KARACHI: The weather turned pleasant after parts of Karachi received light drizzle, Geo News reported.

Several of those commuting late at night suffered skidding in their vehicles due to the slippery roads following the rain in various areas.

Areas of Saddar, II Chundrigar experienced light showers.

According to Met office, the process of light drizzle could continue for next 24 hours, however, there is no chance of heavy rain in the metropolis.

Moreover, light showers with gusty winds are expected at isolated places in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, DI Khan, Sahiwal, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, according to Pakistan Meteorological Department.

Weather is expected to remain dry in various areas of the country.
