah, Kedar Jadhav and coach Ravi Shastri were all in attendance as Team India enjoyed some fine dining at Kohli's restaurant which specialises in authentic South American food.

Apart from their recent success, the Indian team also celebrated the fifth wedding anniversary of opener Dhawan who had tied the nuptial knot with Ayesha Mukherjee in 2012. There was also a cake-cutting ceremony to wish Dhawan and Ayesha on their anniversary.

While the Indian stars were seen having a gala time during their outing, the fans, too, made the most of the opportunity as they lined up to get themselves clicked with their favourite cricketers. The photos of Team India's outing were shared on social media by fans and cricketers alike.

With the first T20I slated to begin later in the day, let's hope that the Indian cricketers will repay captain Kohli for his hospitality with sublime performances against the Black Caps at the Feroz Shah Kotla stadium.
