Seven terrorists arrested in Punjab search operations: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Security forces in Punjab arrested seven terrorists under the ongoing Operation Raddul Fasaad, said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Wednesday.
The terrorists were arrested in search operations conducted by local police, Punjab Rangers and intelligence agencies across Lahore, Dera Ghazi Khan and Attock and were linked to proscribed organisations.

Numerous Afghan citizens were also arrested in the sweeps, added ISPR.
A sizeable quantity of arms and ammunition was also recovered during the raids.
Pakistani security forces launched a nationwide military operation 'Radd-ul-Fasaad', which includes broad-spectrum security and counter-terrorism operations in Punjab, and continuation of ongoing operations across the country.
