With inviting titles such as 'Super 30', 'Bharat', 'Brahmastra', 'Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi' and the likes all lined up for release starting the beginning of the new year, 2019 seems to be ready to take care of our entertainment needs.

From the brightest directors to premier star cast, all these movies have a lot to offer. However, it is Kangana Ranaut starrer 'Manikarnika' that's been garnering a lot of attention ever since the movie the announced. But the latest reports related to the movie have peaked people's interest like never before.

According to a latest TOI report, Kangana has used 150-year-old weapons to play her part to perfection in the movie. Not just that, even the shield she carries is said to weigh 5 kgs!

It is being said that the creators of 'Manikarnika' wanted to recreate the bygone era of Indian history and bring the past into reality on-screen. Talking in detail about the props they have used in the film, this is what Kangana said in a latest Instagram post:

When the teaser released earlier in October, the audience came forward to laud Kangana on her stellar performance as the warrior queen of Jhansi. The action sequences in the movie have predominantly garnered a lot of praise, besides the set and story that the movie explores.
