Barrister Murtaza Wahab - (File Photo)KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians (PPPP) has awarded ticket for the Senate by-election to Barrister Murtaza Wahab on the seat vacated by Saeed Ghani after he won a Sindh Assembly by-election from Karachi.
Syed Najmi Alam will be the covering candidate in this by-election.The Senate by-election is scheduled on August 17.
Barrister Wahab has earlier served as law adviser for Sindh chief minister before his appointment was declared illegal by Sindh High Court.
