Minimum Intermediate 60% Marks
Graduation: 2.6 CGPA
Master: STEP Only Such as: Science, Technology, Engineering
Minimum Percentage / GPA Requirements (Approximate)
For Bachelor’s (Undergraduate)
At least 60% – 65% in Higher Secondary (FA/FSc/A-levels).
Must have English as a subject in school (or IELTS/TOEFL).
Some competitive programs (like Engineering/Medicine) may require 70%+.

For Master’s (Postgraduate)
At least 2.7–3.0 CGPA out of 4.0 (≈ 60–70%).
For highly competitive programs (Engineering, IT, Business, Medicine):

3.2+ CGPA (≈ 75–80%) is preferred.
Strong IELTS/TOEFL scores can sometimes balance a lower GPA.

For PhD
Master’s degree with a minimum 3.0 CGPA (≈ 70%).
Strong research proposal, academic background, and publications carry more weight than percentage.

Summary:
Bachelor’s: 60–65% minimum (higher for competitive courses).
Master’s: 60–70% minimum (2.7–3.0 CGPA), but 75%+ preferred for top programs.
PhD: 70%+ with research experience.

Language Course

IELTES: Minim- 5.5
Toefl: Its manageable if you are not willing to do by self alone.
PTE: Minim- 62 Overall and 61 in Writing

Course Duration

Foundation courses: Typically one year (or 12 months) in duration, with some shorter 6-month options available.
Bachelor: 3 Years
Master: 2 Years
After Completing 1 Year Student can apply for TRP, Which is Temporary Residence Permit for work.

Dependent Visa Sweden

You can apply for your family while applying for your own student visa together.

Intake and Result

Autumn Intake (main): Apply by January 15, results in March/April.

Spring Intake (limited): Apply by August 15, results in October.

Initial Fee for Applying Visa

 Minim 6 Month Fee must be paid before applying  Sweden Student Visa. This is half of the actual fee Almost 12 to 15 Lakh Pkr.

Sweden living cost for international students

International students in Sweden can expect monthly living costs to range from approximately

Breakdown of the Costs:
Major Cities: (like Stockholm and Gothenburg) are more expensive, with costs around 1,250 EUR/month.
Smaller Cities: (like Linköping and Lund) have lower costs, around 850 EUR/month.
Food & Groceries: Budget around 200-400 EUR (SEK 2,000–4,000) per month if you cook your own meals. 
Transportation: Public transport is reliable. Expect to pay SEK 700–1,000 per month with a student travelcard.
Student Union Membership: A mandatory fee, usually between SEK 50–350 per month depending on the university.
