SBP announces banking hours for Ramazan

KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on Thursday announced that all banks, development finance institutions and microfinance banks will remain open from 8am to 2:15pm (Monday to Thursday) during the holy month of Ramazan. Banks and financial institutions will continue to operate during these hours without any break, the SBP said in a statement.ย  However on Fridays, the timings will be from 8am to 1pm.
