Army clears terrorist strongholds in Rajgal valley: ISPR

Photo: FileSecurity forces have cleared two terrorist strongholds in Rajgal valley, Khyber Agency as army aviation and the artillery target hideouts as part of Operation Khyber 4, an Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement said on Sunday.
The forces have also secured the Spinkai top dominating Saprai pass as well as Star Kille. The statement added that two major passes entering from Afghanistan inside Pakistan have been secured and are now effectively under the army?s control.
"Terrorists hideouts are being targeted by Artillery and army aviation. Operation is progressing as planned. Terrorists are on the run", said IGFC KP North Maj Gen Shaheen, Operational commander Khyber 4 Operation, as quoted by ISPR.
